Love the ambiance and design of the location. And great prices! Definitely worth the go.

Ill be back in a month once Im paid to get another round of goodies. Everyone is nice and patient, as I tend to babble while looking at their inventory. Ill be honest, I have not felt like renewing my med card as Ive had a good variety from this place. The tax is worth it, imo. I brought my friends recently and they liked the vibe of the shop too.

I have visited Yamba on two occasions, the second time I bought a cartridge with a high price tag and it turned out to be very low quality oil, it became cloudy and crystallized.The biggest issue with this dispensary is their lack of responsiveness. I’ve tried to reach out via phone, email, and their contact service online and I have yet to hear from them. It’s really frustrating. Obviously they will not accept returns but at least be responsive and keep quality control for products sold at market.I came here to support POC businesses but they need to focus on customer satisfaction and delivering quality items.

This is a lovely dispensary with a wide selection and very friendly staff. They’re very patient if you’ve got any questions and they all have perspectives on the products they’re selling so I’m glad. My favorite products are the Fernway ones—their leafy greens and their cartridges are top notch and well worth the price. Highly recommend going here if you’re at all interested in exploring marijuana within an inviting environment.

Yamba is really a place that is very community oriented. I felt as though I could call this place home, very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Like any business there are little things that could be made better, but I can feel the care in the air and that’s what matters most! 10/10

I just went here for the first time and had an awesome experience. With all the dispensaries popping up there are a lot of poorly run spots opening, this is NOT that. The menu is extensive and the guy who helped me was knowledge and super friendly. Excellent customer service, I wish I got his name so I could praise him here. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Im a first time customer: The space is beautiful and the service was great. I purchased the Chill body rub. It relieved the neuropathic pain in my feet . It goes on smooth,not oily. I recommend this product for body pain. I will get more. Oh yeah, the price is a bargain!

The entire experience was great , I don’t even know where to begin. The security team at the door was extremely friendly and welcoming. The staff inside was also very friendly and helpful. You are greeted immediately and they are all knowledgeable and helpful. We were helped immediately by ZuZu, she was super friendly and lovely! The prices are way higher than other dispensaries with the same bud/brands, even compared to when they first opened the prices have raised. Honestly thats why Ive stopped going.The customer service is mostly good(most times I have gone, I got the managers, which Im cool with cause I used to come there alot) but there are times when my partner has gone by herself & has got attitude.The one few positive things I can say is that their time of being open is the best, 12hrs open.

Last time I went, I had Nadj as my bud tender and she was awesome. We chatted about video games while she confirmed my order and managed to get me to get one of the day’s special deals and I regretted none of it. Everything I get from Yamba is always fire, defs give it a visit if you haven’t. I go for the bud and come back for the vibes.

Always love my experience at Yamba. I don’t shop anywhere else and I recommend them to everyone!! Vibe is always great and the people are fantastic. Not only do they have fun personalities and good customer service but they are very knowledgeable on their product and the industry!!

Had an extremely poor experience here. Following the expression of my disappointment with the product, the budtender spoke to me in a very combative way and then left the register, never to return. I waited until eventually a manager came out to speak with me who was kind. Overall this is a place I would avoid.

The bud tender was friendly and professional. Im used to bud tenders from medicinal dispensaries who know their stuff a little more. The indica and sativa categories are not fully determinant of the effects of cannabis and he seemed to boil it down to that when I asked him for marijuana for a specific purpose with specific effects. Overall, the place has a great atmosphere and an impressive selection. Just know what youre looking for when you go in.

The vibe was weird and people grumpy. Did not have the product from the website and offered something more expensive like it is casual and normal, no words said. First and last time here. Westernfront across the street has much better vibe and cheaper price.

Mid product and insanely overpriced. I recently moved to Dorchester and found a place called Budega that offers -better- quality, fresher flower for HALF the price, yes HALF. Dont believe me? Literally go to both websites and price check. Cannot believe I wasted my hard earned money for so long at this place.

I wasn’t given any help and received dry one worded answers to my questions. She literally made me feel as if I was stupid and why even be there. Stopped into Yamba after hearing about it through friends! Space was very cool. Tim, my bud tender helped me pick out a selection of low THC pre-rolls and a THC beverage. Prices were very reasonable. Overall great experience. New bud spot for sure.

My order was ready right when the store opened. And I was greeted by a employee who had a smile on there face and provided excellent customer service.

Meh- a few of my friends and I tried this place but they didnt have much of a selection. We still bought a couple of pre-rolls and the place had a wonderful ambiance. May it was the strains we bought but none of us were too impressed. Definitely recommend Revolutionary Clinics for better quality stuff.

Went in for a travel vape. The worker suggested one and I went with it. Didnt realize until after I left that they had packed something different. Okay no big deal, but she also didnt give me my change in cash until I started walking away and realized that something was missing and turned around. She gave me a look when asking for my change and it seemed like she was going to let me leave without it. I had been walking away and she didnt try to stop me at all. Then no one directed me to the exit, I walked back to the front door and was turned around by security. It was a bizarre experience.

Very nice shop except the last time I went the clerk added $0.01 to my order (96.00 preorder vs 96.01 in store) so that you get coins as change and are more likely to leave them as a tip. Kind of slimy thing to do. Also, theres now a cheaper place across the street so Ill be going there from now on.

Had my first visit here earlier in the week. Surprisingly large store with a nice menu selection. Staff was friendly. Would recommend.

Two stars for staff and product however the location is dangerous. Central Sq. In front of a bus stop. To many nasty folk around. I was followed going to the place and coming out. Had to call the Boston Police. Did not feel safe in this area at all. Females don’t go alone.

Had a online pickup order and worker said they had to do something. Took awhile. Literally takes a few minutes to get what I needed. All dispensaries I go to are in and out. They would rather prioritize other things over customers.

Worst dispensary you can goto in Boston. They are extremely slow and have no urgency when there’s a line whatsoever. I only go here because they’re open late. Unless it is after 10pm, go absolutely anywhere else unless you want to wait 45 minutes in a line of less than 5 people. Brutal experience every single time. The staff is like la te de la te da every time.

Line takes way too long. I understand that all customers need respective attention but there also needs to be a working framework that considers the element of time. Time is of essence please consider your customers’ time.

This place absolutely sucks. The employees a horrible that always ignorant and rude and seem frustrated if they have to go back and grab something. Or if you ask a question about their products they get an attitude about it

Staff seemed ok to start with. Completed my transaction and was arranging for an Uber on a 100 degree day and was chased out of the exit area. I was on the second step, in the shade and out of the sun as I need to for health reasons. I will be going out of my way to go elsewhere from now on.

Dope Cannabis retail dispensary in Cambridge, MA. Its a vibe on the weekends! The staff are great. They know about the products, take the time to discuss different options to consume THC products, and the store has a wide selection of flower, edibles, and topicals. The display cases are helpful, too, for actually seeing what options are available. Definitely need to include this in your best places to shop if you are in the area.
