Wow just wow! Smokers Depot is the best smoke shop I’ve been to! The staff was gnarly. I was looking for a new brand of kratom and I love it. This has become my go to smoke shop. y’all will see me again.

I love everyone at Smokers Depot! Brandon, Megan, Taylor. Matt & I think I missed someone-They are all wonderful people and treat their customers like family! I highly recommend shopping here! Good sales, fair prices, but most importantly GREAT PEOPLE! This is the place you need to shop for tobacco, cigars, Kratom, pipes, etc!

Greatest smoke shop I’ve ever been too! Great staff with excellent service and great hospitality!!! Love everyone in there Justin,Megan,Matt,Cam,Taylor and Brandon are all amazing people. Everyone these days wants a good tobacco/vape shop. Look no further, smokers depot of Brighton is your store. Staffed by young people that always make me smile. This used to be my regular shop, as it’s right down the road from my house. Although I no longer come here - if you have a problem w/ something n need to talk to the manager , good luck pal. the staff never seems to know when she’s gonna be in. doesn’t seem like great communication is goin on around there.

Awesome place, Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select a vape because I had absolutely no idea what I was going to get. Would definitely recommend checking this place out for any of your smoking needs.

I have recently started researching CBD vapes and they have a brand I wanted to try. After getting home, I realized I was a”dud”. No worries! They gave me a new one that works great and gave me a discount on another brand I wanted to try. Fantastic!

Smokers depot has the best staff and a great selection of your smoking needs.

Ive been to quite a few smoke shops and straight up the pricing here is painfully high on certain items. It is pretty expensive to charge $11.99 for a smoke ordor candle when I see plenty of smoke shops charge under that amount at usually $9.99 or Wild Bills even sells them for $7.49. So, I recommend you shop around and know your prices before you take the sales tag as a legit normal price for certain items.

Would I was sold a wax vaporizer but I needed a dryer vaporizer the manager helped me 1st by trying to make my original purchase work and then when that didnt work she gave me even exchange for a more expensive vaporizer. Each time Megan was kind and helpful! She followed up with the owners as she said she would. I was so frustrated and Megan made it such an easy actually enjoyable experience. They have a large selection at fair prices. But for me what makes me come back to a store is the level of customer service & theyre spectacular!!

I called to ask about a type of wrap and he told me hed check if Id wait. I said it was fine. I spent ten minutes listening to him check out customers patiently and was fine. At the end I heard him tell a girl she was awesome and laugh as he came back to the phone - he hung up without ever checking on the wraps I asked for or even checking to see if I was still there. After he asked me to wait and I did so patiently and politely. Horrible customer service...

I was trying to find a coil for my voopoo Vinci but too no luck with other stores, I came to this store and Matt was super helpful!! He got me set up with compatible coil and stayed to make sure it worked with my device. All and all will definitely come back in just because of the great services. Big shoutout to Matt

Wonderful vibes, megans an absolute gem!

I enjoy the casual feeling around the store, but at the same time, the employees generally are friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. Its a tragedy that so much of their business is being forced out with Whitmers new bill looming overhead, hopefully the people speak loud enough to enact results.

Great customer service however they are constantly out of several types and brands of Kratom. I have repeatedly asked them to carry a few different products and my request has never been fulfilled.

Their humidor is very well stocked with quality, high end cigars. The prices are quite reasonable. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Smokers Depot has become my go to cigar shop. No need to go anywhere else.

Went in there twice while I was in town for the week. Both times the guy was cocky with an attitude. Very unimpressed.

Dont fall for discounts. Second time now in a month some thing was labeled clearance or 40% off and, when the owner looked up what he paid, told me he would need to charge full price because he wouldnt be making any money Ok, then dont have it in the section marked 40%off. Similar situation with another product shortly thereafter. I purchased a product made from glass and he didnt wrap it up (as they have every other time) I had to ask and was met with annoyance. Its a coin flip as to whether you have a pleasant experience or leave upset. It appears the owner (or at least manager) is the problem. The other clerks are very helpful and on point. Not the female that works there. She seems to not want to be there. Thats my rant. Sorry.

This store it awesome! I drive all the way from Dexter when I need products. The employees are marvelous and kind. Smokers Depot Brighton has everything I’ve ever needed. The manager is very friendly and smart

Update: still the best store in town for everything listed below and more! Every employee is kind and helpful! When out of something I get regularly they where happy to order it immediately and call me when its in.Huge variety of products. Lighters, pipes, e-cigs, vapes, bongs, and more! Good prices, nice people, and very clean & organized!

A great smoke shop. I stopped in today and had a young gal wait on me. As soon as I walked in the door she made a point to help me right away. She was also very pleasant. When I was still in business I wish I could have had her as an employee.

Friendly prompt service, I wish thry had a bit of a wider Nic Salt selcetion, PLEASE get Ragin Donut!! Ill buy hundreds of them haha. Service is very friendly, so friendly, infact, I heard an employee invite a customer behind the counter to have a better look at the juices, tho when caught by the 2nd employee, after the customer left, 1st employee denied inviting them, saying customer walked back themselves and employee had no idea what was going on. Sure hope that customer dosnt get banned because of it.

They need to work on coming to work on time. They are late opening at times. Today you were supposed to open at 9. I left at 916 and still no one was there to open!! Irritating... Granted there other shops, but this one is close to my house. Pls be on time!

Came in yesterday to buy a ooze pen battery. It was defective I came in 20 minutes ago and a guy with curly dark hair and glasses told me he cant do anything about it until Monday. I am leaving town Sunday and wont be back. Glad that I wasted $20 on a pen that doesnt even work. NEVER COMING BACK

The manager clearly knows nothing of smoking laws in Michigan. You only have to be 18 to buy CBD and a passport IS a valid form of identification. Will most likely not return.

Decent prices, not as good as oasis used to be. Was a very frequent visitor to Matts store oasis and he was always nice and took care of customers, this is now just a tobacco store that has taken over the name and product.
