It was my first time coming here, I had some acrylic nails still left on my nails before the new full set, when the lady Tina started she took out the nail cuticle cutter to start cutting the out grown acrylic nail and then took out a metro card to try to lift it, which really hurt and then told me to relax my hand, I told her to stop because she already damaged my nail, I asked her to please use the drill instead to file the acrylic nail off, overall she was somewhat aggressive with my nails and the nail price was very over priced for a simple one color gel acrylic nail set, I didn’t even get the design I originally wanted because it was super priced for a small detail. I like the color of the nail but when the damage done to my nail when removing the acrylic, it was unprofessional and not done correctly, the nails came out nice just the price and experience was not worth it. :/

A friend told me about this nail salon. I liked how her nails was done so I wanted to check it out. I went this afternoon...there was barely any customers in there at the time. I told them what I wanted then proceeded to get my nails done. My main issue was the nail tech didnt listen to me. We went back and forth on a few things. Because of that I didnt tip her. I wont go back there again.

This is my go-to place in the neighborhood. The pedicures are good but the acrylics I get are the best I’ve found. They last for a long time and are done with such precision.

I had a gift card they didn’t honor because of new management.. that went to waste. I ended up paying for the worst gel pedicure.. and she basically tried to decide what I would give her as a tip. Never going back

I really love this place but idk if I come back because the last time the lady was so rude with me, she tried to explain me something but I can’t understand her n another lady came to explain me, she want me to pay before she was pressure me to pay so I gave her the amount exactly without the tip n when she count the money she said something in her language n she laughed I felt so shame n she don’t gave me the massage n my shoulders y she gone

Extremely nice, clean place. Always receive high quality service (plus free coffee and water!) and my gel manicures last over 1 month!

It was the ragamuffin festival. I called them to make a 5:15 appointment and they followed up with me when I didnt show up. Did a regular mani and pedi. No complaints. Guy upfront always friendly

I been going here for almost three years. Sadly I’m not going back to this nail salon. I got French SNS and the lady (Lisa) did a horrible job.Three of my fingernails started bleeding because she kept hurting me with the machine she used. Even though I kept saying “ouch” she kept hurting me. Yet she expected me to give her a tip. She got so offended when I told her I wasn’t going to tip her because she did a horrible job.Honestly worst experience!!!!!!

I went there for the first time and decided to treat myself and get a spa pedicure. I went with a friend. She also got a spa pedicure. She started 15 minutes before me and I finished 5 min before her. The lady , Susan rushed through my pedicure. Not enjoyable and definitely not worth the money. Additionally, they messed up my nail and someone else had to fix it twice. Would not recommend and definitely stay away from Susan.

Monica is amazing.I live in Florida but whenever I visit my family inBrooklyn I will get my manicure done with her. She does amazing job with my rough to deal cuticles .My gel manicure last very long too.

Came here for a pedicure and I never felt so uncomfortable at the point I wanted to put my shoes back on and leave crying. The lady that was doing my nails seem liked it bothered her as she slammed her tools and twisted her face when talking to her coworker. Never again! I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Would not recommend if you want your natural nails destroyed and filed off when getting your acrylics filled.

Worst mail experience ever. I went yesterday for SNS nails and a spa pedicure. The SNS nails came out very bumpy, on top of that- the clear nail polish that they topped my nails off started coming off a hour after I left. That left half my nails looking with a dim shine and other spots that looked matted. I needed to go to another nail salon to get them to file them down even so it wasn’t bumpy anymore and add new clear nail polish as a top coat. The pedicure looks like a little girl panted them. The two layers weren’t evenly sitting on each other so you can see all the creases. Disgusting results. Paid $100 for nothing. Never going to them again.

Amazing place!! Really clean and excellent customer service. I prefer to bring my own polish but when Ive used their polish it lasted just as well. Nothing but good things to say, would recommend to everyone.

That was my first time there and I thought since the place had good reviews and looked very nice and clean , the experience will be the same. BUT!!!Very mean staff, perhaps not all of the ladies, but the one that did my mani and pedi was rude and mean. And the reason? I asked if she could correct nail polish on my toe because it looked like it chipped and to cut my cuticles a bit more.I came 6:30 pm. So, it wasnt closing time.Is it really unusual for customers to ask for corrections?Do people always love how their nails are done and if they dont do they just sit quiet? I asked politely. I guess if you dont care how your nails are done you could go there. Since its unusual for me get my nails done in a nail salon, when I do go, I like them to be done well, because its usually for an event. I wanted a relaxing evening, but instead I got the most awful and unpleasant mani and pedi ever. The woman didnt even say thank you for the tip I gave her. Also after I asked her if she could correct the polish on my toe, she started talking to her coworker about me. How do I know, the other woman started looking at me. The woman that did my nails, seemed to be very annoyed that she has to do my nails.Wrong! Mistake, huge mistake.

I am preparing for the 2020 NYC 1/2 marathon. When I enter the spa my legs and feet are in pain. Whrn I leave after a 20 minute foot massage I feel as if I have new feet.

I love about this place that everyone is very friendly and welcoming; it kinda feels like home. The foot spa treatments are awesome.

It has a Spa atmosphere. Clean and lovely service. They have snacks and refreshments.It is my favorite salon in Bayridge.

The place is nice and pleasant, the attention is first class. (The owner of the premises receives you). Excellent manicure, pedicure, foot and hand massage and also body massage.All the seats are electric, so while they get your nails done, you receive a super relaxing back massage.
