Amazing Grace CC Nail Spa

This is my favorite nail salon in the neighborhood. They are always so friendly and accommodating. They have a great selection of colors (in regular polish, gel, and sns) and do tips and powders perfectly. Here are my ghost nails for Halloween, an excellent reproduction from a photo I showed them. Also here are my funky chrome nails, my happy nails, and my flower power nails. Their sns always lasts for weeks without chips or separating.

There is no request for nails that I make that amazing Grace doesn’t make happen. I love the way my nails came out just as I had shown her from a pic I found online. The staff is sweet, attentive and very accommodating . This is my go to spot. I recommend them 100%.

I always love coming here! They are always so kind and patient! I can show them a picture off of the internet and they do their best to recreate it! Cindy is great at designs and making your nails look absolutely beautiful! I am so happy with my current nails that were done today just in time for the holidays and graduation! :) Highly recommend that everyone comes and gives it a try!! :)

I recently visited Amazing Grace CC Nail Salon and had an amazing experience. The salon had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and professional. They provided excellent service and paid attention to every detail. The wide range of nail services offered was impressive, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Overall, I highly recommend coming here

I just got waxing done. Full arms is $35 she charged me $10 for hands lol and then she charged me $35 for literally the bottom half of my legs (the ankles area only) and then chest area. Total was $100, I got scammed. She decided to take her tip herself. I also got hit my jaw while she was waxing. Overall completely terrible don’t recommend.

Just went here for the first time, as the place I usually go to was overbooked. I was very pleasantly surprised, beautiful place with calming lights and music, they were very nice to me and even offered a free 10 minute massage at my next appointment.

It’s ok. I’ve been here twice: once for a chair massage and another for a body table massage. For the body massage I called and scheduled an appointment. I thought they said $55 on the phone and I asked multiple times when I got there. Turns out it is $65. Miscommunication from language so hold up your fingers to confirm prices.The chair massage was better. The body massage was alright but when I arrived for my appointment, they seemed to scramble in confusion. I got a guy (I’m a guy) and while I don’t mind, I thought it was odd they didn’t ask me if I had a preference. The massage was good but not great. Too much oil IMO. Also the room got cold. The face pillow smelled a bit weird so I put it aside. The guy working on me seemed Ok. He was nice and attentive, asked me if I was comfortable, etc. I tipped him well for his kind attitude and hard work.If you don’t feel like traveling to the city, then this spot is an OK alternative.

I got dip nails with tips and Jack did an awesome job! I asked for round and he took great care in making sure the length was what I wanted and the shape was nice and even. They look lovely!

Was going to go to the salon that’s right across from this but they don’t have enough workers that do nails early in the morning, so i came here. definitely will come back, jack did a great job doing my nails.

They seemed nice and the nail tech was very good. I got no cuts and the nail was neat and even. I got a French manicure and the only issue I had with that was the acrylic they used was not clear but seemed cloudy. Hence the 4 stars. Next time I’ll let them no I don’t want that one but overall the experience was good.

I am putting 3 stars because the girl who did regular pedicure and manicure lied about the price. They advertise $35 for both on an outside window and when you call over the phone but charged me $39 and I was paying by cash. I gave girl $6 tip since I am generous with tips and was planning to give her $10 anyhow. But since she lied it was $39…Also their $3 extra “last longer” nail polishes displayed to the right when you walk in - don’t last longer so save your money.

The guy made my nails really nice but the technique needs a little more.

This is my go to salon! I totally cherish the stylistic color and the service. Every one of the young ladies are super amicable and generally l am satisfied with my nails!

This nail salon used to be amazing.. pre pandemic.. now they mess up your eye brows BADLY and say “its okay” .. gel manicures dont last not even a week.. you can see dents in the nails and they dont seal the nail right. This used to be my favorite place until I began noticing every time i go something is wrong with either my nails or brows . Gets tiring paying so much money for services that are being rushed and done poorly. Not only did they mess up my brows and nails today … they also forgot to lotion my hands and use the hot towel. Just too much rushing going on here. Cindy is super sweet though . Maybe she needs to retrain the employees.

I have had a handful of visits to this salon over the years (5+) as I was a Brooklyn resident for over 35 years now relocating after being away for three years. I have gotten my nails done here twice (at the beginning and end of May) and they were both lackluster at best. The worst of them was this last visit (three days ago). I got a gel manicure and pedicure done and where the pedicure was fine, the mani was a disaster.The day that I had it done, one nail began to chip (ok, disappointing but not a deal breaker) but by that evening the top coat was peeling on two nails. Then by the following day two more began peeling! I called and talked to the manager (Cindy) who said come in at 10am the next day, we will fix it. The way that she fixed it when I arrived was to offer to re-do the top coat and the nail polish color. The color I selected was supposed to be an emerald green as shown in the book but it was one of those polishes that look a certain color depending on the angle you view it from (purple or green). I said that I didnt like the color and even if I did, I would have asked for a color change anyway because the QUALITY of the polish and top coat were poor from how they came off my nails.The technician took me to the chair, after Cindy said that I could have another color without a problem, to be approached by Cindy some minutes later and told that I would need to pay $15 for a color change. It was outrageous: I had paid nearly $85 just two days prior, now being asked to pay more money due to their nail polish being sub par. I just wanted them to remove the polish and send me on my way but not before asking for a refund for the manicure at least: I am not that kind of customer to make waves over a negative experience but this was completely a business deal and they were in the wrong.Cindy proceeded to tell me A customer has never had this problem..if I let you have a refund then every customer who had a problem would have refunds...this is a business, I have to pay rent. Clearly, she went off on a tangent that I did not need or want to hear but, in the end, I paid $10 for the color change and Cindy did it herself.I dont know what happened to this business but they used to be more professional and have more eager staff. The technician I had seemed to be bothered by my questions (the two that I asked), and rushed the manicure towards the end (this was the first time, before the correction). For me, Im never going back of course but if whoever reads this elects to try them just keep an eye on their work, dont settle for a mediocre job, and if youre not happy speak up. That manager needs to go or have an attitude adjustment. If not, I am sure she will not be able to make rent soon. Good luck to all.

As much as I would’ve wanted to love this place bc it’s a few blocks away from , I don’t :( the manager here is amazing !!! But the other employees aren’t. She has a passion to satisfy her customers but the other employees don’t . Also , they need to pay attention to the gel colors or the way they apply it . My gel chipped the day of . I went in again and it chipped by the end of the day. I can’t spend more time in the salon . Please the check the polish. The manager should hire people that love working there.

I have come here a few times for a pedicure and decided to come in for a full powder with tip set(3/27/23). While there the woman doing my nails didn’t listen to me when I asked for my nails to be shorted and gave up, they were longer than I like to start with. Then kept messing up the powder and fixing it but the process took a lot longer than should have taken. A week (4/4/23) later I go back in because the nails are coming up off the back of the nail bed and a couple were cracked. I told them all this. They only fixed 4. This morning I had to take them all off because the backs of all, even the new ones were coming up and getting cause in my hair. For $53 this was a horribly experience.

The worst experience ever! Ladies, NEVER come to this place! They charged me 85$ for the ugliest nails in my life! Manager Cindy, you are the worst nail master ever! Stop harming people and leave this job forever!

I get my nails done once a year at most since frankly I find it just kind of painful — but I went for a pedicure and Jessie was SO great I actually thought it was relaxing. The salon is a great environment, very professional, great massage chairs and the foot massage was better than some of the high end deep tissue massages I’ve gotten before. I would definitely consider getting manis/pedis more regularly with this salon!

My first time going here to do SNS and pedicure, the lady that did my pedicure was great but the lady that did my SNS acrylics was rude, I asked her nicely if she had any other designs for SNS she replied so rude and literally rushed me to decide. She kept cutting me with the drill and didn’t even care. When I went to pay the manager was busy on the phone and didn’t even give me my change back. I already gave them tips. Never going back.

I just went there today for the first time, the lady left nail polish on the side of my feet and the bottom. After she painted them left me at the dryer and forgot about me. The nail polish they used on me and my grandmother was old and bumpy. Not to mention there were flys everywhere and the lady offered me a more expensive service I refused but was still given and told to pay for.

Never going here again they don’t have acrylic, but they have some sort of dip powder and it was awful started lifting in two days. Chips of dip powder was everywhere. It was awful.

I got a gel manicure here over 2 weeks ago and they are still perfect! Its a small place, no frills, but you always leave with the best manicured nails to show off! The process itself was efficient. My manicurist was pretty careful in getting the glitter onto my accent nails, which I appreciate.

This is my Second time coming here I really wanted to like this place because it has a very relaxing atmosphere, but my experience here not so great. The only thing I like is their pedicures and their staff is not that bad. I went in to get tips for my nails as well as a gel manicure they didn’t even last 3 days, the gel polish came out the second day and by the 5th day I was 2 nails short. I was pretty angry considering They are very expensive which I went in the first place because I thought expensive means long lasting not the case. If you just want a simple pedicure they’re your people if not keep it moving

Best nail salon in Brooklyn. Quality is so high and the prices are fair! The place is always spotless. I’ve gone to a number of different Techs here and everyone is kind and incredibly skilled.I love this place, definitely recommend.

I’ve been here many times for pedi, facials and massages. I’ve been having lower back and upper back pain and Mei has been absolutely amazing! I had another 1 hour massage today with her and I feel so much better! I now have biweekly massages scheduled with her! Most of the time you can simply walk-in and sometimes you may have a short wait time, but you can also make an appointment.

Ive had manicures and pedicures here in the past few years and theyve somehow gotten better. They do excellent dip manicures (my fave) but offer all services. Pedicures are thorough!During COVID-19, theyve always followed protocol which is fantastic.I visited for a facial and it was absolutely fabulous. I went for the 70-minute Deep Cleanse and came out glowing. No, really. Two people said I was glowing!If youre used to spas, be warned that the massage room and facial rooms are not fully enclosed; 2-3 feet along the top are open so you will hear mani/pedi chatter.🛑🛑🛑Do not let YuYu do your eyebrows. She absolutely ruined mine despite very clear instructions given Id been growing my eyebrows out for TWO YEARS If I ever let them wax my brows, the owner, Cindy, is the only person allowed near me. I cant get over how thin, uneven and bad they are.

You definitely get what you pay for. This is definitely the cleanest and nicest nail salon I have ever been to. The staff work here are so so so nice and caring. I came in to get nail extensions an hour before closing and the woman who did my nails took her time to make them perfect and didnt make me feel rushed at all.

My friend recommended me this place, but unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. I came for both mani and pedi. I was told to wait 10 min, but that turned out an hour (soaking in lukewarm water), even tho i was seated first, my friend, who was seated later, was served before me. I couldn’t relax during the process, because it was rushed and quite painful, also i got a lot of cuts during the manicure, not to mention it was uneven and poorly made. I didn’t want to leave a bad review at first and give them a second chance, but their manicure lasted for just 3 days! 2 stars for the atmosphere in general, the salon itself looks nice and clean.

My go to place for pedicure and back massages. i also get deep clean facial once in a while. Good value for money.

Got powder gel done by one of the male manicurists. He was so rude and unprofessional. When I asked him to cut my cuticals he was so annoyed with me as if I was asking for a free manicure. My powder gel came out so thick I hated how they looked. Definitely will not be coming back here.

I went in requesting pedicure and gel tips. The woman took me to do pedicure first. As I attempted to sit down the seat was to far from the foot pool. I began to ask how do I bring the seat closer so my feet can reach to foot rest above to foot pool and the woman snapped at me the same as when a mother is fustrated and snaps at a child. I look at my daughter and immediately I ask did she just yell at me. Then I osah for a moment and let her continue. Then she tells me it’s $5 extra to take gel nail polish off my toes. Ok! As she begins to work she grinds the spinning file head into my skin. Ouch! I am enduring abuse at this point just to get my nails done. Then I decide to call the manager and just as she is nearing the woman hurt my toe I screamed. Then I said that’s it I’m leaving and the manager urged me to stay saying she will do my feet. Thirty dollars for a mean pedicure literally. I was so turned off by the way I was treated and the managers work I did not choose a color. I had her paint the nail with clear polish and I left never to return.

I loved the hot stones used during the massage, they added a additional dimension of relaxation and warmth to my body.

Lovely experience every time I come in. Everyone here does a really meticulous job with cuticles, making sure gel or powder dries to perfection. When I get my nails done at Grace C C, they last longer than when I get them done elsewhere.

I use to like this spot but when you start going to a place often, you see the truth in people. The owners are a little racist! What kills me is there English is not that good, but they know how to talk money & change prices. They charged me extra for getting my nails done on Labor Day. I was like hold the hell up, Why do I have to pay more? She said holiday... holiday! I said yes Im African American but who said its my holiday? Smh. The owner would ask me often to right the specials running on the board outside and be hounding me to do it while Im sitting drying my name. I been so done with that place.

This place isn’t so welcoming of people of color, my mother and I have came here together a couple of times but she stopped coming due to the fact they weren’t so welcoming of people of color. When people of color walk in we don’t get greeted just the same as white people that come in, they run to them and make them feel welcomed. I’ve noticed the same thing when other black people come in. But other than that I still come here because I love their color options and it isn’t too far from home when I don’t want to go to far. Hope Cindy talks to her employees about this.

I came here to get my gel nail polish removed. The guy put tin foil on my nails and started doing someone else’s nails. He left me for a really long time and forgot about me. After reminding someone twice that I was waiting, he finally came back. He took off my nail polish very roughly and when he finished doing it, around my nails was all bloody. I had scraps around my nails for a week after!

I always leave with a smile. Friendly service Jenny is the best.

I usually get my facial from them which has always been amazing however today I went to have my legs waxed and it was the worst Ive seen yet . I still have s tone of hair left on my legs , you can clearly see the black hair and it is long enough for waxing. So disappointed.

The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable, with just the right amount of pressure and attention paid to each area of my body.

This nail spa is really great! The decoration is really beautiful and clean. I really enjoyed a great time here. And I am satisfied with my nail done here. I will try foot massage next time.

So much better than a lot of other places.. All the nail salons around Brooklyn heights were pretty bad, but the people here do a thorough job. I go to them for manicures and back massage !

Im writing it in Spanish in case theres a Hispanic woman interested in getting her nails done here, I dont recommend it. Ive only been able to do it for 5 days today and look, two nails have already come out and theyre charging me for putting them in. Those who did their job wrong were them. But if charging too much money is not fair thieves. I am writing it in Spanish in case there is a Hispanic interested in sanding her nails here I do not recommend it, I just today have 5 days that I can do it and look, I already got two ones and they are charging me for putting it, the ones who saw their work wrong were them but if charging too much car is not fair tears
