I don’t know why this place gets so much hate. There’s a language barrier but that’s no reason why you shouldn’t speak up. If you see them doing something you don’t like don’t wait till after you leave to complain and post a negative review. Speak up. They will change what ever it is you don’t like about your nails. Suki is good. This time I went to Angela she sits right next to suki and she ATEEEE. Angela did my nails so nice . They give you a massage and everything . One of my toe nails chipped I came back a day later and they fixed it . They do nails really well just give them a chance

Love coming here! Suki is my girl, she never fails me. They do great feet as well and are very affordable!

I love this place ❤️. I get my nails done by suki and toes done by Linda and I must say they both provide amazing services. All the workers are amazing and kind l. I always recommend this salon to everyone who ask about my nails my whole family comes here and we love them especially my daughter this is her favorite place to be

Don’t waste your time coming to this place. They work too quick and sloppy. I paid $56 for this and when I asked for brown tips with this set, I was told it’s too late. The old polish that I had previously, is still visible on this current set.

They do amazing work. Never disappointed with how my nails come out. Highly recommended.

Gel nails chipped after 4 days. Got French nails and they painted the French tip instead of using the acrylic to make it. Was About $65 for short nails. Wasn’t given the option to see the colors offered since I wanted to color match. Great with toes, messy with nails/acrylic. Pictures are from day 9

Go see Suki. She will NEVER street u wrong. I travel from Coney Island for Suki. She’s extremely neat. Note only with her polish but with the nails shape and acrylic as well.

I needed a pedicure after work and they did such a beautiful job, worth every penny!! The space is very luxurious, clean & relaxing, they have a really kind and accommodating staff!! I was a walk-in

There is an older man with a patch of dyed hair. I have never sat in his chair and did not leave without bleeding, cuts and the ugliest nails ever. He adds $10 on top of whatever style you get for no reason. Do not sit in his chair.

This place is horrible 😤 never in my life will I visit this place and they are lucky I didn’t ask for my money back. They charged me $108.00 and look at this picture for a brand new full set. I felt like they robbed me and to top it off they are so disrespectful to they’re clients even though they steal your money!!! I’ve never been treated this way !!! If i can give zero stars i would ,they cut my cuticle with the drill and speaking their language and laughing this nail salon is garbage they do a very bad job i did my nails a shortnail full set paid 40$ and the nail didnt even last 24hrs it came off i told em not too much drill machine and now it looks like i need a filling donot go to this salon youll waste your money!

One and done! 2 stars for smiling in my face and being nice while serving me but I won’t trust these people again. I had the pedicure and then was charged extra for the accents but they held on to my change from the first service. They then charged me for the second service and even took a tip. They will DEFINITELY run your pockets if you let them.

Really disappointed paid 65 for French tips it hasn’t been as week yet and the bottom of my nails is shifting smh customer service was terrible and out of everything I gave tip this would be my last time visiting this place

WISH I CAN GIVE A ZERO STAR.They were fast (horrible work) but if you don’t purchase their $65 dollar package for pedi they don’t put in enough effort to scrub and cut the cuticles.My entire session finished literally in 7 mins… I did gel pedi………. I go to places that scrub and cut my cuticles for $25/$35 and in this place I had to freaking purchase a $65 package just to get the basics done? Absolutely NOT. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!P.s. the package includes a 10 min massage she was telling me is not including massage. Then I told her why if it’s on their menu. Then she said fine I’ll do it for 5 mins. Girl bye.You’re trying to create ur own menu on the spot with ur own prices at this point.Should’ve walked away the min I noticed the first red flag. That was my mistake.

My go to place. I go to Suki. My nails last a month with no chipping. I pay average of 70$ but it worth it. I get either gel or sns...either way always come out looking flawless.

I usually go get my feet done over here and never had a bad experience until yesterday when one of the male workers did my toes. He wore glasses. Everything was fine until he digging hard underneath my big toenails. I keep pulling back and he kept being rough with me to the point that he cut so deep I started to bleed. I keep telling him to chill out. After he was done with my feet, they usually massage and hit your foot I guess to loosen tension. But this man hit me so hard in my knee that its swollen and red. And I still had to pay like $47 for gel white toes. I don’t recommend him.

Lady’s don’t waste your time or money. It took 12 minutes for my pedicure. I got charged for removal of my gel because I decided not to get Gel, the push gel on you and don’t even try to do a proper pedicure. The lady next to me was also complaining.- they’re the worst, they also try to convince you to do your nails don’t even do it. Don’t waste money or time.Thank me later.

Technicians are welcoming and friendly but the place and unsanitary and technicians are inexperienced. I got a pedicure I appreciate that they place plastic bags over the sink however they do not sanitize the callus remover tools and reuse pedicure scrubbers and nail files. I literally watched multiple technicians just rinse off the tools without properly sanitizing the tools. Pedicure was $48 for dirty tools and was done in 10mins.

I really loved going to this place because the staff were very good at what they do however my last two times going there was not so good. The waiting was about an hour and then once its your turn its rushed. I feel like its not worth going just for a regular manicure and pedicure. Everything is jell .which is sad because I really love going there.

I went here because my sister recommended it. I had my nails done for less than 2 weeks and my nails are popping off, this has never happened at any salon. Acrylic was way to thin! Save your money.

I dont do acrylics. Not great for manis! They take the shortcut, instead of soaking the nails, they use an electric file. When I asked (I think his name is Johnny) to soak he was bothered and didnt allow them to soak thoroughly. He was very rough and to this day the feeling still makes me cringe. That was the last time I went. I was going regularly for pedi but I wouldnt go back after that experience. Also, I saw that everyone in the salon does manis the same way.In the pic you can see that he filed it down, this is the first time that I allowed him to do it that way. I grow naturally and doing this is unhealthy.

I’ve been coming here the past few months to get my mani/pedi done and they always do a good job. I get SNS on my fingers and Gel on my toes - both always last a month and never chip and I’m always hard on my nails. Everyone that I’ve dealt with has always been nice. Pedi equipment is nice and the chairs are comfortable.

Great salon. I go see suki shes really great! She takes her time w/you! Shes loyal! I enjoy going here. Everybodys nice & friendly

I like this spot. The place looks nice. The pedicures are always nice and well done also. And they have different types of spa pedicures. I believe I had Jerry last time and months ago I had Michael.

Hated it. Never spent$105.00 before and regretted every penny. I asked for things and got what they wanted. I will never return . I want no one else to experience or have the feeling I did. I wish buisness places like this would just close.

I wont come back the ladies are not really professional, there pedicure equipment are dirty and old. No measure were made to clean or disinfectant there equipment which can cause infections! Better to just travel for better service

The first time I came for a regular pedicure was good.This second time around this lady did the bare minimum smh she rinsed and washed my feet, fake took off the cuticles and she didn’t even put lotion at the end lol. I think it’s cause I picked a regular pedicure but it was bad
