I have been going to this salon for almost 2 years now. They recently renovated and the past few times I visited, the experience has been really nice. They are always very kind when I walk in, and this past visit they offered me water and a hot tea of my choice. I have had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Jenny, Rosa, and Mandy, and they do a beautiful job. Jenny did such a nice job on my french gel manicure this past time. The salon is also very clean and I look forward to its relaxing vibe after a busy week.

I was visiting from LA and needed a new gel manicure. I saw they offer Non-Toxic gel manicures, so I tried it! It was so great, so fast - 5 weeks later it STILL is shiny and looks good!? I told my wonderful LA manicurist Id call the salon and find out about the product. It was great. The manicurist was awesome. The salon is spotless. I bought cuticle oil and hand cream and they work GREAT!

I went here for a normal pedicure and OMG. I’m coming back monthly. I didn’t upgrade or anything like that - the basic pedicure was just enough.- Really nice massage chairs! Need I say anything else?- A nice lavender scrub on my calves and feet- Hot towel on my feet with a small massage- A little massage on my shoulders while my polish dried (they applied a quick dry coat for me)Quiet, relaxing environment with ambient music- Everything was super clean and covid safe. Nothing felt old or overused.I’m telling you. This is the spot. The technicians were so kind and accommodating!They have an ATM inside, but they also accept card. I personally just like tipping with cash.Come here for a relaxing hour and rejuvenate for only $35 😌 they have multiple locations, too.

-The gel pedicure was very good and neat work. However there wasn’t much to it outside of painting the nails the foot bath was very basic for the price $100- I would not recommend getting a manicure my nails began chipping the next day, and the design wasn’t done very well. Bad work around the cuticle-The space is very neat and clean with some kind staff others were not.

Very poor quality gel manicure. A friend and I had a gel manicure by them and they began chipping the next day (photos show both of ours) We contacted them and went back to have them fixed, but the next day, they chipped again for both of us. She and I traveled that week for a wedding and were told we couldn’t get a refund unless we came in and had all of gel removed by them. Obviously, we couldn’t do that since we were away. We both sent them photos and were denied a refund. They are over priced- the most expensive in the neighborhood, yet the poorest quality. Never going back and calling my cc company.

Service was great. Everyone was super nice. I got a normal pedicure and a gel manicure but the gel manicure began to chip off 24 hours later. Won’t be coming back. A good $40 gel manicure should last for at least a week!

Whitney did an amazing job! I usually hate mail salons because they never get in between the nail bed or cut my cuticles or just leave spaces unpolished but Whitney did everything I wanted and more!$22 for manicure $10 for the back massage!

My natural nails are about 1/4 long and I broke a pinky nail half off til bleeding this morning - I was absolutely DEVASTATED! My original manicure appointment was on Wednesday, but since Reeedchy does online bookings, I was able to reschedule it on my phone at 6:30 AM and make an appointment for TODAY. First impression: The salon was very clean and peaceful when I arrived, everyone was very friendly, and I was offered a cup of lemon ginger tea when I sat down. My technician was Tania, and when I showed her my injured nail under a bandaid, she was super gentle. Thankfully, my whole nail was saved with 2 coats of UV gel! I had such a relaxing experience and was so happy with the service, that I booked my next appointment 3 weeks away before walking out the door. Thank you Reedchy for the wonderful experience and for saving my nail today!

Clean, quality, nail place. It has messaging chairs, large selection of nail polishes, and talented staff. If you pay cash, there is a discount.

Excellent nail salon! Visited there today for the first time and plan to make it my go-to in the neighborhood. Rosa took her time to perfect my manicure and pedicure, treated me gently and kindly, and the polish looks stunning. The place is SO clean, nice quiet music in the background, and very relaxing. I really recommend.

Once in a while I go with my daughter to get a manicure. The first few times they were great. Each time I got someone good and they seem to have experience. However the last two times I’ve gotten some really bad manicurist. Last week, the lady used the nail file to push my cuticles. Needless to say, they were a bit tender when I left. I don’t see many of the original people so I am assuming hiring is tough. But still, I’m disappointed that I keep getting the new people and they are not very good.

Reedchy is excellent, the technicians do outstanding work and the salon is impeccably clean and soothing.

Solid spot to walk in and get a manicure. My wife and I dropped in one Saturday morning for a manicure and we were essentially seated immediately. The manicure has been good for me so far (I just get a shiny buff, which is an extra five dollars) and I was happy with the experience. Would definitely go back if I was in the neighborhood. Can’t speak to the pedicure quality.

We have been coming here since they first opened about 7 years ago. In my opinion, Reedchy is the best nail salon in all of Brooklyn. They have wonderful customer service, and they always take their time and do a fantastic job. We came here on July 6 (the first day of reopening), and it was great. Everything was very clean and sterile, and they made sure we felt comfortable and safe. We will definitely come back as soon as we can!

I was a walk in for a pedicure. As soon as I approached the desk the cashier asked did I make an appointment- she didn’t say hello or how can I help you. I told her I do not have an appointment, her reply was use the hand sanitizer- I told her that I have my own sanitizer. She said come (that was it). She did not say “ please follow me” or anything else. I sat down a lady came, no conversation and she wasn’t friendly either. I told her that I brought my own polish and her reply was we have to charge you additional $3.00. I let her finish and hurried out of there. I felt uncomfortable, they were RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and I guess they didn’t expect a Black women on their premises. If I must say something about their establishment is that they are “RACIST “. Also, my cuticles were RAW and SORE later that Night.

Best nail salon in Brooklyn by FAR. Highly recommend to everyone. Such great people who work there, amazing manis and pedis, really couldn’t ask for anymore.

Super clean and definitely a gorgeous nail studio but my gels started chipping after four hours. For $45+tax/tip that is 100% Unacceptable. It also doesnt make sense that a manicure is $15, gel additional is $20, but a gel manicure is $45? I digress - youll have the same amount of luck with gels with a much less expensive place. The staff was nice at least.

I am a regular customer since it opened several years ago. Reedchy service is excellent. The spa is always immaculate (before and during covid). Recently I was taken to a well known nail spa in Manhattan and was so disappointed. The service and quality was not on the same level as Reedchy at all. Once you find a great spot, stick with it.

Super clean and calming place; love that there is no TV on! But I’ve got to say; this is the longest lasted pedicure I’ve ever had. About to return for another one after 6+ weeks with my last one. What a joy to get two pedicures that last the entire summer!

I really wanted to love this spot. Its brand new and definitely has that fresh, clean vibe I want in a nail salon. Its a bit on the pricier side for NYC, but I was willing to give a little on that in order to have a better overall experience. However, I was a bit disappointed. Very early on in my manicure, the worker cut my cuticle, which let my finger to bleed through most of the manicure. I had a gel manicure, which usually lasts 2-3 weeks. I was frustrated that my nails began to quickly chip, with the top half of one nail ripping off completely after only 5 days.

I live very close to this spot so I always want to give it a chance but after the fourth time coming here, Im giving up. The place is very clean and relaxing but thats about the only good thing I have to say. This recent visit, my pedicure was so messy with polish past my cuticles and on to skin, it looked like an amateur painted it. She skipped the wax heel step just cause I was wearing sandals that covered it even though I was paying extra for a spa pedicure. Im also pretty sure she skipped a top coat. My gel manicure was also messy, with the polish past my cuticles so much that when I got home it already started peeling at the base. She didnt give me the nail shape I asked for and she cut my cuticles too deep a few times I had bloody nicks. For the higher prices, Id really expect a much more polished service.

Literally the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to! This place is always spotless and smells fantastic! Very professional and talented service providers. Very reasonable price for the quality of service and atmosphere.

Love the people and the services at Reedchy. They are a little pricey for me, so I go when I want a real treat. The pedicure is a truly zen experience.

Im obsessed with this place. it always feels relaxing. its decorated nicely. and it doesnt reek of fumes. they carry Zoya, RGB, Chanel. and their tools are sterilized and opened in front of you. their manicure / pedicure is consistent and lasts a while. I cant really ask for a better experience.

I love Reedchy! The staff is professional and every mani and pedi Ive received lasts. Bonus points for the mini massage at the end.

I like that they use sterile tools each time, so I feel really confident that I wont contract a horrible fungus like at most other salons. I just think their prices are unreasonable so I only plan to go once or twice a year if I really want to treat myself.

2nd time I go to this place and I dont get to do a treatment . First of all the price dont matter if you have customer service. They have attitude specially the lady that sits in the frontI went there today and she told me it was $29 to fix 3 gel fingers for French to which I said yes and she told me to wait 10 minutes. After 2 minutes passed I needed to go get a water to the store and she said if I leave I will lose my turn, seriously, you told me 10 minutes, so I go real quick and come back in less than 1 minute and she says another 10 minutes and took a customer that came last and didnt even say a word. Surprise I will never visit again and yes I walked outIm a business owner so I know how You are suppose to take care of your customers she treated me like Donald Trump treats Mexicans unfair, she can even barely speak English sadtenning. I give them 1 star because there is nothing less and they have nice nail polish too just like the nail place around the corner

Easily the nicest nails place in Park Slope. They also do cute and pretty affordable manicures for kids. A good activity/distraction during bad weather.

Had a mani-pedi and Yvonne did a great job! Not a ton of bells and whistles, but a straight forward nail, wax and massage place. Clean and tidy, too.

The staff is very nice and accommodating, however my gel manicure didnt last very long. Not worth the 50$ I paid.

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment days ago online; then someone from the shop texted me repeatedly that they could only give me a pedicure today at 5. I came in the pouring rain to be told they have no record of my appointment!
