I went to Brooklyn Nails & Spa to get my nails before vacation. It was my first time there and i opted for a citrus style that looked like fun, but Ive never done designs on my nails before. Mayra was so helpful in finding examples of the design online, then she helped me pick colors that worked for each citrus fruit and took her time making sure the design was exactly how I wanted. Finally she added some 3D elements to really make it pop! Loved the final look and it was worth the time! Thank you Mayra!
Mayra is a nail genius! I have literally never had my nails done so well and with such attention to detail. I came in with grown out hard gel and left with the gel extensions of a goddess. I showed Mayra a photo of the nails I wanted and what I got ended up even better than the photo!!! Mayra is a perfectionist and made sure my nails were flawless. Highly recommend!
After years in New York and so many disappointing nail salons, I’ve finally found the one. Been coming here for a few months now. Mayra has helped me grow my nails using Luminary Gel. I’ve gone from absolutely nothing, (my bf would jokingly call me a coal miner… I’m a bartender), to long natural nails! Every set so far has been amazing but I’m in absolute love with this one. Natural nail + gel
I honestly am super disappointed and sad that I need to write this review. Not only did it cost $130 and 3 and a half hours to do this simple design, but it was only 2 days ago ...on Saturday and this is the result. Because its the same nail on both hands I know sizing was the issue. She should have just communicated instead of spending three hours sizing
Mayra truly out did herself. This was my first time coming here and I’m so happy with my decision. I got hard gel extensions which she helped advise me on since they tend to be more durable and long lasting. I was comforted by her close attention to details and the time and care she put in her work. I will be coming back.
I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 2 years and they never disappoint! I had hard gel extensions done for the first time and it turned out amazing. Mayra really took her time and knew what she was doing. The staff are always very efficient, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be coming back for refills. :)
The best manicure I’ve ever gotten. Mayra does Gel-X nails and they stay in well for 4 weeks. The only reason I need to take them off is because they’ve grown out. Beautiful always. Takes her time. Quiet spa. Lovely, kind employees!!! The two photos I’ve attached with the background inside at a glass table are what they look like after over 2 weeks right before I had to get them off. All other photos taken immediately after each manicure. LOVE.
I’ve been going to this salon for about a year or two now and I absolutely love them. They’re all very kind and accommodating and their work is amazing! I get a regular pedicure and gel manicure.
FYI: for clarity’s sake, my appointment was yesterday, January 6, 2024.I honestly was hoping I could overcome by disappointment and not leave a review, but, guys: DONT EVER GO HERE.My appointment yesterday started with me waiting 30-whole-minutes for an appointment I scheduled a few days prior…The girl who did my pedicure and manicure made me bleed both times…Upon paying, they charged me $68 for services that would’ve totalled $55 (w/ tax)…But, the crème de la crème was this horrific job they did (see pictures) — the one on the subway was immediately after leaving the nail salon and the other one was this morning — WHAT DID THEY DO TO MY NAILS?!I will never go here, and I highly advise you don’t either. Save your money.
I come from westchester to get my laser hair removal here, honestly the best experience. One of a kind machine, they are very good at what they do. I always wanted to get laser hair removal, but I was scared at first but the pain is very low and tolerable. I have done 4 sessions already and have noticed such a huge difference and I only shave after 4 weeks just to come get my laser treatment, if not I wouldn’t even have to shave honestly. I definitely recommend Brooklyn Nails & Spa to get your laser hair removal. 😊
I have been coming to Brooklyn Nail& Spa since 2019. I initially came and got my acrylic sets here when I was in college. At the time my commute was an hour since I lived in the UWS, but I didnt mind because I knew I would walk out with GREAT nails!I will say, I have now transitioned to Luminary for my manicure since acrylics would damage my natural nails so much. I tried dip powder and hard gel, but Luminary is the best nail technique I’ve ever had. People think I have tips on but I don’t, they’re my natural nails! My last Luminary set lasted me about 6 weeks and other than the fact that you could see my new nail growth, the set looked great! I really recommend Luminary to anyone who likes their natural nails but just needs some extra strength to prevent breakage and for anyone who usually gets acrylics. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to acrylics especially seeing how healthy my natural nails are. Also, just tried their underarm laser and it was almost painless + super quick! Going to get my Brazilian here next time.Julianna, Tatiana, Karen, and Mayra are usually the girls I see for my nails and each one does an awesome job! Tatiana did my set today and they look wonderful! I feel like a princess whenever I go!
I bought a Groupon for this place and based on their website and the customer service on the phone I expected it to be a really quality experience but unfortunately my nails turned out really poorly. I was in the chair for two hours for dip polish with tips. That might be standard, but it seems like an awfully long time for this to be the quality of the nails, they are super uneven and the dip color is super splotchy so some parts of it is more transparent, and other parts is thicker and the overall shapes are also really badly done.I am unsure if it was this gals first time, but it seems like a based on the quality and the length of time a took.I still tipped her $20 and I didnt realize the poor quality until I got outside in the sunshine.I just moved right around the corner, and I will definitely not be returning .She did an awful lot of socializing with the other girls in the salon, and I dont know if that was to account for how bad these turned out or what, but definitely a disappointment before vacation.
I never leave reviews, but I have to for the experience I had here. I DO NOT suggest coming here! Extremely rude and unprofessional business. Besides the final outcome not looking good, from the start I got their sense of unprofessionalism. I made an appt for 10am and with no care whatsoever, the lady finally comes in 15 minutes later. I then ask for holographic nails in which they do chrome instead. She gets started on my apres gel tips and she does a sloppy job with the glue. At one point, she had to redo a whole nail. Then halfway through she has two other people “helping her” with one of them clearly not having a lot of experience. I paid $120 to have a student train on me, sloppy cuticle work and glue jobs, a late start, her burning my fingernail beds multiple times, not listening to what I wanted, and to have it dragged out to three hours despite me coming in with nothing but regular polish at the start. In general these appts shouldn’t take longer than 1.5-2hrs max. She also left before she was finished, leaving it to the others to finish the work. These nails look like press ons, they insisted the glue job is normal, and paid no attention to any of my concerns especially at the end. Very rude and unprofessional. Also one week later one nail came entirely off randomly in the shower and you can see the paint for some of the fingers doesn’t even cover the whole fake tip. Never walked away from a salon with such a negative impression and experience! Waste of money and time!
Great pedicure. I didn’t even get gel this time and my polish did not chip and still is holding strong 3 weeks later! I will be back.
I’ve gotten 3 hard gel manicures at Brooklyn Nails Spa and I will never go anywhere else! I originally emailed with a photo of a design I wanted for my wedding to see if they could do it. They said “yes, come in!” Zhanina worked on the design and she would not stop until she felt it was perfect, up to her standards! I went back for my Christmas and NYE nails and booked with Mayra because she specializes in nail art. Each time she was excited to help me figure out the perfect design. She is careful, efficient and warm. I genuinely enjoy chatting and laughing with her. This salon is wonderful. They carry great products, they do a great job, and have fun while doing it!
I’m surprised by how terrible my experience has been here after trusting in the good reviews. First off, I waited for over 40 minutes for an artist to see me even though I set up an appointment the day before. I got a gel mani-pedi which is stated as $70. They told me that it’d be an extra $5 to remove my previous gel manicure. Okay. How did I end up getting charged $82.50 plus tip?As I’m walking out, I get a good look at my manicure. It’s terrible. Lumpy. Wrinkled. Inconsistent. I come back in to let them know. So they redo it (see pictures below). The artist rushed through it, cutting my nail beds in the process. The finished product was still incredibly lackluster compared to my experiences at other salons. Just slightly less lumpy and wrinkled than before. I’m so upset since I treated myself to this for a family member’s wedding. This really feels like $90+ down the drain.Edit: I called them the next day to get a redo of my redo. Zhanina penciled me in at my next availability (which needed to be soon because I had a wedding in a couple days). She was very gentle and careful with the cuts I had gotten around my nails last time. Then, she really took the time to be meticulous and thorough with painting my nails and making sure they were cured properly. I even got a back massage which was unexpected but much appreciated. Zhanina put in a lot of effort to correct the other tech’s mistakes. I’m very happy with my nails now (see photo below).
Ive decided to start getting my nails done yesterday for the first time in a long time. (Needless to say my nails were not in the best condition) I spent an hour looking for nail salons with good reviews and it was harder than i thought. Literally came here from a review and let me tell you Mayra did a great job. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She took her time and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I will be back for my fill in 🌺
Very disappointed, I will start with saying though I was the first scheduled customer of the day, the salon kept on taken more clients while being understaffed. These are my nails not even a full 48hrs after being done, the gel nail polish is peeling and the toe nail polish was clearly not dried when I was rushed out of the salon so they could move on the the next client! My first experience but unfortunately will be my last. A waste of 85$.
I’ve been getting my nails done by Mayra for about a year and I’d never go anywhere else. She’s kind, meticulous, and always goes above and beyond. When I was getting trial nails for my wedding, she encouraged me to try something different (for me), a more *modern* classic— and it was perfect! So many compliments and stayed perfect for a whole month. Could not recommend her and this salon more.
I asked for simple French manicure tips and pedicure. I told them I would be taking the nails off in one week. I paid $212 for this!!! there are spots of coloring missing as well as nail polish on my skin around my cuticles and a huge blotch on one of my fingers. They also cut me on two places. I am never returning.
I unfortunately did not have a good gel mani experience here. My cuticle line is messy with gel polish. And the coats are patchy - you can see bubbles and streaks. These pictures were taken within 24 hours of getting my nails done. Now, 3 days later, my nails are already chipping - despite being gentle with my hands. I spent $90 on a gel mani/pedi through class pass credits and I am extremely disappointed. The other reviews and pics look great, however. Hopefully this is just an outlier experience. That being said, I will not be returning.
I think the service was great and the employees were very kind and attentive. I chose this place specially because of their custom designs and was looking to do some Valentine’s Day inspired nails. I wasn’t disappointed, however, my only advice would be to make sure ahead of time what the definitive cost would be before getting your custom design as the cost kept changing with my requests so I started to lose track. Prices aren’t bad though compared to other nail salons especially when getting something custom!
I’ve gotta be honest, the good reviews got me to this place but I’m realizing that maybe dip definitely isn’t their specialty. I spent $90 on these nails and never have I ever had a powder manicure break my nails ever, let alone in less than two weeks time as much as this has. Super disappointed, really wish I could get some kind of refund. Two stars because the only redeeming quality for my experience was their customer service and cleanliness. But needless to say I will never be back.
Fantastic french mani / gel mani with double french tips (2 stripes instead of 1). Manicure was thorough (around 45 mins) and the french came out great. Best of all I got a gel french mani done here 4 weeks ago and its only just now starting to chip!!! And the 2 tiny chips are so small you cant even notice them! I cant believe how good it still looks. I do a ton of cooking and cleaning so my nails usually chip quickly but this manicure hasnt. I cant wait to go back!
This is absolutely, hands down my favorite nail salon I have ever been to. They make my nails look like magic, and they are the MOST kind individuals you will meet. The team makes sure that you are well taken care of (my SNS manicures from here last a month!). They provide mini massages at the end of your manicure too :) I would consider the team here to be my friends, and I want everyone to have the opportunity to have their nails done here and receive compliments galore for weeks after leaving the salon.
Juliana was the best , and Maira the supervisor. They were very welcoming. They helped me to choose the color that was right for me . Very helpful. I expect to comeback soon . Very patient and thats what makes customer service the best . 😊😊
They were really rude to me there at the salon when I came for a scheduled manicure. I refused service because it was so unpleasant! Also, the shop next to them is a little scary and they dont have any waiting area, so you kind of awkwardly stand no where upon entering. I wouldnt recommend this salon!
A++++ Highly Recommend. Great sense of hospitality and care to their services. Location felt very sanitary, I was not rushed and had a pampering experience. Zhanina did my nails and paid attention to what I wanted and the look i wanted to achieve. She recommended I do SNS instead of acrylic and explained why. Im so happy I followed her suggestion. I love my nails!Very happy & will return.
I loathe to leave a bad review but this was exceptionally bad. I wasn’t going to leave one but my gel nails are already lifting less than 2 weeks later.I got a gel mani and pedi - the woman was very kind but the actual service was terrible. The tech was rushing and didn’t soak my cuticles long enough before cutting them causing bleeding on multiple fingers. The paint job also looked very sloppy. My cuticles were swollen and bleeding well into the next day.And now, less than two weeks later there’s chipping and lifting on a gel manicure.
Pros, my nails came out really well and didnt chip or break within a day.Cons, my appointment was at 11 am for a pedicure and dip manicure. They sat me at the pedicure chair and didnt come back to me until 12:15pm. When they started the pedicure they offered me the various spa packages and boyfriend said to just go for the $80 spa pedicure, so I did. They came out with a tray of items to be used and only used one of the products. I basically paid $80 to have my feet rubbed. Ive included the picture of the products I paid for but never used. When all was done, it was 230pm. 3.5 hours for a mani pedi is ridiculous.
Clean. Best pedicure and gel x I’ve had in a long time. Attentive and good with direction.
I went on vacation and they fell off within 1 week after spending $120 not including tip! The only one that didn’t fall off was my thumb. It fell off today, and underneath was a fungal infection! Horrible, please do not go here and save yourself money and prevent yourself from getting an infection. 1st pic was right after, looked fine. 2nd pic was when they started falling off. 3rd is my unfortunate fungal green thumb.
Amazing and affordable dry gel manicure. Completely removed the cuticle but did not nick my figures (unlike other salons I’ve been to). The color selection is huge and very nice. These are my nails after a week! The polish has not peeled or chipped. I also love how late they are open. Would definitely recommend.
My hands are dry as hell, don’t come for me. But what we can talk about is myra. She’s completely dedicated to detail and communication. I will also say that when it comes to her, all of her clients are the exact same way that I am. Very detailOriented and know that we’re sitting down for an artistic collab, sometimes the other girls have to jump in to help with prepz it’s the only place I have been okay with that, because everyone there wants to do well. They are respectful, not trying to steal clients — they are a team and they are AMAZING. It feels like a genuine Salon team and not a chop shop. The price you pay is definitely for the service you receive
I’m so incredibly impressed and beyond dazzled by my new nails. I’ve worked manual labor jobs my whole life and have always been self conscious about my worn in hands. My nail technician was so talented and skilled. Her attention to detail was incredible and the kindness she showed me was heartwarming. My hands have never felt fancier and I’m looking forward to going back.
Best nail salon! Myra is the only person I will ever trust with my nails! Her work is always impecable. Shes super attentive to detail, will re-do any design until its perfect, an shes simply naturally really talented. Ive had my nails for 5 weeks (shamefully) and still receive compliments. I will never trust anyone else with my nails again. Shes really popular so call and schedule your appointment in advance!!!Karina
Spent two hours in a chair for a gel manicure, they sat me with a woman who was nice but clearly new to doing nails. Hence why it took so long for a simple gel manicure… while the experienced lady just sat and watched. My nails were not shaped the way I asked & the polish uneven on each side… they had the audacity to charge me $65 when on their website it states $45 for a gel manicure….. when I asked about the price difference I was given no options. They said online is different than in person… for the same business… I’ll never go back. I was trying a new place and sadly disappointed.
I honestly don’t believe they purposely set out to just take my money in the guise of not understanding what I wanted. But they did not give me what I asked for in any shape of the imagination. They didn’t even apologize for messing up.
Honestly the best pedicure and gel manicure I have ever had. I didnt feel rushed through the process even when other customers came. They definitely had great attention to detail. I particularly felt very safe seeing their covid protocols enforced. Our temperature was taken at arrival and our chair were sanitized before and after our services. The staff was funny and friendly. They also accommodated my tardiness which I loved. They did an excellent job from the massage to the scrubbing of my feet to the mask around my calves. I will definitely return.
Ouch, I really thought it looks like a nice place to try. But omg. The lady that did it did not know English so I wasn’t able to communicate with her and she chopped off my nails.. the application was totally not even, shape was all over the place! And I never paid so much for a manicure! Could be she’s new and needs to be trained in, but never again…
I love the salon and the girls that work there. I get gel mani often and can’t say how well done and affectionate the girls are. A 5 star experience 🫶🏻
I went there today on the recommendation of my friend and we had the best time; I was serviced by Julie who was excellent and professional. She was able to make a custom design based on photos shown to her. The whole staff was very accommodating, highly knowledgable and contributed to an amazing experience. This was my first time getting something like this done. Highly recommend for the dolls and girls
This was my first time using this nail salon & needless to say I’m obsessed. I’ve been searching for a good salon in Brooklyn for quite some time and I FINALLY found my staple! The salon is clean with a wide selection of colors and I cannot get over the gel nail extensions (I absolutely hate acrylic). Myra did my nails and as you can see she did a phenomenal job. She was very sweet and took her time with me (and might I add, I’m quite indecisive lol). I’m very happy with the outcome of my nails and I can’t wait to continue getting my nails done here. If you’re looking for a good quality nail salon in Brooklyn, this is the one for you!
Ive been coming to Brooklyn Nail Spa for over a year. I always get a gel manicure from Mayra and every time the nails come out gorgeous. Mayra does gorgeous designs and always takes her time to ensure my nails are perfect. The entire staff here is always kind and professional. Im so happy Ive found this place!
Never coming back here again - went last Sunday for the first time and spent two and a half hours there just for a dip powder manicure!! In my 5 years of getting dip powder, the longest I’ve ever spent at any salon was 1 hour, 15 mins. I don’t know the name of the woman who did my nails but it was clearly her first time ever doing dip because all of the other employees would come over to see how she was doing and whisper “that’s not the right nail buffer” or “you should do that differently.”Not only did she not know what she was doing but she was really slow. Like I said I was there for almost 3 hours start to finishThe salon was clean and they were nice but I don’t have 3 hours to spare to get my nails done. It’s also been one week and one nail cracked/came off, the thumb is also cracked and the polish is see through
Reading these reviews I wonder how I got so unlucky. I went in Sunday the 28th as a walk in at 3pm, I didnt leave until 530 and all I got was a dip manicure. The lady who did my nails did not use machines, everything was taken off with an old school nail filer and it took forever. She seemed confused with which bottle she was suppose to use and put btl #3 on me like 4 times .... this lead to my nails being all bumpy, her having to take it off and do it ALL OVER. I came here because its 3 blocks away and had been wanting to try somewhere close so I dont have to drive to Queens. .. I ended up wasting time and still they charged me an extra $10 to soak off my nail. I didnt make a scene, I didnt fight on the price, and still tip the lady for her 2.5 hours but I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE. the nails on my left hand were a whole shade lighter than on my right and my nails were not smooth even though she took everything off and redid them. Perhaps dip isnt their thing but dont advertise it then. Oh and two of my nails have fallen off.... I didnt even know that could happen with DIP.
Mayra did my nails and was amazing. Friendly, communicative, made sure I left with beautiful nails. Transparent about pricing, and a beautiful, clean salon. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular. They were able to take walk ins and take online appointments as well, but I would suggest calling if you want to reserve someone in particular.
Exceptional service! Mayra is the greatest 👍 I came in and we collaborated on an elegant nail design for an upcoming wedding. She crafted beautifully shaped nails that complemented my hands, and her line and foil work was superb. She also gave me a great pedicure where I felt like a queen. Highly recommend visiting here!
Update: still love the place and the employees but the place lacks transparency in pricing and they don’t have a price chart. To remove hard gel it’s $20 even if you get it there and a 10 minute massage is $15. Even at request of other customers the place refuses to put a price chart and employees ask each other for prices as if they make it up as they go. It is also illegal to not have a visible price chart and my results today were not as good, picture belowPrevious review: I have lived in the neighborhood since 2014 and have always struggled to find a place where the customer service matches the skills ! So glad I found this place and Mayra! She’s not only sweet but talented. And all the ladies make up feel welcomed ! They’ve gained a customer for life ! So happy! Mayra es el final
Lash Lift Regular - honestly, the space was beautiful and the staff was lovely. But what made me give the two star review was that the lady that worked on my lashes didnt wear gloves. I was the first appointment so I watched her come in and bring me to the back room and started working on my lashes right away without washing her hands. I had a stye for few days after the appt.
The place was clean & the staff friendly and prompt, but the simple mani pedi I got was pretty underwhelming. Polish unevenly distributed / doesn’t cover whole nail, extra clear gel on fingers, nails filed very short after she did square when I’d specified round & then had to file them down further. My high hopes which were a tad dashed.
Mayra did my nails for the Oscar’s! She used the new “Iluminary” product and it lasts for weeks. Truly an amazing deal. Mayra has been my personal nail technician that I always go to for about two years now, and I can never go with anyone else. She’s the best of the best with a heart of gold and I love her so much!! Brooklyn Nail Spa has always felt like a family to me and they always welcome me with open arms. Mis chicas lindas!! Te quiero todos❤️-Jess
I have been looking for a nail spot in BK/NYC that does DIP and does it well…and I have finally found my nail place in BK/NYC!They are clean, kind, and pay such close attention to all the details and needs of your nails. I love the family like atmosphere and Mayra was so sweet.I’ll be coming back when I get home in a month and can’t wait to do their new chrome colors (coming soon) for Halloween!!
Me and my boyfriend went as walk-ins. He got a regular mani-pedi & I just got a gel pedicure. I keep catching him looking at his nails every so often, he loves how they came out. I’m obsessed with the way my pedicure came out. I love that they didn’t rush and took their time. The ladies here were so sweet. We also loved the great massage chairs. This is our new favorite salon for sure. We’ll be back! :)
This place is very wheelchair accessible and everyone that works here is beyond amazing. Even the owner is hands on and always present when needed. I have been coming here for some time and will continue. I went from acrylic to uv hard gel and i will never go back. My nails look natural and healthy. I highly recommend this place for all the services they provide
Tatiana at Brooklyn Nail and Spa is phenomenal! Her nail prep and gel application skills are unmatched. Ive been getting my nails done for years, and shes the best by far. A fantastic experience all around! Highly recommended!
I got the aprex nails on February 5 by Julisa, I honestly felt like she was training/practicing apex nails because she installed it crooked. On February 7 I fixed the crooked nail. On February 14 the pinky nail fell off. On February 16 the ring finger fell off. I paid $70 for this service and gave a $16 tip. I am extremely disappointed in this service and will never go back to Brooklyn nails spa again.
Honestly I’m not sure if it just me but I did my nails here and in less than 6 days a service that I was told would last 3 weeks started becoming undone. I walked in and asked for a service which they only told me that they didn’t have half way into the service that they chose to give me and it was my birthday on my birthday. The cost was ludicrous for a service that didn’t even last the duration of the time. My cuticles were so badly bruised that anytime I washed my hands they would burn really badly. The nails were not painted fully good needed a second or third coat. My toes were done ok but not up to the standards that I thought this place had I was truly disappointed as it was my birthday and I was going to a dinner event.
Walked in for a pedicure. Prices were good, and everyone was friendly. However the woman who did my pedicure went to hard on cleaning the side of my big toe, she dug in there w tweezers I told her multiple times it really hurt and to stop, and she didn’t, kept telling me it was fine. My toe, 3 days later, is now red throbbing and infected. This could just be this particular person. But I am in a lot of pain these past few days from this pedicure which is why I am leaving this review.
I went to Brooklyn Nails on Monday because I read on reviews that they do builder gel and I needed a refill. I booked a gel pedicure in advance which required credit card information. On the day of my appointment, it took them THREE hours to do my refill and gel pedicure. When shaping my nails, the nail tech filed too close to my fingers and chafed my skin on two fingers causing them to bleed and did not apologize even though she saw what happened. I went home and had to shape them further because I requested almond and they were more of an oval shape. Then they charged me $160 for the service. I didn’t think much of it when I handed over my credit card but when I was walking home, I did some quick math and realized I just paid $110 for a *refill* which is actually insane (the gel pedi was $50).I wasn’t going to even leave a review but fast forward to today, I was checking my bank statement and noticed that not only did they charge me $160 on the day of service but they also charged me $50 when I booked the gel pedicure appointment. In conclusion, I was charged $210 for a mediocre nail job and I didn’t even receive an apology for having two bleeding fingers. One star for the decent nail art and the wide selection of colors.
Zhanina did me pedicure and she absolutely AMAZING! 10 STARS. She took her time with every part of my pedicure. The exfoliation was great, she eliminated a lot of my callus removal and dead skin, and revived my toes and nail bed back to live. She really took her time which I appreciated. She was gracious and her attention to detail is 10 for 10. She’s gained a new customer here. No one else will touch my toes.
I felt very welcome and in good hands!I did my nails and I‘m super happy with the result!I‘ve got even a short neck massage. They really took care of me and the manicurist was doing a really amazing job!Thank you very much!I‘ll definitely come back 🧡
I did a manicure & pedicure here on the weekend. I usually come here when I’m in town and this time they have a few new staff who were absolutely terrible. Sadly they haven’t trained the staff to even paint so my nails were completely ruined by the time I got home. They also switched the girl because she was unable to paint my nails. There are good nail tech here but unfortunately, due to a lot of new untrained staff I wasted $70 on just having to wipe my toes and hands off because they did such a terrible job.
I was hopeful given the reviews, but this was maybe the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I will say everyone was friendly which was great. First the pedicure took over an hour and she was very rough on my cuticles. After transitioning to the area for a manicure the nail tech stepped on my foot and then needed to redo a couple of my toes. I got a basic gel manicure that came out pretty sloppy and one of the nails completely peeled off less than 24 hours later. On top of that my toe is in a lot of pain from the cuticle she completely pulled off forcefully and injured. I’m currently monitoring it for infection. All in all I paid $93 and do not recommend.
Brooklyn Nails Spa exceeded my expectations! I was searching for a nail salon that provided full hard gel sets and high-quality nail art to complete my birthday look! After sifting through many reviews and pictures, I came across so much beautiful and versatile work by Mayra. I immediately booked an appointment and was beyond satisfied with my experience. Mayra started on time and was so diligent and careful with my nails. She was patient and continually asked for my feedback to make sure I was happy with everything from the length and shape of my nails. I’ve never seen someone give so much care and attention to a client during a nail appointment. I also couldn’t make up my mind on a nail design, so she worked with me to find inspiration online and also made sure it complemented my outfit. I also got the spa pedicure afterwards which was also very pleasant. If you’re looking for a highly attentive nail artist, I highly recommend booking with Mayra. You won’t regret it!
I love coming here! My nails were in the worst shape last year and Mayra has made them beautiful again. She has great attention to detail, is lovely to talk to, and has so much passion for her customers. The whole staff is super friendly. I get hard gel nails which has been great for me because I am rough with my hands. I never have cracking or lifting on the sides.
My nails started peeling right away. The young lady who did my nails was very friendly but unexperienced.. the rest of the people at the establishment gave me unfriendly vibes. I dont wantt to say racist because I was the only black, but I will never go back.
I definitely found my new go to place to get my nails done. I decided to go to Brooklyn Nails after reading the raving reviews. I booked a package deal online for a full set of hard gel nails, a gel top coat, and a pedicure. When I got to the store, I confirmed the purchase of my appointment by showing my bank statement via a bank app, but I personally think it’s better to take a picture of the nail confirmation online. I got my nails done by Myra who was very informative about the difference between a regular gel and a hard gel. Hard gel lasts longer and does less damage to the mail than a regular acrylic or gel set would. Myra also helped me pick a design that was way better than the cow print design I was going for lol. Coffin shaping was an extra $10 dollars and two nail designs with 2 colors was an extra $10. Cuticle Oil and a hand massage were included. Myra along with the rest of the staff made me feel at home and talked with me during the process. After my nails were done, I did a pedicure which was amazing as well which is included a brief foot massage, foot scrubbing, and use of the massage chair. I left feeling confident and beautiful! I also ended up going back the next day to get my nail fixed because I had messed them up, but they were fixed free of charge! Overall, my experience at Brooklyn Nails was a 10/10 and I’ll be returning in the next few weeks for a touch up 😄
Needed a haircut and was running short on time- was able to do a walk in at this location today. Very clean and a bright space! Looks very cute on the inside. The male hair stylist was able to see me as soon as I got in- asked what I wanted to get done with my hair and was very polite and attentive! Got a wash, trim and blow out. He did an amazing job- thank you very much again!
They did such a good job with my dip nails. It did take a while, but thats because of such great attention to detail and also removal of my old dip nails first.I am so happy with how they turned out and they last forever!
Very happy with my mani & pedi here! Bonus that they are open early & late. I was able to book online. They also were able to do my gel mani and the same time as my pedi which is a bonus for me because it was quicker! Will def be coming back
Waited 30 minutes to be seen even though I had an appointment and they serviced people that came in after I did before me. I spent two hours there for a simple gel manicure. I got a very simple design (one line across the mail) and they charged me $30 extra on top of my gel manicure even though I clarified with them multiple times that this was a simple design I could’ve done anywhere and asked how much extra it would be to receive no answer. When I went to pay, I was charged $30 extra and they recognized this was never communicated and apologized and then proceeded to charge me $20 instead. Ladies are very nice but not enough for me to spend two hours even with an appointment and then be charged extra with no communication. Will not be returning.
This place is amazing. staff is super attentive and kind, they accommodate whatever you need. i got gel + tips for the first time and Irma walked me through everything and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. the salon is very clean and they use new tools for every client. this is my new go to spot!addendum: got a new set done by Maira and look how amazing!!
I went here with my roommate, we both got gel manicures which immediately chipped off, like night of. I went back to get it redone, they only charged me half which I was pleased with, however when my roommate when back, she was offered a completely new manicure for free. Now I am two days out from when I got them re-done and they are chipping once again.
This is best deal in Brooklyn for a gel manicure that will look great for 3 - 4 weeks. Everyone is always so nice, welcoming, and no matter who you see, your nails will look fantastic. They also have a huge color selection! Highly recommend and extremely grateful they arent too far away!
Ive been going to the nail specialist, Mayra, for a year or so now. If I find a design I want on Pinterest or Instagram, she will be able to replicate with no issues. Lately, Ive been discussing with her about how I want a less heavy product on my nails and one that causes the least amount of damage. She used this brush on builder gel (Orly) that is amazing. It has the hardness of hard gel and luminary but it is very natural looking and with an easy brush on application. I think her and the salon are very accommodating in all their services and Ive seen her and her coworkers work with everyone to ensure they like their nails when they leave. Honestly, I wish I can write a review every time I go because the whole team is amazing. I suggest everyone to come here because the versatile styles and services provided fits anyone.
My nails turned out great and everyone was very nice. I am only giving 3 stars because I was told the price would be $75 and then it was $120 (I got a simple design on 2 of the nails but that shouldn’t be $45 more. Then they didn’t tell me it would be an extra charge to pay with card over cash and charged me an extra $25 for paying with card. After tip the amount was simply insane.
I’ve had two fantastic gel manicures here! The first lasted close to 3 weeks - the best I’ve gotten in NYC in my 3 years here so far. Great attention to detail, a reasonable price, and polite customer service. Will absolutely recommend to friends. Just make sure you make an appointment - they can get busy and walk ins are tough during the pandemic.
I hate writing negative reviews but this place is on Groupon for a reason. Polish was uneven and didn’t go around the edges. The Gel was extremely thick. Even with those two issues I planned on coming back because I liked the way I was treated. They were very nice and cordial. However I will not anymore because 2 of my gel nail tips fell off at a week!! I have never had that happen to me, too many flaws to spend the amount of money charged. Also I bought a Groupon for a hard gel manicure with tips and they had the audacity to charge me extra for the gel color. Its a gel manicure, its crazy to ask me to pay an extra $30 for gel color. That made absolutely zero sense and should have been my red flag to leave.
Great service, girls are so nice and sweet, clean and cozy atmosphere. Tatiana did my nails she’s very professional and have so much patience. I will definitely come back
Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life. Gave it a shot because they claimed they do “ build a gel “ but when I got there they seemed very confused. They took over 1 hr just doing my feet I got no gel Polish and paid 37$ when I was about to do my nails I decided to ask how much for French tip NO GEL they tell me $130. I asked for what and they couldn’t give me an answer. Other lady chimed in and said $165 because of gel. Again I said no gel and they still couldn’t explain why the charge was so much. Be aware people are trying to take so much advantage always ask price before you sit because they will beat you over the head bad ! And I don’t even like my feet that much neither I’m just so displeased and annoyed because I took a Uber from work just to make it on time for my “ appointment “ I made
I just moved to Williamsburg and every nail salon is extremely overpriced for a simple gel manicure. I FINALLY found Brooklyn nails and spa which gave me exactly what I needed with a super fair price range. This salon had every high quality CND gel nail polish that all the salons in the area have. The lady who did my nails prepped my nails amazingly. They were so clean and fresh that I almost didn’t want to put polish. Absolutely fantastic. I will definitely going back here as the value and price is amazing for what you get. Don’t waste your time at these salons that charge $60 for a gel manicure when Brooklyn Nails charged only $35 for the same or better service!! I will definitely go back!
I came to get a gel mani and a pedi. They were super accommodating of my walk in and the woman who did my nails was generally really sweet! That being said, I felt like she rushed through my nails (even though it wasn’t busy), which meant instead of just relaxing, I had to be annoying and point things out, like an uneven nail filing or uneven cuticles, lumpiness under a couple of my gel nails, etc. although the space is really beautiful, i can’t say i recommend this place, because the job wasn’t a thorough one and it wasn’t done with care. And no one wants to experience that, especially when they’re paying quite a bit for it.
I came in last minute to have my nails fixed from a terrible job at a different salon. Myra sat me in her chair, LISTENED to what I wanted and worked magic! I’m really happy with the entire experience!
I came for the first time last Saturday bc my usual salon was booked. I got acrylic gel from a woman that seemed a bit inexperienced. It took 2.5 hours to do a service that takes 1.5 hrs typically. She kept having trouble with the UV light so she had to keep removing and redoing the nail polish (probably 15 times, I kid you not). When I was asked to pay I asked if it was possible to get some sort of discount for the inconvenience and they simply waved a $4 fee. Worst experience getting my nails done ever. I’ll never be back. From looking at other reviews I wonder if someone’s experience varies by the nail tech they get. Who knows.
The people doing nails were really nice and Ive been really impressed with how well my basic Mani Pedi have held up. Its been almost a week and no chipping yet.Prices are really great. The Mani Pedi is certainly worth it for the cost and they were very friendly to both my partner and I although I think they thought we were gal pals. Regardless, Will be back again.
I just moved to the area from Atlanta and I was looking for a salon in my neighborhood & I came upon this one. I went on the website and called and they said they did acrylic full sets ($35). When I got to the salon a Thursday after work, they said they only had SNS dip powder + tips available ($45). I didn’t have time to find another salon because my flight left after work the next afternoon. So I did the dip powder + tips, she then said she was going to charge me $5 extra because I wanted my ring finger to be a different color. I’ve been getting my nails done consistently for over 10 years & I’ve never been charged extra for wanting my ring finger different. After all was said and done my total came to $67 & with tip I paid $77. What an absolute rip off. I did not get any designs or additions to my nails. Just a solid dark pink color on all nails and a glitter color on my ring finger. And to pay so much money for 3 of my nails to break 2 days later is absurd. The technician spent 2.5 hours on my nails, while I appreciated the attention to detail, the cost & lack of longevity was terrible. Please take your money elsewhere.
This place is so comfortable and everyone is nice! Mayra is the best nail tech Ive ever been to. She makes my nails just how I want every single time. Mayra pays attention to every detail to make your nails perfectttt. She has so much talent she is really amazing. I will only be going to her to get my nails done. :)
I just had the most incredible experience at Brooklyn Nail Salon & Spa. Ive been going for about 6 months now and every time I get my nails done, regardless of who it is, they have come out perfectly. Today, I had a particularly special experience. I came in at 8:30pm with my boyfriend for a manicure and pedicure and we were both taken care of impeccably until 10:30pm. Every detail was attended to. Could not recommend this place any higher.
Avoid at all cost. I was so excited to have my first pedicure since the peak of covid in March. Sadly, I had the worst pedicure of my life here. My nail tech who was the owner scrapped both my feet till there was flesh... It’s slowly healing. On top of that my nails weren’t cut well they were still long. She made my toe bleed when she was pushing back the cuticles. I politely asked her to go a bit easy on the alcohol since hurts the cut she made. She then denied that she did cut me. She charged me $35 for just the pedicure. I was left the inability to put pressure on my heels because how raw my skin was. I had an open wound for a week and my feet are in the worst shape since getting the pedicure.
I loved my experience here! I got gel tips & manicure, and the technician made them look perfect. She took her time and a lot of care with each step, and was delightful to talk to. Definitely recommend!
I went there to get powder nails done. Nails turned out nice. I paid 70$ and just checked that powder plus soak off is 55$. That’s really unprofessional to bump up the price by 15$. Will definitely never go there again. And I recommend to check cost of the services before going to this place.
What an amazing experience!I normally dont go to nail salons in fear of being disappointed. This was not the case. I am extremely happy how my nails turned out. I got a gel mani on my natural nails. I hate it when its too thick and it ends up looking unnatural but she took her time to make sure that doesnt happen. I 100% recommend this place. ❤
The WORST nail salon. I went for a hard gel fill. I asked for coffin shaped nails and not a single person in the salon knew what or how to do it. After four hours and shaving my nails down until they were brittle, I left with uneven nails that are lifting already. They are not coffin shaped and I left with cuts that are now infected on my finger. My friend came for a gel manicure and it took an hour just for them to tell him they couldnt do a flame design and then spent another hour making a checkered design (just four squares) on one nail. The employees were beyond rude. Do NOT go to this nail salon.
Beware that the price difference between the online gel manicure&pedicure appointment and walk-in is 30$!I went there last week to make an appointment in person to make sure there wouldnt be any problems with it. I wanted only gel color application both hands and feet and i was told it was 50$ no manicure or pedicure (gel manicure&pedicure is 63$ on the website). When I went back on the appointment day they told me it was 90$. She said it couldnt be 50$ or 63$. When I showed her their website price, she said it was 63$ only if I made the appointment online (she supposedly hadnt heard about the 63$ before). So the price difference between the online appointment and walk-in is 30$ I asked, and she said yes😁 and then she went down to 60$ from 90$ for me!:) i think they should reconsider how they treat the clients so that people wouldnt get tricked by them
Worst salon experience I’ve had in years, if not ever. I’m so glad everyone in the reviews had a good experience but that WAS NOT the case for my friend and I. Gel manicures for each of us TOOK 3 HOURS!!! They moved soooo slowly and the first girl did such a bad job on me that someone else had to step in and basically redo the whole thing. I had to cancel my plans afterward to accommodate. We got a simple French tip - nothing crazy, and they charged an EXTRA $30 for “nail art” when that wasn’t posted on any sign or mentioned before the technician started. I am beyond floored at how difficult that experience that was. If it wasn’t for the woman who saved my nails I would have left sooo unhappy. But now I’m just mildly unhappy. Sigh. We’ll never be back.
I have been coming here to see Mayra for 3 years now and wouldn’t change her, always nice and accommodating. Highly recommended :)
I absolutely love this place! Highly recommended for mani/pedi & hair. Absolutely adore my hair stylist, Valentin, always leaves my hair looking so stylish, so hydrated. Ive been going to him for years. As for nail aspect of the salon, the ladies never disappoint me everytime I get a manicure & pedicure. I usually tend to get SNS dip powder with tips and they last me usually about 2.5 to 3 weeks depending on my daily routine, but now I switch over to hard gel colored gel with tips and so far its been a week and there has been chips or lifting around the cuticle loving this product. The lady who did it for me was very nice and saw my cuticles were already damaged and was very careful around them. I usually get gel pedicure done and the ladies clean my toes up really good and leaves my heels feeling so soft.
I go to Brooklyn Nails almost every week to get my nails done. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they take their time to make sure the outcome of your service (nails, hair, etc.) is perfect. Prices are very reasonable, and my nails are in their healthiest condition ever since Brooklyn Nails has started taking care of them. 100% recommend!
Took my 17 year old here to get her a manicure and tips she did a great job on her and her nails ,solar they still look bomb after 3 Beach days and a lot of cleaning and cooking.
My wax was pretty good, she really cared however she missed some spots for sure. My nails are just not good... They had a lot of people in and were in a huge rush. Glad I got them done however I wont go back. They were all very nice though
I just left this salon and Im so happy with my hair now! I came here with no expectations looking for someone to do my highlights and the hairdresser Valentino did the perfect job ever! Then they waxed my legs- it wasnt painful at all, and got a free massage. The service was beyond professiona, I would recommend to anyone to go to try this salon, u wont be disappointed, even though Valentino doesnt speak English very well, he understood every instruction i gave him cause Ive been doing highlights since forever and i know exactly how I like it done. They also do nails but I didnt try this service. The price I paid was incredible as well - $85 for FULL highlights! $15 for the perfect hair cut! So happy I finally found my spot!
I absolutely adored my experience and service, I will definitely be returning. The owner, Zhanina, did my spa pedicure and dip powder manicure. Not only was she incredibly kind, she did a thorough and meticulous job. So happy with my nails and highly recommend to anyone, it’s the best mani pedi I’ve had in a long while.
Finally found a great place for my nail service in Brooklyn. Marcela was very patient and a perfectionist when it came to her job. I was very doubtful since Ive had terrible services elsewhere. The price was very reasonable and wasnt stacked like other places. Definitely going back. Thanks for exceptional experience.
After that Mayra called me a Bruja twice. This is so insane to me because I’m a grown woman paying my money for a simple service. If the nails broke off tomorrow that’s on me, but as a business specializing in hospitality doing what the customer is requesting as long as it’s within a realistic realm of possibility, there should never be any kind of argument. Also forgive me Mayra for being so particular about something that’s on my body. I am outstandingly disappointed by this place. I thought coming to a place owned by P.O.C would be a better experience for me. It actually turned out to be THE WORST treatment I received at a salon based on the interaction alone. Cherry on top of the cake I watched two Spanish speaking women come in and request service. Their temperatures were not checked and they were not asked to use hand sanitizer. Myself and another Black woman that arrived later that afternoon, had our temperatures checked and were asked to use hand sanitizer. I am left with two hands that don’t match, that look cheap, and one nails had a black dot and HAIR in it. I paid $102 including tip.
This salon is such a clean and bright environment with friendly and efficient nail techs :) i will definitely be back!
My friend and I got the gel extensions and were absolutely in love. Mayra is amazing and it was overall a very pleasant experience. It took a bit longer than we expected, but it was worth the wait.
False hair treatment advertising on Groupon. I purchased a Groupon deal for a relaxer treatment. I called this business to be sure they have the service and a representative booked an appointment for me. But when I came on Saturday 6/11 not only did no one know what I was talking about they claim they do not do any hair services nor any Groupon deals. So me and my bf wasted a trip to Brooklyn for nothing😠👎🏾👎🏾I contacted Groupon and got a refund to my account and found a real salon to do my hair treatment in Harlem (not via Groupon). Brooklyn Nails has false hair treatment advertising on Groupon and they need to remove that service from Groupon. I will never waste my time going here again. The workers also barely speak English.
Melanie did a beautiful job on my toes, it had been a while. Maria gave me a 15minute back chair massage. I felt very pampered, and the massage wasnt just a massage, she really got the right spots.I walked out on a cloud!
Truly incredible gel nail service and art design by Mayra. I am extremely particular with my nails, but this salon met all of my expectations and then some.
Truly a great experience! I was able to get my hair and nails done, plus a facial and a massage all in one place. A Woman’s Dream! My hairstylist Adia has been in the neighborhood for years and she never disappoints! The nail techs are skilled in their work and always go beyond what I expect. I show them any design and they are able to make a masterpiece. Especially, Lorena, she also never disappoints! Make sure to go on Monday - Thursday, I usually take advantage of the $30 deal. Includes Basic mani & pedi + a free 10 minute massage!
I made an appointment and still waited 40+ min. I kept asking for oval shaped nails and the tech kept not hearing me so I gave up and just let her do square like she wanted. I asked to not file short since I’m growing my nails out and she filed them down to barely any growth. I sometimes go here because of the Groupon but it’s not even worth it
This is literally my number 1 spot, I’ve going here for almost a year and I trust them! The entire staff is nice and does great work. I’ve received SNS, hard gel, manicures and pedicures from them and have no complaints. They pay attention to detail and make sure you love what you’re getting. A gem.
They do such a great job! I saw Dana who was excellent and also saw very talented nail art around me!
Unfortunately the worst haircut ive ever gotten. i went in for a trim and the hairstylist, Valentino, completely changed the shape of my original cut. when i told him i didnt like it, he said that it was nice and different. they seemed like nice people but thats absolutely not the way to cut hair!
Called in advance for an appointment . Served 30 mins after appointment time . Unprofessional in every way. Technicians touching door knobs, nail colors, color swabs, and other patients without gloves after touching their clients feet . Did not assist with drying or placing shoes on jackets on to ensure paint was not damaged... worst experience. Wish I never went and wasted my time and money
I had many issues with my service(s) here.1st off, I called making an appointment for a new acrylic set, and it said on their website they do it for $35. I get there and they say they only do SNS and it’s $50. I already made the appointment and didn’t want to find a new salon and waste time so I still got them done. But why not tell me on the phone before that you don’t offer the acryllic service anymore, to save me time and money?2nd, when I was getting my nails done the manicurist didn’t understand what I wanted at all, eventually someone had to take her spot, and it took almost 2 1/2 hours for the SNS and fixing mistakes the first woman made.3rd: the SNS nails I had done started breaking after just 2 days of having them. I came in the next week and had 6 nails broken and jagged. Luckily they re-did all the broken nails for free (which is why I am doing 2 stars and not 1) but they did it so quickly that my nails were not filed evenly and they did not let the nails dry so they got a little messed up within the first hour of having them re-done. On top of that the nails started to break AGAIN after having them for 2 days. All my friends told me that SNS is stronger than acrylics and that they should last two weeks minimum. I am very disappointed in the job they did. I normally don’t complain and give try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt but I dealt with too many mistakes and issues.
Note it’s a hair salon and nail salon. There was an uncomfortable time waiting while the smell of peroxide bleach fumes filled the salon. I called ahead and still ended up waiting for 30minutes joining. While there 4 others were waiting, one gave up and just left.Fast forward. To the service. My nails look ok not perfect but good enough. I already had the girl make changes and after 2 hours I didn’t have more time. For me it’s a no. There are too many salons between brooklyn and manhattan.Service Time: 2 hours for a gel manicure. No acrylics. No design. Literally a polish.Professionalism: a muffled a apology and offer a tiny bottle of water to accommodate close to an hour wait after calling setting an appointment with a specific person and when arriving being told it would be a few moments then 15 and actually wait an hour. Also I notes the girls talking bad about others in the shop, giving snide looks, etc.Quality: after 2+ hours my nails should be perfect. Nope. There are tiny bubbles in one of my nails and at this point I won’t even be back for them to fix it.Overall. Try at your own risk. I trusted the nice reviews but maybe this was an off day but my experience overall was not good.
Moved here recently and wanted to try here since it was so close by. I am so happy with the techs attention to detail and the effort that was put into making sure my dip powder manicure was how I wanted it. The prices are about what I expected and the outcome is beautiful. Definitely will recommend!
This is such an amazing nail place in Williamsburg! The ladies are super friendly and make sure all your nail needs are met. Julie is my favorite! She does the best designs. Highly recommended!
Went in for SNS acrylic set mani and pedi and the results were incredible. The most thorough pedicure where they take more steps than the average pedicure with callous removal and oils. The nail technician went above and beyond to ensure I for the results I wanted. A cute casual family atmosphere with no frills, highly recommend to everyone.
This is a terrible place. Went in for a regular non-complicated manicure. The lady that was doing my nails couldn’t paint within the nails and kept painting out of line and when she repeatedly tried to erase them, it became even worse with smudges all over. Completely a mess. I was trying not to complain and made her feel bad but finally had to ask for another lady to do the job. The lady happened to be the lady in charge that day and she admitted it was a bad job and had to start over.
Friendly, nice and welcoming. My nails are so pretty and they even gave me a free 5 minutes massage🥰😍. I totally recommend it.
Very nice people working there! However my manicure wasnt the best. I asked for round nails and got square (admittedly I should have mentioned something, but two nails were already filed down, so i figured I would go with it), theyre all uneven & some nails are chunky looking. Maybe it was just a bad morning. :/
I have been going to this place for a year now and Mayra has been the best at keeping up with any trends and her work has always been amazing. You can show her any picture online and she will have the skills, tools, and patience needed to get it done.
They advertise a powder dip manicure but the woman who did mine clearly didn’t know the technique. She didn’t know how to remove the powder dip I had on my nails and the manicure I got is weird and uneven
I had my nails done by Marcela she performed exelent service . If you willing to have your nails done don’t hesitate to come to Brooklyn Nails & spa.I’m a stickler when it comes to hygenie so I was glad to see that everything was clean and properly sanitized.Good communication with owner
I was so hopeful at this place is rated well on Google. However, my experience was very sub-par. I think I may have gotten a new girl (in training) who I felt like had never given a pedicure before. She skipped key steps (filing, cutting cuticles, lotion massage) and there was a language barrier so I had trouble communicating with her. I walked in wanting a mani + pedi plus massage and left after just the pedi because it took over an hour. Very disappointed. Unfortunately won’t be back.
The salon is great although the service could be a little more attentive and for the prices they have I expect more experienced techs. I went to try and get a fill in and I was told the one person was not in so I just got a pedicure which was $60. The pedicure did not entail any additional spa treatments for that price.
