Great service small but its a vape shop not one of the SMOKE shops..

IMO, this place is good for when you know what you want and not so much for browsing around and inquiring about certain products. Ive encountered two clerks whom are knowledgeable about their products. The others whom are there, not so much. These are the different scenarios that Ive come into purchasing here:- Inquired about a vape pen which required a magnetic adapter, however the clerk insisted that it was a screw on. I used my own cartridge with magnetic adapter and it snapped into place.- Inquired about UWell 2 .50 coils and if the store had them in stock. Went to the store and the clerk presented a different size coil. Admitted that he did not know about coils at all to my dismay.However, the young lady who works there is extremely knowledgeable if you ever see her in the shop. Her service is extremely exceptional.

While a small shop, they are big on help and a good selection of the best juices, a few other local shops like to brag they have very large selections of juices - but only 3 are good.. anaconda, only has and keeps the best.prices are in line with and normally lower then other local shops.staff is friendly and helpful. great place to pop in get juice and spend 20 minutes chatting if it isnt busy.

Staff was super helpful. He gave me an extended info session on Vaping, types of mods, pros and cons of each. He even showed me his personal setup and gave me recommendations for getting started. Reliable information without any pressure or sales hype.

Love this shop! Love how theyre more of a mom and pop shop and I feel very welcomed and comfortable here. They are always rotating e-juices and only keeping the best ones on the shelf. They are super helpful and help with any questions that I have.

Good customer service yea but I came to buy Juul pods where most places sell for $18-20.They were charging $22 which is already a bit more than usual but ok no problem. HOWEVER the mango flavor is more at $25...Why in the world they think charging extra for the most popular flavor is ridiculous and honestly is a real rip off. Lost my business

Bad service over priced and no testersOver priced juice.Owner of the shop is cheap only has testers for some juice when asked why she said its a hit and miss what kind of vape shop does that?And when called for a price the person saysWe cant discuss prices over the phone company policy to make this any more authentic I was there last week and an Indian guy was working cool dude but was unable to do anything due to boss.FDA says no free samples you must pay an amount to test every Vape shop I’ve went to for the past 4 years till now nobody has said no you can’t try them I’ve always paid and tested flavors!! The person who reviews these reviews think all the bad reviews are fake!!!No wonder why they never have any customers in the store.So over priced!! Juul pods are 18-20 at other vape shops this shops sells them for 25!!?!?!? Do you even vape bro?

Messaged me back quickly when I asked if they had a certain coil and they did. I said I’d be there shortly and I was there in about 15 minutes. The place wasn’t even open yet after the time posted! Could have mentioned that when I said I was on my way. They did have the coil I was looking for but when I asked about a part that goes with the coil the girl had no clue what I was talking.

I received expired juice and got sick. Ive vaped in the past and the juice just was very bad and I started coughing. I am not sure if I got sick solely by the juice, but because of my reaction to it and that there are not many studies here, I intuitively felt it was because of the expired juice. I had called and left a voicemail but my call was not returned by the shop and a few days went by. I did finally stop in and it was replaced at no extra charge, and the man at the desk was professional about it and was also in shock I was given the expired juice. Also, since I received the new juice, the symptoms did not come back and I did not think it tasted bad and I also did not cough at all. My recommendation is to check the expiration date on the juice you receive.

This isnt the first vape shop Ive been to but honestly this store is nothing special. Just average, with very little to offer. Theyre are better shops out in Brooklyn, such as nextgen vape shop, which have more to offer ( more selections and better prices).

They are really over priced and their store policy is to not give prices over the phone so you cant check on anything ahead. Its not true that other vape shops dont give prices over the phone either -- I just got off the phone with three who were perfectly happy to do so.

Love my new Smok Alien limited edition iron man kit!! I walked in to asked a question and was given a crash course knowledge on different mods and decided to pull the trigger on this bad boy!. Great service and Im very happy. Will definitely be back for oils coils etc. ThanKYou!

I am extremely happy to have fround this gem in my neighborhood. There are always new juices to choose from! Great workers and answer any questions that can arise! Very helpful and awesome place to shop from!

Terrible customer service. I called to find out what coils they have and the lady just hangs up on me. Thats so not how to treat your customers. Their juices and mods are all overpriced anyway so its not a big deal for me to find another store.

Great shop! Employees are great & knowledgeable. They also have alot of different juices. Go check them out and get your vape on.

Been going here for a while and they always have my favorite juices in stock (that zenith orion). They have good prices and give some of the best deals.

Convenient location abundance of product great prices friendly staff and clean store. Epitomizes the phrase one stop shop! Ill be there this weekend to get some new flavors.

Price of 60ml juice is to high and price of salt juice is way to high and the girl that works there is not helpful and has no knowledge of anything not a welcoming place at all the if anyone has to go there go when the guy with the glasses is there he is much more helpful and knows his stuff

Was not very helpful at all! It seemed liked the girl there had better things to do on her cell then spend time at the counter with her ONE customer. I came in with nothing and left the same way

Horrible place to Vape. Owners Ana and David dont know jack about mods. Its like 100 square feet of broken kangertechs and bad juice.

So glad they always have my juul pods in stock all the time because theyre so hard to find nowadays!!

They had pretty good selection. Had exactly what I needed and they were super knowledgeable. Looks deceiving but check it out!
