Why would a place sell products they cant get replacements for. This is the second time this has happened. Im not buying clearance stuff.

Rude condescending staff. I do not abide rudeness when I am spending my hard-earned money at an establishment and am not rude myself. Tried to ask the staff questions, however, they were rude, condescending and had a take it or leave it attitude. I just had questions nothing more. Wasnt rude with them and did not deserve the kind of sending attitude in return for my business. Needless to say, I will be making all future purchases elsewhere.

Best selection in town! They rotate their stock if its sitting on the shelf for too long. They make their own blends, they do not add diacetyl to their products. Knowledgeable, honest, friendly staff.

When we moved here my partner was not sure if he would find anything that compares to his original vape shop (he’s very brand loyal). However, from the moment we walked in here he knew he had found a new home. They provide unique products and a relaxed environment. I would recommend going here for your local vape needs!

Very knowledable staff and great selections. They can do battery re-wraps and help with builds. Smokin Joes wont even attempt that if you can get them to even answer a question or 2.

The worker mia was a great help at describing the disposable vape had a decent selection and the location is quite nice.

They said “I guarantee you we have the lowest prices” I then proceeded to go to the other stores and their prices were extremely high compared to the other stores. The person who I spoke with at this store made me feel embarrassed of the equipment I had by saying “I’m sorry you have that”.

The staff is passionate and knowledgeable they have had exactly what I need every time I go there. One of the best shops in town.

Most definitely one of the worst vape stores I have ever been to. I live in Texas and I was only visiting in the Burlington area for a couple weeks. I didnt stock up on enough supply in Texas before coming to Iowa so I had to find a vape store out there. I honestly havent scene greedy prices like that since I lived in Lexington, KY. Wow! Way over priced and their selection sucks! Id recommend buying online if you live in Burlington. I realize you dont have many options when it comes to vape storefronts in that S hole of a place. Sooooooooo nice to be back in Texas. Educate yourself and dont over pay. Stores like this should NOT be in business....
