Very clean spa! Very accommodating if needed, and always super friendly and nice. I specifically ask for Susie each time I go! The atmosphere is very welcoming and calming. Thank you so much, Ladies.

I stopped in without an appointment during my lunch break and they were happy to accomodate me for a quick 45 minute massage. Selina put pressure exactly where it was needed. Stretched some muscles and cracked my back. They are friendly. The spa is spotless. The music and massage nearly put me to sleep a few times. If i didnt have to go back to work, i might have added time. Thank you Selina!

I give this spa a 5 star, this is one of the best spas in NYC in my humble opinion. I have been pampering myself here for over a year now with Hannah. She is a great masseuse, very professional and just a delight. She makes sure that you are comfortable, relaxed and addresses any concerns. She really takes pride in her work and it shows. If I was here employer I would make sure she got compensated very well!

Today I visited the spa, and it was an amazing experience. The location has a great energy and ambiance. I had the pleasure of meeting Bella and she was very professional and made the massage very relaxing and helped take away all the stress. I would recommend Bella to anyone. She did a great job. Definitely will be returning sooner than later.

I have been going to Caribbean spa for a number of times and their service is great. The office is well kept and clean.The staff are polite and respectful.The masseuse that I have seen the most, she is like a physical therapist. She checks me out first before working on me and addresses the problem areas. She also does a great job stretching me out.Also, many thanks to the owner, she is always help me having an appointment fitting my time!By the way, for whom leaved bad reviews, you may a bad day, that if you’re not confusing😐!!

I can only speak about my experience as a black man. The girls great at the door very rudely and with disgust in comparison to the white customers that get a warm greeting and are asked if they want a drink of water or to use the restroom. I was then told that even though they advertised a 90 minute massage that I could only get an hour because they were busy, Meanwhile it was only 11 am and they had just opened and they had no customers just a bunch of women sitting around. The massage was horrible. I left there with extreme pain in my back, neck, and legs that lasted for days. I told the masseuse that I wanted a soft massage and she pressed down as hard as possible as if she was trying to break bones and didnt even apologize just laughed and told me thanks for coming. Save your money!!!! All I can say is wow. I never asked anyone for extra service. I left because I was in pain. Please stop having people call my number and harrass me. Lets just all move on with our lives and live in peace.

I’m an avid cyclist and Lisa set me up with 2 of her best people to help ease all my aches and pains. The place is so unassuming and hidden that you wouldn’t think twice about it if you passed it on the street. The atmosphere feels embrued with health and vitality. You walk in and are immediately put at ease. The establishment is clean and the people are amazingly nice. I wish I found this place years ago!!!! I have found my piece of heaven on earth!!!

I love this place! All the girls are super friendly and not too mention easy on the eyes. They work real hard to make environment clean and smell and look great. If you want a nice, relaxing massage with friendly conversation this is a great place 😊.

Price is inaccurate. When you get there, they change the price. They set their own tips amount instead of letting customers choose the amount at their choice. Not fair.

False advertisement on phone call they tell you that you could get 2 girls for massage and you could get something extra from them if you tip well but that was a lie came in for a massage which cost $100 for a hour and tipped the 2 girls each $60 and didnt get anything extra as promised just end up wasting my money dont even bother coming here.
