When in looking for vapes and Bought two vapes and this urb vape after the owner explained that everyone was buying those but it hadnt worked since opening it and he wont refund or exchange took and lost of 70 bucks here

Very good place to buy all your vape needs I’ve been in this store several times and didn’t spend any money at all just checking it out the guy treated me as if I had been a customer for years went in tonight to buy something and right as I walked through the door he says oh hey buddy good to have you back that’s great customer service this man is full of knowledge as well and will most definitely point you in the right path to make you a very happy customer I will definitely be doing all my business with these guys from now on this is how you get repeat customers with great service like what these people give you if your thinking of a new shop to try give them a shot you will not be disappointed at all

From the first time I visited, this staff have been incredibly customer service oriented and so friendly! Their prices are very good and selection is great too! I exclusively go to just Tailgate now and have now for months. Ash, his wife and younger lady associate all have a very inviting attitude and will always go beyond their service to make sure you’re happy.

My first visit…The lady who worked behind the counter was very sweet, only reason I gave a star. However I bought a Bic lighter holder. As soon as I purchased it, it broke. So my husband went right back and she said they’re for the smaller lighters… it stated for Bics, but wish I knew before purchasing before sincebe shopping her again. Apparently she’s going to put a sign up 🤷🏽‍♀️Other local smoke shops would’ve rectified the situation, apparently these pop up over night vape shops… I’ll stick with my regulars.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the most welcoming man Ive seen in a smoke shop. The owner was extremely knowledgeable on his products and recommended me a few things that I now buy regularly. He even gave me a free water. Dont see myself shopping anywhere else anytime soon

Today I visit the Tailgate Smoke N Vape Shop on Villa Maria across from the McDonalds. Very pleasant experience. Seema was very kind and knew the products well. Plus they have the lowest prices in town. Im glad I came by.
