Waste of money and time. My technician filed my nails to the point where they were super uneven and angular. I asked her to fix them but that only made them look worse. I truly couldn’t believe how sloppy this was. The nail job itself was so poorly executed that I have air bubbles and so much texture over the gel. Super disappointed.

Very impressed by the clean salon. Nice to see it is easy for persons who are disabled to enter. I was greeted in a friendly manner. My spa gel pedicure returned my calloused feet to a baby soft condition. The gel manicure was done very professionally. I opted for a 15 minute back massage. It was great. Made me want to take a nap. This was first time here. I will absolutely be returning.

Becky is a dream technician, and I’ve never had anything but a great experience here! Their gel extensions last—these nails are on their third week. Highly recommend!

Nice,quiet, relaxing ambiance. Friendly staff sandy did my facial she was awesome and very knowledgeable of what I needed. Mani was great but my polish was chipped the 2nd day and I used gel. Pedi was ok, Im used to a more though massage and grooming. I will definitely be back for a facial

Amazing! I love Helen the owner who always remembers your name even when i hadnt been there for years. I love all the ladies who are there, they always remember your preferences. Space is nice. Overall, great time always.

A nice in-between place. Not a full blown luxury spa and not a quick nail spot. Just the right blend. Services range from super affordable to pricey depending on how much time and money you have to spend. The couple that runs the place is wonderful and treats the staff like family. Many of the aestheticians have been with them for years.

Scam scam scam. They are fake-Nice so I was fooled into going a few times. But each time I was charged an arm and a leg or Charged extra. They make up the most redicuoius prices. You MUST CHECK your receipt and make sure of each and every charge.They also pressure you into getting anything and everything they offer. How many times can you say no? No no no-How many times ??And they talk you into getting this Organic polish that’s 15$ more and it’s not even certified organic - if you do go, get ready to say no a lot and make sure you check the charges.

Completely ruined my nails and put the wrong color on then defended it. took 3 hours for mani pedi for no reason. Nails are too short and wrong shape. The color is horrific and it cost almost 80 dollars. More with tip that I shouldnt have bothered to leave. Going to have to find someone to repair the damage they have done. Reporting to better business bureau

Ive been going here since it opened and I was without Helen when she had her store across the street. I love this place and trust the staff to work with the most professional yet personable attitude. I highly recommend this place.

Nail polish couldve been done better. I dont think nail hardener but some imitation because my nails (my nails, not fake) and not all of them, ended up breaking off😳 real skeptical now.

Ive been using this spa for massages, manicures and pedicures for a few years. The staff are friendly, the salon is clean and the prices are pretty good for Park Slope.

Literally the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff was incredibly rude - even disrespectful. Would never go back nor would I ever recommend this place.

Clean, welcoming environment. I get my lashes, eyebrows and nails done here.

They do not close at 8:30pm they close 8pm. Didnt accommodate
