DO NOT COME HERE! I came in yesterday to simply get a small layer of acrylic soaked off, the price on the sign says $7 for a soak off/one nail fix. I told the nail tech that I just wanted a soak off, nothing else. She then pulls out a metro card and starts trying to take them off with the card?? It was visibly hurting me and I could see a layer of my nail being peeled off. I told her to stop and she kept trying to use the card! When I finally pulled my hand away and said they needed to be soaked off she brought me to the back. The back area was filthy, the walls and bowls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned it quite a while. She brings back the bowl with hot water and acetone(the acetone was in a metal bowl) and the water was so hot I could barely keep my fingers in the bowl. It was like she had just taken it off from the kettle and poured it in right away.About 10-15 mins later she comes over to file some of the acrylic off and had me soak them for a little longer. When that was done I went back to her station and she further filed them with an e-file. She somehow managed to both over file my nails and under file them, still leaving acrylic left on them which I unfortunately didn’t notice till I got home. She then asks me what color I wanted, to which I reminder her I was only coming in for a soak off. And now the price magically jumps to $10. I told her the sign says $7, and her and her colleague tell me that’s only if you’re getting a new set. Which I stated both when I walked in and when I sat down I was just getting a soak off.If they were planning on soaking off my nails so poorly and then putting a new set on top there’s no way they would have lasted. Now my nails are sensitive and damaged. I should have just gone to my usual spot Darling nails, they’re about 10 mins away from Grace and have a much cleaner environment and are much more professional. Don’t come here unless you want to be overcharged and left with damaged nails. I’ve included some pics that hopefully show how poorly they were done .

I go here to get my eyebrows, pedicure and full set. The first couple of times it was fine. They do good nails. But they love to overcharge and change prices. I usually ask for straight nails instead of the curve. It’s normally free. This time however I was told it would be $5 extra. Certain technicians are rough. I left with both a cut on my finger and my toe. When I asked CoCo for a nude base on my pedicure I was told I could only have nude if I get gel. That’s weird. I usually get nude in regular polish. She put this horrible pink on my toes and when I didn’t like it. She rolled her eyes like 10 times directly in my face and charged me for a color change. The attitude was not warranted and extremely disgusting. I almost walked out. If I didn’t have graduation in a couple days I would’ve. I then decided to do white. Mind you she didn’t take the pink off just put white on top. (Was that really a color change?)The time before this the lady doing my eyebrows sneezed/coughed on me. I should’ve stopped going at this point. I spent $113 including the tip I told myself I should not have left. They do good nails but have obnoxious technicians.

Been coming here for years. Great staff and great prices. Grace the owner is AMAZING. For nails see Ken. For a pedicure see Linda. They’re both wonderful. Definitely recommend!

My first time coming here and I really enjoyed it and I only had to wait about 3 minutes for someone to take me. The lady doing my nails was so nice and respectful and did an amazing job on my nails.

Grace is the owner of the salon and she and her employees are very professional and always do a great job with my nails. Tina and Maggie are the best when it comes to acrylic nails and designs.

Asked for gel extensions, was given acrylic. Design is cute but sloppy in parts, and they charged as though I was paying for gelextensions.There was a pile of the last customers acrylic filings on the desk and tools, so it doesnt appear that theyre sanitizing between guests. The salon was also half empty but I felt like I was being rushed through the entire process, and had to ask to have things fixed several times.Im not unhappy with the set but I wont be back in the future.

Very chaotic environment. The workers talk about you in their language, and as a customer, it makes me feel underappreciated. I once used Google translator, and I wasnt pleased with what they were talking about. Not professional. And talk about a rush job on my pedicure, I see why I stopped going to this establishment

This Nail Salon is amazing Grace is very pleasant & the customer service is remarkable. I come from New Jersey to have Tina do my nails & Jason to do my pedicure. They both take their time to do a neat and satisfactory job all the time. I would definitely recommend this Nail Salon to everyone looking for outstanding work

It has been over a year since I began visiting this nail salon. Overall, the experience has been positive. In comparison with other salons, the price is reasonable. One thing I like about this salon is that they do not charge extra for gel polish, so I am able to get in and out without incurring an additional charge. Normally, I do not write reviews, but the lady at the front counter, Grace, has been dismissive on more than one occasion. I do not hold a single person responsible for the actions of an entire business, so I overlooked her behavior. Specifically, Today, I was waiting for a specific nail technician. There was a wait, so I left and returned. He was still working on a client when I arrived, so I said nothing and sat down to wait my turn. 10 minutes later, Grace (front receptionist) hands me the color swatches. After asking to swatch a color on one of my nails, she initially agreed, but then two young ladies walked in and she began chatting with them. Not an introductory welcome, she went on and on, clearly ignoring me. Another patron entered shortly after and she was just as welcoming. Mind you, I was waiting and asked for the swatch before any of these individuals entered. There was a clear indication of disrespect. This was not the first incident but was my first time expressing frustration. I informed my regular nail tech I would no longer interact with her if I continued to patronize the business. After getting my nails completed, paying for the service, and not to interacting with Grace, I left. As I was walking out, Grace approached me to apologize for the earlier exchange. She expressed that everyone coming in needed to be greeted. Which is understandable, but this was not the first mishap, and greeting clients is separate from disregarding and ignoring regular clients because she has seen me many times before. Grace expressed her viewpoint and I expressed mine. Despite one individuals actions, I will not hold the entire salon at fault. And I will be returning. I do not have much free time, the last thing that I want is to be inconvenienced and disrespected when I l’m paying for services. I appreciate Grace coming to speak with me one-on-one to discuss the issue and we shall see what happens. Id recommend this nail salon, they do good work and have impressive hand designs.

Unless you are getting acrylics or gel, youmay not receive good service. I went there and everything went downhill after my pedicure. I was rushed to one nail tech who after realizing I did not want acrylics, then rushed me to another and then another. I could tell I was kind of being pushed around as I was made to sit at a table that wasn’t ready: no clean towel, no lotion, no warm towel afterwards. She wiped off the same tool she used to push back my cuticles on the bare counter. In their haste, one of my cuticles was grazed also. My nails began peeling and cracking off the next day. I did not wash, did not clean, nothing. I went back to the salon hoping for a different experience. Instead, Ms. Grace confronted me about the review I posted, including the cracked nail polish. I agreed to remove the previous review after she changed my polish. I would have been happy to leave on good terms if the problem were solved, but I realized Ms Grace was showing the review to her employees and they spoke about me openly while I was there. I don’t care bc I’m too old for any group of women to intimidate me. I can’t say what was being said exactly and it may not have been anything negative, but it is highly unprofessional for her to talk about me in my presence as a paying customer. She asked my name, did not give me hers, and she pressured me to take down the review in her presence. Every time I looked up from where I sat, nail techs at other stations were staring me in the face.A lot is left to be desired in terms of customer care. My nail polish still cracked off after a day or 2 AGAIN. After seeing Grace charge other customers $1 for a mask when they would be spending upwards of $100, I’ll probably never visit the salon again.Update: 2 weeks later and what hasn’t chipped and flaked off will not come off with nail polish remover

Sue does a really good job with pedicures & my mom also had her nails done (by the young girl with pink hair sorry didnt get her name) & they came out pretty nice. Another girl went to Abby and her skills are awesome & her full sets last so long. This is definitely one of my new favorite shops.

I’ve been coming to most grace Nails and Spa for years and I’m always pleased with the service. The staff here are incredibly friendly and professional. The amenities are clean and modern. Cee cee always bodies my pedicures and grace slays my eyebrows. Every time I come I hear I know I will be well taken care of!!!

I come here every 2 weeks like clockwork! Havent found a salon this consistent in years! The best in the neighborhood for sure. Best nail techs: Tina, Mia & Ken! Best Pedicure: Zoe & Ivy. Youll thank me later.

Grace Nail is the WORST. They dont offer a regular Mani & Pedi with Regular nail polish you are FORCED to get the Gel Polish for your Mani/Pedi and after 2 days the polish pops off.I called them to report this issue & I was told to come back for a repolish!!!Who has the time???The place is a rip off & needs to be SHUT down!!!!!

Didn’t ask how I want them done, shaped, and poor job. Started by using dirty equipment and I had to ask to use clean ones. The response to request was frustration.

They did my nails so pretty for my sweet 16❤️ and were so nice to me ,ask for Ashley.

I loved coming to this place since day one. Always clean and the staff is very nice. Including the owner Grace. She never forgets a face and she tries her best to accommodate everyone. Ashley is a great nail tech. Any time I bring her a design shes able to master it as though she created it herself.

This is the worst place I have been thus far.I walked into this place to get my previous set soaked off and to get a new set done. First of all, I was being rushed around the shop because no one wanted to soak my nails off i’m guessing. Then, when someone finally sat me down to get soaked, I was left soaking for almost 30 minutes and by that time ny nails had already fully disintegrated. When I realized nobody was attending to me, I filed my own nails , washed my hands, walked to the counter ,placed the money on the counter and walked out.Nobody even knew I walked out to this day. The customer service here is trash and I would not recommend this salon to anyone! Please do not waste your time! 0 stars would not recommend!

Black people and any one of color !!! Do not support this business!! They are rude and arrogant like it’s not the community that is keeping their business afloat. Do not support them because not only does their customer service suck. But they have cheap polish and supplies. You will pay a high price and the nails will be a damn mess a day later !!! I absolutely love coming here. Grace and her staff are so professional and talented. I’ve lived in the area for almost 20 years and Most Grace Nails is the best addition to the area. I love the attention to detail and the level of polish in the finish of my nails. Grace and her staff are the best.

I asked for a dip powder set with extensions and a design on each nail. The tech ended up doing a regular acrylic set, over filed my natural nails, and would not file down the extensions to the length I requested.

They really do great work if youre getting a fresh new set. I went for a fill in for a set of acrylics that I got done a few weeks before and they barely matched the color. And for you to do a bad job but still charge $25 for the fill in and an additional $25 to cut and change shape of the nail I should satisfied. I still tipped too because I always tip but yall need to stop rushing your customers and do a better job if youre going to charge these high prices. Also how is it a whole additional $25 just to cut and shape?? Yall really robbing the people. And if thats the case Im going to have to stop tipping or take my services somewhere else. I talked to multiple people who regularly get their acrylics done and their jaw dropped to the floor when they heard how much I paid. Please do better.

Just a really weird experience here! I got the classic pedicure, the technician really rushed it. From start to finish it was 10 minutes. Then she sat me by the drying fan and I waited for like 20 minutes but my nails weren’t drying so I asked about it, and another tech sat me back down, examined my nails, took pictures of my feet to show someone else (all without telling me a dang thing), came back, removed all my polish and reapplied it??? Just overall unprofessional and pretty confusing.

They listen and took their time to make sure my nails were even —my nails are sooo dreamyyy! Thank you! 🥰

The guy who dis my pedicure was great my issue is the last chair massage is broken and instead of moving me like I asked grace the owner said oh they’re all broken which isn’t true Bc a minute later another patron sat down next to me and her chair worked just fine. 2/3 of my pedicure experience is that chair (I work 13 hr days on my feet…) the nail service is good. Considering the price I think it’s worth the value; JUST DONT LET THEM PUT YOU IN THE LAST PEDICURE CHAIR!!!!

This is my favorite nail salon in the area. Theyre lower priced than the ones on Utica by a bit. Grace (the owner) is very sweet and remembers customers when they return. They have never hurt me during any of their services. My cuticles arent sore, and my feet feel wonderful. Their chair massage is very nicely priced, too!I had an issue with a design element coming off after a couple of days. When I went in to get it fixed, they fixed it with smiles at no charge. They really want customers to be satisfied so they will keep coming in.

I have been going here since moving to Crown Heights in 2018. I go to the same nail tech everytime and he is super nice and gets my nails perfect everytime. The one time he was super busy, another nail tech, You-You took me in and made sure I was happy with the process the entire time. She also does a great job on my eyebrows. Takes her time. Customer service is definitely improving

Favorite nail spot but they need to constantly change gel polishes (just didnt last anymore)... update: still my favorite place to go. I still think the gel polish can still use some more tweeking( gel pedicure always crack on my big toe which usually cause my nail itself to break). maybe whoever does my pedicure dont cure it right but its all the time. either then that I have no issues... Ken is my go to guy. Nobody can touch my nails but him... 💜💜💜Everyone is so nice. The prices arent so bad

Tina is pure perfection. I was always a septic about doing nails at my neighborhood salons since the always seem to do a rush job... And the salons are way less than relaxing... This was until I came upon this place. I usually get my nails done in the city and I pay double the price. Tina is the icing of the cake... She really gives her all in making her clients happy. Dirty and extremely over priced.What should have costed only 35$ ended up in 65$ without explaining that using a gel nail polish would duplicate the price.How can people charge a price of a meal in 20 min nail treatment with used tools? Feels like a daylight robbery.

I love this place. Its my new nail salon. I bought my own acrylic .(they have a wide selection of acrylics available, im just picky.) I asked them to shape them in a specific way and they gave feedback but are always willing to listen to what i say and how i envision my nails turning out. Its a big location with people willing to help and not long wait times. I saw Ashley she has done my nails 3 times already and i will continue to come back.

The only positive thing i have to say about this place is that it is very clean . Other than that i dont recommend this place at all. Grace runs her business like a fast food restaurant, where speed is priority over service. I come in for a pedicure and automatically get taken care of. They aggressively try to up-sell the service and i say NO but they still try to sell the add-ons to me. They quickly get to painting my nails without shaping my nails to match.The color they put on turned out hideous and when i asked him to change it, he stated it was too late. He didnt even put the nail design on it. SO i stayed with a hideous color with nails that are not shaped and an overpriced design. I will never step back in there again. The place was empty as well, so they were more than enough time to change the color. But no, they needed to clear the seat first. F#$@ this place!

Best nails I’ve ever had done in NYC. Happened to be near my hair stylist so I tried them out based on other good reviews and I will continue to take two trains to come here because the price and worth is so good! Cleanest spa, they use plastic filler bags for pedicures, foam between your toes and unused flip flops, etc. I’ve never paid more than $70 for pedicure, soak off, full set w/ gel and two gems. Can’t find anywhere better. HIGHLY recommend.

On May 16, 2021. The staff and owner were very nasty and unprofessional when is came to asking a simple question. This salon will only provide gel nail polish. They have little notes up saying due to COVID-19 we are not using regular nail polish. They want to charge you these crazy prices when the gel polish does not last. I will not be going back to these nail salon I should be able to get whatever I pay for

Today is the last time I will be going to this nail salon! When I first walked in they told me it would be 16 for the pedicure and 30 for a fill in with gel. I waited 20 min for someone to do my feet and the lady caught an attitude because I didn’t want gel on my feet.The lady rushed my pedicure, leaving some of my nails looking slanted! Not to mention she put a fast drying coat on my nails without asking me or telling me it would be an up charge! I then waited over an hour to get my fill in to be told that I would be charged 40 for it. I thought that was Absolutely ridiculous that moments before I was told that it would be 30 by the owner. I am absolutely disappointed with the service I received here.

Leo does a great job with my acrylic dip french set. Its the second time hes done it and I am more than pleased! Im very picky and want to get my moneys worth when I spend money on my nails. I havent been disappointed yet! This is about to be my one and only Nail Salon. Keep up the good work guys and gals! 😉

Went there like 3 months ago because it’s in my neighborhood and I love to give local businesses a try. I had a guy do my nails he convinced me to get the spa treatment and I did it came out to around 45$, he was actually good.Only a few negative things they had the backdoor open so there was a lot of insects and flys inside. Also they tried to charge me an additional $5 claimed for taxes of course I said hello no. Then because I had a black card they acted like I was a criminal. The nail guy was great the owners/ manager was awful and I will not be going there ever again. Learn customer service.

Extremely clean nail salon. But i only go there to do my feet because theyre also very expensive. When i use to go there for nails and feet i easily spent $100. thats ludicrous. But because the place is so clean i stay w them for my feet. Never had any issues other than pricing. Staff can be a bit over bearing thou.

Was recommended by someone to this place. I must say my experience here has been the best Ive had at any salon in my area since moving here. After trying several nail salons in the Brownsville area, I was fed up with the rude treatment, rushed service, and horrible jobs. All they do is want your money but never do they provide you with even decent service. This place is extremely clean. They are really nice here and take their time. My 30th birthday is this Thursday and Im more than satisfied I chose here for my mani and pedi. Every woman in Brooklyn should visit this place!

There prices are high for the quality of work they give. They charge a fee for using your credit card which I dont understand. Other places I been to dont charge you a fee. I think they are robbing you when you use your credit card. If you spend $60 they charge you $3.00 extra for using your credit card talking about for taxes. Other places I been to dont. If you pay cash you paid no taxes. This is not right and needs to be investigated.

The staff was nice and does a great job! The price was steep. I was told a price from one person and another price from someone else. My daughter got a mani and pedi and I got a pedi and tips. It came up to $97. I should of asked for the price first. Didnt expect it to ever be that much.

Great service but a little pricey. I received a pedicure. They charge a dollar more for quick dry clear nail polish. That should come with the service. To use your debt card they charge you a $10 dollar charge. Absolutely ridiculous!

Terrible service the nail tech was super rough and aggresive trying to force a design on me I had to say multiple times that I did not want a design finally she said ok and did my feet, I ask for gel nail polish and a fill for my nails a different guy did it and did ok but a regular pedicure and a gel polish and acrylic came to 71 dollars I couldnt believe that then they told me I couldnt pay with my card they took my phone and said go to the atm next door and that if I didnt she couldnt get her taxes on the sale smh

The young lady doing my toes did a good job but it was difficult to communicate with her because she barely understood English and I paid 6 dollars extra for a glow in the dark polish that did NOT GLOW.

Very clean, very nice place great pedicures. Jasen is fantastic. They even have great massages. 10min $10. Very pleased

In less than 12hrs my gel polish was peeling off. Had I still been in NY I wouldve went back and had them fix it, but now Im on vacation with a hand that looks like Ive been biting away at the polish. Save yourself the time, money and energy.
