I was in town for my brother’s wedding and booked a last minute massage here. Wish I could go back, but I live in Florida. Brittany was my therapist and she was AMAZING. Not only was she incredibly sweet, but she found all of the spots that were bothering me and seriously increased the range of motion in my neck. She made sure the pressure was just right and you can tell she knows what she’s doing. I highly recommend her and Massage Green SPA.

I have been a client since this location first opened. It is a very well managed spa, with attention to all the details that make a great massage experience. I recently had a massage by Mykalann and was very impressed! She confirmed what pressure I liked, checked throughout the massage to make sure it was still good, and did great work on my stress areas. She was very attentive to personal privacy too. I would strongly recommend her for a massage!

I want to address an issue with the owner: the front desk lady (black hair light eyes) is rude and seems to have an unfriendly attitude, as if they don’t want customers. My friend, who is usually very polite, also mentioned experiencing this behavior during his visit. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service at your establishment.

I took my good friend there to get birthday massages and it was fantastic. The people were super friendly and helpful. I had Bri and she did a great job. I would go all the time if I could!

Britany is one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen. She does a great job of listening to you and your body throughout the session. She also creates a comfortable and healing atmosphere. She is a master of her craft!

The massage was okay for me. My boyfriend enjoyed his. I had scheduled to get the female massage therapist and he was to get the male. It ended up opposite which triggered my PTSD. He did not do a full body massage nor give me my full hour. She gave my boyfriend his full hour and a full body massage. I’m a little upset that not only did I get a male but I didn’t get my full time or a whole body massage. And it was on my birthday so it was supposed to be special. I really wanted to come back for a facial too but I’m pretty bummed on this.

This was my first time ever to a spa. My sister gifted this for me for my birthday. What an amazing experience! The facility was nice and clean. the masseuse for both the massage & the facial were very knowledgeable, pleasant to be around, and great at their jobs! I will definitely be back again. This was my first time time coming in and my last. Scheduled to get a one hour massage…. Which turned out to be a 45 min massage…I was told to come in early to fill out paper work. When I arrived the receptionist was talking to one of the workers, told me to have a seat and she will be right with me. Ok… 15 min pass of them talking about personal stuff and more workers joining in. Very unprofessional!After signing the one document after my apt time I was called back with the therapist. Quickly told her my areas I’d like to be worked on, then to get to the table part… I’m on the table waiting for her to come back in. Approx 5 min just waiting.The massage was good but definitely not 1 hr worth. The therapist stopped right at the one he mark from my apt when it was originally scheduled for. I was late taken back and late started on. Brought it up to the receptionist, she stated ( the consolation and undressing is part of the 1hr apt)I was never told that or even seen that information on the website! Plus, you were late to take me back! This place is a joke of a business! All I wanted was relaxation!

Brittany did an incredible job! Her pressure is perfect, she’s thoughtful and asks how everything is periodically, and I was completely relaxed. Thank you thank you!

Great spa, we did a couples day: 1 hour massage, 1 hour facial, 1 hour sauna. It was perfect. The staff is very nice and accommodating, my therapist went to get me an extra pillow for my knees

Review update: Ivy the owner called me after posting my experience and completely changed it around for me. She found me a therapist that would accommodate to me as being postpartum and the fact that she cared enough to give me a call speaks volumes. Will definitely be keeping my membership and just using a different therapist. Thank you Ivy!!I am a member here and have had a great experience until recently. The therapist Ashley was extremely rude when finding out I was 3 weeks postpartum she told me “l’m not massaging you” very rudely. I understand that this may be a rule but if this is then it needs to be listed on the site when booking. Also, my doctor encouraged a relaxing massage but the way this therapist made me feel makes me contemplate canceling my membership.

Jurand was very respectful and gave a wonderful massage! I like extra pressure and he did not disappoint! Shela did my facial and had some amazing advice on how to stop smoking! The sauna was lovely too! Highly recommended! Can’t wait to come back!

I usually go to Eli for my neck pain & he is amazing!Today my massage therapist was Selina & thats because Eli was booked out too far, well I should of waited but i was desperate due to bad neck pain.Eli had told me on past visits that if my neck was hurting me & he was fully booked to call & have the receptionist ask him if he has any time to fit me in. Well I called multiple times for 2 days & left a voicemail. Nobody likes to answer the phone there but Trevor!When the receptionist called me back, she was not interested in helping me get in touch with Eli so she put me with Selina.What an awful experience!She is very rough, doesnt listen to where you need massaged, got CBD oil all over my face which doesnt feel good, dug her nails into my shoulders & back, & kept pulling my hair all over my head telling me it would help with my headache. No it doesnt, it hurts! 😡Now my neck hurts worse, my head hurts worse from her pulling my hair, my shoulders hurts now too which they didnt before. 😡I have already made an appt with Eli for a couple of weeks so hopefully he can help me after healing from feeling like I was beat up!I could just cry! Wait I already did in my car after that awful appt! 😭😭

I recently got a facial and a massage here. My esthetician was sweet and she gave me a good facial but I can’t say that I enjoyed my experience. The whole time she was talking about skin cancer and making me paranoid. I think sometimes she was giving me backhanded compliments too. I know she had good intentions but when the whole hour she is talking about getting skin cancer and making me worry about things I shouldn’t worry about makes a really bad experience when I was just trying to relax. It’s hard to relax when someone is talking about that kind of stuff the entire time and for that I wouldn’t recommend going here. The massage was mediocre, I worked a massage clinic before so I’ve had my fair share of them. Customer service isn’t bad though, they were good with rescheduling me but weren’t super attentive.

I am either going back or signing up for a monthly membership after my couples massage Groupon experience! From the moment I talked to Trevor on the phone, it was a great experience. Trevor was kind, accommodating and knowledgeable on the services of the spa. When we arrived for our couples massage, we were greeted by Trevor with the same friendliness. Our sauna experience was amazing and ultra relaxing. The massage by Garrett and Christina was awesome, too. The pressure was great and my boyfriend and I felt incredibly relaxed. I was a little nervous because of some of the negative reviews (massages are one of those things I like to have trust in the place / person doing them and a couple reviews sounded discouraging at first) but I gave it a shot and can say rest assured! This is a beautiful, comfortable, refreshing spa aiming to provide a great experience- youll have an amazing time. :)

I was very excited for my massage today -it has been a while! My go to person is Sarah- highly recommend her. She is attentive and provides a relaxing atmosphere. Today I was seen by a new therapist. I asked him for medium firm/firm pressure. About 10-15 min into the session, the therapist normally asks for customer feedback on the level of pressure. This therapist did not, so I hesitantly asked for firmer pressure please. To which he responded - I am just getting warmed up and we have a long way to go? A bit of a weird response, but I did not say anything else. The pressure was okay at the start of the massage (shoulder work), but quickly became low pressure (if this makes sense) - which just translates to awkward rubbing - uncomfortable and not worth my membership $$$. The experience was not all bad, which is why I still tipped, but I am really disappointed and will not re-book with this therapist.Update: I scheduled another 90-min session on 10/28 with Sheila, based on a recommendation, and she did not disappoint! She maintained the same requested pressure for the whole massage and worked on all areas for an appropriate amount of time. I would book with her again :).I have been a loyal customer to this spa for years now - in part, because of the great therapists, but also because Ivy, the owner, has demonstrated on several occasions that customer satisfaction is important. She greets you with a smile and always takes the time to address any issues or concerns.Thank you for making me feel like a valued client!

Super clean and relaxing atmosphere. Ivy & Trevor get me by name and they are always helpful & kind. Everyones massage needs are different and they help recommend a therapist who will best fit what youre looking for. I highly suggest becoming a member because there are lots of benefits! I earned a free facial & the high quality products left my skin glowing!

One of the best facials I’ve had & frankly the aesthetician Shela should have done the massage too because she was far better than the person who did my massage. Not only was it pretty meh but I felt like an inconvenience to the masseuse, just not friendly at all. Maybe she was having a bad day but it just wasn’t great. The ambiance is pretty standard for a “spa.” Next time I’ll just go with the facial and skip massage.

I absolutely love this place and the people working there! From massages to facials, I always leave feeling relaxed and happy. Highly recommend getting a massage from Garrett! He has the magic touch. Go to Sheila for a facial, she is super knowledgeable.

Fantastic place, but their saunas top out at 158°F (70°C) so if you’re a veteran Savu Sauna enthusiast, don’t expect to challenge yourself here. Otherwise, a great place, first time guest entry price $25 for a whole hour in comparison to other places, and so many soft towels.

My wife and I got a couples massage with a Christmas special that includes aromatherapy massages, sugar scrub, and sauna time. Its a beautiful and relaxing environment inside the couples room and the sauna was great. My massage was good and thorough. I have sensitive feet so the sugar scrub wasnt relaxing and I really didnt like it. Not upset, I just wont get it again. My wife however did not have a good or thorough massage and when her masseuse began the sugar scrub it sounded like a doctor scrubbing for surgery. She said it was rough and hurried. She said it felt like he was going to rub her tattoo off. Im on the fence whether or not we will return.

Best place to get a massage. Recently went on Sunday. Quick easy service. Highly recommend. Great massage so relaxing and definitely worth it. Highly recommend Zoie. She did an outstanding job. Definitely felt relaxed. Would definitely go back.

For being my first facial, I couldn’t have asked for a better esthetician! Shela talked me through everything but also made the hour as pleasant as possible and made me feel as if she were a friend. Absolutely coming back!

My husband and I did a sauna-massage-facial package and loved it. The lobby is welcoming, the private sauna was very relaxing and both services were great. We’ve already rebooked.

I’ve had facials from both Sarah and Sheila. They are two of the best in the business! I would strongly recommend booking your facial at massage green spa! It is a very relaxing and welcoming enviroment. They also have some of the best skincare.

I want to start off by saying this place has a great relaxing environment. Overall I was happy with my experience at this location. My one complaint and the reason why I am giving it 3 Stars is because I paid a $30 up charge to have a deep tissue massage and while the massage was relaxing and thorough, it was not a deep tissue massage. I left feeling as though I should have just paid for the regular massage intro session rather than the $90 deep tissue. I am a male and do a fair amount of heavy weight lifting which may be why I feel it did not live up to my expectations.

The staff is very professional and personal. They began to remember me after my second visit. The atmosphere is very relaxing as soon as you walk in. They have complimentary lemon water by an inviting fireplace. I have had both a facial and multiple massages and both were incredible. The facial esthetician offered the products after I asked what she used (since they do sell the skincare line they use during the facials) but was never pushy. She said my skin was very healthy and whatever I was doing was fine and to maybe use a mask more often. The massages are WONDERFUL. I have had a few different therapists, male and female, and they are professional and polite. They give recommendations that may help me since sit at a desk everyday 9-6 and ways to stretch out and help my body. Definitely the highlight of my month since I signed up for their membership program. Worth it! No contract and can cancel at any time.

The member plan is great. Some therapists are better than others but overall great quality and good customer service!

I have visited this Spa several times in the past for deep tissue massages and have always had a 5 star experience. The staff is very professional and attentive and the atmosphere is very calm and comfortable. Please note, the ONLY reason I dont visit more often is because I live in Parker and the commute makes it difficult. Most recently I had a deep tissue massage with a new massage therapist Becca and to say I was impressed is an understatement. As a competitive athlete, massages are part of my normal health regime and Ive had a multitude of therapists work on me. I can say Becca stood out as a therapist that combined intense knowledge and hands on experience, with dynamic message methodologies! The outcome was immediate and positive results in increased flexibility, circulation and pain management. I can go on and on...but let me end by saying I am yet again impressed by this Massage Green Spa and their grade A services!

This started out as a 3 star review a week ago after I received a disappointing massage. The spa manager contacted me several times to get more information and they gave me a complimentary massage with a therapist better suited to my specific needs. Ive been very impressed with how they handled a bad experience and the lengths they went to make it better, the complimentary massage was incredible. I will absolutely continue my membership with Massage Green Spa!

First off we had a mix up on scheduling, had to fight not to completely loose out on a $180 Groupon. Once we finally agreed to pay $25 per person for our couples massage we got scheduled. When time to go back they didn’t have us down as a couple, quick fix and grabbed another masseuse. My massage was more like a rub down of lotion, totally lame, even though I said I prefer a firm and deep massage. My husband received a very deep massage so much so he is now in pain...and his female masseuse left with a whisper in his ear at the end of his massage. Pretty odd left him feeling uncomfortable. Completely unprofessional from first encounter until last. We will never return! I advise you go else where.We we’re not offered or directed to the infrared spa. My gal was nice enough and I definitely did not say my massage was excellent, I was polite to a polite person. My husband expressed his experience in detail after we left the building. I tipped well over 25% of full price because I have worked in the service industry and understand it’s how you make ends meet. You on the other have been rude, unpleasant, unprofessional through all mix ups on our end and on your end. There were both. I have read countless reviews expressing the same experience with you Ivy! This is a very honest review and I really hope other read it and your snide response and think twice before choosing this as their spa.

Ivy and her team provide stellar service and provide quality massages. Thank you for coming into Snooze and taking care of my wife Alicia! Truly appreciate how you all treat people. TJ was so gentle and he made my first massage feel so wonderful! And Trevor at the front desk was so nice, he was able to squeeze me in when there was a cancellation. I’ll definitely be back next time I need a massage!

This is a wonderful spa. Sauna and facial services as well. I have been to several places in the area and this has the most consistent service. Clean bathrooms also. Membership price is very reasonable and therapists are good at their job (Ive had 2 different ones-one male one female) and listen to what you want them to do. Only negative is you only get 50-55 mins hands on per hour.

I purchased a massage and facial for my wife here after she went previously and had such a great experience. This time the massage therapists nails were so long my wife has scratches on her body. Also, she requested that during the facial they not touch her eyebrows. This request was ignored. She had a terrible experience and will never return.

Amazing Experience! Salon was peaceful, receptionist was very friendly and my massage therapist was INGREDIBLE! I have 3 kids and he could tell with every knot and he did a great job working them out. I definitely had to get a membership!!

Massage Green is awesome they have comfortable massage bed, an infrared sauna, relaxing atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. Garret is a great massage therapist, his technique is awesome to working out my knotted muscles.

Meh. I had the facial and hourlong massage. The facial with Sarah was fabulous! She relaxed me and had my skin glowing. However, I had one of the worst massages I’ve ever had with Michael. It was awful! I told him I wanted a stress relieving massage, but for some reason he spent an inordinate amount of timemassaging my glutes. Last time I checked, people don’t keep a lot stress or tension there. I am not saying he was inappropriate in any way- but I am saying he seemed really inexperienced and ineffective. He managed to press too hard and not hard enough all in the same massage. I can’t remember ever being ready to get up from a massage early before this one. Front desk asked me how everything was and I told them the massage was terrible. The reaction was basically “oh well that’s too bad.” Apparently customer service isn’t an issue once you’ve paid. Needless to say, I won’t be going back here.

Listened to my needs (trigger points for some tough knots in my shoulders) and was able to be gentle in an overly inflamed area as requested. Always grateful when I get a highly skilled therapist!! In addition ... I received a facial from a very knowledgeable esthetician ... Left feeling refreshed and in much less pain! Skin is our largest organ ... Take care of it!!! Thanks!! I have been coming here for the past two months. I love using the infrared sauna and get a good detox sweat every week! The spa is very clean and has a friendly atmosphere. The owner is super nice to chat with and the frint desk staff is friendly as well.I had a great massage with cbd enhancement; my therapist was really accomodating. I highly recommend to try this spa.

I cant say enough good things about this place. The customer service is exceptional! I found this place using Groupon but after my first experience I was dedicated to stay here. Megan is a fantastic massage therapist who truly works on your desired location as well as provides relaxation to the rest of your body, I have used her twice now and cant wait for the next time! I highly recommend her as well as place!!!

I got a massage membership here in March and love it here. I see Caitlyn. She is amazing! I have also used some of the other massage therapist as well, and every experience has been perfect. The atmosphere and energy is great as soon as you walk in the door, and the prices are affordable. I wouldnt go anywhere else! Thanks massage green spa for your great services!

The atmosphere and massages are great, however it’s impossible to book an appointment. They rarely have openings for working professionals (evenings and weekends). And they are often unreliable. I’ve had my last two appointments cancelled on me at the last minute. I showed up for this last one for a morning appointment to find out that they moved it to the afternoon without calling or emailing me. Unfortunately, my schedule does not allow for this flexibility for massages. If you have a tight schedule, I’d say this is not the place for a monthly membership.

We were not treated well here. There were a number of misunderstandings and failings on both our end and theirs. If communication goes smoothly, maybe theyre great. But that was not my and my wifes experience. Also, dont expect a massage anywhere if youre pregnant unless you specifically bring this up beforehand.

I have been a member of Massage Green Spa in Thornton, CO for many years. I have never had a bad experience. Every staff member is friendly, knowledgeable, extremely professional and offer exceptional customer service. I have recommended this spa to others and will continue to do so!!

Ive had a few prenatal massages here, the massages are okay... But they lie to you about time and when we confronted them about it they majorly back peddled and defended themselves. The fact of the matter is if you book a 1 hour full body massage and your appointment is at 2 in the afternoon you will be out of there by 3 regardless of when they actually start massaging you. Both times for me this ended up being about 40-45 minutes of actual massage regardless of the fact that I showed up early to both appointments. When I asked about why this was they told me that an hour massage is 50 minutes hands on and thats just the way it is... Too bad both of my massages werent even that long. It just feels like false advertising to me.

My wife and I booked a couples massage here. We were scheduled for Monday at 7:00 pm and when we showed up, they said no it’s on Wednesday at 7:00pm. 1st offense. When we actually got our massages, the guy working on me said he was an “award winning therapist” and proceeded to give me the worst massage I’ve ever had! He was pushing so hard that I was squirming and saying ouch, and he told me to “just breathe through it”. I tried to tough through the pain afterwards, but was forced to go to the ER when I started having shooting pains in my knee and it swelled to 3 times it’s size. He damaged the joint capsule. I had to have my knee tapped, and am now on crutches and in an immobilization brace. I have an appointment with the orthopedic surgeon next week to do a full work up and see how bad the damage is. Do not go here! They don’t listen when you tell them it hurts, and cause serious damage!

WASTE OF $250. Just went here tonight with a Groupon and was told upon arrival that our Groupon had already been used. We had an original appointment 2 weeks ago, and when I called to confirm... they said our appointment wasnt in their system. We then proceeded to schedule a new appointment for tonight. When we showed up today, they told us that we were a no-show 2 weeks ago and they took away our entire Groupon. WHY would ANYONE spend $250 and then not show up for the appointment? Highly suggest going elsewhere for a massage.

If you believe the customer is always right, take your business elsewhere. This business location revoked my Groupon because I showed up for my appointment at the time indicated by their email reminder system. Apparently, I was one hour late—even after forwarding the deceptive email as proof of the misunderstanding. I lost $90 over this misleading email.The receptionists seem to have their manners and wits about them, but the business owner is a crook. She told the receptionist over the phone to deliver the bad news and didn’t offer to speak to us herself. Later that evening, we sent an email pleading for mercy and explaining the mix-up, but she didn’t respond until 10 DAYS later. And, to add more insult to injury, she refused to shoulder any blame whatsoever. She did claim, however, that the receptionist was sympathetic and offered to give up his free monthly massage. I greatly appreciated the offer, but 1) it didn’t cover the money we lost, 2) I could never take advantage of a well-meaning employee when the owner should clearly take reparative action on the business’ behalf, and 3) I couldn’t possibly give this woman any more money on good conscience. I don’t suggest supporting a business that doesn’t have its customers’ interests at heart. I’m boycotting the brand because of this upsetting experience and I’m telling everyone I know (only after cooling off for several weeks). Please don’t go to this location. Pay someone more deserving of your hard-earned money. But, if you must go to them, don’t trust their emails! Call them.

Excellent massage therapists. Front desk did a good job matching my needs with the right therapist. Comfortable waiting area. Not pushy with packages when I received a single massage gift for Christmas.

Good deal if you need/want monthly massages and want to save some money. Quality of work is quite a bit lower than a spa, but to be expected for price point. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

After trying to recover from an auto accident, I tried to go back to full work schedule. I seriously over did it, I needed in quick.I went in with so much pain and tightness, and left feeling so much better.My therapist knew exactly how to take care of a hairstylist area needs.I bought a membership to go every month now.

Made an appointment 2 days in advance for massages for my wife and I. We arrived 25 min before our appointment to check in. We were told that there was only an appointment for one, which I know for a fact I made an appointment for 2 as my wife was sitting with me when I called. They said there was a note that there was supposed to be 2 appointments on the account but the second appointment was never scheduled. They wasted our time and offered no solution, we won’t be back.

The merchant does not respect committed scheduling. They decide not to answer the phone. They choose not to treat Groupon customers, like regular customers. They cancel committed appointments and lie about scheduling to benefit other clientele. Please, steer clear of this neglectful business!

This place has the worst manager ever!!! I’ve been a customer for over 2 years. I’ve always received a call to remind me about my appointment. Well I had no call, and when I called to ask why, the manager Ivy said they didn’t have to. That’s poor customer service. Instead of admitting they messed up and there was a miscommunication. Hopefully Ivy, doesn’t lose the company to many customers. Or she might be looking for a job soon. You’d think she’d be in a good mood since she just returned to work, I guyshe hates her job.

Just had a couples massage today with my husband and it was wonderful facility was very clean and welcoming both of our therapists were awsome very sweet and professional and was consist with medium pressure the whole 90min the sauna was great and relaxing, robes are super soft we have been to a few 5 star luxury spas before so was a little bit nervous trying this smaller one out but they did amazing did not feel rushed at all we will definitely go back again..Just had our second couples massage today and everything was great super professional and very clean we decided to go ahead and do the membermemb because we love it there staff has been so amazing and super nice to us.

Terrible customer service. Will often make mistakes on your bills to charge you extra and not take any accountability for it. Highly recommend one of the many other competitors nearby.
