The person I purchased from made a comment as I exited after I made my purchase and all I wanted was to ask what he meant and if he tried the product I bought. I made my purchase just one minute before the shop closed and I literally knocked on the door just to ask a question what he meant because I am very cautious with my health especially before trying new things. He refused to even come to the door when it was just 3 mins after they closed and they won’t even answer the phone and I’m just outside trying to find out what he meant. I understand they are close but if I just made a purchase 3 mins ago exactly all he had to do was answer the phone and tell me why he made a certain remark on a product I just purchased.

The best store I have ever been , customer services is outstanding , Pablo goes above and beyond , he explains everything with all the details you need to know , I recommend everybody to come and visit , they have everything you need and more , I’m very satisfied !!!

Location closes at 8pm during the week Ive gotten there at 8:01pm and there doors where locked and refused to give me service. I have given a lot of business and have refured customers to this location. I dont appreciate this type of customer service and wont be buying anything from here again. Beyond Vape you jave lost a loyal customer.

Awesome substitute for smokers and hookah smokers. The staff at this place are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable to the product they sell. The prices vary on the items but are affordable. You can test out different liquid flavors in the store. Highly recommended this place in the bronx if your looking for cool affordable vapes!!!

I love this place. From my inception into VAPING beyond vape BX has been my go to place. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to, relatable and they greet you from the minute the door opens. This is the warmest vape shop Ive been to. I have visited another beyond vape the heights and it was warm and friendly but this place is far and beyond the best of the two. Sometimes its hard to pin point who the boss is (I know who ya are). Its seldom that one person defers to another for advice. You can hear the comrodary and knowledge in their interactions... Every shop has a feel to them but I always come back to BEYOND VAPE BX because its welcoming, its a chill, laid back spot with all the professionalism needed to make a business grow... When i go to other shops I feel like Im cheating.. lol.. This is my go to spot! When i refer people I tell them to start at BEYOND. Learn from them... There are many vape spots..but if you wanna start off right and venture out later.....THIS IS THE starting point...

Few years back I heard great things about this place. When I finally decided to switch to vaping I went to check it out. 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞. Theres barely anything in this little hole-in-the-wall shop. The guy at the counter had no idea what nic salts e-juice was. I had showed him pictures of it and tried to explain; he looked like he had either just seen a ghost or like I was trying to teach him advanced astrophysics.😒 He had ZERO clue about anything. Whatever was good about this place has apparently 𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚 since gone. Id avoid it if youre actually into vaping. I think it must be a cover for some other type of business now.
