Spa 400 is simply wonderful! I have had massages from Sara H. Long before she started working there. She listens to what is ailing me and does her magic and I leave feeling absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend going there!

Lynns foot reflexology session was incredible. It was my first time but definitely not my last. It was recommended to me by a friend and described as a foot massage but not really a massage. She was right. Its hard to explain but definitely worth every penny.

It was amazing! I have never had a massage before and Sarah was awesome and so thoughtful. Cant wait for the next one.

I dont know about regular insurance but I know for workmans comp wise I would never go back to this place they dont care about you the massage therapist was great but the rest of the place forget about it Youre better off and not going at all

I just got off the phone with front desk after trying to schedule a spa special online. Very rude personnel. Ill use my gift card and wont be back after that. I *used* to like going there.

My first experience...my mind went to places I didnt expect but I really enjoyed it!

The massage therapy is ok, only thing that rubs me the wrong way is that you pay for an hour, but usually end up getting 50 minutes or less. They usually take you back 5-15 minutes late and even if you get undressed fast, youre starting late. And they always end right on time as if they started on time. If they started 10 minutes late then they should end 10 minutes late. This is just common sense, but Ive had this issue on every visit of mine. Probably wont bother anymore

Honestly, the best massages I have ever had in my life have all been at Spa 400. I have been a massage therapist since 1995, so I have had MANY massages and know exactly what I am looking for......and I have ALWAYS been able to have those perfect massages at Spa 400. A special shout out needs to go to Chelsea and Jeannette, because they are both extraordinary with the deep tissue massages.Also, since I read some of the other reviews, I have no idea what their issues have been with the front desk. The front desk staff have been consistently professional, extremely organized and genuinely welcoming.

Luda is the best. My skin always looks great. She tailors your treatment to your needs. Nice rooms and beds.

I began going to the spa based on someone I met. I am rehabbing my neck, shoulders and arms after a spine fusion. The facia is giving me pain. My first Spa 400 appointment was with Stephanie. I had a medical massage and she helped break down the tension in my muscle in the neck. Of course the next day is always a little difficult but I think she put me on a path to rehabilitation.Each week I have an overwhelming sense of calm and find the tension beginning to break down. The Spa itself is beautiful as well. Kind and friendly staff, facilities are clean and very comfortable. I used to think of massage as a frill but now I know its significance is far deeper in my rehabilitation. Go and experience their service, the are definately worth your time!

So. Im going to start by saying I went here for a little over a year, once a week for massage therapy. I loved it.I loved it so much that I wanted to gift a massage to my husband for Christmas with one of my favorite therapists.I booked two appointments at the same time, one for him and one for me in November for January 7th. I specifically requested both therapists because I liked them and I knew them. The receptionist made sure that they marked out appts as 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 for confirmations, which I did get.We show up, check in and wait.My husbands therapist comes out and takes him back.About 15 minutes later, a lady walks out and calls my name, however, I have no idea who this person is. she explains to me that my therapist left early due to covid and that instead of calling me and telling me and giving me the option to cancel or come in, she decided she would just take over the appointment herself. She also mentioned that she did this because she saw it was for 2 appointments and not 1 and she didnt want to have to cancel both appointments. But its ok because shes the manager and has 15 years experience in massage therapy, so its ok. So I decided to give her a try. As I laid there on the table, I could feel her long nails scratch and dig into my back almost every 15-30 seconds. When were got home, my husband confirmed the scratches and U shaped dogs in my back. I explained to her about my injury and that I wanted her to concentrate on my upper body, both sides. That even though it was my right side that was injured, my left side has been compensating for my right, so it also hurts.She never touched my left side.I then began to think about why my initial therapist left. Because of covid. The manager said she just slid her last 3 appointments over to her schedule and let my therapist go home. So is she sick? Is her room compromised? Why are we in here? Now this is all I could think about.The massage, or back rub/scratching was finally over and when I came out, she gave me a nice glass of hot water. It was so hot, I couldnt drink it. Isnt it supposed to be cold?Prior to us coming in for the massages,I told my husband I wanted to tip these two good because I didnt when it was under no fault, but because they took my husband back first and did the old switch a roo on me, he didnt know I didnt have the therapist I requested, so he paid and tipped the wrong amount. I couldnt ask for the tip back, so unfortunately the manager, with WAY too long of nails to be giving massages, got a great tip.Normally I would go back but this is the manager. They didnt give ME, the customer the option on cancelling or not, they took that away. They didnt even tell me upon check in. They called me multiple times to confirm my appointment, but not once to let me know that the person who I specifically requested, had gone home. Not only that, but she didnt even do what I wanted. I paid for a massage, not a back scratch. This is why I had requested who I did and not who I didnt.I had to go get tested because of how vague they were about the covid.Disappointed is an under statement.

I never had skin issues until the last couple years. Ive been going to a dermatologist for a couple years now because of frequent breakouts, millia, and deep blemishes. They were NOT able to clear up my face the way Andrea has! She is AMAZING! The silk peel dermal infusion has been a game-changer, and I have found the most amazing skin care professional in Andrea. Shes so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Not only is the silk peel relaxing and rejuvenating, her facials are second-to-none! Beyond heavenly! I am a single mom and a teacher, but I make regular appointments with her to keep my face clear. It is worth every penny.

I signed in at 2:50 for a 3pm appointment. At 3:10 I asked when I was going to be called for my facial. Monica came out at 3:15 to talk to the receptionist. I overheard the receptionist say Vicky is here. Monica left the counter never spoke to me. At 3:20 I asked why I haven’t been taken yet. Monica then came out to say she was ready for me. 20 minutes late. My time is just as valuable as your is!!!

My therapist is amazing. The two girls at the front desk are very ignorant and unwelcoming. It ruins the whole visit. They even look miserable. They are not setting a good example for the company. I will be speaking to a supervisor.

I called to make an appointment and everything went fine for the first two minutes of the call (they had my name, a time that worked, and my phone number for confirmation) until I asked for email confirmation. The receptionist then insisted on placing me on a brief hold. About ten minutes of waiting later I had to hang up and clock back in to work because having a job is important. Later that day I received a phone message from the receptionist that I had not been added to the schedule due to a long line at the front desk and to please call back. Taking notes on a phone call is almost as easy as seeing someone is almost done on the phone and waiting patiently like a polite human who is about to get a very nice massage. Not impressed with the first impression of your staff or clientele. Very unprofessional. Why would I call back?

I recently experienced a Venus Freeze treatment performed by Luda. The results are remarkable. I have been on the HCG weight loss program and am happy that my weight is steadily going down, also offered at Invision Health, and the Venus Freeze has helped to tighten my skin in my areas of weight loss to provide a smoother appearance. Luda brings her vast expertise of over 20 years experience and her knowledge and caring are more than evident. She has multiple certifications and I look forward to future treatments with Luda to help me reach my goals.

This place is horrible about initial visits. Me doctor provided referral via fax they said its stuck in their fax system (a week later)... I brought it over myself. Then told them to call no fault advocate because thats all that needed to do. They said they will and will call me back to schedule. It has been 5 weeks and I have not gotten any phone call or any contact from them. Dont waste your time!!!

Horrible Experience!!!!!! I came in for a glycolic peel and the woman convinced me that a derma peel would benefit me more. SHE TRICKED ME. I saw no difference in my face. Its like I had absolutely nothing done. She lied about how my face would glow, and the texture of my face would be better. I took before and after pics and I looked the same. Everyone I knew said I looked the same. I called to complain and she didnt help me AT ALL. She said there is nothing I can do. She lied to me and tricked me. I wasted $50 on a stupid facial. DONT GO HERE. THEY ARE LIARS
