I went in yesterday and encountered a lady named Kat! She was the most helpful person ever! She was extremely professional and knowledgeable in products in the store and beyond! Keep her, shes a treasure!

When im not protecting and serving the people of Paleto Bay, im at wild bills getting my nicotine fix. Cat is always my fave person to see. Rex is cool, a little quiet. Hunter... does things i guess. Elliot top notch. Hope always managing the store like a manager. Good Stuff, def no Perrysburg store by any means, but when im in a pinch and i need that sweet sweet Pink Punch lemonade mr vapor elite... this is where i go as a second or maybe third option for convenience.

Ive been going to this place since it used to be in a different location under a different name. The staff is wonderful, prices are good, deals are nice. Well organized store with a huge selection. The staff is the best, very knowledgeable and up to date on their products. Way better than the Oregon location. Wild Wednesdays are the best.

Wide selection and lots to look at! Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for! The rest of the staff was very friendly also. I would definitely recommend stopping here for any of your smoking needs!

Purchased a bottle of morning recovery and went on a 12 hour alcoholic Odyssey in bowling green and made it back to detroit. managing to wake up in time for my morning shift with the ghost of a hang overIn the back of my mind. Overall 10/10 morning recovery works

Tim was very helpful when I was there. I had gone to the old location but had some bad experiences buying hard cigars that I couldnt smoke. Since being at the new location I have not had that problem! Friendly stuff and plenty to choose from!

The way a good smokeshop should be run. Consistency across locations. Fair pricing. Honestly run. Bought a vape pen for a medicinal cannabis user, and it didnt work. They replaced it, opened up the new one in the store, and made sure it worked. Swapped out the parts that couldnt be returned because they had oil on them. Impressive!

Wild Bills Tobacco is the new store that has taken the place of the old Cut Rate Tobacco. I am not pleased with the change. The employees are not as nice as the ones from the old store, in my opinion. Though the store still sells tobacco products, like rolling tobacco, tubes, rolling machines, cigars, lighters, ashtrays, etc., there is now a huge selection of bongs, water pipes, pipes, and other strange smoking devices that I have no interest in. They do have a new reward point system when you buy tobacco or tubes that can earn you money off of a future purchase after you get enough points. However, last time I went to this store, the employee forgot to give me my points for my purchase, so I got shorted on my reward.

The entire staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They always have great recommendations. The only tobacco store I go to!

The selection of cigarette rolling supplies is decent and their tobacco is fresher than the store on S. Main although their prices are slightly higher. The employees are nice and most are very well informed about the vaping supplies. They also carry incense, pipes and have a humidor

I feel like there should be people that vape work there because this one guy said he doesnt know anything about vaping juices when I ask about a flavor. But its a good store i feel like the prices is too high and should have deals on salt nicotine and more flavors to choose from the store is clean

I was charged twice for a singular bottle of vape juice and still have not been refunded. The owner told me there was nothing he could do, and I would need to contact my bank. So, I did. I called my bank, and explained the situation to them, and I was told that Wild Bill has to be the ones to refund my money, and they can’t do anything about that. this happened last week and the business hasn’t made any any effort to make this right and pay me back. Thieves. This was a passive robbery. Wild Bill, you owe me $26.68. scum bags

There is a limited amount of stores in the immediate BG area if you roll your own cigarettes. Wild bills has a good selection on both loose tobacco and filter tubes. They also carry plenty of products for the cigar smoker and a plethora of various glass pipes and other items in that category.

I like the store...but it has gone down hill without Penny. They always had my cartons of cigarettes , if out they would tell me when they would have them, and they would. Not so much now.i can never get what I want when I go in. Then I go back and nope they dont have them yet. YOU NEEF PENNY BACK
