Aretha & terry were amazing! My fiance and I did a couples massage today and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. We started off with a jacuzzi for two, we both fit comfortably and it was a great way to unwind before the massage. They had complimentary water next to the jacuzzi for us. Upon entering the room they informed us that our masseurs would be women, we appreciated that moment so we knew what to expect! Then, we had a 55 min massage that was, like I said, truly incredible. After the massage we had our own champagne & dessert room. There was soothing music, it seemed like a ton of the oils & products they used were fragrance free and they really tuned into your sense of smell at appropriate moments. I would recommend this spa to anyone we had the best time!
We took my sister here for her birthday today. We got her the birthday package, she was left nearly speechless. The staff was professional and friendly and made her feel very comfortable.. the massage and treatments were so relaxing that she fell into a deep sleep (the snore kinda deep). The establishment was clean, had a nice aroma and was dimly lit with tranquil music playing to set a relaxing atmosphere. She said the food and the birthday cake were delicious. Overall she says this is the best spa experience she has ever had and left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Its a bonus that this is a black owned business.
I absolutely enjoyed my visit here. My awesome person bought me a birthday package and sent me here for a few hours of pampering. It was incredibly relaxing, and I enjoyed the personalized experience. Each person I interacted with was attentive and pleasant. The birthday package came with a bath, massage, and facial. Lunch is also included. I do wish the lunch was better, but it still didnt dull the experience for me. I would certainly go back.
I came in stressed and uptight.... but I left feeling revived, refreshed and light as a feather thanks to my amazing therapist, Sion!! Best massage Ive ever had in a spa. The ambience and vibes at Cynergy are also top notch and all details are taken care of. Very welcoming front staff as well. Would def recommend! 10/10
Where do I begin? I love everything about this place. Very calm, clean and smells amazing. I got the simple pleasures package for a birthday gift to myself. My masseuse name is Terry aka Tinkerbell and I recommend her to everyone. She was amazing with my full body massage and facial. Amazing! This was my first experience at a spa and it was perfect. We got the couple’s package and my boyfriend and I were so happy. Everything was soprivate and wonderful. Special thanks to Aritha and Terri for being amazing at their craft. So professional and kind hearted. Will be coming back for sure. My boyfriend has had trouble with a shoulder for a while and after Aritha worked her magic, he already feels so much better! Highly recommend :)

Absolutely an amazing experience. My original plans didnt work out and I treated myself for my birthday. My sugar & spice treatment was sensational (2 weeks later Im still silky smooth and soft).The room, the service and the music had me so relaxed but Marcus deserves all the praise. He was gentle, but strong and professional. His hands are magical. By the time I left I was floating.Thank you Cynergy! I appreciate the service.
I was there with my daughter for her birthday. We both were booked for the Cupids Delight package. With the amount of money they charge for this package, you would think that they would at least offer you a cup of water after being serviced for 90 minutes like any other spa salons. The massage and facial were just ok. Nothing out of the ordinary. The annoying part was that even though they were aware it was a birthday, they didn’t even offer the glass of champagne that comes with the package. It was my first time and I left somewhat disappointed.
WOW! is to sum up my experience here. i was gifted the birthday package and from the moment i stepped in, i felt immediate calm, ease and hospitality. everyone is so kind and accommodating from the moment you step inside.the birthday package was worth every single penny. Cion (or Zion) was my massage therapist and it was the best massage of my LIFE! i’m always in and out of physical therapy and different massages - this was something different. he was so attuned to the different knots and centers of pain in my body and handled it flawlessly.Marsha was the aesthetically and is so sweet. she explained every step of the process and i came out glowing like i never had before. she explained what she saw, what she was doing and why and was so friendly.my favorite part about my experience were the conversations with the people about why they love what they do. bonus points a thousand that it’s black owned. i’ve never had an experience like this.the food was delicious, i loved speaking with Cion (or Zion) and Marsha and everyone else. Wonderful people dedicated to healing - i told all my aunties and sisters about it. will be returning 100000/10. a piece of heaven and true tranquility, everyone here has a beautiful spirit. and the decor is gorgeous, you can feel the intention and love poured into it.
I have passed this tucked oasis spa so many times in Brooklyn. Nestled just before the chaos on Fulton street and on a residential block. I’m so glad I found my FOREVER SPA!!Ambiance is clean, beautifully decorated and smells amazing. I received the deep tissue massage by Sion omg 😱 his hands are blessed by TMH. I no longer feel pain in my left shoulder.This is the best massage I’ve ever received and I go to the best world wide. Treat yourself ppl you deserve it☺️.

I had the most amazing massage at Cynergy yesterday. Terry is a miracle worker - not only did she defeat the knots in my back and neck, but she also gave me some great tips for self care. I had an A plus experience at Cynergy Spa...OMG!! From the cleanliness of the facility to the COVID 19 precautionary measures, the professional staff and endless champagne I felt my birthday was going to be great.We were greeted by Marsha the receptionist who was fantastic, a very warm welcome and conversation while sipping on champagne.Aretha did my full body massage and it was phenomenal, I found myself falling asleep as I was so relaxed.Next, I was taken to meet with Melissa who did my facial. This facial was like no other, the products used were mildly scented and did not irritate my skin and her soft hands made it even more relaxing.After my facial, I was taken to hang with my friend as it was time for our scrub, massage paraffin dip for our hands and feet, another OMG!! We were then treated to a scrumptious dinner of roasted brussel sprouts, polenta, green salad with grilled salmon,(and of course champagne) dinner was delicious!!All in all best experience EVER!!Highly recommended.
I went for a late Mother’s Day/Birthday gift from my husband. The service was amazing, I was running late and called ahead, they were very accommodating. The space is very calming and relaxing. It took a second to find as there was a small sign in the window outside. Teri, my Jamaican queen sister was amazing, she’s tiny but very effective. I got some tea instead of champagne and a delicious cookie to nibble as I got my foot massaged. Overall, definitely going back and taking my husband for their couple’s treatment.
Loved the customer service but I do feel like it was overpriced. We paid almost $500 for the couples massage package which lasted only 45 mins.
We came to Cynergy Spa on our honeymoon for facials, and we had a lovely experience! Marsha and Aretha were so pleasant and did excellent treatments, and the atmosphere was peaceful and the staff inviting. They even offered us a glass of champagne after our treatments for our special occasion! We left relaxed and rejuvenated.

Massages by Aretha and Syon (sorry for misspellings) were AMAZING, no joke some of the best massages we’ve ever had.Ambiance was great, staff was super friendly. Ok let’s just say this was my first time here and I am in awe… the experience was great . I was there for two hours and I wish I had booked for longer .. from the front desk staff to the person giving me my massage , facial and paraffin wax for my hands and feet . Definitely must do again . I recommend 5 out of 5 !!!!!!

TL;DR: Great experience in a very unassuming spot.My fiancée and I were looking for a place to celebrate our 3 year dating anniversary and wanted to do something special. We booked the package that included a soaking tub, couples massage, and chocolate fondue. Everything was extremely clean, everyone was very professional, and the massage did not disappoint. Highly recommend you give this place a try!
Everytime I come here I leave so relaxed. The music is the best, facility is always impeccably clean, the scent is soothing in every room. I have gotten a couples massage twice with my bf and the second time we had the one that came with the paraffin dip for hands and feet and it was a perfect finish to a perfect massage. The energy is so in tune with what I was looking for in a Black owned spa, it makes me feel at home and relaxed and so trusting, unlike many other places I have been. These people are professional and I cannot say enough good things about this business. I would always recommend to anyone I know
What a lovely experience! My partner and I did the couples package and it was AMAZING! Staff was warm and welcoming and the masseuses were professional and knowledgeable. I haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time. It really set the mood off to a great start for our anniversary. Definitely book with them and treat yourself.
Cynergy Spa was a wonderful experience. I had the deep tissue massage/facial package. The massage therapist was excellent and thorough. She made me feel comfortable and worked out all those knots!! My facial was also excellent. My face was so clear and clean after the scrubs and steams. I even bought the facial product to continue the process (I asked about them and there was no pressure to purchase). I’m booking again in 2 months. It’s a treat for yourself! You deserve it.
I went as a birthday present to myself. I had 4 treatments two weeks ago and I am still enjoying the benefits. Zion did my body scrub and massage. He was fabulous . My facial was so relaxing and my skin looks great. Oh, and the lunch, complete with champagne was worth going back for.

The only downside is its a bit pricey, and theres no parking. Its a very comfortable, soothing environment that promotes relaxation. I definitely will be back. I had such a great experience at the spa! I visited for the first time for my birthday last month in September and it was so lovely, I had to book my mom for her birthday this month in October. She had a facial and massage treatment that left her glowing and soft. We were even treated to champagne as part of her birthday! So lovely and relaxing, I look forward to coming back time after time!

I gifted my friend with a couples massage for some pre-wedding relaxation and the whole experience from start to finish was just great. They took such good care of us. The massage therapists were great and it was overall a very relaxing experience.
Greeted with a warm welcome and a smile from Marsha at the front desk, the birthday girl and I were seated and treated to a perfectly chilled glass of champagne. Allowing us time enough time to enjoy our tasty beverage, we were lead to our first service. The rooms were quaint and themed and social distancing practices were observed at all times. My facial, serviced by Melissa was truly amazing. She took her time and my skin felt relaxed and nourished without the use of astringent products that cause the skin to burn or redden, alongside her most welcomed light handedness. After my facial I was taken to meet with Aretha, a small lady with magic hands. Her massage was beautiful, she asked as she went along if the pressure was enough (or not) and explained about the need for hydration and pointed out the tension spots that she found and worked to relieve them. I was truly relaxed when the massage was completed.With my champagne topped up, I was brought in to sit with the birthday girl for our final service for the day, the hand and feet paraffin scrub massage. With my feet soaking in the rose petal foot bath, champagne and water at the ready, Patricia worked her magic on my aching feet. She gave me the opportunity to smell the products used and politely explained what she was using. She was kind to the fact that I was extremely ticklish.My scrubbed and paraffin soaked hands and feet were unbelievably smooth, soft and moisturized. I was walking on air.After the services were complete, we were served a sumptuous Salmon lunch accompanied by polenta, roasted brussel sprouts and spinach salad with a side of warmed bread with sparkling water and of course glasses of champagne continued to be topped up. The meal was followed by a scrumptious chocolate flour less cake brought into the room by the ladies singing happy birthday. They left us to enjoy our meal at own pace (which we certainly did)On our way out, lovely Marsha thanked us on behalf of herself and for the other specialists for visiting Cynergy Spa.Cynergy Spa comes so highly recommended for single services or for their awesome service packages.The attention to detail, servitude, skillset and warmth make this the ideal space for all of your Cynergyneeds! If I could give more stars I would. I was happy finding this location while doing my online search. It is such a wonderful place from the decor, to the services I received, a facial and deep tissue massage, by the beautifully gifted women. This was the best spa experience Ive had. What Im really satisfied with was the facial. My skin has not ever felt this good after a facial. My skin reacted well and the esthetician took her time explaining the steps and recommended a product for me to use. This was a great addition to celebrating my birthday this year! Im looking forward to going back!
Overall my massage was excellent. I booked an appointment for my friend and I. I never said that I wanted a couples massage. I was stunned when we were shown a room for 2 people. That was resolved quickly. However, we were never offered any refreshments, water or tea. After the massage, I expected at least a glass of water by the massuer. That didnt happen nor was I offered any refreshments after the massage. Finally, I thought it was customary to ask if you prefer a man or a woman massuer. I was never given an option.
The entire staff and the owner Marsha-Ann Boyea treated us like royalty! We went to this wonderful spa to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Since my mom’s stroke, stairs have been hard for her to navigate. But the staff agreed to help my mom up the stairs all the while telling her, “I got you”. And from the moment we arrived we knew they had us! My mom and my 2 sisters and I felt so special, so pampered and so relaxed by the time we left. We can’t wait to go back. From taking our family phots to recommending a fabulous restaurant nearby, to our simply sublime hand and foot massages, our experience was flawless from A-Z. Don’t walk- run up the steps (if you can) to Cynergy Spa and leave feeling rejuvenated!!!
I had a fabulous experience at Cynergy. I was rushing to get there and as soon as I walked in, it was so relaxing. I was given warm tea and cookie with a hot towel. I really needed that because I hadn’t eaten anything and it relaxed me right away. My massage was one of the best I ever had. It was extremely therapeutic and relaxing.

Just…wow. I’ve had many massages in many different states where I’ve lived and this is in my top 5. The lobby and massage room are clean and relaxing. I appreciated the small touches that added to the overall experience. I could tell that my masseuse was well versed in many different body work techniques and utilized them with finesse and ease. You can hear hallway chatter, but it was minimal and did not distract from the experience. I did wish that the intake form asked more specific and thorough questions, but there’s plenty of room on the page to write your concerns. I will definitely be back!
This spa exceeded all standards. I went here for a couples experience with jacuzzi time, a massage, and strawberries/fondue/champagne. The customer experience was beyond exceptional. All employees were incredibly sweet and proficient at their job. We are already talking about planning our next appointment.
WOW. I am still floating on air after my 5 hour Bronze Oval Spa Day. I love a good scrub but I had been left disappointed in the past with other spas and their scrubs. Not here! The scrub was at least 1 hour long and it was simply perfection. I was dry brushed first then scrubbed down from neck to toe. I was kept warm and comfortable the entire time. After a shower, Terri got right to working on my body for a 55 minutes Swedish massage. She worked on my trouble areas like the tension in my neck. The scents are to die for- calming while still being invigorating. After the massage, I had a deep cleansing facial which I hadnt had in at least 8 years. It was lovely and thorough! My skin was left glowing and plump. I was very happy with my facial because I was little nervous due to skin sensitivities and past fears of severe cystic acne. I was comforted and told that my skin texture ok good, I just needed to clean out the blackheads. Lastly, Soniyah treatment my hands and feet to a lovely treatment/scrub/massage and paraffin dip and to top it off, a gourmet lunch! I cannot get over how delicious lunch was. I had the option of salmon or chicken. Went with the salmon and I was served amazing skewers with peppers over a bed of jasmine rice and a side of the most amazing salad I have ever had. It was topped off with a sweet treat. Lets not forget the champagne and sparkling water! I will be returning for more services and will be making this a regular thing. I have seriously been missing out! THANK YOU CYNERGY FAMILY! Just book it, you wont regret.
Had and amazing experience, staff was amazing and very sweet and kind, they made you feel even more relaxed if you didn’t get all the way there yet. Appreciation to jack the spa manager he really helped me keep the appointment and worked with me. I really wanted this 💚. Big ups to an amazing black owned spa you should definitely try it! I’m not one to usually post reviews but I loved it here! My boyfriend surprised me with a couples massage for my birthday and it was perfect! Terri was great and made me feel very comfortable. I love that we got to enjoy the jacuzzi, massage, and fondue after. We love fondue, so that was a plus! The staff went above and beyond and made it a memorable first time experience.
I booked a hydration facial and a foot scrub, and OMG, from the moment you step in, the energy and the atmosphere are simply amazing. It was like I had been transported to a place of blissful relaxation.I was greeted with a cup of tea, a cookie, and a hot towel. I was then invited to unwind and relax in one of their soothing treatment rooms. The facial was an experience like Ive never had before. I think I actually dozed off at one point.And the foot scrub was so relaxing. I was offered a bit of champagne, and before I knew it almost two hours had passed. The staff were attentive and made the experience so enjoyable. I will 1000% be going back.

This will be my 2nd visit to the Spa. I am so excited to get there on Sunday (08/20/2023)my first visit was heavenly . I walked out feeing light as a feather. This place is amazing! My partner and I went for their valentines day “blissfully two.” The jacuzzi tub was so relaxing and intimate. The massage was so good… we were on cloud 9. We also had champagne and lunch with dessert afterwards. Get the salmon! The salmon and that salad were so good. Better than expected.We would definitely go back. The staff were so nice and friendly.
Loved my experience here. I had trouble booking a facial for a friend and I online so I called instead. Everyone on the phone was so nice and courteous - the same in person. I got the deep cleansing facial and I honestly felt the difference just after one day. I also didnt feel like my face was red/sensitive afterwards like how it can be the day of/after a facial. The esthetician who helped me had a soothing approach and the environment was very calming. Will definitely be back.
The service, the hospitality, the food, and overall energy was simply amazing. I got the ultimate escape package. Cion and Terrys hands are surely a gift from god. I was celebrating my birthday and they did a great job making me feel special (thanks Christina). I believe I may have been charged a service tax twice once when I paid the deposit and again when I paid the balance, which I realized after having left. They were very professional so I believe that would have been easily rectified had I noticed it there, just a heads up to pay attention to that. All and all it was worth every dollar!
AMAZING.My bf book the 5 hour treatment package for me for my 40th birthday and I have to say this was one of the best experiences of my life. Everyone deserves that at least once. But Ill be back to treat myself to this more often. Terry is an amazing masseuse and very attentive. The snack and lunch was also very good as well. Worth every penny.
We had a nice and quiet experience. My son gifted me and the love of my life with the Couples Special.Our initial greeting was pleasant and that was important. Although the price of $420 was a bit pricey for a 25 minute stay in a jacuzzi, with one glass, per piece of champagne, 2 pieces of chocolate, and a drizzle of candied pecans, followed by a massage.We submitted a gratuity, purchased a displayed body product, thanked the charming diplomat and explored other services adjacent to the spa.I reccomend Cynergy Spa and wish them continued wellness.

Amazing experience! My girlfriend and I went for Valentines weekend had the It Takes Two experience with 90 minute aromatherapy full body massage followed by 30 min of champagne and chocolate! It was the most relaxing 2 hours of our lives and we will definitely be coming back! Thanks!

Love, love this spa!I initially spoke to the staff who helped give me advise for this gift to my mother. I set up an appointment just a day before and they still had an opening spot! Booked it right away and so glad i did. My mother loved her visit there and the staff and specialist were very good. I recently celebrated a birthday at the spa and the experience was nothing short of perfection. In the midst of all the chaos 2020 has brought, my trip to the spa made me feel truly relaxed. The staff made us feel like family and the services were exceptional.We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the spa and will definitely be recommending this place and revisiting in the future.

I got the deep tissue massage & my therapist was Allie. She has magic hands! I lift heavy so I really beat my body up in the gym. She really got to all my knots in my upper back. Massage was AMAZINGI really need to go every 2 weeks. I feel so relaxed. How was I functioning before? Truly the best massage I have received in a long time.

However it was unfortunate that I paid for the couple package that included a bubblebath in the hot tub and I was contacted about possibly changing my time slot that day but they didnt mention the plumbing issue until we were there for our appointment. So we had no jacuzzi time instead we were told the only thing they would do is extend the message from 60min to 90min so we really had no choice. Beautiful establishment and wonderful staff.
Absolutely LOVED IT!!!! The aromatherapy massage was HEAVENLY followed by the paraffin foot treatment. My foot felt like a babys bottom. Will definitely go back and try other packages. The staff was very nice 🥰
I purchased the Birthday package for myself and it was the best experience ever! The staff were so nice and accommodating to my special day! The masseuses were AMAZING! My facial was wonderful.. I snored a few times during the session lolol I was so relaxed! My lunch was amazing I was surprised at how good the salmon was!The facility smelled soooo good and it was clean. COVID Guidelines were strictly followed. My skin is still glowing and I am soooo relaxed 😌Thank you so much for thr amazing experience!
I was just there 3 days ago for my 4th year anniversary so we ordered the couples spa package. Must I say Nicky was the best receptionist Ive met. Shes kind , very humble over phone and even better in person! The message was amazing, aside from the jacuzzi with champagne which was set flawless. The massage therapist were amazing as well everything was outstanding. Ill definitely come back again. Money very well spent !

My husband and I went yesterday. I loved the whole vibe and ambiance of Cynergy Spa. I wound up choosing a couples package. Turns out my husband thought I could use a nice rub down as well. It started w/ Nicky. She was very kind, and once we arrived extremely welcoming. My husband and I were blessed to have two masseuse by the name of Terry and Samantha. For my husbands birthday, I booked the Couples Spa Package and we both fell in love not only with the place which was very clean, calm and intimate but also with our masseuses- they did a very amazing job at removing any tensions in our muscles. The Couples Spa Package included a relaxing bubble jacuzzi, an hour massage and in the end we had a nice glass of champagne with chocolate fondue and strawberries. The staff did an amazing job in making my husbands birthday feel special. Definitely recommend this place and I am looking forward to book a spa package for my birthday.

Cynergy is a great spa tucked away in Fort Greene Brooklyn. From the moment you walk in, you are tended to. It is a warm, calm and inviting space that beckons you to relax and enjoy the experience. I went for a facial and Simone was fantastic! She explained everything she was doing and also told me all about my skin. She made great recommendations for follow up skin care and by the time she was done, I was glowing!

My husband and I recently spent the day at Cynergy to celebrate a very special anniversary. I must say that I had taken a look at Cynergy in the past but was only able to schedule recently because of the distance and my schedule but every moment of it was worth the wait. Our experience began over the phone with Jack who was very patient, returned calls when not avaliable, helped us chooses a package that included all the services we were requesting. He went above the call of duty to follow up with us before our scheduled services to confirm the date we scheduled was correct and provided lodging accomodations upon request.Upon arrival, unbeknownst to us we were greeted by the owner who we were happy was taking necessary precaition due to COVID, she herself took our temperature and Pulse ox as well. We received a warm and friendly welcome before shortly being taken back for our service.Patrice took us back to get us started for our services providing the warmest introduction and welcome with the jacuzzi ready and waiting. The place was beautiful with soft and romantic lighting. All of the spaces that we were serviced in were, very clean and prepared beforehand, elegantly decorated with details that were intricate and ornate.We received services from Marcus, Terry & Aretha. With regard to individual treatments, massages were customized (amount of pressure and sreas of special focus) to our needs. After the scrubs, facial, hand and foot treatments, we felt as though we had new skin. Facials were comprehensive and addressed and concerns with skin care regimen but not used as an opportunity force sale of expensive products as Ive seen in many other high end spas.They are taking this pandemic serious but not allowing it to compromise their level of service. They utilized the necessary partitions, shields and masks for services but with our eyes closed for many we forgot they were there.I must say we were spoiled, treated like royalty. All treats were thoughtfully placed and deliciously fresh. We remained well hydrated throughout the day. They have thing timed so well. I took a few trips to the restroom and never saw other guests that were being serviced.The meal we were served was plated like dinner at a 5 star restaurant with all condiments and essentials placed beautifully beforehand.The staff is a well-oiled machine, transitions were seamless, never running around and moved around like stealth ninjas, they were mindful and quiet while we were quiet and warm and engaging at appropriate times. I was impressed by the professionalism of the diverse staff and how attentive they were to our every need. Our couples time was not interrupted, staff clearly defined when we they would return, always a knock and how we would transitions.Although we were booked for many services, we never felt rushed, and each service no matter how small was delivered with excellence with products that smelled naturally amazing and regal adornments at every step. Our anniversary was well celebrated for sure. Our experience felt LUXURIOUS and RELAXING to say the least and we left reluctantly. Our mind, body, and spirit felt RECHARGED. The owner, herself checked us out, late on a Sunday, with a smile. She and her staff are blessed with many gifts and talents one of which is hospitality at its finest.Needless to say, we will be back. The team at Cynergy is needed as a part of our wellness regimen. We cant thank them enough for pulling out all the stops on our special day. I could not find a single complaint and although this was a long review I left out so many extra surprises. If you entrust your relaxation to CYNERGY SPA, you will not be disappointed.

What a relaxing oasis in the middle of Brooklyn! Sion is a miracle worker. I have chronic back pain with multiple issues and rarely achieve significant pain relief through body work alone. Sion made it happen! Not only was the massage relaxing but pain relieving as well. He struck an amazing balance between going in hard to the spots that needed it and creating a relaxing treatment overall.

They werent opened for my birthday during COVID-19 lockdown but I look forward in going there not only for my birthday this year but referring friends here, too. Discrimination like I have never experienced before. We called in to make a reservation at which time we were asked if it was a gift card when we said yes they asked us to provide the gift card number which we did over the phone. We entered they took our coats and escorted us to the massage room. At which point they called my husband out of the room. They then proceeded to say they were unable to process the gift card so we called the person who gave us the gift card and they informed us that the money was taken out of the account. When we told jack we contacted the person who purchased the gift card for us he then proceeded to say—-well the gift card is okay but there’s no way to know where the card came from or who purchased it. He then said we can return the money to the person who purchased the gift card and you can give us a form of payment now instead. My Husband is a black male. if they have a problem with using gift cards they should not allow people to purchase them online at all—-which goes to show they discriminated solely due to the fact he was black and it is disgusting

This was my first time here. I came for my birthday. I got the birthday package. It was absolutely phenomenal of an experience. The whole atmosphere of the place is so tranquil and calming. My experience went above my expectations. I received everything included in the described package I saw online. The staff were very friendly and made the experience so much better. The lady who worked with me (I forgot her name, so sorry!) was absolutely wonderful! Very thorough, professional and friendly. I hope to come back again during my moms birthday in May. I highly recommend this place. Its nestled away like a true hidden gem. 💜

I a reservation 11:30am and gave all my credit card and personal information, the person responsible said it was all good and would texted me my confirmation. They texted and call me 7:30pm saying that they need to cancel because my card was declined. I called 20min after the person kept saying that they are trying to called me the entire day and that was not true, when I said that was not true and something most happened the person hang out on me. I just had one call and one text from them at 7:30pm, and soon I saw it I called back. Also they said that my credit card was declined also not true because I used just after it and it worked fine, also I called my bank and they didnt blocked any transition. I think if they were overbooked or some mistake happen they should just tell me and it would be fine, but what what they did and the whey they treat me it was really disrespectful specially with the amount of money I was willing to spend.
