Patty did such an amazing job! This was my first time. Got a regular manicure/pedicure for $48. Pretty reasonably priced for neighborhood. My manicure was so well done. She did an incredible job and very appreciative!! Will absolutely be going back.

I’ve lived in Williamsburg for about a year now and have had the hardest time finding a place that is reasonably priced, quick, and does a great job. I’m so happy I found this place. My nails always look great (I get a gel manicure) and I’m in and out within an hour. The women here are always super sweet and listen to what you’re looking for!

Ive finally found my nail spot! Everyone is super sweet and Patty is amazing.The nail spa is extremely clean and the prices are very reasonable. I got a gel mani and asked for a little heart on each middle nail for Valentines Day and they did such a great job. I cant wait to go back again!

I went with a friend to get pedicures. The staff was friendly. The pedicures were.. average. They did cut my friends cuticles a little too aggressively and her nail beds were a bit tender after we left.The nails looked ok but my friends were chipping even before we got home.. even after sitting at the drying table for a what is normally an adequate amount of time for.They have a fairly large selection of colors for gel and regular nail polish, which was nice.The reason I amGiving such a low rating though is for comfort and sanitation.First off the straight backed bench seats for the pedicure tubs are incredibly uncomfortable and awkward angles do have your legs out for the pedicures and I felt like I would have been flashing the lady had not been wearing shorts under my skirt.My water to soak my feet was luke warm despite me asking for more warm water which was barely warm after that. I was never offered any extra services (this may because we had scheduled appt, but I didn’t feel like I had an option to add anything on..)At the drying table, the stools you sit on all had a knobby center that stuck out and poked you hard in the butt/thighs and made sitting again uncomfortableThe disposable cloth like shoes they use are also so flimsy, my feet were barely in them when you walk in them.Now to sanitation…The tools were brought out on a metal tray, maybe this is from a sanitation station of some sort but I haven’t been in a salon ina long time that didn’t open new kits from each time, and that struck me as a bit gross. My friend also observed they didn’t even wipe out the tub before putting someone in her and mine tub afterwards.

I have been coming here for a few years now and it’s my favorite spot in Brooklyn for a manicure and pedicure. Patty and her staff are extremely kind, welcoming and professional. The space is always very clean and well kept. Highly recommended!

The technicians are wonderful! I have been coming for over a decade. Patty is awesome! I have a standing appointment with my granddaughter. They are punctual, neat and sanitary. Great place overall and my baby loves getting her manicures with her mama

This place is wonderful and the staff is so sweet. They do an amazing gel mani and pedi and it usually stays one quite a while. I always call ahead to see if they have availability and they are usually able to take me within a couple hours

This is my go to ramen spot! They are known for their Ramen not their sushi lol. Not hating on it but I’ve had better. But their spicy Ramen is bomb.

EDITING TO ADD: a couple of new pictures only TWO days after my original post... just over a week after my appointment. This was not a proper gel manicure. Very disappointing.----I went in last Tuesday for a gel mani and regular pedi. Only reason I opted to pay more to get a gel mani (vs. a regular mani) was because I was going to be traveling and wanted it to last me longer. Not even one week later, the edges of the paint on all nails are rising up, and the paint has chipped in several places. These pictures were taken yesterday, not even six days after my nail appointment.I am so disappointed. Im out of the country now on my trip and my nails look horrible. Ive had many many gel manis done at other salons, and they always last AT LEAST 4 weeks, and I always have to go back to the salon to have it removed because the paint is stuck on so well - not this time though.This is unacceptable and was a total waste of my money.

I was initially skeptical of all the 5 star reviews but WOW THIS PLACE IS GREAT. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The staff was very nice and my manicure is flawless. The location is indeed very clean as well! Great nail color selection - overall Im VERY HAPPY.

I have been here twice last minute and they always find a way to fit me in. They take their time and do a very nice job. I got my first gel manicure here and I’m obsessed. The ladies who work here are super sweet too!

Very offended. I drove a good distance only for the door to be locked at 6pm. They spoke to me from the other side of the door by signaling they were closed. I called and they say ppl had appointments I seen literally 1 person getting a service done. Total waste of my time now other salons will be closing soon because I wasted time getting here and it’s cold. Not nice. State on your website that you need an appointment if that’s how you operate.

*UPDATE*10 months later, I came back to give them a second chance. I really want to like them because they’re so close to my home and the people are nice! I went to get SNS thinking I’ll have the best technician to do it (I think I did) but all my nails came off in 1 week (see pink nail photo). I paid $56 including tips. I’ve had SNS before at a different place and after 4 weeks, I had to go back to the salon to remove it. It should not have come off by itself within a week.—————I just moved to this neighborhood and came here because of the great reviews. I had gel manicure and regular pedicure (it was the most expensive gel manicure I have received in Brooklyn and not the best quality, which I’m surprised because they use OPI polish but I’m assuming the base coat isn’t that great). After less than a week, two of the nails started peeling. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

I came here today with a picture of some fall nail inspiration. I never know how to ask for a nail art so I came in with a picture. MARY blew me away she was so nice and willing to do it. The service was great!

Gave this place a shot today and was happy I did.Only stopped in for a pedicure and the lady I saw did a wonderful job. While it wasnt busy when I went in today, I have walked by and seen them pretty busy before.Spot is pretty cute and Ill definitely be back for a mani pedi and most likely a massage.

You always have to be skeptical of a 5 star review, but this place is legit. One of the best mani/penis Ive ever had... They were not the fastest, but I appreciate how she took her time and made each nail perfect. Plus they use Seche Vite top coat, which automatically gives them bonus points. You cannot go wrong. $23 is a steal. Beyond happy I gave this place a shot.

Place is clean, great area, staff was not friendly and the work wasnt great, one of the worse I have had. Most likely will not come back.

When I first called to make my appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure I was quoted $72. When I arrived I wanted to add tips to my manicure, no one told me the price, and I had assumed it was $15-20 more. The lady who did my nails took a really long time applying the tips since they didn’t have any drills. When I got to the register they charged me an additional $50 for the tips. So overall, I paid $80 for a new basic gel manicure with tips. No design, no jewelry, nothing. Everyone was kind, but the lack of price transparency and the ridiculous charge for tips is unheard of in this area. I could’ve easily paid $50 for this manicure. Look at the work she did, it’s extremely puffy, thick and uneven. Never again.

Awesome salon, open late, great pricing. They did a great job on my dip manicure and regular pedicure. I would definitely recommend coming here and I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

The place is clean, it’s easy to make an appointment, and the ladies are always very nice. However, my gels rarely last more than a week without chipping or completely peeling up. At other places, my gels usually last 2-3 weeks so it have them last less than 7 days is very frustrating and expensive.

Been coming here since 2017. Never disappointed. Great neighborhood salon with fair prices and fantastic service. Never feel rushed, even if they are clearly busy. I don’t get anything fancy, usually just a pedi. Lasts a good month, especially if I bring my own polish for easy touch ups later. Couldn’t wish for a better salon.

My daughter (7 years old) and I were staying in east Williamsburg and wanted to get our nails done. we looked this place up and the reviews were amazing, so we decided to try it out. it was NOT a let down. the staff was so kind and welcoming. and the technician that did my daughters nails was very sweet to her. the place was very clean and our manicures and pedicures look fabulous. I would highly recommend this place.

They didn’t last very long. The person didn’t push back my cuticles correctly, and then painted over them, so the gel peeled off around the cuticle area within a few days. The person also used the cuticle scissors to cut off their split ends of their hair while my nails were drying? Gross. Really wanted to like this place. They were nice!

During my visit in September 2016, I was in the area and wanted to get my nails done. They were closing, still let me in, did a fantastic job, wouldn’t let me leave until my nails were dry—regular polish and I was pleased with my nail job well after I returned to Montreal. Not one nail chipped and I am rough, as in, I use my hands and don’t hold back because my nails are done. So, my nails usually chip. Not this time! Nicely done! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Patty is THE BEST! I moved away and still travel to come here. Everyone who works here is warm and kind and it is the best manicure in town hands down. Thanks for being amazing!

I have been going to Pattys for something like 5 years now, she and all her employees are sweet, very thorough and will always try to fit you in ! No matter where in the city I live, I only come to Pattys for my gel manicures and pedicures. I love that its the best of both worlds: great technicians and a very neat and clean salon, but without the overcharges and pretenses of typical NY luxe nail establishments. Right before the pandemic Patty has renovated the whole place and powered through the lockdown without much gvmt assistance for her business- and just for that alone her place deserves your patronage:)

My new go to nail salon. Great attention to detail and a gel manicure that actually lasts! I’ve been trying places all over Brooklyn trying to find a good gel manicure that doesn’t peel after a few days. The staff is super sweet. Sometimes there is a wait, but it’s worth it. The price is comparable to nearby places, and definitely worth it.

Had a nice, basic mani-pedi for $35. I didnt get the girls name but she did a great job.Only had a couple of minor problems that were resolved nicely. I chose this business because in Google Maps, 1) it had great reviews, and 2) it said that everyone has to wear a mask, employees get temperature checks, theres cleaning between clients, etc. I arrive and theres even a No mask, No service sign on the door (Yes!!). That was great, but I could see through the glass that only half of the 4 employees had masks on, and of the 4 or 5 customers, only 1 had a mask on. I asked the lady at the register why, and she said, Oh, thats old; we dont do that anymore. You dont have to keep your mask on. I said, But thats not safe.. I was really disappointed to see such disregard because were very much still in a pandemic and infection rates in NY keep rising because of the new Omicron variants and people not wearing masks.I was going to leave, but she asked if I had an appointment. I said yes, that I called yesterday and made an appointment for noon. My appt. was not there. She said shes the one who makes appointments, so I had to prove to her in my phone log that I called yesterday. I had also requested a wax, but canceled it because of the inconsistent masking; I told her I didnt want to take my mask off in there, especially with an un-masked woman repeatedly coughing. Then, all the employees put on their masks. (theres a big bowl of lollipops; an employee eventually gave one to the coughing woman). A few more customers came in while I was there — thankfully, all wore masks except the tall dude in a man-bun getting a mani-pedi.Because the service was good— both nail services, and that they all masked up— I would return and recommend this nail salon.

I couldn’t wait for Patty to reopen yesterday to get my pedicure and manicure done. I’ve been going to Patty since the first day she opened back in March 2014. I have tried others nails salon, but they are not as good as Patty so, I been sticking with Patty because I love the way she does my manicure and pedicure. They take their time with the customers and make sure the customers are happy with their services. I have brought my friends and family members and they loved them. I will never stop going to Patty. I dont get my nails done often but decided to treat myself for a wedding Im going to. Not only was this place super affordable but the staff was excellent and friendly. You can tell they really care about their customers. Will definitely come back before my next wedding!

Absolutely the best nail spot! the three ladies that work here are so nice and friendly, and i’ve gotten my nails done by each- they’re all great! i’m so picky when it comes to my nails, i love getting my cuticles cut and for the nail polish to look perfect, and they do it all. they remodeled recently, it looks clean and good, and their set up for gel nails is time saving!

Randomly chose this place on my way home and so happy I did ! Super clean, staff is very friendly and my manicure came out flawless ! Not the fastest manicure but I really appreciated the attention to detail that you often don’t even find with more pricey salons. If you’re in the area, don’t even hesitate to stop in :)

Gel mani lasted my vacation when I really thought it would easily chip with all I ended up doing with my hands, but, no, it did not!Patty is so sweet and this is the best nail salon in the area. I’ve been to over 5 nails salons within the Williamsburg area and this is the only one worth revisiting.

Friendly people and the off-busy-street location makes the experience veryrelaxing when you do your nails there. You dont need to make an appointment, the wait usually is not long. You could always call and ask if they are busy before coming by.
