This was my first time coming here. Originally, the design I wanted vs what I got did not match up. I was unsatisfied but I also had to leave. However, the team there found a way to get in contact with me to redo my nails, crediting me for this appointment. They felt I wasn’t satisfied (I wasn’t) so I came back the next day with a different design idea and they slayed!!!! so good. I’ll definitely be back :)
I previously did a review here but Im here to update it. This has been my go to nail place since 2023 after my regular place closed abruptly. My sister told me about this place and at first I didnt have a good experience because of the waiting time but now I know its better to make an appointment or put yourself on the waitlist. Its easier and much efficient. I got my nails done and 1 of them broke when I scrubbed my tub hard. I went back the follow day and it was fixed like new and w/no charge. I appreciated that. It had plenty of nail techs, friendly clean atmosphere and good overall. Good variety of products. Expensive but hey you gotta look good for what you want.
Great nail artists! Got on the waitlist and maybe waited 30 min (was the middle of the day during the week though). Lynn did my nails and did an amazing job, followed inspo pics great. Got a gel x refill, airbrush art, and chrome.——Second visit just as great! Had another artist but still amazing work.
They did a really good job. They nails are cleaned well and polished well. They have updated techniques. Their prices are reasonable. They have a lot of technicians. It can get quite busy, but they do have a wait-list that you can join by QR code just inside the door.
I have been going here because it is so close to my house but every single time without fail they quote an incorrect time and I am quite literally withering away after waiting an hour and a half when I’m told there is a 15 minute wait. This would be okay if there was some sense of order but even with the waitlist system they have adopted to make things easier for the customers it’s insanely inconvenient. They call you to come back to the salon via text implying that your spot in line is ready and you must return within 20 minutes to claim it but ultimately this means absolutely nothing considering you will still be waiting the same amount of time as someone walking in. They make you do unnecessary premature things to make you feel like you’re progressing in the process like soaking your nails in acetone for an ungodly and probably unhealthy amount of time and then they try to get you to get a pedicure first to conceal the fact that although they called you to come back, there is in fact no one ready or able to do your nails. This place is affordable so I guess you get what you pay for but JESUS. They need to figure it out.
They’ve improved the wait time w the waitlist (you’ll still wait but now just 30 mins instead of two hours.) And they do very cute designs. Some of the best when it comes to design execution. The quality is so bad though. Got my nails done for a wedding three days ago. Half of them are chipped despite me getting dip w gel polish. $75 for dip on my natural nails and it doesn’t even last a week is so unserious. Two week update: they all broke apart completely. The quality is so bad.
Amazing! fairly priced, great service and attention to detail. i walked in and didn’t have to wait, though as it got busier quite a few people were waiting for awhile so try to book ahead. i got a fresh acrylic set with a beautiful design for $90 which is honestly so fair for the time and effort put into my nails! the basic $30 pedicure was great too. overall amazing experience will be coming here again!!
The nails do come out nice but they don’t last long on me less than two weeks they were falling off. My second set came out really nice but a few days in and my nail is cracked close to falling off. My previous nail salon wasn’t capable of doing such designs but my nails stay intact for 4+ weeks and don’t cost as much. They fell off or cracked one week in and by two weeks they were all coming off. Not worth it for the price and the wait. Really disappointed 😕
Inconsistent pricing and inconsistent work. On their site it says a fill is $35 yet for some reason I was magically charged $70. How is a fill $70 and a new set $75? Overheard them trying to charge another girl. If you’re a new face they’ll probably up charge you. Never going again. I asked for sharp square nails and my nails are far from that. Her name was Tiffany.Update: I went back the next day and they completely fixed it free of charge. I think they noticed how bad it was and wanted to make it right so I appreciate it. Lynn was the one who fixed it, it’s exactly how I want it now! Thank you so much.
They do good nail art but a basic pedicure will take two hours here. I last came in for a fill and a gel polish with no design and it took two hours. Who has this kind of time? Every single time I come here it’s 3 hours. Insanity.
I’ve been going to Green Nail Salon for over a decade. They do excellent work at a very affordable price. The people who work here are kind and take pride in their work. They did my wedding nails, baby shower nails and nails for every vacation and birthday. My gel nails last for 3 weeks +. I highly recommend.
My review for this place is complicated. I’ve been here multiple times and I usually go to Hannah who does beautiful nail art! She does a great job. She has done some crazy complex art on my nails. She takes her time she is very kind, I have always been impressed with her! I went one time as a walk in, so I was not able to get Hannah. Instead, I got someone else and just decided to do regular french, since I only trust Hannah with nail art and figured other nail techs can at least do french! I hated the way my nails came out this time. through the 3 HOURS it took for him to do my nails, I kept asking him for corrections - like “can you file this thinner” or “can you paint the line bigger” etc to make sure he was doing what i wanted. not understanding what i asked for , he cut my nails shorter and he didn’t even use the correct brush for french he just slapped some white at the top really. he also applied the products so poorly that there was dirt stuck in my nails. I asked him to re do the nail with noticeable dirt and he wouldn’t. He said it was stuck like that and just offered to paint a darker color. It has been less than a week now since seeing him. 3 of my nails fell off and the actual paint came off of 2 of them. I paid $70 for this. I am extremely disappointed and will not come again.Moral of the story: if you do go here ASK FOR HANNAH! she is the BEST! (Hannah did the beautiful nail art pics. Someone else did the terrible french)
This was my first time getting acrylic nails and I love them! Tina did such a great job and was very patient with me continually requesting that they be shorter. I waited for a bit but I think this place is always going to be busy because their prices are pretty low for the level of quality that they offer. I will be coming back!
I have been coming here for years , and I will no longer return. They have no regard for their customers time or money. Incredible rude , and rough when speaking to you and doing your nails. Bully you into tipping them. Do not make you feel at all like you matter. There are dime dozen places to get your nails done for a similar if not better price where they have customer service and treat you with respect. Also bad hygiene. Their Instagram and designs look great but it’s NOT worth it - trust me.
Very weird scammy behavior from the staff very pushy for tips to the point its uncomfortable also left with a unfinished pedicure. person did not remove all calluses had to go home and finish it . very odd behavior. id find a salon with more integrity
My daughter and I love going there. We go to get our nails done with design and they always come out beautiful.
Great nail art but be prepared to wait!! Call for hours, the ones listed here are inaccurate. Walk ins only.Updating 11/11/22:Have found that over a year of going here, I can no longer handle the inconsistent quality and incredibly long wait times. They are so busy I don’t think they care about client retention. The last time I had an acrylic fill I had to remove two of the nails myself after a few weeks of grow out because they were so incredibly thick they were causing discomfort. It was hard to even cut through them with a toenail clipper they were so thick!I called to be put on the waitlist and when I arrived 40 minutes later it had never happened. After waiting *another* hour with 10 people still in front of me I drcided to forfeit my deposit and leave. Another occasion they called me to come in 15 minutes and when I arrived exactly 15 minutes later, the nail tech already started on someone else and I had to wait an hour and a half. The nail art is cute but the hours wasted aren’t worth it.
HANNAH has rude customer service. I’ve been going here for over 12 years and lately she’s been very rude to me. I’m never going back. Tina defends her terrible behavior. You don’t treat loyal customers like that.
My mom and I make bi-weekly trips. Open later than the times displayed and the nail techs are very great at applying acrylic tips/gel sets. Im always happy with the outcome of my nails and Ive seen some others with amazing nail art! Staff is friendly and always looking to please, so remember to tip!Credit cards accepted with a tax charge on your purchase.
The nail tech, Nana did such an amazing job interpreting my request! I came in to get a spa pedicure with nail art, my first salon pedicure in fact, as a test for my upcoming wedding where I will get a manicure and a pedicure. I showed her an example of a swirl version of a French manicure on hands and she applied the concept well to my pedicure. The whole staff was kind and welcoming!
This establishment has gone downhill. I was a regular for about 3 years. I recently moved back into the neighborhood and was looking forward to going back.I put myself on the waitlist and went in a little early to soak off (I get acrylics). I sat there soaking for about 30 minutes. No one came by to file at all. I had to do it myself. I got all the acrylic off and asked how much longer. I was told someone would get back to me. Waited another twenty minutes and nothing. I ended up just leaving and paying for the soak off.Don’t even bother adding yourself to the waitlist. They sat walk-ins and never even got to me. Unprofessional and disappointing.See photo. I left with my nails looking like this.
I think Hannah did my nails. she’s very sweet, she took her time and was very thorough with the process. they came out amazing & high quality! even though the wait times are very long (i waited an hour), the ladies tried their best to accommodate everyone that walked in. i recommend this place, just except to wait a while.
I was overcharged completely as a new client. I came to get a new set. I have many friends who paid $100 for a new gel-x set with intricate designs on all fingers. I got classic french and my friends were all so surprised at what I paid. I am certain this happened because I was a first time visitor. Bad business to treat customers like this. I don’t understand. Extra star because the tech did a decent job but then again, it was just french. Won’t return nor will I recommend to all the people I know.
Worst pedicure I have ever gotten they give you techs that don’t speak English in here and they can’t even understand you I’ll stick to Barry’s for pedicure the nails are pretty good but again the techs don’t be speaking English so it’s hard to tell them what u Want
I called in earlier this week to confirm a group of 3 around 1130a today, and called again this morning before coming in. 2 in my party were started 10 minutes after arrival but switched half way to another tech due to nail design choice, understandable.I mentioned wanting acrylics upon coming in and was never given further instruction or received service from a tech. Unfortunately after 1.5 hours I never was taken care of and left with my friends after their nails were finished.Sad thing is I wanted to go the most and invited them here because I typically love this place. It’s always chaos and will remember to just go alone in the future and not in a group.
There not great with prices but nails are great plain nails is expensive if u want design or rhinestones so just stick to plain and always ask the price before getting your nails done or else be ready for the price. Someone was asking for a lot of everything she ended up calling her boss to help her pay the rest of the balance and if your nail lady don’t finish your nails to they demand tips too it happened to me I had 2 people work on my hand and feet the lady done one side of feet and then asked the lady who actually finished my nails. That she wanted a tip to. Just be prepared with extra cash they are to greedy and expensive
Understated nail salon that does impeccable work. It’s always busy, so good idea to book in advance. It’s like 50% less than Primp and Polish and honestly the mani/pedis are better at Tina Green. I’ve seen them do intricate nail art that was flawless. Love this place.
Horrible experience at this salon. They are racist and unprofessional. I walked in and asked for Gel X nails and the woman starting doing acrylic on me assuming I would want acrylic. She then looks at me and tells me the price for the Gel X and tells me Acrylic is cheaper assuming I cant afford the service I came in for. I cant wrap my ahead around why she would assume I didnt know the price for a service I asked other than the color of my skin. If you are black, dont go to this salon!
Gave them a 2nd shot after the 1st experience wasnt great coz theyre open late and the salon across the street doesnt do ombre. I talked before the service what I wanted and asked the price she said $85. Ombre turned out beautifully, nail artist laughed tho everytime she hurt me. They ended up charging $110 without communication and had the guts to ask for a cash tip. I tried them twice, definitely not going there again. The green in the name btw has nothing to do with eco friendly
I was a walk-in and was told to sit to wait. They applied the removal for my gel polish, and after 45 minutes I was asked what my number was. After saying I wasn’t given a number and was just told to wait, they said it’d be an additional hour for gel x. I mentioned I’ve already been waiting for 45 minutes but they said they could now put my name on the list. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced their lack of attention to waiting customers, they do a great job at nails but poor customer service.
I’ve never seen a nail salon take such care of your nails the way they do and the design is stunning. I’m obsessed
Priced perfectly for a weekly self maintenance treat. I prefer regular polish manicures which seems rare here since everyone around me seems to be getting gel or acrylics. Love getting one of the spa pedicures as a way to unwind after long week on my feet. Never mind what is actually in the packets, the massage and soak are relaxing yet efficient and I can get out in time to make Sunday dinner.
Incredible and friendly service... I went in with two friends and we all had a great experience. We all started with the Jelly Pedicure and then added on gel manicures. The staff was thorough, patient, and didnt rush through any of the services. I would highly recommend coming here if you want a casual but reliable place to get your nails done.
Absolutely LOVE green nail salon. i always come early, like right when they open, so there’s no wait. Jodie does an amazing job every time. she’s so sweet, patient, and precise! take any design to her and she can do it 🥰🤍
Their website’s booking system was unclear information therefore it led to a confusing price change. That was frustrating. On top of that they did not have much variety of colors. I settled for something that wasnt great.Lastly, my nail lady was super nice and sweet but unfortunately dropped the bottle of nail polish and it landed in a small capacity on my white pants. Now She tried to kindly help me but I didnt want polish remover on my pants. It also took 1:15 for the pedicure instead of 45 mins. So I ran late to work!Needless to say this was a less then great visit. I dont think I will ever return.
Theyre starting to lose me. 2 bad sets in a row that broke in less than a week, only a few of the nail techs there are good. theyre getting better about wait times, but my last set took 3 hrs to do aside from the wait. not to mention their pedicures are awful. they leave dead skin and cut/paint the toes unevenly. ive had some really good sets from here in the past, idk whats going on
I got a full acrylic set and a gel pedicure done here last week on Wednesday, I was treating myself and was super excited. On Friday morning I noticed that my toe on my right foot was extremely sore and could not be touched, and it just kept getting worse. For the first time in my life and years of getting my nails done, I have a horrible infection on my right foot. I can’t wear shoes, and I can’t walk, or sleep with covers online. I am currently using antibiotic creams to try and get rid of the infection, but nothings helped. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! It’s absolutely disgusting and has caused me so much pain and suffering.
For me this place is amazing. Most of the time when I go and do my nails they will last 2-3 weeks , this is all depending who does your nails , Hanna and Nana are my top fv.Tip: If you want to go around a good time to be assisted right away , you most go Monday-Wednesday in the morning and between 1pm-3pm, Thursday to Sunday forget it, either you camp in front of the salon the night before or idk, i know they busy.So far those hours never fail for me.I’ll give 4 stars because the last time I did my own nails it didn’t last as much as I wanted, so that was kinda disappointed specially because I wasn’t working (I would get my nails done and go to work with them and they’ll last for 2-3 weeks ,trust me , my job consists in moving around and carry stuff which puts your nails in dangerous and still mine didn’t get mess up + everything depends on the proper care you give to your nails).
I have been coming here for a while because their design capabilities are amazing but I think my last visit overdid it. They told me it was a 1 1/2 hour wait on the phone, and there was no point waiting down there, so I could go over in that time. I get there and I wait another 1 1/2 hours in a filthy chair. They took me after they had closed, and clearly hadn’t cleaned the station down the entire day. I felt disgusted from the start, and on top of that the nail tech cut herself and bled on me, I didn’t even see her wash her hands when i went to go wash my own. I should have gotten up and left but I felt awkward. The mani was around 80-90 bucks but not worth my health.
I have been coming to Tina Green Nails since 2016, but today was the last day. I noticed that over the last year, they have gotten busier and busier, and it’s gotten completely chaotic inside. There is absolutely no sense of order when waiting, and making an appointment doesn’t matter because you’ll still end up waiting 15-30 min. The quality is always great and long lasting, unless the male nail tech does your nails. He is rude, not good, and has messed up my manicure in the past and without apology. Today I went in for an appointment I made with one of the ladies, and when I arrived on time, they said none were available, so I said I would wait. However, after over 30 minutes of waiting past my appointment time and none of the ladies being close to done with the other customers, I got up and left. I have really loved this place, and Tina is an awesome person, but I can’t go here anymore since I don’t have all day to wait to get my nails done. I hope they get their scheduling in order bc their work is really solid.
The best nail salon in East Williamsburg. Quick and efficient, friendly service, and they somehow manage to make short nails look stylish. Lots of designs available if you want something more intricate. It does get busy in the afternoons so call ahead to put your name in
I love Tina Green and the staff so much, but the wait times have just gotten out of control (since blowing up on social media the past year). The last two times, even with booking an appointment, I waited 2 hours to be seen and had my gel manicure done in the pedicure chair. They continue to take walk-ins while customers that have been waiting (literally hours) are scattered throughout the salon, becoming more agitated. There is no booking process in place and the small staff and space can only accommodate so much.Your customers want to continue to support your business, we love you guys, but there needs to be a booking/appointment system put in place, either that or expand the salon. How the business is running now is not sustainable.
Waited an hour after the appointment time. Mistreated and unacceptable.
Had a decent experience here about three weeks ago. Went in with an appt at 10AM on a Saturday and it was already packed with people (walk ins and appts). I don’t believe they take appointments anymore since they get a lot of foot traffic and it’s a small salon. The staff is very talented! The salon is pretty cramped which isn’t ideal during the pandemic but if you’re comfortable with that and want bomb nail design, this may be the place for you!One thing I will say ⚠️: I asked for sns powder nails when I got my manicure since I wanted to strengthen my nails. However, I found out after going to another salon that Tina’s used a mix of acrylic, gel and sns powder for my nails. Sadly my actual nails were brittle from this treatment which is the opposite of what I wanted. The other salon I went to was able to salvage my nail health but I wish someone had explained that before instead of saying it was 100% sns powder.
Its an ok shop - small and tight. The staff is so friendly and sweet though! They were super bubbly and friendly while I was getting my nails done, but it takes a really long time and I cant devote 2 hours of my weekend to sitting in the nail salon. Cleanliness is questionable as well. I skipped the pedicure for fear of infection.
Took 2.5 hours to get a normal gel manicure on my actual nails because the nail lady couldn’t get what I wanted right. Overcharged for what I asked for after I had to change designs 5 times because they couldn’t do what I wanted.
Started coming here after recommendations from my friends and have yet to be disappointed. I personally don’t get designs on my nails (just tips and gel) but the work I see done around me is really fun. Fair warning—this place is always packed and I recommend sticking around even after you put your name down.
The team here is very talented and efficient. Kudos to the person who handles the front door AND the front nail table.Walk-in’s only, but it’s worth the wait. If you’re going mid-day or on a Fri-Sat definitely plan on popping in, putting your name down and coming back in 30-60 mins.
It took almost 3 hours. Just for my NAILS. No pedicure. There’s no sense of urgency, no timetable, no queue to understand where you are in the line, and I felt like some people were put ahead of me even though they came after me! They do great work but time is money honey and I’m spending mine elsewhere from now on. You lost a real one.
This place is filthy. They occasionally do decent nail art but today I received the worst manicure. Customer service is non existent and the space is overcrowded. They think it’s totally acceptable to do gel manicures on pedicure chairs which resulted in today’s lumpy, crooked gel mani. Will not be returning.
If I could give this place zero stars… I would… they take forever.. you get there and you wait over an hour maybe 2… I’ve spent less time at the DMV.. they’re overpriced as hell.. don’t go here save your money.
I went here for the first time yesterday and got the cozy pedicure and manicure. I was surprised the chairs were a bit beat up... but after I got seated and we got started I knew I was in a good place. Professional caring service and I was seriously pampered. It’s funny to see all the complaints about having to wait - I got in right away (as a walk in), but I wouldn’t have been upset if they were unable to serve me without an appointment.
When I went it was very busy, and me and my 2 friends had to wait 45+ min for our apts, and we were seated separately and about 20 min apart from one another. When I finally sat down for my manicure, they hadnt even wiped the table and were using unsterilized tools from a basket left on the counter. The pedicure chairs could have used a wipe down, too. The polish itself was fine, but a couple of my cuticles got nicked. I thought I found a good deal ($28 basic mani pedi), but Id rather pay more for a sanitary salon.
The service is bad, they don’t attend the cuticles at all, the paint job was poor and sloppy. The tools didn’t look sanitized. I don’t understand why this place is so popular since it’s kind of filthy inside and the service is not the cheapest in the neighborhood. Also feet exfoliation is somehow not included in the “pedicure”, they’ll up charge you for it.
They are very kind, the salon is clean and well kept. I was satisfied with the end results. My feet and nails felt amazing and looked beautiful.
Busy salon, but their work is one of a kind. Super professional,. Detail oriented. It has been my regular forr more than a year. You will not find nail artist with this much talent easily! RECOMMENDED!
The ladies who work here are super sweet and try to fit you in despite being super busy all the time. Try going in during off-peak hours (anytime after 4pm and it’s super crowded!)Great prices and they even do nail art. Brought in photos of what I wanted and they were able to deliver! A neighborhood gem.
I found this place in an effort to try to get my nails fixed after a HORRIFIC manicure. I called ahead and asked if they can remove polygel - Tina told me theyd have to file it down then do an SNS over it. So I came in, only waited about 15 minutes before being seen. 5 of the girls came over to look at the massacre that was done to my nails, and it took 2 girls to dremel it off. I honestly thought my nails were beyond repair, but Tina and her team seriously took care of me and fixed my nails from looking like busted X-Men fingers, to actual lady hands. 10/10 will come back.
Love Tina & the gang here at the salon. It’s not much for atmosphere, but I pretty much always love the job they do on my nails. It’s worth the wait if you drop in!
Right before applying gel acrylics, the nail tech told me I had nail fungus. I asked if I should hold off on the acrylics to heal and she turned to her coworker who said it would be fine. (I should have googled it then) when I got home, I looked into this and it’s actually a very serious infection that should be treated immediately. the last thing you should do is apply acrylics. if you know that a client has nail fungus, please do not let them get acrylics! it may put people’s health at risk!
Only go here if you can dedicate your whole day to waiting to get your nails done. Showed up, said it would be an hour, waited over two hours, and there was still another two hour wait. Would probably try across the street for better service.
I got a gel manicure with a simple design and a pedicure. The night after I got it someone on the subway platform said I had the most beautiful feet theyd ever seen. Both the mani and pedi have held up well.
I always go to Hannah she does amazing with my nails..as far as pedicures not a fan
This girl cut my skin with the cuticle cutter. Didnt even apologize just kept cutting my skin away like it was my fault my skin was in her way?? Later when I asked her to polish the top of my nails she somehow got fed up and just walked off in the middle the manicure. Just grabbed her phone, started yelling in another language and walked off. Meanwhile my finger hadnt stopped bleeding. Someone else had to come over and finish my nails and help stop the bleeding and use some bactine thing on it. Extremely rude, impatient, half assed and horrible service. Dont bother going in here.
I love this place and have been going for years - but the man who gave me my gel manicure the other day kept looking away while filing/buffing and at points was barely looking at my hands while he worked. In the end some nails were crooked/overfiled and sore. Torn about going back.
The best place in all of nyc - I have been going since they opened and always happy when I walk out. Great nails
I got the best nails ever from Abby 5/5. Abby way to go.Today Boro did my nails and it was the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life.My nails looked way better when I walked it.
Not clean at all as some others have mentioned. I have been going here for years but after my last experience I will never go back. I was getting a pedicure before a vacation. I had a mosquito bite on my shin that I was itching a couple of days. Days after my pedicure my mosquito bite which should have gone away started getting bigger and turning into a ring. Long behold I had gotten a ring worm! After doing much research online and finding out that ring worm is the same thing as athletes foot except on the skin (a fungus) plus the timing of me receiving it, in addition to noticing they never disinfect any of their tools just put them under a uv light Im almost positive this is where it came from. I am so disgusted and will never come back.
This place is great- nothing fancy, but they do an amazing job for a fair price. I get gel manicures here and they are always done very well and never chip.
My first time in this place, got a pedicure at first I just wanted a regular pedicure but then i saw she wasn’t doing a good job so i ask for the lavender pedicure it was 38 dollars when she did it everything changed she really when in a clean my feet but i guess with the regular pedicure you don’t get a good service, my nail lady don’t know how to follow instructions and i really didn’t like my first time experience i won’t be going back, the receptionist was very nice... sorry too expensive for the service
Always excellent service at a fair price!
Long wait time, and no ventilation.. I had to ask for it to be turned on. Great pedicures. Tina does good nails
Got there at 5:30pm was seated at 7pm. Took a while but my nails look fantastic !
Very friendly. I am impressed by the staffs attention to detail. Ill absolutely be going back. My nails look amazing.
I waited 1.5 hours for a simple pedicure. The only reason I waited is they kept tacking on wait time. Ended up just leaving , waste of my time.
Usually a short wait as they are so busy, because everyone here does such a great job!
Amazing nail art!!! Hannah is so cool. Prices are good and the manicure itself is lasting.
🔥
Man outside talked to me about the rapture for a good hour. Nail salon is clean.
Awkward teenage boy did my nails, as everyone yells at each other in Chinese. Most ghetto, cheap and smelly nail salon Ive been to. Little fans from the dollar store used to dry nails.
The best place to get your nails done for the best price.
They do an amazing job on your nails!
Really dirty location. They always make you wait at least half an hour without telling you how long (even if it’s 2pm on a Tuesday) Will never go back.
Its very popular so theres going to be a bit of a wait, but they do an amazing job! Very pleasant and friendly service.
Great prices and overall good services. Nail designs are awesome!
Rush job on my SNS. Charged me the wrong price. Will not be going back. Nail broke after two days.
Don’t come if your in a rush. But if your patient, love good prices and great service. This is your place.
I urge the owners of this establishment to get some ventilation. The chemicals used in nail salons are in the air, and terrible for customers & workers. I walked in, and left 3 minutes later.
I love the service . super friendly, reasonable price they are always busy so i would suggest callin or making and appointment instead of just walking in . I love this place
Unprofessional place. I had a 3PM appointment, I have been here since 3:05 and it is now 4:34 and I have still not been seen. Unacceptable.
Pros: great technicians, variety of nails polish colors and servicesCons: long waits
Great customer service clean working areas but the place is not too big but its nice pretty reasonable prices but can be expensive
The nail salon since the pandemic has extremely long wait times but the quality is pretty awesome.
Best art nails in nyc. period.
The best nail salon at the best price. Expect a wait though.
Love them, go to hannah or cherry. They kill it every time.
The home of #BrosNToes popping bottles and getting pampered. Tina is the best!
They do a good job and it’s cheap but honestly, it’s really dirty inside.
I do like this salon. Im happy with pricess and service 👍
Nice and friendly staff they do a great job and the massages are awesome
Last time going to the place. They need to improve customer service and communicating with customers respectfully.
Best nail place in NYC no cap
Great acrylic colors and nail art 💖
Best nail salon! Always quality and professionalism.
Pretty good nail salon its just always packed
They did a good job and not too expensive! !
Very unprofessional had me wait 30 min after they said 15 to tell me I have to wait an hour
Great pedis and manis! And great staff.
Great place! Friendly Chinese nail salon.
Wait time is at least 2 hours.
They look at ppl like they are seing an 👽
Love this place. Such quality and always clean.
Cherry does nails the BEST !
