Got a lash lift and tint here; I had never had one before. The room was really comfortable and relaxing, but dark so I couldn’t see in the mirror that well before I left. I wasn’t really impressed, but once I got into the light I realized that my eyelids were super grey and there was a lot of dye that didn’t seem to make it on my lashes. I don’t have very long or thick lashes, but I thought that they ought to look similar to when I put on mascara. I don’t use any kind of tubing or volume mascara either. There is no difference noted. Other people agree that there is no lift. It was not worth the money. I don’t think the technician used a small enough pad or processed them for long enough. I don’t think this is the place to go to for lashes. I honestly feel like I looked better going in than coming out.

I had a massage yesterday by Erika & it was fantastic! She does an amazing job!! Shes so caring & kind & actually listens to your needs. If youre not sure what areas need work more she will find it & get in there! Shes very pleasant to talk with too.She really cares about helping you and helping to ease your pains and relax you. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole visit.I definitely recommend a visit!!

Got the 2 hour package. Relaxation massage and oxygen facial. Relaxation massage was good. Oxygen mask was just okay. Facial products were good but the facial which should have been 1 hour which states that on their menu lasted 1/2 hour instead. I was very disappointed since I was looking forward to being pampered for 2 hours.

I received an Amadeus Spa gift card for as a gift last year. Thankfully, even after salon changing hands, they still honored it. My experience was fabulous from start to finish. Clean, cozy atmosphere and super friendly staff! Highly recommend them for any service!

I’m a nurse who tries to keep myself and especially my back in good shape. My back was hurting and I made an appointment with Penny for a massage. Her skill and knowledge as well as professionalism made a huge difference in how I felt afterwards and the next day; no more back pain! All the tightness, soreness and tension were gone. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Such a wonderful place!! This business has been around for many years and has been owned by a couple of different people but I can honestly say, the new owner has made some great improvements. The staff is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is relaxing. My massage was great. Although I was only there for a massage I will be scheduling my mani/pedi soon!! They have a long list of services available with very competitive pricing. I know I will be using the other services too. Thank you for just a great experience!!

I had a massage & facial by Ashlie today & honestly both services were the best Ive ever received. I have had many in the past from other places as well as Amadeus but Ashlie did an amazing job! So relaxing & much appreciated! Highly recommend.

My daughter and I had a mother and daughter massage on May 17th as part of our Mothers day gifts. 🎁 We both were truly happy with our massage. My daughter had a relaxation massage and I had the deep tissue massage. Both of our massage therapist were excellent. I love the customer service and the professionalism they all shown. Cant wait to come back,will be my new home for relaxation!! 😊💕

Angela gave the most amazing deep tissue massage! She worked some serious magic on my neck and used techniques I haven’t had done before. I’m only here for a visit but will be back any time I’m in town! ❤️

Marcellus is the best! With a shoulder injury that requires surgery, I didnt ever think Id find pain relief and restored range of motion until after surgery, but having Marcellus work on my shoulder has helped so much. He works it deep so it doesnt come without discomfort, but how much better I feel afterwards truly makes it worth it and I cant recommend him enough.

Definitely recommend Giselle!! I had a hydra-facial oxygen lift, and my face felt so refreshed and not irritated at all after! It was so relaxing and calming, and it’s such a cozy place.

Just had the ROCK ME AMADEUS PACKAGE with a add on Brazilian wax and it was awesome! Such a cute and cozy place. Everyone made us feel welcomed.Marcellus did our massages. He was fabulous!! He really knows how to work the muscles.Kathy did the wax. She was so nice and made me feel very comfortableGiselle did our facials. Was so nice and made my face feel refreshedNichole did our nails and toes. She was great very easy to talk to and did a wonderful job on our nails.Definitely a 5 out of 5 place.

I had arranged a bridal party here. The services were fine. Personally my manicure was ruined in the next 30 minutes after it was done because it wasnt dry enough. I really think they should have a fan of some sort. Also, for some reason they made me first before my service for some reason? They also messed up the brides services with someone else and paid a considerable amount more. But everyone I think liked their service.

I have been getting facials here from Kathy (now the owner) for around 10 years. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate getting a reminder call the day before my appointment. The spa is pleasant and clean, and I always go home feeling super relaxed.

My husband and I always come here for our couples massages...Giselle always does mine and she is literally AMAZING. My husband always is wanting to try out a new place and I tell him there’s no way anyone else can compare to Giselle! I also love that she listens to what areas of the body need focused on and actually works longer on those areas than others. All around it’s amazing!

My husband and I came for a couples massage the place was nice with friendly staff. I will say the pressure that was used on me did hurt at times, on my back and face but overall we did enjoy it!

My daughter and I arrived at 1 for a 1 pm appointment-I would’ve liked to have been there earlier, but we were on time none the less. I received a relaxation massage for 43 minutes. My daughters facial lasted 40 minutes. When I asked the front desk if it was standard for our 1 hour massage and facial to be 25% less time than we paid for, I was told our appointment was one hour, time for bathroom and changing comes out of that one hour. I have had many massages and have always received the full hour. In addition it was quite loud the first ten minutes with people talking right outside our room. My daughter loved Joann for her facial—she gave her great tips for her type of skin. My massage was mediocre—lot of time spent on areas not sore, she only had about 5 minutes left to work on my back—if she would have done the additional 17 minutes, she would have probably been above average over my previous massages.

I had a facial with Nicole. The best facial I’ve had to date, other than the face steamer, which felt like a blow dryer was hitting me in the face and it was quite suffocating. Nicole was excellent though. Nice massage on the arms and hands as well as the facial. Would’ve loved a bit more attention on the neck. Loved the scents used, wonderful ambiance. I will be back.

Massage was great however facial was not. It seems to be a common occurance for them to short change people on the length of services. Hannah was 15 minutes late for my 10am facial and I was done at 10:45. The math doesnt add up to an hour, but 30 minutes. Also I was asked to pay the tip with the service change BEFORE receiving my services, that was bizarre and something I would never do again.

My hubby and I enjoyed an INCREDIBLE couples massage at Amadeus Spa. 💆🏻‍♀️💘💆🏻‍♂️Such a wonderful and relaxing experience! We left feeling absolutely refreshed and rejuvenated! They offer relaxation and deep tissue massage, facials, teeth whitening, waxing nails, and make up too. If you live in Northeast Ohio you should check them out, I highly recommend them!!🙋🏻‍♀️

Well done! 👏🏽 Initially didn’t have the best experience over the phone but they called me back and went above and beyond to resolve the issue.It is my our 9 year anniversary today and my wife came back more relaxed than I have ever seen her. She said it was by far the best she has ever had. Couldn’t stop talking about how the masseuse fixed certain pain points in her back.Overall fantastic experience and Ashley will be back, most likely at least once a month.THATS how you run a business.

I had a gift certificate for a 60 minute relaxation massage. This was the first massage Ive ever had and let me tell you, it was amazing. The building is very nice from the outside and inside is very clean but doesnt feel sterile. The girl at reception (didnt catch her name) was very kind and welcoming. Kristy, my masseuse, was very knowledgeable and very good at what she does. You can tell she loves her work :) Will definitely be going back for a facial and would recommend to EVERYONE!! :D

Although the owner keeps taking the bad reviews down.... I will keep putting them back up. At all costs, do not waste your time i-tree money here. They short you time, the employees smell like smoke, have horrible attitudes and are sick when they give you facials and massages.... yes.. I had a girl drop snot on me because she was so sick. Meanwhile, she kept grabbing tissues and wiping her nose then wouldnt even wash her hands before she continued my massage. DO NOT GO HERE..(Three of us would receive gift certificates for christmas for this place from my father, year after year. When you think it cant get worse, it does. So we finally told him to find somewhere else, and he did. )

I always go here for my facials now. I highly recommend Joann she really is the best. My skin always looks magnificent when I leave here and she is so pleasant, never fails to make me fall asleep.

Ive been sore for a few weeks and after my travels to and from SLC I need a massage. Well today I got a deep tissue from Marcellus today.I feel so much better and relaxed

I had a Brazilian wax done and the esthetician was very nice and talked to me the whole time to make it comfortable and less awkward, but I noticed a few things that were very concerning.... She didnt wear gloves, and she used the same spatula for each dip.... Which would have been okay had she used new wax on the next person, but she didnt, the next person was my friend who was with me getting a Brazilian wax as well. Seems very unsanitary.
