To expensive,I went in 6/29/24 around 1pm and bought four RAZ disposable vapes and when he rung me up it was $70.00,now I have been in before and the price wasnt $70.00 everywhere around here is 2 for $25.00,I didnt have to buy them but I was in a hurry and already late so I bought them,but me and my family wont be making that stop again lol,Im not shopping where the employees scam customers to pocket so m e side money,when I will just go to cloud 9 or smoke shack where the price is alwaysEdit 6/3/24So according to parkway vape everywhere in a hundred mile area sells counterfeit vape, lmao,then why have I bought 4 $50 on previous occasions ? Were they counterfeit ? Look man, YOU own the place,just say that was the price that day . Before I thought an employee was making an extra $20,I can respect the hustle, I bought them so its on me,but it sounds like the owner was the one who made the extra $20 lol.enjoy business whie it last.

This is the only vape shop we regularly visit. They have a nice selection of things, and the employees are always so polite.Sometimes theres a really adorable poodle, and it makes my entire day.Weve tried a couple other shops over the years, but parkway just cant seem to be beat.

Best and cheapest place to get all your vape needs and latest releases, they even have a huge selection of Rare Air Jordan’s as well as supreme official clothing merch, which really suprised me to be a vape store…. Great place to shop….. if you’re trying to quit smoking, give them a try!

I stop by here every two weeks. The guys know their products and arent afraid to tell you the truth about what theyre selling.Theyre down-to-earth and friendly.

All three of the guys here are friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience here. They are willing to go above and beyond to help you understand a product and it’s intended purpose. Great selection, constantly improving as well.

I was excited to find a vape shop outside of the bigger, local “chain stores”. The prices are great and they have a huge selection of everything you need. All that being said, the 3 star rating is due to their customer service.

I cannot express how kind, informative and helpful the clerk was at Parkway Vapor to me today. I previously purchased my vape equipment at another shop (Rocky Top Vapor) and they were HORRIBLE to me no customer service at all, they could have cared less if I walked out of there with no purchase. I was treated as a real customer and he listened to my questions and I cant thank Parkway Vapor enough for taking care of me today. You have all my business and referrals!! Thanks again :)

I absolutely love this shop. The guys that run it are super nice and very helpful. Not mention that if youre going to shop their youre going to get the best deals youre gonna get anywhere. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Its where I get all of my Vape gear!

Have a very good selection of merchandise. Definitely want to go back myself!Good range of nic salts, and great selection of eliquids. Have a decent selection of devices and hardware too, but I wasnt there that long. Like I said, I am definitely going back. If youre in the area, Id recommend them.

This place has all the best and newest versions of the popular vape products and the staff inside are extremely skilled and schooled on all the details. Everyone was helpful and friendly and the store itself is clean and carries a nice atmosphere. They also have order options for products that arent in stock. All in all its the best vape shop in the tri cities.

The guy was really helpful he showed us how to use it and he wasnt in a hurry I would recommend this place the had other stuff besides vapor like shoes etc go check them out

The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The selection of ejuice, nic salts, and mods at this place is by far the best in Bristol. The prices are fair as well.

I walked into this vape shop first time stopping in. Staff was very unprofessional, one member of staff acted like he didn’t want to sell me anything while the other staff member was messing with his cell phone. When I asked about a certain type of device and the price staff member didn’t even go into detail and just told me some prices on how much they are. It’s like all these people care about are their job and NOT about the customer. I’m a vapor but will never go back to this shop again. Very unprofessional staff.

This is my favorite vape shop in the tricities it is the cheapest and the staff is great and very friendly and helpful.

The gentleman who works there was very helpful knowledgeable and patient with me while I was trying to get what I needed. I cant remember his name and I apologise for that but I do thank you very much.

Almost every vape I have got here does not work or is burnt they will not do refunds they have a you have to hit in the store policy, they are way over priced for what they have I do not recommend at all!
