Absolutely love this store I tell everyone about it !! I live off of Colo and Colfax and I travel by bus to come here it’s worth it!! The staff are excellent! The selection is excellent! Shout out to the whole crew there for killing the game !!!

I love this store! Everyone here is always super friendly, helpful with recommendations and patient when waiting for customers to decide what they want. Prices are terrific. I have no plans to go anywhere else!

These guys are always really nice, and they feed my puppy dozens of treats (this is definitely her favorite vape shop). Other than that, I used to manage a chain of vape shops, and their prices are more competitive than any store in the area. This is the only place I go. Thanks guys!

Been to this shop quite a number of times. This was recommended by another smoke shop in Boulder and I absolutely recommend coming here. The staff are always exceptionally kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices here cant be beaten either, everything is priced very competitively and they offer a cash rewards system as well.Definitely give this place a shot if you havent, you wont regret it. Every single time I come in here they are super nice to me. I bought a Cali plus that ran out in about 20 hits (supposed to have 1,500) and I went to talk to them about it and I received a new vape. The guy with the fantastic haircut always takes care of me with no hesitation. These people are fantastic and I will not be shopping anywhere else as long as they are in business!

By far Puffs is THE BEST smoke shop in all the Denver metro area. Ive been to quite a few shops but none can compare to the prices and service. Shadi and/or Fadi always help me when I come in. They are twin brothers and always greet with a warm welcome! They are both very helpful and take the time to explain everything very thoroughly.... And oh do I have questions!!! I buy everything from cbd, kratom, cali max, and vaporizers! This place has a great atmosphere and these brothers are truly kind! I would highly recommend!

I have been in many vape shops and this one is the best so far! The men who work here know everything about their products and are more knowledgeable than any place I have been. They are super friendly and take the time to know my wife, dog and myself by name and know all of our favorite products. One time they saved the last strawberry flavor juice for me knowing that it was my favorite!! Five stars!!

A+ smoke shop!! I would highly recommend this shop to any and everyone. The man working the store was extremely helpful and was happy to answer all our our questions. His customer service skills blew every other shop Ive been to out of the water. He was very knowledgeable on all pieces and had them out for VERY fair prices. Not only that but they are hand picking the pieces & products brought in to ensure they are top quality for their customers, AND they are carrying parts for them should they sell you something and it break (like a coil). To me, that is a huge selling point that if I buy, say a vape here, I can come back and replace the coil here vs trying to hunt one down.So many out there will just try to sell you whatever they can regardless of quality of the products, definitely NOT this one!! We will most definitely be coming back and will be referring people in wherever there is a chance!

Great shop variety an prices but where are shadi an fadi? I cant b the only one who became a regular because of these two. So now that they are not there an no one seems to know where they are. The shop is not exactly close to my home. So i travel for the variety, prices an the customer service (the main reason) so i buy 3-5 disposables plus other stuff but told try the disposables before u leave or we cant exchange them if they dont work. Why would i open 5 disposables at once. Didnt used to b a problem.

Sold me a bong with a bowl that didn’t work with it. Then told me on the phone I could exchange the bowl. But, tried to charge me for their mistake when I came into the store and couldn’t be bothered to listen to anything I said. Avoid this place unless you enjoy having your money and time wasted while they treat you like a child.

Asked for mango juice flavors and was immediately shown 3 different brands, why they were differnt from each other and if one was menthol or not. Also bought a nectar collector and was shown the features of the accessories that come with it and sold within a minute. Super friendly, quick and efficient service. 10/10
