She always does a skin assessment before the treatment and picks the facial that will be the best for me for that moment.Yelena - is the absolute heart of the place - she does my Vitamin B12 Injections and Laser Hair Removal - and is the sweetest person I know.I have not personally had any treatments with their Massage Therapist Eric - but my husband did and is very happy with the results of Medical Massage treatments.The place is very clean and safe and has a very good team of professionals, cannot be recommended enough!

The facials and skin care consultation took my skin from an absolute neglected mess, into something I can feel confident about showing in the light of day—not to mention much less dry and irritated. Most places I heard about is when they decrease the leaser effect to go back again and spend more money. This spa is amazing!! They offer so many things! For me personally I have done a facial and laser hair removal for my face. The facial was so helpful for me my acne has lessened! The laser hair removal is great and gets rid of the hairs on my face, but unfortunately for me the hair keeps growing back, but it grows back thinner so you can barely see it. I think that this spa is great and its very calming and relaxing! I would highly recommend!!

I have had a lot of bodywork done over the years, but Eric is one of the best therapists that you can have for general aches and pains, targeted injuries, acute issues, or just giving you a general look over and identifying what is causing the stress and tightness throughout your body.While Zen Zone is not your lavish, over-the-top kind of spa or massage therapy provider, the space is clean and well kept. I would put it on par with the majority of the providers I have been to over the years and given the difficulty (and cost) of space in Boston, Zen has plenty of space dedicated to the services they provide.The price is actually pretty good ($200 for a 90m massage) for the services and what you get for that is BEYOND a value. Like I said, over the past 10+ years Ive had just about every type of bodywork imaginable done (active release, grafting, dry needling, all different kinds of massages, TENS therapy, etc). I was always looking for ways to recover as an amateur competitor in CrossFit and that just causes the need to treat your body as good as you can so you can keep training and pushing. Now, with that out of the way lets get into my experience with Eric.This unicorn is well-versed in MANY different practices, but will tailor the services to your level of need and want in focus areas and pressure to be applied. I will say that my experience was not super relaxing, but that was what I wanted. We did active release, stretching, and deep tissue massage. These are NOT relaxing services to request, but what I wanted/needed at the time of my appointment. Not only did he meet all of these requests with fervor, but showed me a few other tricks I had not experienced personally.The one that sticks out in my mind is his attention to my head/neck/jaw after I told him of my cancer diagnosis. He did a full assessment of my body and decided to focus first on my head/neck/jaw with cold stone therapy and actually getting IN my mouth to release the tension in my jaw. Not something I would have thought of, but once he was done the difference was palpable and I was beyond thankful he spent this kind of attention on a place that instantly melted the tension and clenching away.I cant say enough good things about my experience from scheduling to paying (they even have the providers Venmo displayed for tipping!!!). It was quite a first impression they left on me and I will definitely be back when I need this kind of intensive therapy or body work in the future. Highly recommended - 10/10, A+++

Extremely thorough in all of their services and the staff really cares about their customers. It is always a highlight of my day when I go! Irina has truly transformed my skin since I first started getting her facials. My whole family and I love Zen Zone Spa.

I did several laser hair removal treatments and electrolysis on different parts of my body (underarms, bikini and feet + I also had some hairs removed on my arms and upper lip during electrolysis). Its very convenient and effective!!! For example, I used to have dark thick hair in my underarms that I shaved every 2 days. My underarms hair is thin and partly light now. I use razor only before my next laser sessions. There is much less hair in my bikini as well but this area needs more time to become hairless. All in all, I recommend this place to anyone!

Every time I visit Boston, I always make sure to visit Zen Zone Spa. My latest appointment was two weeks ago. During COVID pandemic I was impressed how well staff at Zen Zone Spa are handling it and following all required protocols. The spa was very clean and everyone was wearing all the necessary PPE. I had ultrosound facial. Irina was amazing and my skin looked so much better after the facial. Ive been to many NYC medical spas, and I must say Zen Zone Spa beats them all. Look forward to my next visit soon!!

Zen zone spa is great for facials, lazer hair removal , and massages . Facials technician is professional and knowledgeable, I see big improvement in my face since the first facial and since I started to use medispa facial serum and under eye serum . I also had great experience after lazer hair removal , after 4 tx my upper lip hair is gone and not coming back , same thing with underarm areas . Finally , massage was great as well. As a physical therapist I am picky about massage , Eric did great with deep tissue massage , myofascial release, I felt looser and my severe neck pain that I had was gone. I highly recommend this spa for all 3 services!

If you come for a massage, ask for Eric. Hes not just a massage therapist, hes a muscle-therapist. Its hard to label his work because he is skilled in so many techniques: myfascial release, neuromuscular therapy (aka sports massage) and Swedish to name a few. You could call it medical massage. He uses rocks, both hot and cold. His knowledge of anatomy is impressive, and he does a lot of stretching as well as massaging.The three things I like best about Eric: (1) hes heavy and strong enough to apply pressure as necessary. No matter a therapists skill, without enough help from gravity they are unable to apply the amount of force my back craves. (2) Eric is super responsive and adjusts to what he feels and what I say as he works. (3) His adjusts his demeanor to my mood. Some days I feel like meditating and being silent and so is he, some days I feel like talking the whole time and Eric is a wealth of information about everything muscle-related. He has given me suggestions for stretches to do on my own, exercises, he even analyzed my gait and helped to me improve my walking.Ive been seeing Eric once a month for a few months now and each month I have felt better than the last.
