I had an absolutely wonderful experience at kl Spa. Tracy took excellent care of me during my facial, making me feel relaxed and pampered. The result were fantastic and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend this place especially Tracy for her exceptional service. I will go back forever I bought a special package.

I liked the whole experience with Yuki. She provided excellent services, she did not rushed, took her time and really paid attention to my face during facial, I felt relax with this whole experience. I have recommended 5 friends and family since I started to do my facial here last year. And they all loved it.

Today I was greeted and felt welcomed. I never felt uneasy or pressured. The lady who gave me the facial was amazing especially her techniques in face, neck, and shoulder massage. My skin is glowing too. Thank you!

The worst massage ever. I paid for full body massage they only did one side. No feet was touched. They put on love and tried to massage through a towel. Only one hand was used. No massage technique used. It fel like I was getting lotion rubbed in skin. Oh and the lady was talking and laughing during my so called massage.

Great work on facial and massage but definitely very pushy to get you to upgrade the facial and also to purchase a package when checking out. Friendly people but don’t seem genuine because the whole time I was there, each conversation always referred back to spending more money. Left a small deposit because I was pretty much pressured to buy a package since they would not take no for an answer.

I gifted a deep clean facial for my boyfriend. He said service was good but they upsold my boyfriend for further facial services after repeatedly saying no. Didn’t let him leave. Super annoying front desk lady and didn’t give me the same price we agreed to on the phone. 😒👎🏽

This is the most terrible establishment I have ever known. I contacted them because I live nearby. Which I am very sorry about. The first day I came to negotiate prices for laser hair removal on 3 parts of my body. Please note this is not for the full body, but only 3 parts of the body that are included here: (armpits, Brazilian bikini area, and legs) and before that I already found out prices in other Spa for the full body, It was approximately from $120 to $150 for one session. And so they offered me a price of $980 for 10 sessions of laser treatment on 3 parts of the body. That there should have been 3 body parts in each session. I agreed and made the payment. Moreover, I was not given any documents or supporting papers about my procedures. When I came to the first session, other girls working there asked me which area of ​​the body I would like to have laser done today? To which I was very surprised and surprised and told them that according to our agreement, each session had to include 3 parts of the body. To which they began to object and pretend that they did not understand anything. They eventually suggested that I do 2 body parts in each session. To which I already agreed with them. But at the time of the procedure, I notice that they do not carefully pass through the body with a laser machine. That is, somewhere they will do it, somewhere they won’t. They leave body parts unfinished. When I ask why you don’t do every section completely, to which they said that their laser machine might break or something would run out in it, that is, I didn’t really understand. I was very angry and upset because I did not receive the service I expected. I’ll say more, their machine sucks terrible and it’s old. I haven’t lost a single hair after the procedure they did to me. As a result, I asked to be charged for that session, which they didn’t even do for me. And the rest of the money will be reimbursed to me. So they told me that one session would cost half the total amount. Let me remind you that at the beginning I paid $980. Of this amount, they want half for the fact that they allegedly performed a laser on 3 areas of the body. There is no point in arguing with them. They are so cute until they take advantage of you. Once you have made the payment. They take off the masks from their faces. I dont recommend it to anyone. Please beware they are real scammers. I really regret contacting them.

The overall experience was amazing! Kelly is definitely great at what she does…I will be back with my sister and mother in a few weeks

I had the best facial so far with the collagen treatment in Brooklyn. I like the service of KL Skin Spa and my skin feels rejuvenated after the facial. I wish it were cheaper though

Not the one to usually leave a bad review but definitely had a bad experience whoever answers the phones here and they definitely lost a new customer. Bought a Groupon for this location and tried a few times throughout the past few weeks they never had an appointment that I wanted, finally today they told me they had a semi decent time that I could make it. Then I was told I have to pay $4 tax which is fine but then she told me its a minimum of $15 dollar tip at minimum must be paid upfront prior to the massage. Yes tip should always be given but it should be determined after the massage or told to give a certain amount min. Definitely lost my business.

Good at work, but scammers :(Made an appointment for 2 pm, 20 minutes before it I received a call to come 30 minutes later because they are running late. I still came there at 2:25 just to wait there until 2:50 to start the massage. Was offered a tea and got decent message. Upon ending of the message, I was ready to pay the “taxes” I was told about before the massage, and I gave 3 times that amount to include tips, but then I was told that there are not enough tips and even when I told them that I don’t have any more cash on me, they did not let me go until I pay tips through Zelle provided by them. Also this happened on my birthday.

The service was amazing and calming. Always good recommendations and great service. Great massage and options provided.

I love coming here for my massage! The enviornment was so calm and relaxing so I was able to really enjoy it especially after a long day of work. She was so professional and knew what she was doing. She also was very considerate and made sure I was comfortable and enjoying the massage. I will definitely come back here soon!

I didnt know what to expect since this was my 1st time having a professional facial but honestly it was amazing, the lady was very nice and gentle with my skin, she explained all the process and made me feel very comfortable.Despite other reviews, they didnt asked me for the tip, I gladly gave it.They suggested other treatment wich I accepted and Im very pleased with the resultsDefinitely I want to comeback for a body massage 💆‍♀️.

The massages were great, the experience for me and my husband was so relaxing. The environment was so clean and peaceful! We did the Aroma Therapy and Hot Stone Massage and it felt amazing !! Highly recommend. I loved the experience can’t wait to return !!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. when my eyelashes were done they looked fine. the next day I was extreme pain took a closer look at my eyelashes they were glued together! Waste of 120$ im very unhappy. Now I have damaged lashes.

I bought a Groupon which was really cheap since I’m on a budget it was perfect for me but when I went to get my facial they trick me into getting the same treatment by charging me $30 by lying to me that they using a different machine… I never have write a bad review but I didn’t like this won’t ever go there again

It was my first time having facial and I got Groupon with them. The Spa looks nice and clean. Did not know what to expect, but facial was nice expect the nose pore cleaning. They tried pushing me to add some other procedure to my package and I had to deny many times. I did like the facial in general and the girl who was performing it. But I didnt like when I went to pay for my tax (tax are excluded from Groupon) I give 5$ tip and the girl on the reception said oh no,this is not enough. You should base your tip on a full package price which is 110 $)🤔🙄 alright, but even if it is 110 doesnt mean I have to give 10,15 or 20 $ tip. Tip is extra, you are not obligated to give if you dont want. I give another 5$ only because the girl who did my facial made me feel good. But wasnt happy about been told how much should I tip.

Ive been here a few times and gifted others to go for a massage. The space is clean and welcoming. The staff is also welcoming.

I visited the store after getting a Groupon deal. On first impression, the store was clean and very well kept. The staffs were very courteous. I was led to the massage room without a wait. My masseuses was very sensitive to my aches and pain but while still giving enough pressure at the right places. The whole service was very relaxing and it was a joy to be there. The only thing I would recommend is to have a set room temp because it was very mildly cold. Overall, 2 thumbs up.

My facial was done by Chanel and she was amazing! She kept light conversation with me and also informed me of what she was doing before doing it. This was my first facial and I purchased 5 more when I finished. She was gentle with her touch and speech. The atmosphere was nice and calming and the entire place was clean. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN AND RECOMMEND. I left relaxed and 100% pleased

Did not even get a service paid for an hour massage and tipped 10 percent to start ; she then spoke about me in her launguahe n came back to show me original price and that it was a deal before I even got a service ; 3 times I said ok ; soo your implying I didn’t tip enough and I didn’t even get massaged yet ? I don’t know how good it is n I am the type that tips generously working off tips myself but I’m not going to be to generous not knowing the quality ; but I was already uncomfortable I kindly asked for a refund and said I’m good ty ; not professional at all ; very disappointed

I enjoyed the facial besides the skin extraction part. For my first time being here, I can say that my experience was pleasant - up until I was practically begged for a tip. I never been asked for a tip before so it definitely caught me off guard. My friend told me that the same thing happened to her when she visited another time. I didnt want to tip for the simple fact that I was asked. A tip isnt something you ask for its something you earn. For that reason I wont be visiting another time. So be cautious, because it seems like tips are mandatory here. 😑🙄

Highly recommend this place!After searching for a facial place for almost a year after since I moved from Queens down here, I finally found one!! Its even better than my old facial place in Flushing, Queens.This place is clean, spacious and relaxing. Staffs are super friendly and most importantly, they take well care on your skin!I have very sensitive skin, oily combination type with acne and big pores, my skin gets reddish super easily, anything that is too strong will definitely hurt my skin and the reddish will not go away for like 2-3 days.However, my skin didnt get super sensitive and reddish like I used to in some other spa. I love how smooth and clean the result came out, so I decided to buy a package right after I used the Groupon deal I bought. It is definitely worth the money to buy the package cause it will be cheaper for each visit, and this place surely do a great job. I can see my skin gets less pimples, less oily, significantly smoother and bright skin after 3-4 times visit! I cant be happier!!Highly recommend Yoyo and Chanel, both technician are awesome!

Initially I came to the salon with a Groupon for massage and that massage was phenomenal, so I bought massage package with them for 6 more massages and from then on it was a hit or miss situation. Out of 7 massages that I had with them, 3 were good and 4 just felt like my body was oiled for an hour and occasionally poked with elbows.I also had 2 facials (non-groupon) with them, they were nice, nothing to write home about, but decent.Girls working there are nice though, yes they try to sell you stuff, but who doesnt?

Its a great place, affordable, easy to get appointments and i have always had wonderful massages! Very friendly and Courteous staff, who keep conversation light and take precaution with covid protocols and above all they have a clean environment. I have been here 7 times so i can give a detailed reviewThe first time was with Groupon, it was good, easy to book appointment but the pressure was too hard (deep tissue) and I was in pain for a bit (but they got the knot out so I attributed the pain to not being use to massages, so I went back) I wasn’t turned over (on my back) didn’t know this was a part of the massage till the 2nd visit!No one ever massaged my feet till the 7th visit, I thought it wasn’t part of it so never asked. I also feel like can feel like a hit or miss depending on the staff you get or their mood for that day.With Chanel -If you like light pressure and feeling like your body is just being oiled for an hour then go with her, she adjusted the pressure when i let her know and surprisedly still felt relaxed afterwards and had a good massage.With Tracy -I got either the right amount of pressure or too hard depending on the day but she adjusts once you let her know, still had a good massage.Then KellyShe is the best and just the right amount of pressure and very thorough, the first to turn me over and massage my feet! She got all the knots out.One thing i wish they did was ask for your pain/problem area so the massage is personalized to you and not just a one size fits allAll in all I do get great affordable massages from here and will always return

Did my groupon massage and a collagen mask and it was awesome. I love acupressure massages and she hit the spot when she got my knots out of my back. Then i did my lash extension there. My first time. It was good. Spent 2 hours doing it tho. I think Im becoming a regular there...

I thought that after the first 2 times they were good, but I got my lashes done Thursday and they started falling out immediately. I gave them a 1 rating because I feel the shabby work she did was on purpose.

Very clean establishment, easy to get to, amazing staff, reasonable prices, do not try to over sell products or treatments, make you feel like the queen you are. 1000% recommend. I even became a member after my first visit

I purchased a facial from Groupon, which was very easily accepted and it was very easy to schedule. However, as I first walked in, I was already being sold a different, more expensive facial and additions to my facial, which I politely declined. Then during the facial, the woman was trying to sell me products the entire time, it was very frustrating. I finally agreed to a chemical peel, out of her constant urging to do it and stating that the groupon facial is not good for my skin. Then I asked her to explain a chemical peel, which she was not able to do so. Therefore, I asked her to switch back to the regular facial. However, the facial was a mess. I was left with a mask on for 15 minutes after asking her not to have my eyes covered with the mask. The mask began to fall into my eyes, which I had to scoop out. Besides this, the overall atmosphere of the place is not relaxing. The workers were constantly laughing, the lights were being flickered on and off, for no reason, and the worker did not announce when she was leaving me or when she returned. It was the opposite of relaxing.

I like the girls, the technique, cleanness of salon.🥰🤪Only thing make me so uncomfortable is I’ve been pushed to buy products “each time”, I had twice 7-sessions service, and each time I’ve been advertised, sometimes feel like been forced to buy products, I did buy a lot though, but can’t afford to buy them each time after my facials, that’s why can’t decide if I should get 3rd session, I still have some products that I didn’t even unpack 😂. Can you please don’t advertise anything during my facial time or at checkout, unless I ask you to, so I may want to come back. I’m not gonna lie, facials I got there did improve my skin hydration.

I arrived for my appointment early and I have never been here before and the woman at the front desk tried to sell me a membership and would not honor my Groupon. I could not leave a review on Groupon because, I never redeemed the voucher and was not a previous costumer. I do not recommend this spa.

This salon wants you to leave the salon having paid at least $60 for a “$30 Groupon facial”. That’s the catch. Also, they said I can’t pay lower than $15 tip.I bought a Groupon for $30. While doing the facial, the lady was persisting that I need to get something else on my face like a acne mask for $10 and apply a chemical to my face for $15, she was persisting so much I agreed, just so she can shut up to be honest and I can relax. All this and the tip cost me around $60 (Groupon included).Despite this, I regretfully gave them another shot. The second time I went they said I had to pay for extractions separately because apparently “the $30 Groupon facial did not include extractions” ($15) which I didn’t have to pay the first time (like a month ago) AND said I HAD TO PAY $15 DOLLARS IN TIP!?! They legit cheated me out of $32!They definitely lost a customer here.

The attendants are always so professional and kind when with you. They are considerate and listen when you ask questions.

Horrible horrible spa. RUN from this spa if u love ur skin , I went there for facial they put some old expired chemical on my skin which gave me clear bruising rashes and red eyes , the way she was massaging was very very harsh she didn’t even care if product was going into my eyes , when I asked her she didn’t even accept anything wrong and refused to show me the product Run far far from this so called spa if u need professional services

Heard about this place from a friend who goes for expensive massages but even though this place is about a quarter of the price, he likes this place the best. I also went with a different friend who gets massages regularly and said this was the best shes had in New York.

Very expensive place. The work they do is fine but there are a lot of cheaper alternatives in brooklyn. After the treatment they will try to sell you different overpriced chemicals so avoid that and say no. Overall, wont be going back there again.
