I was gifted a massage gift card to 3 little birds and couldn’t have been happier! Jessica did such an amazing job, was so friendly, inviting, professional, and easy to talk to. She made sure to ask what kind of pressure I liked, any concerns/problem areas, etc. She also checked in with me periodically to see how she was doing on pressure. I can tell that she really cares about her clients and that she wants to give them the best experience possible. She did an amazing job and I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Jess is amazing! I found her after having my second baby and wish Id known her during my pregnancies. I had terrible low back pain post-partum and when you give Jess a focus area, man does she fix you back up! She is truly talented and how good she is made me want to make massage a regular part of my week. Definitely add her to your routine - shell keep your body in great working order!

Jess is incredibly talented people!!! I first started getting prenatal massages by her in my second trimester and came back once I had my baby.I recommend the CBD massage (120 minutes if you can handle it) . If youre feeling stressed or tense before you get there I can put money on it that youll be feeling like butter once your session is done.I almost never stay awake during my service. The CBD just melts your everything away. I can actually turn off my brain for once and enjoy every second of my self care.Jessica is extremely sweet and makes you feel super comfortable.If you book ANY service with her I can guarantee that youll be satisfied!

I had the most fantastic prenatal massage with Jessica! It was 90 minutes of pure bliss and relaxation! Not only is Jessica a phenomenal massage therapist, but she also made the experience so wonderful based on her warm, inviting personality and extra care she took to make sure I had the best initial experience at 3 Little Birds, including gifting me a handmade lotion for my birthday! I will absolutely be back to see Jessica and I encourage others to book massages at this wonderful local spot!

Ive received two 30-minute upper body massages with Jessica and both were excellent. She is friendly, knowledgeable and great at what she does. During my most recent massage I had been dealing with shoulder pain and she skillfully worked on the knots associated with my pain. She even gave me some post-massage advice about different ways to help alleviate my shoulder issue. Highly recommend booking a massage here!

Hands down the best massage Ive ever had. I told Jessica my problem areas and she made sure she took care of them before I left. I will for sure be coming back for many more sessions. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get a massage!

I went to 3 Little Birds for a prenatal massage at 38 weeks pregnant and Jessica was amazing!!! It was exactly what I needed and she was super mindful about the amount of pressure and specific spots she was working on. I would absolutely recommend her and cannot wait to go back after my baby is born for another massage!

I just had a prenatal massage with Jessica and it was amazing! I did a 120 minute session and she kept me comfortable the entire time. I am 7 months pregnant so Jessica mentioned I could get uncomfortable and that she would continue to check in with me if I needed to end the session early. I did not feel uncomfortable at all, in fact I even think I fell asleep at one point. It was extremely comfortable and relaxing and I’m already planning to see her next month!

I have followed Jessica around even before opening up her own studio and for good reason. Jessica is friendly, knowledgeable and does an amazing job regardless of what your pain and problems are. Jessica listens to your needs and she delivers every time! As a customer of hers for years I can confidently recommend her and will be making my visits as well! I suffer from chronic neck and back pain, I left here feeling like a teenager again. Jessica did an awesome job finding the problem areas in my neck and back and did a great job on working them out. She was very efficient and professional. She did an awesome job communicating and making sure i didnt experience any pain or discomfort. My massage was so good i fell asleep. Awesome experience, Jessica is professional and courteous. I love the spa , i absolutely love beautiful custom themed mural recently added in to the waiting room . Jess helps my back, should and neck issues immensely, I always leave here feeling relief to my chronic pain , she also went out of her way to assist me when i made a scheduling mistake . 5 star recommended

I recently had a 60-minute hot stone massage with Jessica. Not only was the massage itself wonderful, but Jessica also went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable in my environment. Visited Jessica Last week to help with back pain and stress tension relief in the muscles. Had a 90 minute massage and it was amazing! She asked me what I was looking for and what to focus on, and my body felt so much better the next day!
