Brighton Massage

Massage was way too hard, applied way too much force even though I said medium. Also she just kept trying to get me to extend time of massage even though we agreed on half hour. Overall very dissatisfied and demand a refund or free massage if they ever want my business again.

Lilly is the G.O.A.T. From walking on my back to hot stones to deep tissue massage , I havent found anyone better. If you are looking to feel more youthful and invigorated , I highly recommend.

This was a really cool experience. I’ve never had a massage that entailed many different areas of stretching & massaging: many people reviewed how it was invasive. The purpose of that type of massages is for their focus to be on releasing tension in tissues rather than stimulating energy flow. If you want a true full body deep tissue massage go here!

Great massage! Definitely go here if youre looking for a deep tissue massage. She was constantly asking if it was too much or not enough pressure which I appreciated. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from with them being inappropriate. If youre not comfortable with a masseuse massaging a certain area, simply say so. She respected all of my boundaries. Great price as well!

Best massage ever!! She got the worst knot out of my back in less than 2 minutes when it took other people hours to try and fail! I will be coming back for sure. Plus the prices here are pretty good for everything you get!

I mentioned to the lady I have a strained muscle in my shoulder and that it is super sensitive. She was EXTREMELY rough and I feel like genuinely did not care nor listen to me. I had to mention several times during the massage to not use so much pressure, which she did for 30 seconds, then continued to beat my back. She also proceeded to crack my back?? I honestly wish I would have left mid massage because my back is bruised this morning and feels horrible. Would not recommend.

Terrible service. I helped my friend to call in advance to cancel the appointment because something came up and she is not able to go. We are being very responsible but the person on the phone yelled at me and told me that never come back and she accused me harassed herRespond to owner’s response.This is false statement you had previously missed several appointments prior to this without notifying us.The truth is: my friend called yesterday to check how much you charge for the massage. Today she called back to make the appointment. Then something came up and she was not able to come, and she asked me to call to let you know that she cannot come.It is so unprofessional to respond with false statement.

This is a tough one - the therapist that worked with me did an excellent job and gave me a thorough, relaxing massage. The room was nice and quiet and the music was excellent. In this regard it was very relaxing and enjoyable. However, this is the second time now where the discreetness is sketchy. I thought the first time might have been a fluke but now the second time, I really question it. Or perhaps Im just way old school. Or Ive been to too many other salons that follow regulations strongly. Regardless, I felt quite uncomfortable at times (more below) and I will not be returning. Again, it wasnt the massage itself as that was great. It was the handling of my privacy and a diminished effort to keep me covered with the towel. Other salons that I have been to make a concerted effort to keep my privacy by tucking the towel under me in various places, or pulling it over me as Im being adjusted, or rolling over. This wasnt the case. Also I was uncomfortable in (and this is difficult to post) how the hands of the therapist didnt just stay in respectable areas, especially my behind. This appeared mostly harmless but I dont know and thats why Im posting. It happened too often and yes, I could have walked out. I feel an obligation to let others know. Thank you.

At other massage places I always have to ask for more deep pressure and its still not enough for me. When I come here I have to ask for medium because the masseuses deliver!.. I love feeling like my Shoulders and back went through a slab roller, in the best way possible. They are always so kind here and great value.

I go regularly to have massages all across the nation. I go to day spas and walk ins alike. This is by far one of the best massages Ive ever had. I originally came in for reflexology 60 minutes. I loved it so much I asked to do another 60 minutes only with a full body swedish massage. Absolutely worth every penny!! I walked out feeling like happy jello. ☺️ Highly recommend. Definitely going back.

I loved it, I would ask them to go deeper. My back problems are all muscle, and deep tissue should be painful to get done right. I understand others dont see that, but this lady worked me over good. Very happy, will just ask her to go deeper next time.

Whatever you do dont go here. They told me I owe them 15% in a tip Everytime. my neck and back hurt and they do everything but what I asked. They dont listen to customers and think theyre owed more than the price listed. Put your money in someone elses hands. Not theres

You should NEVER be pulling a clients underwear down and invading personal areas. I understand what a massage is but this experience was extreme invasive and violating. You need to reavaluate your practices and change this method because you are crossing boundaries and victimizing women. Stay far away from this place until they agree to ask for consent. This was not the first time it has happened (per reviews). DO BETTER.

I was in so much pain I planned on going to the hospital if this did not help. The woman was so helpful and did amazing! Thank you do very much. I will be back.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is a place I do not think I would go back to. The service was kinda strange, and was not personable at all. She did not help rid of my knots at all. And it was slightly invasive when it came to comfort if exposer for sure. I also have a big red mark above my collar bone that still has not gone away and might bruise.

What a wonderful treat! Expert Chinese woman that really knows how to treat pain! My back has never felt so good in so many years! It was worth the long drive, based on a close friend’s recommendation! I also highly recommend! Thanks for your great help!

They have a good relaxing massage and will work on sore spots if you tell them , they speak very little English, but overall do a fine job, and will use hot Rocks in the massages ,takes a minute for them to get the rocks in other room,but feels great.It is an excellent massage, will go back again.

Worst massage ever!! It was more painful then good, but I still tipped 15% and was laughed at by the lady and she was begging for more of a tip. She was also very rude. I will never be back to this place. Millions of others that can do better then this.
