The massage I received Saturday was amazing. Agata was intuitive and very helpful for my sore neck. My issue came with the front desk staff. While kind, the employee decided to walk me through the paperwork and ask questions regarding my medical health and issues in front of another guest in the quiet room. This information is not even for her to review, it is for the massage therapist. This is wildly inappropriate and a violation of my privacy.
I Just had my first massage at ME and Rick did an amazing job! He used just the right amount of pressure and hit all the spots we addressed in the consultation. I will definitely be back to see him in the future.
**AVOID** Read all the fine print!!! Dont ever have to cancel for any reason theyll charge you 50%, or if you got the year membership and had to cancel theyll just take the full credit from that day!!!! What a RIP OFF!!!! The membership is $1200.00 plus tax
Love this location! Booking online is hit or miss, great for same day or next day but never any availability father out. after working with the front desk I was able to book multiple appointments over the next several months and get on the cancelation list for my favorite providers.I’ve had excellent massage sessions with Liz and Jessica and I just had my first rapid tension relief plus stretching session with Israel, it was amazing!!
It is impossible to cancel once you start. They have aggressive sales techniques to avoid canceling. Can they not just do the right thing when a customer requests a cancellation?
The entire massage envy company is a total scam. They will take your money and never have appointments available. They have WAY more members than appointments AND THEY KNOW IT. I have been trying to cancel my membership here for YEARS. There is always a different reason why they can’t cancel- dont have access to your account at the location, can’t do it over the phone, need a signed in writing form which they then can’t give you or have you turn in. One location at Vista Highlands closed permanently with 3 days notice to clients AND their therapists and was charging a $15 fee to schedule appointments if you didn’t sign up at their location. I don’t even care about the credits anymore, I just want out. I will be calling my bank to cancel all future payments and possibly consulting a lawyer. I had been a member at Westminster since 2010
If I could give them zero stars, I would. It’s a complete scam. I’ve been a member at this location since 2007. after Covid, they don’t have anyone working there and you can never get in. I have so many pre-paid massages to use, but I can never get in. They don’t have any appointments available in the next two months, which is how far their schedule is open. I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau, but they are not a member, and I am imagining it’s because they know they are awful. I don’t know when the new owners took over this location, but it is awful and I would never recommend it to anyone. Stay away! They won’t give you a refund and you have to use your prepaid massages within a certain amount of time, but you can’t get an appointment. How is that OK? If you can get in, occasionally, the staff will openly tell you how horrible it is to work here. They will give you recommendations of other places that you should go besides here. If that’s not saying something about this place, I don’t know what it is!
I have been paying for a membership for both myself and my husband since this location opened. They used to have the most wonderful owners, manager and staff.Over the years I have seen changes in ownership, management and a lot of staff turnover that have really affected customer service and the ability to utilize your membership. Each time my husband and I found a great therapist they left massage envy shortly thereafter. We have not been able to schedule monthly massages and had numerous massages we did have scheduled canceled via text and/or email without explanation or an offer with new dates or times for appts. I tried to cancel my membership so they would stop taking money out of my account monthly and let me just use up the hours we have accumulated. Can you believe they actually stated if I stop paying I cannot use any of the hours I already paid for? I have paid for over 25+ hours that i have the most difficult time scheduling. I have better luck at other locations than this one. So, you pay every month and cant schedule monthly and they keep raising your membership price. Sounds like a scam. I just want to use the hours both my husband and I have accumulated and no longer be a member. They then said ok, you can cancel but have to use all the hours in 60 days. So, I said then make the appts and of course none were available. Its an impossible situation and Im tempted to consult a lawyer. I just want the services I paid for or all of my money back for the hours I have accumulated. They refused both options.Just went online today and nothing available for more than two months.
I check out all Massage Envy locations in the Denver-area. This one is little further for me but is one of my favorites. I have had great experiences working with the friendly management team, Brittany and Ivonna. I really like Israels stretch services. I highly recommend them for anyone having trouble booking messages. I was hesitant at first but have been seeing the benefits.
This location is great! I like that I have gotten to know the front team since they have all been there for some time now, and they always are able to get me in through their wait-list. I have also been trying the skincares services with Hailey and stretch with Israel and Kale. All are great options to use up my service units!! Ive had more luck calling the clinic directly to find appts then online.
Update:The individual therapists have consistently been good, but we purchased the monthly plan several years ago, and have had difficulty scheduling a massage most of that time. For example, I prefer deep tissue massages. I tried to make an appointment and said I’d accept firm pressure, but the next available appointment is June. It is currently March. How is that acceptable when I have a subscription that is linked to this specific location? I have at least 8 credits that I have been unable to use due to non availability of services. For comparison, I have visited Pensacola Fl twice and scheduled an appointment at that location each time within 2-3 days with a fantastic therapist who provided my requested pressure. The front desk has improved from my original post below.Original review:Customer Service from the front desk is clearly an issue. Multiple reviews are now mentioning it. This review is for my experience today, not overall (would probably be a 3 average, for the same issue). I signed up for a membership over a year ago and have trouble getting appointments (partially because of my limited availability, but also with limited firm to deep pressure therapists). I found appointments available online (on a Saturday!) and attempted to schedule a 90 minute session. Unable. Called the location and was sent to voicemail, which said the staff was assisting other customers and they would call as soon as they were finished. I tried a 60 minute appointment that was only 15 minutes from current time and was able to finalize. When I arrived and told the two ladies at the desk I had a 3:30 appointment, they said yeah, she did not make it in today, and we forgot to remove her appointments from the schedule. Then they looked at me. No sorry for the inconvenience (that is free to say, and good for customer service), no offer of any options, etc. I was not happy. I had to ask what that meant for me. They told me they could call another salon to see if there were any appointments available, or I could get a facial (not the type guy that most would think wanted a facial). Why did I have to ask what the options were? Where is the customer service? Why did these two who were sitting talking to each other not answer the phone earlier when I called, or (if unable) listen to the message and call me back? I still have not received a call back over an hour later. This location is losing money on these employees - poor customer service and no follow up/through. It would appear I need to find a different location. That said, when I have had appointments in the past, the therapists have been very good. Rooms were clean, they oriented the massage to whatever was impacting me at the time, etc. Too bad for them the desk staff is not customer service oriented and will cost them scheduled sessions.
The front desk staff was so attentive and kind, I really appreciate the first interaction to be friendly. I always enjoy my massage but its still a little difficult to be seen on a regular basis. Im staying a member, I just hope availability and scheduling continue to improve.
Front desk staff is very friendly and customer service oriented - especially Lourdes Osborne. Lourdes assisted me with skin care products helping me choose the right products for my skin care needs. She asked questions to customize my selection and I really appreciated her knowledge and recommendations.
Desire is amazing!!! Has seriously been essential for my back pain.
If I could give less than one star I would. I have been paying for a membership for years and have been unable to schedule services due to lack of appointments. That I can understand given the circumstances but when I finally am able to schedule an appointment. They cancel it the night before with a nasty text stating my credit card on file is expired. I have accrued over 15 massages bought and paid for with no ability to use them and they cancel me for an expired card? Don’t ever buy a Massage Envy membership. It is a total scam.
I cant wait every month to get a massage from Justin!! He is the BEST deep tissue masseuse at Massage Envy hands down! Very professional and friendly as well. The heated beds and clean sheets are always comforting and relaxing after a long day after work. Justin is single handling the reason why I come to this location monthly. I highly recommend you book him for your next appointment, I promise he wont disappoint.
Massage envy is a chain, massage therapy boutique. They are very expensive and try to make the whole thing an experience- with the tranquility lounge, adjustable lights in your massage room, and tour of the facility. Really it’s just a normal massage therapy place with high prices. My massage was okay nothing fancy. I went because i had a gift card. They try to sell you really hard after the massage to get you to sign up for some other thing or a membership. The girl helping me was very sweet. She said she was new and in training. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience but also not one I’m willing to pay for again at the prices they ask for.
Whatever you do, please dont sign up for a membership here. I promise you 100% you will regret it!!! Absolute worst customer service Ive ever seen the manager (Monica) If you can even call her, that wont call you back, wont answer emails, and works very limited time. I have called this place 17 times in A-day and cant get anyone to pick up!! I even called while my friend was in the lobby. There were 3 employees up front standing around, helping no one just talking she said no one stopped talking, and she didnt even hear the phone ring. And ohhh gosh forbid you waste your time and go down there in person the staff literally laughs and treats you like youre inconveniencing them.. not friendly or helpful. Someone should call the bbb on them they are shady. If you bring a friend or family member into the massage envy family, you pay extra monthly for doing that while your friends and family members get a discounted monthly rate!! How in the world does that make any sense? Now that I know all this, I will never ever in a million years suggest anyone sign up with massage envy!! No appreciation of a loyal customer of 8 years. They raise your monthly rate with no notice, but dont call, or they will treat you like s*** when you question it. This place is the biggest joke Ive ever seen. Youd be better off walking into any other place. Trust me!!
Front desk staff and Manager, Heidi, are rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Do not sign up for a membership. You wont save any money, in fact you will lose money. The availability hours / staff is horrendous. Ive had 2 massages cancelled by them, with less than 24 hours notice, and no offer to make it right. Youll get NON-STOP excuses and platitudes, but no actual customer service. If you want a massage, pay for them individually. Again, you will lose money on a membership, especially when you go to cancel and still have paid services on the books.
I bought a gift card for my wife as a Christmas present. She made an appointment and they canceled. Understandable. They have since called and rescheduled 4 times and cancelled 2 or 3 hours before. Dont ever buy a gift card from this place, They will NOT ever honor it.
Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever received from a company before. When I originally signed up, the membership was explained to me more as a subscription, not a legal contract that you cant get out of for a year. The sessions are advertised as 60 minutes, but they are around 50 minutes. Their defense is that the session itself is 60 minutes, then 5 minutes at the beginning and end with a 50 minute massage. Its just completely deceiving advertising. The last time I was in, I scheduled with the masseuse that I had the last time. Someone else took me back and I told her that I was supposed to be with another person. She shrugged it off and took me back anyway. When I notified the front, they said that the lady I was supposed to be with didnt work there anymore. I literally made the appointment the day before so I dont know if she quit over night or what. After all of this, I told the girl that I wanted to cancel my membership and I filled out the form. While filling out the form, I could hear the manager in her office talking badly about old employees that used to work there and talking about up selling guests. I get that every business needs to make money, but the clients dont need to hear your strategies to get more money out of us. Then after cancelling, I was charged another month! I put in my cancellation form right before my due date so I understand that a last charge would be put through. I then got charged a month later and that is unreasonable. Every time that Ive brought any of my concerns up to anyone, I just get an oh sorry about that and no one even cares to make things right. I will be going to the BBB for this.
Their massage therapists and estheticians are great, but scheduling is a nightmare. They keep selling memberships, even though they are fully aware that they cant accommodate new members. I cancelled because Im tired of trying to fit it into my schedule.
I have so many sessions and cant even use them. I can never get in, and if I can, the therapist doesnt come in, and my appt is canceled the day of. They are barely staffed and seems like they cant keep employees. Very frustrating
Love the therapists, but the service desk is terrible! No one ever answers the phone, so I went in person. Someone came out of the office and seemed bothered and said if no one was at the desk phones werent answered, but calls would be returned. I have called early and late, and the call might be returned 2 or 3 hours, after I can no longer come in. I know there is a shortage of workers, but could the person sitting in the office answer the phone. Too? The therapist are losing out too!
I have never really been into chains. But this one is exceptional. I never meant to join. My son and his fiance got me a gift card for my birthday. Liz gave me the best massage Ive ever had. She is amazing! I ended up getting a membership, and I havent regretted it once. This place is definitely worth checking out!
Was a very exceptional business place until the new owners took over. Then my billing was always getting messed up on my membership, they werent honoring the gift cards that they supposedly gave me for the inconvenience. I am always waiting too long in the room, then they cut you short on your time. I finally pulled the plug on my membership and they STILL charged my card even though they recognized that I had cancelled my service with them. Just horrible now, will never go back.
I have had a membership for over a year here, and I adore them completely. Through financial issues, card issues, and months of travel where I only had a few hours of time to deal with account hiccups they have been nothing but helpful. It has always been a relief every time Ive dealt with them, because it was so easy. Not to mention they have some wonderful therapists as well who have expressed a love for their job. They certainly arent the most luxurious environment, but theyre easily accessible and still provide a good service. If I wanted a spa, Id go to a spa. All in all, this location is great, and I always enjoy going in.
I submitted my cancellation form. Was told I signed a 12 month plan. I asked them to send me the paperwork I signed to verify this. They charged my card again and still havent sent me the paperwork. Dont sign up for a membership! Theyre a terrible company. Horrible customer service. Less than average massages.
If this site allowed zero ratings, I would have given it. A few people that I know had discouraged me from going to Massage Envy because they had negative experiences. I for one, like to give any business or individuals the benefit of the doubt. I do take heed to ratings on companies, but I also want to be open-minded and decide on my own. I had been given a Massage Envy gift certificate as a gift, so I then scheduled a 60 minute Total Body Stretch as my very first visit. I walked in, on 3/38/2019 at 9:55 am, the two women sitting at the front desk informed me that the massage therapist I was scheduled with called in sick and that they also left a voice mail of the cancellation. I checked my voice mail, and there was no voice messages left on my phone. Okay, I get that these things happen, we are all human, I understand. What bothered me was their aloof demeanor. The women talked amongst themselves as though I was not in the room. They briefly acknowledge me with a stare. Wow! That is it? Yep, that was it? Neither one offered to reschedule my appointment, nor expressed an apology. Horrible customer service. I cant express how eerie and weird they made me feel as I stood there and they just looked back at me, saying nothing. Anyways, I will not be going there ever again. Thought Id add my perspective on my first and last visit to Massage Envy (10449/Westminster).
Worst place to go. Not only did the massage therapist not do a good job but when I informed mgmt about it they tried to defend him with hes the most requested. I asked for more pressure but I hardly felt any pressure. He wasted my time asking questions about things he couldnt even do with the time allotted. He left the table at full height so I fell trying to get off the table. Absolutely disappointing. Oh ya, and when I scheduled the appointment I scheduled for the biofreeze treatment and was told AFTER the massage that it wasnt offered. Which was one of the main reasons I went to massage envy. I get massages on the regular but needed a last minute massage. I am beyond disappointed, my lower back actually hurt after and that I have never experienced especially because I stressed how my upper back was the problem area.. If I could give them no stars, I would. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT go here. A waste of $120 for 30min...
I think this Massage Envy is pretty nice. The staff is very friendly, but I have never received a particularly relaxing environment. I have only ever been seating in their back waiting area once. The rest of the time I have had to sit in the front of the store and wait. Then, my message therapist talks through everything. Ive tried another therapist and she lectured me on how working out on the day of the massage is irresponsible and unnecessary. The massages felt nice, but it would have been great if I could just lay there and not think for a little bit.
The masseuses are good they know what they are doing. Administratively I consider there practice out ethic of when a membership is up any credit you have within it is null and void. I was told by the front counter person I would have two months to utilize any credit after my membership had expired. This is a lie. At the end of your membership if you have any credit you lose it unless you RENEW!!!!! So as i was under the Impression; I attempted to schedule an appointment finding that I have no credit on said account do to membership expiring but if I renewed said credit is there. I consider this stealing and a form of extortion in which I consider very unfair and the practice highly unethical!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-(
My first time at this location and it was great. Sheryl was amazing at deep tissue work. I would give 5 stars but 1- The room didn’t smell good and I was having a hard time breathing for 90 mins 2- I had already customized my massage at the time of booking online when I got there I was asked to pick the body areas I wanted focus on and then she asked me again what I wanted once we were in the room but besides that everything else was great.
STAY AWAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN.I got talked into a membership. I has a few really terrible experiences here, but couldnt do anything about it since I had a membership and they would charge me I fee. I ultimately found a therapist I enjoyed and after a two year commitment, she no longer works here. I went to cancel my membership and they told me the ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY DOLLAR BALANCE ON MY ACCOUNT, THAT IS MY MONEY I DID NOT USE FOR SERVICES I PREPAID FOR, WOULD EXPIREEXPIRE! that I was going to lose the money I had prepaid for and there was no chance I was getting that money back.Poor business practice. Poor staff communication. Overall poor experience and a waste of money
While I had terrific massages in my six months as a member of Massage Envy (esp. Carl), the management/ownership, at least as embodied in the person of Claire, offered such abysmal customer service at the end of my contract that I won’t be going back.Cancellation of my six month membership was required by July 7 – I carefully noted that when I signed up and set a reminder in my calendar. I called on July 6. On July 9, at 8pm, Claire called to tell me they needed my cancellation in writing and because they hadn’t gotten that by July 7, my membership would extend to August. We argued: I was not informed, originally or on July 6 when I called, of this requirement. It’s in your contract, she said. I asked her to waive it given that I had to come w/in 30 days to use my last 3 massages and she refused. I pleaded travel early the next morning. I pleaded stress. She refused. I asked to talk to a manager and she said not only was she a manager, but she was an owner and I suggested maybe she consider a different line of work given her lack of entrepreneurial savvy. I asked why I hadn’t been called on Monday, when I still had time to meet the written cancellation requirement and she told me that ‘with the holiday’ they were a little behind. As if this were my/the customer’s problem. She’s also off on Mondays, so there’s that. It’s unwritten, she said, but they really need 48 hours to process cancellations.I hung up, checked my contract and found, buried in the middle, some bit of legalese that MIGHT indicate the written cancellation requirement, but then again, might not and I called my credit card company. Turns out, if a consumer disputes a charge, it’s ON THE COMPANY to prove the legitimacy of the charge. I registered a dispute and, despite the early travel, got in my car with my contract.I arrived at the store within 45 minutes of my conversation with Claire, but, given that she’d spent the evening calling customers, she needed to be refreshed as to the nature of my particular situation. Really? Did she spend the evening arguing with people for ½ an hour on the phone that my situation was not memorable? Strange, because there was no belligerence in her tone at all. It’s not as if she seemed to be doing this deliberately (I’m from NJ, I’ve got a lot of experience with snide sales people and recreationally obtuse government employees). In fact, her lack of affect seemed almost inhuman.I offered the contract and asked her to point to the relevant bit. She searched for a full three minutes and when she finally found it and read it aloud and tried to explain what it meant she got all twisted up and it was clear she didn’t understand it herself and was no longer certain of her position. She never said aloud that she would cancel my membership effective July, but rather adjusted the paperwork and had me sign it while continuing to blather on in that eerily neutral tone about exceptions becoming the rule, gotta be careful.Suffice to say, she lost not only my business – several hundred dollars a year – but my partner’s business and that of any friends and colleagues in the area that I can buttonhole. Lets hope this is an exception that doesnt become a rule.
Ive been going to this Massage Envy location on a regular basis for years, and I have a few favorite therapists. Ive always received a great massage as long as Im clear about the type of massage I like and the type I dont like. If you give them direction and say what you want youll end up with what you want. Its not a spa, really. You dont get wine or a particularly relaxing environment. Youre there for a massage and they do a pretty steady business. Its not fancy. If you want the spa experience you should pay more and go somewhere else. But if you just want a massage then this place does a great job.On a related note, if you sign a contract with any company you should read the contract beforehand. If you dont understand it, dont sign it. If you end up signing something you didnt read or understand then you only have yourself to blame. Blaming the company for honoring their end of the bargain is childish and stupid.
The facility is nice and clean. Very big with quick check ins. I did the online appointment set up which is very convenient and easy. However I requested firm. I was set up with Diane. So the couple bumps I ran into, which the first one isnt a huge deal but wanted to mention. My appointment was at 11, she didnt pull me back until 11:05. So we didnt actually start until 11:10. Second, as I said before I requested firm, Diane was light. I mean it felt nice but I was looking to work out some serious kinks in my back. When I reached the front I was just asked for payment no how was it, so I probably seemed rude when I piped up. I said my only comment was that I would put my therapist in the light category not the firm. The receptionist apologized, but shrugged me off. Which was disappointing, but I wasnt expecting anything other than maybe seeking more clarification or at least acknowledge what I said. Unfortunately now I have to pay a different place to get the job done right.**Update: I received a call from Kimberly to rectify and apologize for my experience. Which that alone makes me feel so much better that they care to fix the situation. I agreed to give them another shot.
My wife enjoyed the massages. However their cancellation policy left me with feeling that I had to go take a shower. They require you to go to the store in person and fill out a form. The only reason for this in my opinion is to get another month or two out of you - for when you can find time to go to their store. Based on the other low scoring reviews I read, it seems I am not alone. There is no reason why they could not email me the form to sign. I will buy future massage gifts for my wife at another provider with less slimy cancelation policies.
Ive gotten some excellent massages from here, but there is one thing I really dont like. You dont actually get what you pay for. A one hour massage is only 50 minutes, hour and a half is only 1:20, etc. In fact the last time I was there was for a two hour massage - my therapist started over 10 minutes late and wanted to end early! This is not the fault of the therapists, its the way they schedule the appointments back-to-back. Its a policy problem. They claim they are cheaper than other massage places, but when you factor in what you actually get they arent cheaper at all. Been good for my back/neck but I wont be renewing my membership.
Don’t bother scheduling appointments here they wind up cancelling alllllll the time!!!!! If they don’t cancel they reschedule you!!! It’s really nice when you make a Valentine’s Day massage for a gift months in advance and then they once again try to reschedule your appointment so you work with them & switch therapists only to come upon the day before and they wind up CANCELLING anyway!!!!! They don’t have enough therapists! I do NOT recommend this location.
I received a gift certificate for a massage or whatever I wanted from massage envy I have left 4 different message to make an appointment and get suggestions for a therapist and not one return phone call. I guess they dont need the business or just terrible customer service.
Dont come here unless you are ready to be scammed! About two years ago I moved away from Colorado to a state without a Massage Envy. I let this location know that I was moving away and that I wanted to close my account with them. Here we are two years later and they are continuing to charge my credit card every month, despite multiple emails and phone calls. To date, theyve taken about $1500 from me and have responded to 0 emails. Anybody out there know the best way to go about recovering my money? Currently looking into the BBB and small claims court.
Finding time to get a massage from a place you dont care for is hard. Going in to cancel your membership is just as hard. After not using the membership since July of 2015, I was relieved when the card they had on file apparently expired and they were no longer able to charge. Magically this month, they were able to charge the last 5 months at $299. This was obviouslyan unexpected charge and not easy to swallow. Upon calling the Westminster, CO store, I was told that the system automatically runs the card daily. If find this to be a lie as there was definitely enough money in the account to pay at some point over the last 5 months. They wont give refunds as they say it is impossible, bs. Steer clear of massge envy and make sure you follow their outdated procedure of cancelling in person!
3 stars because of my massage therapist! She was outstanding. Massage envy itself disappoints me though because 1. if you dont sign up for the membership you pay an OUTRAGEOUS amount because corporate wants to make extra money or something, and 2. They will HOUND you like the PREY you are, literally EVERY SINGLE TIME you go in until you sign up. Most annoying thing Ive ever experienced. Will not be returning because of the membership deal and constant hounding and over pricing.
WARNING TO ALL WOMEN!This review is in light of a situation that happened about 2 months ago. My wife had been going to the Westminster location since June, and never had an incident until a male masseuse inappropriately touched her during the session. We called the manager, and the owner to discuss, and let them know we would not come back if he stayed at the location. He has NOT been fired yet, and their promise to not have him there while she had a massage was also not held. His name will not be shared as this is a final attempt to the management to do the right thing. My warning is to all women though, massage envy cares more about their image than you as a customer! Be very careful with this organization!
I was VERY disappointed with the customer service I received today at my visit. It all started the second I walked through the doors. Breanna greeted me and took me back to the back waiting room. She then gave me an iPad to fill out my pre check in questionnaire. My visit was for a message AND a facial, but the paperwork was only for my massage. So by the time I was ready for my facial it took more time for me to fill it out when I could have done it the first time. Also, when I finished she didn’t say whether or not I needed to hold on to the iPad or bring it up front. She acted like I knew what I was suppose to do. While sitting in the waiting room I noticed a flier that said receiver a free 60 min massage when you purchase a $150 gift card. I told breanna that’s what I had and she had no idea how it worked. She said she would check in it but NEVER came back to tell me what she found out. Because I doubt she even asked. So before I left I asked her what she found out and she said her manager wasn’t answering her phone and she doesn’t answer on saturdays. Why would I not get the free massage?! I had a $150 gift card!!! My masseuse Dustin was great only reason I’d return to this location. My estetician was a hot mess. Took me back 17 mins late, nothing was set up, she spent more time digging for her equipment then she did my face. Also kept messsing with the broken light then focusing on my appt It felt very rushed!! She didn’t even give me the full hour!!!! Kept blaming the other esthetician as to why nothing was set up. She didn’t go into ANY detail about what she was slapping on my face. Also forgot to mention while the products were setting into my skin I heard her on her cellphone when she could have used that time to massage me. Horrible horrible horrible only reason I went with this location is because Thornton can’t ever answer the phone. Looks like I don’t get my free massage that I’m entitled too the rest of my 20 min facial. Very disappointed and I have a generous tip as well. I will never return.
Im still a member but its becoming harder and harder to get a massage appointment. Its great once you get a massage.
Newbie to Massage Envy (had a gift card)Scheduling was super easy online. No issues with website or the app.I told the front desk gal I was new and she happily took me to the back and explained how things work. Easy peasy info gathering on a tablet.I fried my left side – back, hip, leg…they all hated me and made sure I knew it. I was limping, doing that groan when you have to pull yourself outta the car, crying while lying flat on my back staring at the ceiling wishing the heating pad would inject me with morphine. You know how it goes. After an hour with Desiree, I walked out feeling soooo much better (with a teeny bit of regret that I didn’t do 90 minutes)! If you book at Westminster, Desiree is my recommendation.I can’t wait to try their assisted stretching treatment.
Awesome location! Coco was an amazing therapist. She gave a perfect prenatal massage. I have felt so much better since my visit. Highly recommend this location.
Debbie is amazing!! Best massage Ive ever had! I have a very tight back and after my appointment I feel 100 times better. Will definitely continue coming here for as long as I live in the area.
This is one of the worst Massage Envy’s I have ever been too. The staff is rude and always short with you when you call them and the manager is so rude as well! The massage therapists are nice and do a good job but the desk staff and the managers are so rude!
I just had a massage by liz. This woman is incredible. Listened to every pain and concern I had... I have horrible pain from a car accident years ago and messed up my back recently, she focused on every spot I had pain in. Thanks to this angel i can actually walk and bend over again. Already booked my next appointment. Thank you liz! Look forward to seeing you again.
I love and appreciate everything about this ME location! They do customer service right here. Great staff, always friendly and accommodating. Excellent massage therapists, and they are also highly recommended by other friends of mine.
I dont usually get massages but the people here were really nice and my massage therapist was able to do exactly what I needed for my jaw pain. They will ask you to subscribe for the monthly plan but they didnt push when I said no.
What a scummy company, losing a class action lawsuit didnt change their behavior.sells monthly memberships, cant book a massage within the next two months.
They don’t know how to answer their phone and or how to call back, it’s extremely difficult to ever schedule an appointment. They are fast to take your money and let your credits add up but never give any actual type of service. Don’t waste your time and or money with this location.
I asked to pause my account while out of the country. This location lied that it was possible. For 8 months they have been billing me and refuse to refund even though they have signed paperwork. Reason why, that person no longer works here. Do not fall victim to these predatory practices.
I moved from the Lakewood Massage Envy to this one. The customer service here is wonderful especially compared to the nightmare of the service at the Lakewood Clinic. I love this place. Yes unless you are a member their prices are a little high but its great for someone that gets a massage on a regular basis.
A waste of money. I went in for a massage because I was having pain/stiffness in my neck and my massage therapist only spent about 10 minutes focused on that area. I did not feel any different when I left. I wont ever go back.
Called, left a voicemail to book an appointment. Drove over there because it’s a 30 minute drive. I was basically reprimanded in front of another customer. No apologies it was all my fault for not booing online.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Therapists are good. Unfortunately, they upcharge and dont give credit when you pay in advance. I will NEVER return and would not recommend this spa to anyone.
Frank here and went today for my first time ever having a massage it was nice JC took care of me and i recommend JC if you enjoy deep tissue rubs beware she is very strong 😆
Israel was great for my stretch session. He really was attentive and took his time.
I cant really speak on the experience, i just came in to get a gift card for a friend. The staff was super nice and knowledgeble as well as the place looking super clean and comfy so i would give it a chance!
I got a very awesome massage from this place I had a ball in my back that made me lose my breath and dang near made me cry and an hour on the table concentrating on the knot in my back I was able to go back to work and I was afraid I was going to have to call in but they work their magic just dont fall for their membership plan just go in and pay cash to less headache and theres no value in their membership plan
Thu is wonderful! She has a light pressure which is just what I want to relax and melt away. They are always welcoming and calm at the front desk.
Very peaceful place, friendly staff and amazing therapist! Very accommodating to my needs and schedule. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Terrible customer service! They just argue with you and dont actually listen. Then you get accused of being mad when I was just sharing my concerns. Worst customer service experience ever! Go somewhere else.
Glen has been a miracle worker for my foot and ankle pain. Front desk staff is always friendly and usually remembers my name.
Scheduling is easier than it used to be, especially since you can now text message to see for any available openings.
Rude front desk called today she didn’t give me a chance to ask or asked what other days she has available just hung up.
Ellis conveys prime time service. He is the best masseuse I’ve had the pleasure to meet!
Thank you! My wife had a great first massage and has already scheduled another.
Staff is friendly, and the therapists Ive had are great. Very corporate feel.
Great price for the membership, considering what it costs to visit a private massage therapist.
This place is a JOKE! Do not use them, you will be disappointed. Terrible services, terrible staff, misinformation, over-charge for membership fees.
I do not like this location. Always under staffed. Never answer the phone. Cant get appt to save my life.
This is another place I have not been to but Was near that Google wont stop asking me to rate despite my seeing both discussing and indicating I havent been there. I have seen the place from the outside and, at the time, it looked well kempt.
Finally found an amazing therapist! My husband had a great massage as well.
Worst service ever received. All the good therapists left. Horrible management!
Ellis and Liz are excellent massage therapists! Highly recommended!
Ross is amazing. Very professional but comfortable. Front desk staff is super helpful
This place is amazing Ellis was on point ! The staff went above and beyond. I Just bought a membership!
Great therapists, friendly desk staff and good options for massages and add ons
It is impossible to get appointments here. I have been trying for over a month. Very disappointing.
Danielle does a great job on my back, neck and shoulders. :-)
Great gals at front desk. Love Gabby. Relaxing. Clean facility.
Got just what I needed in a very professional and effective manner. Hopefully I have time this trip to come back again before I go home.
I would recommend anywhere but this place the membership contracts are over price for poor quality
Lousey my husband is a disabled vet and was charged for services not renderedFor one year...
Had a wonderful esthetician named Robin!! He was great!
Love the massages. Customer service is great.

Rude clerk. Won’t be back.
Can never get an apot. scheduled on line.
Located in a nice shopping center, friendly staff, and great massages!
Disliked that there was no one there when called to make appointment
Rodney is a great massage therapist.
Very relaxing, friendly atmosphere and staff!!
Cassandra was beyond what I expected. Knots melted away.
Just your basic generic massages.

Tips cost more than the massage🙄
Thu is an amazing massage therapist
