I highly recommend Cigars and More Store to anyone in search of top-notch cigars, impeccable service, and an all-around enjoyable cigar shopping experience. Another thing that impressed me was their attention to maintaining the cigars in perfect condition. The humidor is well-maintained, and you can be certain that the cigars you purchase are fresh and of the highest quality. The pricing at Cigars & More Store are reasonable and competitive. Given the outstanding choice and service they provide, the value for money is exceptional.

Store almost never opens on time. A couple of Sundays ago sat outside store until 10:15. Nobody showed up! Th÷y go up in price weekly it seems too. I only go here instead of NH bc its close to my house. I

One product was defective and they took it back and gave new one. Very nice people

They are some kind of greedy people….once i buy a small vape, they charged me $20but it works only 1 day🙂

I got a good cigar at this location but the kid that was selling cigars had no knowledge about them, nobody wants to go to a manly cigar shop to be attended to a kid that knows more about video games than what he is offering. Training can be used here. I also asked him to find out if I was able to order a box of very rare davidoff for me +$400 nobody ever called me, they lost the sale because theres no follow up with clients, beautiful store but management hmmm not very well.

This place is awesome, has a great variety of cigars, and always kept in the best of conditions. Very fair prices too. The selections of glass and hookahs are also pretty extensive. And the customer service is always excellent. Will definately be going back if not making this my regular cigar shop already.

Do not go here unless you know 100% what you need. The clerks in this store are more keen with operations of their business than actually ensuring a client is happy with their transaction. The prices are made up on the spot and in general youll likely have completely different interactions with each visit. Good selection, decent availability, lousy pricing, and experience.

The cigars are decent however the humidity is way off. Selling some cigars for $40 while the outer wrapping is dried and cracked. I found many brands and cigars to be in this condition. Please be very selective and FEEL the cigar to make sure its fresh before you spend.Something quick and this would probably be fine.

Absolutely exceptional customer service. The owners’ exude an appreciation for their customers that is truly unparalleled in any other business large or small that I have ever experienced. They genuinely value their customer’s business and the experience they provide is a testament to this. 5 stars isn’t enough — I highly recommend this establishment every single time!!! Extremely convenient location and worth the drive if you’re far.

Last night was my second visit to cigars and more and I left more satisfied than the first. The man running this particular location is super friendly and make sure that he is not benefiting off your dollar. I found exactly what I needed in a short period of time and left being able to create this review and spread the word by mouth!

Was in town from CT and my vaporizer broke. Called Cigars & More to see if they had a vaporizer that matched. They told me come in because they may have something for me. When I got there, not only did they have a match, but there clerk gave me plenty of options and explained and showed them all to me instead of just pointing and saying, Theyre right there. Beyond the call to customer service. I would definitely go back there if I was ever in town and needed to go. Its worth the trip!

I walked in during my lunch hour looking for some cigars and found them to be a bit more expensive than your typical shop. That said, the selection was very good and the staff was friendly. Would definitely consider coming back if in a time crunch.

I used to frequent the store when I visit the area, kinda an Inconvenience honestly. Honestly after this last visit I WILL NOT RETURN. The lady ringing me up had an attitude since I walked in the store I returned her attitude with a smile and continued my shopping. When ready to check out she began quizzing me on my identification; which is a fine practice. I answered her questions quickly, accurately and with a smile in return she began patronizing me telling me I’m not who I say I’am and that I’m trying to forge my identity and became complete unreasonable. I told her if she did not want to ring me up then I would take my business else where she continued with telling me I’m not who I say i am (my credit cards and all other student identification all match the name and address on my identification) however this not enough endurance for her. Being a 27 year old I’m used to being Id’d, however her exacerbated methods were unwanted and unwarranted and honesty made me feel unwelcome in your store so after 2 years of business I will be shopping else where from now on.( In response to your comment my if is actually valid until 2021 the iss date above is 2017 you should better educate your staff on how to proper read identification as well as treat customers. Instead of blaming your customers how about offering fix and resolution i will be happy to take my business to better located business. Ones that don’t sell knock off oil vapes. There’s a difference between doing your job and being excessive and unprofessional. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to Match the name on the valid unexpired I’d to the credit card i was trying to pay with. You rude excessive behavior lost you a valued customer and you want to blame it on my completely Valid Massachusetts State id. I hope your other customers see how u argue with your cunstwrs and decide to also take there business to be better owners with better products. You should be ashamed of your business. Everyone even who gave u good reviews say your staff isn’t very knowledgeable it appears they also aren’t very knowledgeable with how to read identification.

Superb collection of Cigars, you will find well known brand of cigars .whenever I visit to this store they gave me fresh cigars with good Quality.. Highly recommended for Cigars & Vapes..

Seriously overcharged me (a newbie) for e-cig vaping products. Sold me a mostly dead battery (perhaps a used demo model?) poor quality e-juice and an atomizer that broke the next day, which he claimed I broke through my own fault. From his observed behavior owner seems to pick and choose which customers to flatter and faun upon and which to rip off.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!They are extremely unprofessional and do not know what they are selling.In this instance I purchased a glass water piece from them. I noticed some black residue inside the hole of the bowl and asked if it was part of the piece and he said yes .I get home to clean it and the residue starts to come off. At this point i realize that it is left over residue from unclean tools. This residue is EXTREMELY bad for lung health and can cause respiratory issues when combustion is inhaled. When I brought it back he told me that it could be cleaned off even after telling me it was part of the glass before selling it to me.They reluctantly gave me a refund after first offering an exchange.Not to mention that they do not have any sort of reference guide to the overpriced vape juice they sell .They have no tester bottles to smell and there is no refunds so if you get a juice that hurts your throat you are stuck with it .If you are looking for anything this place sells I highly advise you go to a smoke shop that actually knows what they are talking about .

Unfortunately. This place has no one that knows the sticks, (thats cigars for all you non cigar smokers) that they sell here. Very disconcerting that the people tending shop have no recommendations or info on products that are supposed to be their main stay. Unfortunate because they have a huge selection. Reasonably priced for the area. Waltham is only a few exits away. Go to watch city cigars.Now, Vape products and Marijuana accessories even though theyll insist theyre for tobacco are CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP China knock offs. But they are way to expensive here. If youre a beginner looking for a concentrate rig or a small water pipe, they do not have the relevant things that you must have. $60 for a torch that they will not replace when it undoubtedly breaks. No knowledge again on the products. All the electronic devices they have here are Clones (Cheap Chinese copies) You will never get a refund or an exchange because they know all of their stuff is fake. Sad. I sent an email to friends that work for PuffCo and Dr. Dabber. Theyre already aware that this place sells fakes of their products, because many people have tried to contact them about faulty units, but when the companies receive them, they have to inform the customer theyve been had.

Who is saying the customer service here was bad??? The guys were Beyond excellent , sooo helpful and nice!! Products here are great!!! And prices were decent, the atmosphere was very nice , i love walking in there, great great great!

Bought Dr Dabber Pen from this place was wrong size and I didnt remove shrink wrap or touch at all. I went back the next day to return and was told NO? Bought a lot of stuff here and will never go back. Dealing with low quality people, who do not value their own customers. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT BUY HERE!

Great selection and great atmosphere. They have cigars, hookahs and smoke shop accessories. If you need anything for your hookah they have it here. I will be back whenever I need anything and I recommend Cigars and More to everyone I know.

Super good spot. Fresh stuff, turned me unto a rocky patel fan. Whoever said they dont have GREAT customer is not correct. These indian people love talking to customers.we literally have great conversations evrytime i go in there.

The best place to go for hookah supplies and tobacco! Great selection and great prices! Dont be discouraged by the other review, the owner is friendly and helpful and offers great recommendations!

Good collection of flavors for hukka along with decent collection of shisha of different sizes. The prices are a little more than usual though.
