This is a wonderful place to find any of your vaping needs as well as your other alternative smoking needs! They have a wide selection of vaping supplies, including a wide variety of Disposables. They have many different brands and flavors within each brand, whether it be disposable or a regular mod. The other half of the store, which I havent explored very much, has a wide variety of pipes and other supplies. Im always met with a friendly and knowledgeable employee, and I have not been dissatisfied one time with any of the above! I highly recommend this store, and can personally say that they have the best value and selection of any of the local stores here in Brighton! Keep up the good work! ♡♡

Hey! I spoke with Steve when I stopped in today and had a great experience. I was just bummed to hear that you guys were cancelling the OLY Frozen Mango Milkshake vapes, I would love to see if you guys can continue to carry them as they are my favorite brand/flavor and I don’t want to look for another shop that will sell them. Please continue on being my favorite local shop!

I bought a vape for 40 dollars. It broke a week later. Called in and they said to bring it in the shop. Then they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Waste of money and time.

This is where I go for all my vaping needs. A very knowledgeable staff on every product. Every time I go here they let me try the vape so I dont get sent home with a broken product.

Horrible customer service!!! Will not be returning nor will recommend to anyone else. Went in today to buy juice and other things. Spend over $80 total. When we went to put the juice, that was recommended to us by the worker, the top popped off an exploded everywhere. Mind you, we had not even left the store yet. It got into my boyfriend eyes and all over our clothes. This left about 1/4 of the juice we just spent over $20 on. When I asked for a replacement I was told it was not their problem and I would have to pay full price for a new one. No refund or anything!! When I asked how to get a refund I was told it’s the company’s fault and he didn’t know how we could get a refund. As a small business you would think they would have good customer service and be willing to send the bottle back to the manufacture and give us a replacement or a refund. All we eventually got offered was a 20% discount on a new bottle 🙄. Again, won’t be recommending to anyone nor be returning to spend my money.

Well the first time I went in today and spent $100 the guy that helped answered all my questions super friendly and helpful.... I thought I had an extra coil at home but I didnt , less than an hour later must have been shift change b/c I called to ask about coils or possibly another tank so more $$$, the lady on the phone literally had NO customer service skills. Very rudely tells me we dont give pricing over the phone said its their policy. Which if it is thats cool but you didnt have to be rude.. so now instead of me ever coming back to buy ANYTHING again just wont happen. I feel sorry for the nice guy that was actually helpful.

Went in today, had a great experience there. The person working there was named Ethan, I think. I bought a new mod from somewhere else and Ethan helped me understand how it works and such. Extremely kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back to this shop!

My overall experience with alpha star has been amazing. Steven has been very sweet,polite,respectful,and very helpful.And I appreciate the help and everything from Steven and everyone else there at alpha star.

Went in today and the gentleman working was very helpful explaining the different options available that worked with our current setup and some possible upgrades for the future. Prices were average and pretty much what you would see everywhere else. Equipment selection was a little limited but they will likely have exactly what you need just not 50 different versions of it, maybe just 1 or 2 or 3 depending on what you need. Juices were plentiful and he was really helpful finding a suitable alternative when they ran out of the jolly rancher watermelon my wife wanted.The store is located inside the building and does not face the street in case anyone is confused.

Steve was the most knowledgeable and helpful guy I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I had a whole ton of questions and he answered all of them happily! Great place with a great staff!

Great place, lots of vape options. They even have a limited supply of non-nicotiene vapes which are cool, I wish they had more of them. But besides that they have good prices and the one guy I met that works there had really good customer service. And I almost forgot to mention you can smoke in there 😀 its a must go to shop.

Friendly employees, a HUGE verity of juices plus they sale puffco products. I have yet to have a bad experience here!

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They do have many juice options, but difficult to choose with no method of testing via smell or puffing. I have an IJOY from there. Coils burn out after literally 2 or 3 puffs. Its less than a year old. Condensation has got under the display. Id like to rate the store higher. Staff I give a 5. But pens and accessories have been poor. And need a better way of checking juices, Id be good with even smell.

Great vape shop! A ton of options for flavors. Just wish they had more stock for the H45 coils. They seem to always be out. Lol! Otherwise, customer service is awesome and prices are reasonable. My go to vape shop!

I purchased a mod and some vape juice, everything was going smoothly until I looked at the bottle of vape juice and realized it had 0 mg of nicotine in it. This was two seconds after the transaction and I hadnt even touched the bottle myself yet nor had it been opened. I told the lady I didnt want 0 and she never asked how much I wanted. She basically said too bad and Im stuck with the 0mg now. This was very frustrating as I bought a big expensive bottle and waisted my money. She accused me of previously saying I didnt want nicotine which was not true I specifically said I liked 3-6 mg and she refused to correct her mistake. The mod I bought was also not the correct color displayed on the box which is not a huge deal but made the experience even worse. The lady working had a terrible attitude and was rude and condescending. Wont be returning and I wouldnt recommend the place to anyone. Terrible service.

I have been here several time, I have had a pleasant experience nearly every time. Although it was early it was early in the morning and I had walked in and a lady working the counter was rude and impolite. I had tried asking her questions and she did nothing to help me. She short answered and was hard to talk to. Again this is the only bad experience. But it almost made not want to go back.

Went in to buy an atomizer, the misleading packaging of color selection on the product obviously was no fault of the sales kid who sold it to me. Figured theyd make it right and just swap it out for a color I did want...afterall I didnt leave the store with the product at that point (I opened product at register in front of sales kid...and to both of our surprise at the rainbow color when the color label is black, and so is the pic on the box....all I get is a my bad from saleskid) sales kid calls owner several times, texts him and finally after about a half hour of waiting around the owner replies via text (wont pick his phone up like any honest business man) we wont give refunds because the customer doesnt like it...Really?!? I hope the sales kid relayed my message to you, Ive met you, Ive spent well over a grand there with you when you were trying to get that place up and running and this is how you treat customers like me??? I wont even shop at your going out of business sale.

These folks are awesome. Theyve dug through shipments to get my the juice Id wanted that was out on the shelf, have helped me figure out issues Ive had with an atomizer, took the time to explain literally everything when I came in the first time to get set up, and are very friendly. I absolutely hate going anywhere else!

Super fun and simple vape shop here. Having not been to Brighton in over 10 years it was still pretty easy to find inside the little hallway mall. Found this location from the website of a specific product and sure enough they had that brand fully in stock plus had another brand in the same product category that I ended up leaving with also. Quick and easy, will be back!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Decent selection of juices and coils, hence the 2 stars. They don’t allow returns or exchanges. Buyer beware and ensure you’re buying the proper product for your device.

Do NOT go to this vape store! They gave me the wrong coils that cost me $22 and refused to swap them for the right one. The day my husband went back and they threatened him and tried to intimidate him! Ive spent hundreds in this store the past 3 years and I will NEVER go back! Its a bad situation where people running the business gets aggressive with you and not acknowledge theyre wrong! Poor way to do business!

Don’t buy from here their vapes don’t work and after the first few puffs they taste like Rubbing Alcohol and the won’t allow an exchange. I had two vapes purchased back to back that were bad and they refused exchange…

I love this place, wish it was closer to my place but it is worth the drive. The house juice bar is the best I ever saw, and five star point quickly build up. Would recommend this to anyone looking for great taste and great price house juices.

Great people, great selection. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is they have had some trouble opening on time. There have been numerous times Ive tried to stop by shortly after 11:00, the posted opening time, to find the store closed. Yesterday I hung out and tried againat 11:30, door was still locked.

I was looking for a Vape shop that takes there time in answering questions that I had. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable in buying my vape and juice. I didnt worry that they were just trying to sell you something to just take your money. So I will let all my friends know this is the shop to go. Very happy and pleased.

Absolutely love this vape shop! Everyone that works here is trained well and VERY helpful! They have a love for their customers. Unlike any other vape shop Ive been to before! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Absolutely never going anywhere else!!

This place is beyond overpriced. Honestly if you can go anywhere else, please do so. Almost $25 for three coils?! & you wont sell individual coils?? You would think your goal, being a small vape shop, would be to have repeat customers. Being that youre the closest vape shop to here you know you can take advantage of people like crazy. I live in the middle of downtown and the vape shop by me sells the coils for $4 individually & thats still overpriced, but a lot better than your overpriced, ran down business. The guy working was nice, but thats all this company has going for it. Ill never return to a store that takes so much advantage of everyone that comes here. I run my own business so from a certain point I get it, but theres a line you dont cross and this place doesnt even know that line exists.

If I can give this place ZERO stars I would. The worst customer service!! I went in and had to announce myself because of the loud music playing. Even when the guy behind the counter acknowledged me he continued to blare his music. I couldnt understand anything he was saying and he was very standoff-ish. I will never come back here.

Prices are way high!! 27 dollars for a small bottle of costal clouds. I was shocked and bought it anyway. I wont be back though.

Nice selection, decent prices, didnt care for the sales persons attitude though. About 2 blocks away, at the Game Exchange, there is a much better shop with an absolutely huge selection of juice, vapes, and accessories, and very friendly informative sales people.

Called and asked for a certain pod and was assured they had it when i got there not only did they not have it but they didnt even carry the coil or device and then proceeded to sell me the wrong coil saying it would work for my vape and I knew it wouldnt as soon as I saw the coil. Ive had terrible experiences there before and decided to stop going to them but gave it one more try today and no surprise was the same poor quality service as before

This isnt my normal spot- and I dont normally do these types of reviews- but, I do now owe this place $5 so...I have to give a shoutout to my man James for being what I can only describe as the broest of bros when he hooked me up. I came in today out of juice, the day before payday of all days (you may know the situation), completely forgetting that they cant sell 15ml bottles anymore- so my measly $8 cash wasnt gonna cut it for a $12 30ml house juice plus tax.Thats when James stepped in and said you know what man, just gimme the 8 an we straight... Mind you, without listening to my sob story, which truly isnt his problem.There isnt enough of this in the world anymore. Thank you again James, Ill definitely be back!

Decent amount of juice, nice staff and they carry vapergate. They Also had mods and some accessories, not a huge selection but will get you by if needed! Also pricing is very reasonable
