Second time coming here to buy disposable vapes. Both didn’t work after around 2 hits. Scammed 60 bucks for a few rips from a vape. Just go down the road to a better shop.

Heres the thing... they have everything you need in one stop, and the glass selection is amazing, however your experience is going to hang fully on who is working that day. You will either have incredible service from well informed, nice young people, or you are going to deal with nasty attitudes from entitled young jerks who find it acceptable to make inappropriate comments and gestures toward you. They have a couple employees who should not have anything to do with customer interactions. Honestly, its not worth it to me to even stop in anymore, which is a shame, because I used to love to stop in every couple weeks to buy a new piece for my glass collection. I wont spend a single hard earned dollar of mine there again.

I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated with Northern Ligjts and their willingness to stand behind the product s they sell. I have purchased multiple Yocan Vape pens from NL in the past year. Every one of them has broken or stopped working shortly after being purchased. My most recent experience was to purchase a pen 10 days ago that I used maybe 5 times before it broke. I brought it back in to see if they might be able to find it, or possibly swap it out for another product. They stated that it’s a known issue and that they will not do anything about it. I have to submit a claim through Yocan. When I asked if I could speak to a manager other than the one who’s was working when I came in. He refused and told me he was as high as it goes Abe the buck stopped with him. When I asked why they would sell a product they knew had issues like this? He said customers can choose what they want to buy. Not sure how that answers my question. Bottom line, don’t buy anything from them they don’t care about their customers. You have plenty of other option locally to support a company that treats customers this way

Cheapest Tabasco in town. Cheapest pipes as well. Only place you will find a plastic bong. Think Florida man ghetto glass shop.

A pretty great all around smoke shop with consistently excellent service! Ive been to Northern Lights numerous times and never had a bad experience. The assortment of product is fairly wide (including a great selection of low and high price pipes) and high quality, though I will admit it is slim in some areas (such as vapes). The best part though has been the staff, whos always super friendly and ready to help talk about product

Its a pretty typical smoke shop, but they do have some pieces Ive never seen before. They had bowls with bismuth stone attached that were absolutely gorgeous. And considering the process is difficult, the prices werent ridiculous. They have a good selection.

This place is the worst. They overcharge for products. Im specifically talking about the Puffco Peak Pro that they sell for $429. But you can get it at the Puffco website OR any other smoke shop for $399. Also, their customer service sucks. Either they follow you around the store like youre going to steal something or they are unattentive and abrasive. Good luck with this place. Youre better off shopping somewhere else. The Bern Gallery just down the street has pretty much everything they carry. If not more.

These guys are the best. I lost my bowl right after buying it and when I went back they gave me a discount on another one. Great costumer service.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. The people who work there act like they don’t care whether or not they should even brush their teeth in the morning. Forget about actual customer service. And their prices? The highest I’ve ever seen in any smoke shop in Vt. Steer clear of this place.

Amazing and friendly staff that take the extra steps to demonstrate the durability of the glass products they sell. Usually playing some chill music and they have a wide range of products from incense to apparel as well. I definitely recommend this place.

Nice store. Friendly guy working there. My trip was brief and my next trip i will write more. They have lots of nice products and were knowledgeable. You should plan on paying for parking (with quarters not card)but I got a spot right out front. And they are open on time and late night. Thanks guys and gals.

I was up there visiting needed supplies, I went in and omg. The staff is unbelievably honest and they knew the products inside and out. I would recommend this place to the highest levels. You guys rock 🤙💯. The customer service cant be touched by anyone else around. I bought a piece it broke and hour later, called them to tell them and they replaced it no questions asked. I would return over and over again. Thanks for an awsome experience. Stay lifted.

Awesome selection, plenty of TUBES! Cases and cases of dry, bub, and unique pieces from all over. Prices were a bit high for my taste (our local shop has crappy hand made pipes that are cheaply made) but they work with you and even take $ off accessories. hands down the best shop in Burlington!

Excellent service. Not pushy or condescending. Allowed me to browse at my leisure and trusted that I made the decision I wanted. They didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need or try to interest me in things I didnt ask for. Appreciate yall.

They certainly have more variety of pieces than any other shop in northern vermont. (at the least). Staff is always helpful yet not invasive as I like to be left to browse. Very chill and always in compliance with regs!

Great customer service, knowledge of the artists as well as various products. Came in its to browse following a weekend at the British invasion. left with an awesome raj Singh piece and headed out of northern lights and then Vermont with a 5 star experience.

Some miscommunications with the staff was turned around and handled very smoothly. Actually had the staff call and txt me on my personal phone number and walk me through some of their products! I give 4 stars because the situation could have been avoided if there wasn’t the miscommunications but, again, I give the 4 stars for the effort in fixing the error.

Always friendly staff that are very helpful with a very good selection of things, many times more variety of 420 products than bigger stores.

I love going into pipe shops and this one I felt welcomed. A couple years ago though I felt very unwelcome, however they have since fired that individual who was very rude and the service has been excellent ever since:)

The people that work there are very helpful. That make sure to serve everyone as quick as they can. The employees interact with the customers like they are family or like they have known you for years!!!

Gave them 3 lighter to send back for repairs and only got back 2. But the guy thinks its someone elses.... And i saw the 3rd on in his hand with the other 2. Notnto mention it takes over s month to get lighters back

They sold me 2 broken og chillums will never return dont go there u will get ripped off go to burn gallery or good stuff they said they inspected my products no they didnt they grabbed em wrapoed em and gave em to me both broken with chunks taken off the bowls if u go there u must like being taken

Northern lights is the smoke shop i go to the most in VT. Not sure his name but the young gentleman from colorodo who is shoet, to the side hair and works most nights i go, has as much experience and knowledge as any other glass tender i have dealt with. He always takes the time to answer my questions in detail. His extensive knowledge regarding quartz and the differences from one price range to the next as well as his CBD concentrate options is next level. They stock good butane by the case, they are the only shop i have seen super quality CBD concentrate in dab form, and they have the nicest chinese (reasonably priced) glass and quartz around. A trully 802 as all hell kind of place.

Great experience every time. Always greetings apon entry and help finding any items. No punch card but still decent prices.

Crappy customer service i spent 50$ on an EGO vapor pen not more then 2 days later the glass tube that holds the liquid in broke not shattered it literally came apart i call and the response i got was you have to call the manufacturer ok cool i understand whats the manufacturers number idk dude theres really nothing i can do for you you can come down and buy another glass its 20$ how do you not have the number to the manufacturer you buy your products from or why are you not wanting to give it to me dam that if i pay 50$for something i expect at least one week to work without defect and if it does come out defective come up with a better solution other then nothing i can do for you I WENT TO GARCIA RIGHT AROUND THE BLOCK AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME NEVER WILL I SPEND A DOLLAR AT NORTHERN LIGHTS OR RECOMMEND ANY ONE THERE......

Needs friendlier staff, also could use a good wipe down. Products are okay but because this area has multiple smoke shops, make sure you stop and check them all out first!🌟🌟

Great selection of stuff from incense to blankets, hookahs to rolling papers and not to mention the glass. Plus extremely friendly people work there to help with your needs.

Told the girl i needed a glass piece for dabbing, found one for $89, got home it had a bowl for bud? Went back next day girl told me no exchanges, reminded her i told her it was for dabbing she said i did not say that! Made me pay $16 for dabbing bowl, would not exchange bowls for me, poor customer service, blew me away!

You guys should carry viper vapes and evod vapes. The one I bought there broke after one round of green crack cbd wax.Now Im out 65 dollars.However, very nice selections in store!Might come back...

Definitely one of the better head shops in town, great selection of pipes, incense, posters, & bongs. DO NOT buy tobacco here...just go for Garcias on Church Street.
