I have been in the store several times now and I absolutely love it. The employees are always very helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Cece, who has learned what I like when it comes to vapes. She always gives me great recommendations when there are new flavors or new vape brands that come into the store and hits the nail on the head every single time! She is also very knowledgeable about everything being sold in the store, so any time I come in for vapes or anything else at all, she always points me in the right direction.

Was referred by my brother, best idea he could have come up with really cool, professional staff, very knowledgeable, great customer service, 2nd visit yesterday tried other shops in bowling green this one is second to none special shout out to CeCe I will be a regular monthly customer

They used to have everything you needed plus more they had a variety of basically anything you were looking for plus they always had new products in but lately it seems things have changed and they barely have anything they normally carry I’ve went there twice now and have been told they don’t have what I need in store and can’t really tell me if or when they will be getting more hoping to see a change in the near future the employees there rock and make it hard to go to another vape/smoke shop but if they can’t continue to carry the quality of products or get new inventory I may have no other choice but to find a new spot.

Just went in for maybe the second time, and was completely amazed! I explained to the friendly woman at the counter that I had just gotten out of the hospital a third time, and had issues with pain and nausea. CC was a wonderful help, and she immediately jumped to assist! She took her time and patiently explained products potency and how theyd help me. She was very professional, but also extremely helpful and friendly. Most of all, she made me feel very welcome and comfortable which will make for a memorable trip that will motivate me to keep coming back. CC went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one! I cant wait til my next visit! 😁💙

Bought a product from this location that didn’t work. Would never charge to even hold a charge and they would do nothing about it not even a trade. It’s not like i wanted something for free but i wanted what i paid for to actually work.

Nice store, professional employees, great selection of products. Dee was a big help when I purchased an item that had been out of stock; she showed me around with suggestions for other items I might be interested in later. The other employees seem very knowledgeable as well. Everyone was friendly. Highly recommend. I will definitely be making more purchases.

Cece that works there is really helpful and friendly. I bought some vape juice and a coil she cleaned my vape for me and changed my coil. Definitely will be shopping there more often

Everyone in here is super super kind! I was looking for something to help my mom with the symptoms of MS and CeCe recommended some gummies to help her nerves relax. She was extremely helpful and explained to me what exactly would make her feel. she also let me test out a few products and asked me questions to see what types of things I would like. I definitely recommend coming here. The atmosphere is great and the people who work here are so extremely personable that you feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.

The reason for this score is not the employees, it is for the policy with returns. I bought a vape and spent about $70 on the vape and $24 on the batteries for this vape. Not even 48 hours later it stopped working completely. I was told sorry no returns or replacements you just have to deal with the manufacturer yourself. In my opinion , if you sell choose to sell certain products you should be willing to stand behind those choices. At least give your customers 30 days if something goes wrong. I will not be a return customer for this location.

This place is excellent ! I stopped by on a whim while in town and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I walked in not expecting to buy anything, but left with a new grinder, a vape, and some lighters. Highly recommend!

They have soooo much stuff it’s awesome. They have basically any smoke piece you can think of, and the workers are very nice.

1st time in and Malik was very helpful. Lots of options for whatever youre looking for.

Everything was all good until one of the workers tried accusing my daughter of stealing a glass bottle of air freshener spray. I wont be back!
