Had an incredible experience at this new neighborhood hot spot! I lived in NYC for years before recreational use was a thing and always dreamed of a place like this! The employees were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly-i got honest feedback and wasnt pushed to just buy the most expensive version of what I was looking for. All in all, my group of 5 friends made 3 separate purchases here and all left happy! The owner Peter is super cool & someone Im happy to support. Good people doing good things. Im here for it! Also...that live resin pen be hitttttting lol thank you for getting me through otherwise mundane work shifts :) Will definitely come back anytime Im in town!

Hii NYC is an excellent dispensary in the heart of Williamsburg. The store is beautiful and stocked with a wide variety of flower, pre-rolls, vape and more. There is plenty of knowledgeable staff to help you select the product that suits exactly what you are looking for. Overall I found it to be a kind, inviting atmosphere, with a large selection and great pricing. It’s also so comforting to know that this is a legal dispensary so every product is tested, tried and true- unlike many of the unlicensed places in the vicinity where you don’t know what product you are actually getting. 100% recommend stopping by and checking them out. I will definitely be back!

Discovered this spot on the way home from a long shift and it was heaven sent. Friendly, funny staff that made perfect product suggestions. And said product was high quality, absolutely exactly what I wanted. Clean, beautiful space. And the staff was super helpful when I couldn’t open my edibles container. I will absolutely be back. Love this place!

Pick up is easy, always has solid stuff in stock. Adds new stuff whenever it comes out. The aesthetic ironically feels kinda like the normal smoke shops but I promise they are 100% legit and licensed. Staff is chill!

I had such a great time at Hii dispensary! Finally a legal shop in the area with lab tested cannabis. They have a wide range of products! Totally obsessed with the cannabis infused drinks!!

I was lost in Bedford looking for a dispensary and a local was so kind to guide me here. The experience was amazing, it’s beautiful inside, the customer service is amazing, they were very helpful with what I was looking for (energy, creativity) I can’t wait to go back. Hii NYC is Williamsburg’s first LEGAL recreational dispensary. With that said you will read a lot of bad reviews from the illicit smoke shop owners there family and friends because there time is over!!! The owner and staff of Hii NYC are very knowledgeable and motivated in making sure you are getting the best Lab Tested thc products that New York has to offer! They have hundreds of different products ranging from flower, edibles, concentrates, tinctures and many more thc products. Don’t confuse Hii NYC which is a legal dispensary to all these illicit wana be dispensaries who are just trying to throw shade on the next big thing. Bye bye to all you fake illegal dispensaries and come in to say Hii at Hii NYC of Williamsburg.

Beware that if you use debit card, you will be charged $10+ in additional fees for your purchase. The machines they use are cashless ATMs, which they try to say is due to the legality status of marijuana federally, but other legal dispensaries in the city do not have this issue. Youre charged $3.50 to use their ATM plus a mysterious cash back charge (and they never give you the cash back). Additionally, your bank will likely charge you for using an out-of-network ATM. I contacted the business and was told I would get the cash from the unauthorized cash back charge, but I did not. If they were upfront about these charges, I could have just paid cash. Instead Ill never return to this business where they tack on unnecessary hidden fees.

I had an amazing experience at this spot. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the selection was top-notch, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend checking them out for all your cannabis needs. 5 stars all the way!

I recently visited the dispensary with my partner to grab a pre-roll. Weve been customers here for a while, but this experience was disappointing. Despite my 17-year-old cousin being a regular customer, we were treated poorly.The security guard was rude and misinformed about New York State law. My partner was asked to step out, and the guard insisted that you must be 21 to enter the premises, which is not true. According to state law, you only need to present an ID for purchase, not to simply be in the space.The guards behavior was unacceptable, and we left without making a purchase. Its unfortunate that a place weve frequented in the past would treat us this way. Hopefully, theyll retrain their staff on state laws and improve their customer service. ID was presented but we left as the guard said to step out.Cashier was great service and was very informative.Rating: 1/5 stars

I’ve been around the neighborhood through many years of changes and it’s great to finally have access to New York grown weed in the neighborhood. The staff are friendly and helpful and they play great music and seem to generally vibe with the neighborhood and making sure the customers leave happy and maybe a little more educated. The cashier was lovely, space clean and nice but the grading came from the disrespectful security guard, I’ve been here countless times with ID amd I recently lost mines and now wouldn’t accept my permit card. I’m a grown person 30 years old and you guys do not card the minors? Because they’re friends of the establishment?

Whoever manages this facility needs to do a better job on ordering. They are a new establishment and they already out of stock on a lot of there items for about 2 weeks now, its a little ridiculous if you ask me. If this is the way they do business Let me just say Ive been in this neighborhood my entire life and they would not succeed unfortunately.My prayers are with this company!!!!!!
