The manager here will go above and beyond for her customers,I have very mixed reviews about this place though. The young man she has working there CLEARLY has an attitude problem and that alone makes me want to shop somewhere else

I NEVER leave reviews online!! However, I was so pleased with Just Vape I absolutely have to give credit when due. I just moved to Brunswick and didn’t know where to shop for my vaping needs. So I googled. First and foremost, their customer service is exceptional. I called in several times before visiting and they didn’t rush me off the phone…they were eager to help and patient with me. Upon arrival, they were quick and pleasant and had the exact products I needed! They now have a permanent customer. Thank you Just Vape!!!

I had a situation with needing a replacement from one of the employees here, I wrote a review on how unhappy that made me. The owner has went out of their way to contact me personally to apologize for the situation, he truly seems like he cares about the customers & Insisted to give me a free replacement but I appreciated how much he cared on the situation to reach out and apologize, so that’s more than enough for me and no replacement is needed. Overall this place has good customer service and I’ll definitely be back!

Simply the best products in town! Great prices; and the workers make you feel welcome and very knowledgeable on entire stock. Been coming for yrs and it has become a gem!

Casey was super helpful, kind, and personable. We stopped in here after an online order from elsewhere went missing and we were very impressed with the customer service and knowledge. He also offered to let us sit in the store when we got locked out of our car in the middle of winter, which was awesome of him to do! We will definitely be returning here instead of shopping online. Highly recommend!

Went in today and met Casey, he was super polite, professional and very helpful with us picking a disposable, yet rechargeable Delta-8 device! Definitely found our new vape shop! Great service, selection, and prices! Thanks again Casey!!

Just vape has the best prices in their area as well as the biggest variety so many choice between all the different manufacturers... great genuine people. Best bang for your buck

I was at the shop today at 10:05 am today and they are supposed to open at 10:00 am. Some irresponsible kid must have had a late night last night. It’s your fiduciary duty to the public and your customers to honor your hours. Unprofessional

I went to Just Vapes in Brunswick Ohio. The man behind the counter was awesome. He was so nice and friendly truly knowledgeable in the products. He helped me choose the exact vape and juice he thought I would like. He was absolutely correct. I Love my new smok vape. I’m definitely going to JUST VAPE for all my needs.

Knowledgeable staff, clean and neat store.As an aside, I’m honestly shocked the products available to us, without prescriptions or being illegally sought, aren’t resulting in more automobile accidents! 😂😂😂I personally don’t enjoy that THC feeling, however, it really is quite effective on my physical ailments.

KC is the absolute man. I left a bad review and they immidiatly remedied my problem. Would recommend to all. Has the vibes of a family business the way they take care of ya.

This was the first vape shop Ive ever been to, and couldnt have been happier with the helpful customer service. They set me up with a great kit, then let me try out a bunch of flavors. Real nice place, real nice people. I highly recommend checking it out.

Have been a customer for about the last year and was very satisfied. However, the viscosity of liquids, taste, and prices have become very inconsistent over the last couple of months. Time to try somewhere else.

Friendly and quick service! They are the only place Ive found to carry The Custard Shoppe line of e-juice. Will continue coming back for that reason! P.S. I live in Mansfield, OH!

This place is great. I checked out their Brunswick store for the first time when they held a vape meet. Really nice looking store!They have a wide selection of house brand juice and the flavors are awesome. They have two separate lines, a traditional line thats better for clearomizers and another line of juices for RDAs. They also carry a wide selection of gourmet juices (I saw Charlies Chalk Dust, Twelve, Space Jam, Cutwood, and more). Their hardware selection is actually pretty decent. They seem to always have the latest Kanger product as soon as it is released. I picked up a bottle of something called Alien Piss, I dont know...but it was amazing. I cant even remember what the flavor profile was but its bangin.I purchased my Smok TFV4 from them and I love it. Their location is really convenient. They even let you try all the juices at their juice bar which is neat. You dont have to commit to a bottle until youve tried it, which is something I value immensely.

Casey always knows what I want when I walk into the store, he remembers what I usually get. Store is extremely clean and well organized.

Fantastic new shop, Im in Brunswick all the time and I use to go to Radical when Im up here, or House Of Vapes in Strongsville, but I think Ive got a new favorite. Looking forward to becoming a regular!
