Alpine did a very good job for my first massage in a while. He focused on spots that needed work and I felt much better aferwards.

Elements is always a treat. The staff and massages are always what I expect. The lobby and bathroom are clean and the atmosphere is always relaxing.

I have been coming in for the last year; always helpful at the desk and great massages. I cam in today about 2pm to set up the next month of massages and the young lady at the desk was on the phone, she was on the phone all good; but THEN she stated to me to come back later as she was on a phone interview. Again, I truly love Elements; but I was bummed with this customer experience1

I parked in the parking lot directly in front of this massage parlor and I received a parking ticket last week. I drove in from the back (North), but the way I drove in I did not see any no parking signs and there were none facing my parking space after I parked, 360 degrees around my vehicle. There are also no signs on the parking spaces or the ground.After my car was locked up and I called the Colorado Parking Services I had to walk approximately 40 feet until I saw a sign. According to the disheveled parking company representative, these businesses are responsible for hiring the parking enforcement (who are charging $166) before they unlock your incapacitated car. That was my one and only visit to this area due to the way these companies poorly mark their lot and then hire people who sneak around locking up cars for profit. All they had to do was make reasonably visible signs or even have the parking enforcement people mention that I couldnt park there and I would have happily moved which would have helped them open a space instead of blocking a space. Instead, they hide out, wait for people to leave, take pictures of them and then lock up the cars and sticker them.

Used to be a great place for getting a massage, but the booking and reception up front has gone downhill. Expect your appointment time to be changed often, or cancelled same day. A bummer.

Everything at Elements Boulder is fantastic! I love the spearmint scent in the lobby greeted me. The concierge was helpful and has a lovely spirit. My Therpaist Alexis is talented, had amazing energy, and I felt the massage was so complete, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. I’m so grateful for this experience! I’ll be back. Thank you so much!

I loved my one hour massage therapy here. The environment is calming, there are great deals. The receptionist was incredibly nice. Jordan, my massage therapist, was amazing and super nice and professional as well. I would 100% recommend this location, and I will be coming back.

I walked in today with a sore shoulder/neck that has been hurting for 2 weeks. I couldnt even turn my neck very well. After one hour with Raya, it feels almost 100% again. Raya uses the perfect amount of pressure. She really got into those sore spots and loosened up all the knots. I feel so much better now and I am amazed that Raya knew exactly where to massage. She knows her craft so well. The kind woman at the front desk was also super friendly. I had a wonderful experience today. I just signed up for a membership and will be going back to Raya regularly.

Julio was fantastic, I felt like I got three different styles of massage at once - relaxation, stretching, and a ton of focus work. I would recommend him to anyone, one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

Everyone here is great, the people in front are very courteous and helpful. I see Christopher for a monthly deep tissue massage and he is amazing at his job, nice but very firm and finds knots I didn’t know I had.

Alexis was amazing! She was able to help me feel better greatly. Just the right amount of pressure and she knew the areas that needed extra working on without me even telling her! Elements Boulder is wonderful! The staff are awesome and I instantly felt comfortable. The studio is clean, has a calm ambiance and smells amazing. My massage was fantastic! Worst massage ive ever received. I have worked on other bodys as a massage therapist for 9 years, A founding father and teacher for 7 years at the world famous Boulder School of Massage Therapy, studied with Dr. Ida. P. Rolf been and advanced Rolfer serving Boulder for 40 years. If i say it was the worst massage you can take it to the bank. Find a better place to spend your money.2 more things. Therapist planning was awful. By the time the massage was ending and i still hadnt received what i asked for as most important my therapist announced what else would i like in the 15 minutes left. 2. Front desk staff are uneducated as to what different massages do for the body, so you may ask for Swedish, be told the therapist is great and then you lie down and they do acupressure!!!!Do you know what a bad massage feels like? and where it leaves you when done? If you want to find out, give these people your money. They charge enough!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------To the owner, in response.In your response below, you said youd hear me out and then immediately followed with something about me asking for stimulation.....a total flat out lie that grossed me out!!! but sounded like a good excuse to terminate my membership. and thats when i hung up and wrote my review which i stand by 100%. If youre going to charge $140 plus tip for a massage it had better be good and the correct referral given by staff who dont seem to know what massage does what.I told the truth, you did not!

This is for Munn. I had to cancel my membership because one of my dogs is dealing with some medical issues. Munn has been so understanding and so incredibly helpful. My mind has been spinning with everything going on and canceling my membership was a bummer. BUUUUT Munn walked me through it and helped me make appointments within the 60 days. I am incredibly grateful and they’re an incredible employee.Chris and Crystal are extremely talented masseuses. They are both expert level so you do need to pay a little bit more but they are entirely worth it. Their styles are different so I would recommend checking them both out but if you really need somebody to GET IN THERE, they both do AMAZING work.Thanks guys

This was my first visit and I was in from out of town (Ohio). The ambience when walking in is great. The front desk staff member was extremely professional, friendly and polite. My aunt set up this appointment as a gift to me and honestly, her interaction with the staff went off without a hitch. Clay was the lmt whom worked on me and was professional and gave a wonderful massage and the aromatherapy really upped the experience. I am sad that I live out of town because I would highly consider loyalty here. I enjoyed all parts of my experience from start to finish.

I have been getting massages at Elements Massage Boulder for years now and won’t go anywhere else as the service is top notch. Jess and Daniel are superb therapists who are skilled, intuitive, and able to discern what is needed according to the issues I am experiencing and need help with. They are both particularly good with neck and shoulder issues. Also, the customer service is excellent. Brenna is particularly so professional and friendly and has helped me many times with scheduling or re-scheduling and getting checked in. The ambience from the minute you walk in is calm, and soothing..not like some other massage places where staff is talking and laughing loudly. The whole experience is one where you feel so much better than when you came in!

The receptionist was polite and explained the paperwork clearly. She proactively asked me if I wanted to use the restroom before the massage and directed me to its location. My massage therapist, Mike, was professional. He definitely did something with my shoulders and arms that Ive never had done by any other therapist, and it was extremely helpful in relieving the stress in those regions. He was also sensitive to the pressure and where I was tender from knots. Overall, one of the best massages ever! He should be nicknamed Magic Mike ;-) I only wish I lived there so that I could visit regularly, but I work in Canada now. I would definitely visit again the next time Im in town.

My partner and I decided to walk in to schedule appointments as first time guests, and Im glad that we did. The gentleman (I forget his name) helped us find the best therapist to work with based on the type of massage we were working with. They were able to get us in the next day too which was great. My partner worked with Lori and myself with Hollis. Both of us walked out feeling less tense and exactly where we wanted to be at the end of the massage. The atmosphere they create in there is also perfect for relaxation. Will definitely being going back!

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. 1) The receptionists are always super personable, nice and knowledgeable. 2) The rooms are cleanly and the mood is quite relaxing. 3) JODI GAVE THE BEST MASSAGE EVER! I suffer from many injuries and use massage as medical treatment, and she did wonders. Not only did her massage provide much relief, but shes a true pleasure to talk to.100% recommend this place to anyone.

Elements Massage is always clean: the reception area, bathrooms & massage rooms. The receptionists are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. When you enter Elements, there is a calming atmosphere that immediately takes you away from the stressful world outside. I loved my massage with Emily. I had never had a massage with her before. Mike from Boulder Location gave me the best massage Ive ever received. I communicated the kind of work I do and where my body needed work and I walked out not only feeling relaxed, but renewed. If youre someone who works a very high stress job and are looking for a deep tissue/trigger point massage - ask for Mike! His technique is extremely unique and again, the best Ive ever had. I loved my experience so much that I had to let you all know :)

I love this place, the Boulder one in particular that I drive up from Denver for a monthly massage from Anthony. I threw my back out in December and went to him the same day for some relief and mobility. I bought a membership and have gone to see him at least once a month since. I have honestly never met a more intuitive, healing massage therapist in my life. He puts in the hard work needed to provide relief to my incredibly tight muscles and I could not be more appreciative! I HIGHLY recommend going to see him if youre in need of some relief. Oh! He only seems to work there two days a week so make sure you book in advance!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Natalie (the massage therapist) listened to what my problem areas were and focused on them. She did a fantastic job and was very nice and professional. I recommend Natalie for deep tissue. She also incorporated stretches.

Crystal is the absolute best. She puts her heart and soul into every minute i spend on that table. She’s been a gift from the universe. She’s helped not only my back, she’s helped my overall mood. My wife and I got a massage at the same time. It was my first time getting a massage and my therapist, Ron, was great. He made sure to provide me a little education about what to expect before we started. He also checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure I was okay. Then he talked to me afterwards to make sure I didnt have any questions or concerns. Very professional and very thorough making me one very satisfied customer.

I’m a huge fan of Elements Massage Boulder. I’ve been getting therapeutic massage for over a decade and Elements is by far the highest quality treatment I’ve received. Although I typically go for deep tissue or sports massage, they have something for everyone. I’ve worked with multiple therapists at Elements over the past 2 years and they’ve all been excellent. And the price, value, and level of service can’t be beat. If you’re looking for the best therapeutic massage in Boulder, give Elements a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Great vibe inside and working with the therapist was comfortable and easy. It was clear that Mike has a keen awareness in his hands with a very strong sensitive presence. He worked very skillfully and with precision as we breathed together throughout the session. It was an amazing experience!

Luke at the front desk is very accommodating. I have been coming weekly for over a year and he is always very nice on the phone and helps me with whatever i need. I also love my therapists. They listen to me about my back pain and have really helped me throughout my journey to getting better.

Had a very good experience with the massage at Boulder location, referred two people and they enjoyed their visit too. The frustrating side is: there never seems to be a 1 hour slot within the next two weeks. When found and booked one online, which itself is not easy to browse, got a call there is a glitch and that is 90 min and either I had to accept 90 min or cancel. Accepted the first time but the second time it happened, I cancelled it and booked 60 min in another location. By the way, while talking to a rep at the other location I was told from July prices will increase by 10dollars. No advanced correspondence in this regard from the Boulder location to members.

Terrible management with an awful attitude, but the massages are fine. If you want to be treated well for the same price, look elsewhere.

This was my first time; I called when I couldnt get an appt with my usual place. The receptionist was very upbeat and helpful. My therapist was fantastic. Totally exceeded my expectations. The facility was really nice. I had such a great experience that I signed up for a membership.

Lori Abel is an exceptional massage therapist who brings new and interesting techniques to the table (pun intended) every time I see her. She is very professional and very knowledgeable and my only complaint is she is getting too popular, forcing me to plan further ahead to get in to see her. Besides Lori, your front office staff is friendly and efficient. In particular, Kathy is great to deal with both on the phone and in person.

The staff at the front desk are extremely helpful and polite.. Chris is the only person I would let work on my body the guy is magician and really knows what he is doing, super professional.

Elements have some of the best massage therapists and it is usually pretty easy to get an appointment. Elements is very clean and the atmosphere is nice. I highly recommend their membership program.

I had a 90 minute massage and then asked how much time was left on my account. Emily the receptionist said 30 minutes .( I had canceled my membership because the receptionists would never answer the phone or call back . I had spoken with the owner about this prolonged lack of service from the new front desk personnel.) I looked at my receipt today and Emily had charged me an additional 30 minutes, so my account had been up to date. Wow that looks fraudulent to me. I would like to hear back from the owner, but Emily would not give me her number. Stay away.

Seriously worth the hype. Every LMT is so attuned to what you need when you walk in, and the communication is outstanding but not overbearing. I came with my boyfriend for a couples massage (bonus points for being so LGBTQ+ friendly) and ended up getting the membership because the work was so good. I’ve never left disappointed, and their hours make it incredibly easy to pencil in some self care. I have multiple sports injuries, and all the LMTs are incredibly well versed with physiology and individual quirks, so no worries if you have a laundry list of aches, pains, and medical histories. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. Do yourself the favor and book the damn massage.

Came in from out of town and took a chance on this spot as it had good reviews. Wow, I wasn’t disappointed! Had a fierce tension headache and Chris gave me a fantastic deep tissue massage. Perfectly professional. Headache gone and felt better than ever! Highly recommend!

Beautiful interior environment felt like I could be anywhere in the world, yet having just left a parking lot in Boulder, Co.I’m from a somewhat conservative past and “massage” seems like a treat and not necessarily a compliment to my well being!Yet as my body and brain (yes brain; who knew) Yes, it’s not just about the body!!!!All my singular pains were reflected in the “path” of the therapist. Those were found !! !! !! !! without my specific instructions, Impressive!After 48 hours I am noticing the full benefits of massage, after 1 hour in the car actually could turn my head without rotating my body ! Sam was awesome. I went in with a nagging back issue and came out a new man with no pain. This guy has muscles between the joints of his fingers! If you want a deep tissue massage, ask for Sam. I dont live in Boulder, but I will likely be driving the hour commute when I tweak my back again.

Cant beat the quality of massage, the friendliness of customer service, or the relaxation quotient of the atmosphere here. Its not the cheapest massage in town, but Ive never regretted a penny Ive spent over three years of biweekly or monthly visits.

The massage is the focal point of the experience. Other places have other amenities, but typically, the actual massage is lacking. At Elements, this is not the case. The goal is relaxation and attention to massage excellence. My husband and I love Elements and will continue to come back.

I am not satisfied with the female receptionist at the front desk. She doesnt explain things clearly. All she cares about is money. Also, when I first came a month ago (in Jan), they texted you and tell you to come 15 mins early to check you in. But they let you wait outside in cold winter for 15 mins till the scheduled time. So, what is the point of coming early?

My rhomboids and trapezius are always knotted up when I visit and they get that sorted out perfectly.
