I had an amazing facial with Isabel! She was so welcoming and really educated me on the products she was using and how they’d benefit my skin. I left feeling a million times better and I will absolutely be back!!

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed here for 3 years. Jackie is always welcoming and friendly and pays a lot of attention to detail. I had tried 3-4 places before I found this place as I am very picky with eyebrow waxing, but Jackie always does an amazing job. She also gave me a relaxing and rejuvenating facial a few weeks before my wedding last year and recommended a face mask to wear the morning of my wedding. I highly recommend this spa! Every experience here has been fantastic!

I had an excellent massage today. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and the massage therapist reviewed my intake form with me before starting. She was very thorough and I left feeling very relaxed. I cannot wait to return there next month!!

Ive been seeing Jackie for over 5 years for my facials! Shes professional, knowledgeable, and has a healing gift with her hands. Some spas are too clinical and no pamper. With Jackie, she not only knows her science and skin, but she can make you melt in your table with her messages. Im in my mid-thirties and get complimented on my skin all the time (no botox). She keeps me youthful looking. Thank you, Jackie XO.

My bridal party and I were so pampered at the Tres Aurae salon! Nails, hair, and makeup! Everything turned out amazing and their service is exceptional. The morning of my wedding they even had a table set up and all decorated for us to have breakfast/brunch set up on. I felt my prettiest the day of my wedding thanks to them. All the girls are so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were also super convenient because they are located within the Wyndham Garden Hotel which is where I stayed and my hotel block was set up. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I have been coming here the last few years for couples massage. The therapists do a great job. They listen to us and adjust the pressure as needed and always address any areas we mention that need attention. The lady at the front desk is friendly and helpful. The massage room is very relaxing. We have not used the other services yet, but I definitely recommend them for massage

Took my husband for a massage and he didn’t enjoy it. I asked him what he didn’t like. He told me he informed the lady that he only wanted his neck and shoulders massage. He said she start rubbing his back deep and he start feeling pain he didn’t have before. Then he said the lady tried to massage his buttocks and he had to tell her more than once to stop. Now he keep complaining his whole back hurting. I was disappointed that his birthday gift wasn’t a great experience.

I unfortunately have to edit my review based on my most recent experience here. I wanted to utilize their 15% off birthday offer so I booked a massage via email. The booking person was very easy to work with and super friendly. She did let me know that the masseuse I had requested, Brandon, no longer worked there but that they had many other great massage therapists. She recommended Jehrin and said he was incredible and came highly recommended. I wish I had not listened to this recommendation because it was without a doubt the worst massage Ive ever had. I left more stressed than when I came in because I spent too much money on a 50 minute swedish massage that did NOT feel like a swedish massage and did not leave me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I have had dozens of swedish massages and this was unlike any other massage Ive ever received. They all differ slightly but this was not even close to a swedish massage. He moved so fast that it felt like he was racing against time to reach my whole body. The strokes were so fast and hard that it was impossible to relax. It felt like he was just oiling me up and not actually massaging anything. His technique was truly bizarre - thats the only way to put it. Im not sure how Jehrin was trained but it was not a swedish massage. He did let me know to let him know if the pressure was too much, but I was afraid to say something because at times the pressure was not enough and other times it was way too hard. Regardless of the pressure though, the massage just felt ridiculous. No part of it felt good and I was visibly annoyed leaving which the receptionist did not pick up on when she asked how my massage was. I said ehh, okay because I didnt want to insult Jehrin but it was truly a horrible experience. Im not sure why he came so highly recommended when he didnt even perform the service I paid for. It felt a lot more like a deep tissue massage but was truly so bizarre that I cant even qualify it as that. His pace and technique was almost like he was rolling pizza dough to get it flat. Im not sure how else to describe it other than that. Needless to say I dont think Ill be returning if thats who they recommend as one of their best massage therapists. Very disappointed over this experience. I had even put on my intake sheet that my main purpose was relaxation - which typically means the massage therapist will do long, even, slow strokes to help you relax. This was not that.Past review:A friend bought a gift certificate for here so I decided to book myself an 80 minute massage. Booking was very easy and they were very accommodating when I called to let them know I needed to either move my service up 15 minutes or shorten the service because I had a commitment afterwards. The woman (i forget her name unfortunately) who checked me in and cashed me out was so warm and friendly. She felt bad because she knew I was in a time crunch and my masseuse, Brandon, was running about 15 minutes behind schedule. She was kind enough to comp my extra time since she knew I was worried about it. The service here was just fantastic and I really appreciate that. My massage by Brandon was SO relaxing - one of the best I have had in a while. I did say on my intake sheet that I wanted my hands & feet focused on as well as my neck and shoulders and I was disappointed that I didnt get any hand massage and only got a foot massage with hot towels, but otherwise the rest of the massage was amazing. I would definitely get another massage from Brandon. He worked the tension out of my neck and shoulders and gave me some recommendations to help avoid some of the tension. The spa itself was relaxing and inviting. I wish I had had time to enjoy the hotel jacuzzi afterwards though (next time for sure!).

I cannot say enough about this spa. Pure heaven. I have been seeing Jackie for 3 years and my face looks 10 years younger. She’s honest and will let you know what works and what doesn’t. I have also had a few massages and must say, those are top notch as well. Highly recommended

For our anniversary, My husband and I got couples massages here to treat ourselves. The experience was absolute heaven. I have lower back and hip pain due to an old injury and this massage made me feel better than I have in years! We both loved every second of it and plan to start making massages at Tres Aurae a regular part of our self-care! ❤️

I cannot say enough good things about my experience and Stephanie, my masseuse. I had an hour massage and after we talked about what I wanted to concentrate on she got right to work. For everything I had going on and needed to have done she said I probably needed an 90 minute massage, which I agreed with but they didnt have available on short notice.The massage was one of the best I have ever had. Stephanie was phenomenal getting out all of the knots in my back. There is absolutely no doubt I will be back so she can concentrate on my whole body next time.

The top sheet was dirty, you could see the oil stains all over probably from previous customers. I raised the hygienic and sanitary concerns to Stephanie my masseuse, first red flag, she reluctantly changed the sheet.The massage only lasted about 41min although I was charged for an hour.My appointment was at 2:45PM, I called in late, i got there at 2:51PM, we ultimately started at 3:02PM, it was over at 3:43PM. AT BEST I HAD 40 MIN WORTH OF .MASSAGE.The massage itself was horrible. I requested a deep tissue massage, I advised the masseuse that I needed special attention on my lower back and feet. She did not listen nor provide specific cares to these areas. In addition she crushed my upper back, my neck, I have bruises, discomfort and pain three days later. I still left a tip because I was raised like this.Truthfully, I think the spa center should give me a credit to make it right to me.Julie in the other hand was professional and accommodating. The spa itself is very nice with amazing features like their pool, shower...I will willingly give it another try, before giving it away for good.

I received a massage, i was pretty uncomfortable the whole time due to the fact it was very new age/reki filled and it went against my beliefs and I had a few scratches on me after/ the oil was very unpleasant smelling. I did not want to be rude because the lady was nice so i did pay for the service and tipped because she did complete the service, but i wish i would’ve known beforehand because i would have not went. If you’re into the new age stuff you might like it though.

Jacqueline did my facial and she was awesome! Very knowledgeable and kind! Double checked the ingredients due to my allergies & was nice enough to walk me through the process! Brandon did my massage & was very great! Will definitely be booking another appointment here! :)

If I could give ten stars, I would.I’ve never had a bad experience here. All the staff are super friendly and treat you like old friends. I’ve come here for massages for years, and today I had my first facial. All the staff are spectacular, but Candie is now my go-to massage therapist and esthetician. I feel so refreshed, physically and mentally, after seeing her.If you’re considering a spa service, call Tres Aurae. They’re worth it.

Went for a facial and massage with my spouse. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed, Julie was at the front desk and her lovely personality immediately made us feel comfortable. Jacqueline did my facial, which felt like a gift from the gods, she was very knowledgeable and her room was beyond relaxing. Our masseuse was a male, I unfortunately did not get his name but is was a great experience. Overall I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, not a great experience with our massage. We left feeling worse than when we came in.The areas we mentioned weren’t focused on and quite frankly, I’m not even sure my muscles were massaged… maybe rubbed at best.

My wife and I booked a couples massage here after seeing all the wonderful reviews. Booking was very easy, and when we talked over the phone it felt very reassuring. This continued when we arrived to the spa! The receptionist was very nice and welcoming.When it came to the massages I had a deep tissue massage by Raynette. Raynette did an amazing job and eased up a lot of the tension that I had in the exact locations that I had described.My wife had a regular massage done by Brandon and in her words “felt like she was in a different world after the massage”.Both massages were great and the staff was very friendly even when we came at the very end of the workday!Highly recommend!

I ALWAYS love a good massage! My husband started getting me gift certificates to use for here just a couple years ago when he heard that it was “THE” best place in town for massages. Well he was absolute right! The first massage I had here was a hot stone massage, which I’ve never had before. It was the best massage of my life.You should definitely take advantage of the free use of the pool and hot tub attached to the hotel! My first time there they asked if I was going, I told them I had no idea so that was a bummer. My second time I totally forgot about it, and the last time I was actually prepared but it was like pool temperature, so not relaxing at all. I told one of the therapists and she said she didn’t have anyone right after me so she told me I could let it heat up for another 15 min and “be late” to the appointment. That was very nice of her, but it still didn’t do much for me at that point.They do offer you coffee, tea or water before your treatment as well, so that’s pretty nice!The last time I was there (same day as the hot tub incident) they had to cancel my massage as he was sick, so I just had my scheduled facial. It was nice to save a little money, and at least a facial comes with an upper back, neck and scalp massage. Writing this review make me want to book an appointment ASAP!

I have recommended this spot to a number of my friends and they have all left completely thrilled. Julie, at the front, is so friendly and always on top of things - she makes sure I never feel like an inconvenience even if Im running a little late. I love the gel manicures I get from Marta - I havent been able to find anything that comes close to her level of skill and attention to detail (so now I dont go anywhere else). Shes warm and engaging and even the employees that I dont work with directly have never been anything but sweet and welcoming. I highly highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a lovely group of people in a comfortable environment where the work is completely pristine.

I was looking to surprise my boyfriend with a spa day for our anniversary but was really struggling to find a spa open on Sundays. Luckily the manager (I believe her name was Julie) was able to fit our massages in last minute and was extremely helpful. I got a 30 minute massage from Stephanie who was very sweet and the massage was wonderful. Very relaxing and gentle but still spent some extra time working out some big knots I had. I will definitely be back.Added bonus: You can use the Hotels Jacuzzi and pool at no extra charge.

I booked a couples massage here and we had a very good experience. Receptionist was friendly and inviting. The spa was very clean inside. Brandon performed my massage and it was absolutely amazing! He helped stretch some areas that were tight, really listened and addressed my problem areas. After he even gave me some tips on streching I can do at home. My husband had Stephanie for a deep tissue massage, he said it was overall a good experience but said it felt more like a regular massage than the deep tissue that he would have preferred. But that it was a good massage and that he enjoyed it. I definitely would reccomend!

We enjoyed a very relaxing and amazing facial at Tres Aurae. Our aesthetician was kind, informative, attentive and also gave a great massage during our service. The products used were one of the best Ive had in a facial. My skin felt nourished and glowed for days! Highly recommend this spa, Ill be coming back for all of their other services.

I always love my visits to the Tres Aurae Spa. Relocating to Buffalo/ Williamsville from out of state, and having very high standards made it difficult to find a nail salon that did my nails perfectly. Other places made me feel rushed, or did a sloppy job on my cuticules, or they wouldn’t take the time to make sure the polish was all the way to the edges of the sides of your nails or would file after they finished gel (weakening it so it doesn’t last as long!!). My first manicure with Marta lasted over 3 weeks, with no chips or issues. I was impressed. Since then I’ve had both gel and regular polish, and they even ordered a new color they thought I would love (I do, and I was touched by the thoughtfulness). The staff is always welcoming and make me feel as though they truly value my business. I am already excited about my next manicure in 2 weeks!

My fiancé and I just got a couples a massage! This was both of our first times at a massage and we are highlyimpressed! We needed this badly and now feel like we’re walking on clouds. Highly recommend this place

I went for facials with my mom. From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and attentive. We both had wonderful aestheticians. They both took the time to understand our skin issues and to customized the experience based on our needs. My aesthetician was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips of what I could do to improve my skin. Thank you for the great service.

This was the worst massage Ive ever received. The masseuse didnt read our health profiles and gawked at my friends psoriasis on her legs and asked if it was contagious. How humiliating. I was so angry and embarrassed. The massage was also just sub par. Not enough pressure. The hotel pool and hot tub were so heavily chlorinated we couldnt open our eyes when we got in and close to the water. We were so disappointed. I will never return.

I went to this spa for a massage and Steph was amazing! She was very friendly and did her job well. When I came out my husband said I was walking like a whole person again. I have a lot of knots and I saw how she got rid of the big ones for me. If I lived in Buffalo I would totally be visiting her regularly.The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Sorry I didnt get her name.Steph, thank you so much! Tres Aurae Spa is the absolute best! After several experiences with other spas that were lackluster at best, I tried Tres Aurae and that was 2 years ago! Everything from eyebrow threading, to pedicures, to facials and massages - they do it all and they do it all fabulously!

My first spa experience, was really awesome here. The masseuse, Michelle, must have more then 2 hands, it felt amazing. Definitely dont hesitate to go and have an awesome experience.

Cancelled on us last minute after days of preparing us for a couples massage. Very unprofessional and would not recommend cancelled my and my girlfriends whole valentines day plans.
