Sales person was very friendly about letting us check out different pieces, gave us space to browse and was helpful with our questions without rushing us. Happily bought my first bong that night, a hefty porcelain 🐘 that doubles as a centerpiece even though it sweats like something outta Jumanji... I love it.

I came in one night looking for some wraps and ended up finding one of the best shops in Boulder. I was lucky enough to meet the owner Benjamin who was super chill. They have a lot of awesome glass that I actually ended up buying a couple pieces. This place is legit. Highly recommend!!!!

This smoke shop doesn’t just have awesome customer service which isn’t common in smoke shops somehow, but they have great prices paired with unique beautiful glass in store. This will be my go to stop when I’m boulder. If you enjoy a place with stocked merchandise and good vibes. Look no further.

One of the employees at this place is skimming money on every sale he makes, i have gone in before just for joint papers and he claimed the prices listed are old and everything is more expensive, today i went in to get a pipe, it said 20 dollars, i was charged 38 dollars, thats a 90% tax, when i asked for a receipt he claimed that they didnt have a printer for receipts, i asked him to email it to me and he said he did, but upon arriving home i found out that he lied, and realized he has been skimming my purchases to make cash on the side, this head shop is full of deceitful thieves, come here if you want a real shady experience which involves you loosing money and leaving dissatisfied. if you want to make this right then give me my money back or at least show me my receipt.

Went into the store for the first time yesterday and I was amazed! The store had a really chill vibe and there is a huge selection of glass, plus they even have CBD products. Bought some CBD dabs and a rig to go with it, the guy working there was incredibly helpful in picking things out. The dabs are FIRE and the rig hits so smooth, definitely coming back here again!

I bought an 8 dollar cartridge that had no holes (I come to find after filling it with $60 worth of cbd product) and they wouldnt give me a new one. The person behind the counter, wanted to sell me another one at 1/2 price, which felt like an insult. Nothing against the employees but this shop is very poorly run, basically if you get screwed on a product; your screwed. Never coming back unless Im given what I paid for. Wish I could give zero stars. Update: they switched them out, thanks!

Best service I’ve ever experienced in a smoke shop. 💕 I went in for a Juul pod and ended up leaving with a Suorin. Thank you Frankie for the recommendation. It’s already saved me money. Instead of spending $60 a week on a Juul Ive only spend $45 for the month. Such a knowledgeable staff. Thanks Lazy Js. I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend.

Bought a $150 bong here ~ 1/28/19 and upon buying the piece, one of the workers on duty offered to give me a clip for free and tried to put it on. After failing for a minute or two, he gave the clip to his coworker to try who was eventually successful in forcing the clip onto my piece to secure the downstem. Thinking nothing of it at the time, I took my brand new piece home. It was only when I unwrapped it the following day that I noticed a small chip on the piece where the downstem slides into the joint. I immediately brought this issue to the managers attention, hoping that they would acknowledge their mistake and offer some kind of resolution. Instead, the manager offered us discounts only if we purchased more glass, and was very unhelpful in offering any alternatives. Since buying the piece, I have removed the clip 2 or 3 times and attempted to put it back on, only resulting in the initial crack expanding even further. Conclusion: they gave me a clip one size too small, and this effectively broke the $150 bong that I had just purchased. No offer of refund or reasonable alternative, no more business.

All sales are final bro, havent left the shop. tried buying a pack of tips instead get a single tip an dont realize till after the transaction where he then gives me a single... The vape I bought here aswell is 10$ over what you would pay from the company so just buy direct an only use store If your desperate

I got an amazing rig here for a great price. The guy who helped me was super knowledgeable, super friendly and cool. Im really happy with what theyve done with this spot.

I walked in there and There was super loud trap music playing and a boy at the counter who was really rude. Over priced and bad selection compared with other shops. Rude staff doesnt have social skills to say hello or goodbye. bad vibes
