I had an amazing time at Cloudz Hookah Lounge! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing with friends. The selection of hookah flavors was extensive, and the quality was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our coals were always fresh and our drinks were refilled promptly. The music added to the overall vibe without being overpowering. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great hookah experience!

These guys are real example of best customer service! I called and asked if they deliver and they said they! After a few mins they call me back and ask me what exactly what I looking for I told them I couldn’t leave the house I had a 5 month old baby and wanted to spoke some hookah they said they no problem they would do it for me which was such a sweet thing for them to do bc they don’t deliver! They delivered my items to me within 20 mins! The best guys and service I won’t go anywhere else God bless them

I recently checked out this awesome hookah lounge with a new owner, and let me tell you, it was a great experience! The atmosphere was super cozy, with comfy seating and a relaxed vibe. The new owner has definitely put effort into revamping the place. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The hookahs they had were prepared perfectly and had wide variety of flavors.

First time visiting this location. Customer service was on point the moment I stepped in the door. Hookah was made perfectly. Definitely will be returning in the future

Really nice and chill atmosphere. The staff was great and the service was excellent. Also the cappuccino that they made and the hookah heads there tasted really good! Couldn’t recommend this place enough I heard they got new owners so I’m definitely gonna be coming here more often 🙏

Great time at Clouds Hookah lounge! The new owners created a great environment and customer service, the hookah was perfect and they always have live sports/fights on.

I love the service here ! Great vibes, friendly, take their time with making your hookah head, they actually are generous with the tobacco , unlike other places . I come all the way from Novi , Dearborn heights for my hookah needs. Its so worth it. They even have huge orange looking fruit when you request them_ , I feel like they last longer. Anywho hands down my favorite place to go . 🧿⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🧿

Knowledgeable staff, awesome prices & if they dont have something in stock, theyll go out of their way to order it & have it the next time you come in. Customer service is above par & atmosphere is super chill. The best made-to-order orange heads around & creative custom mixed flavor combos if Im being indecisive. Lots of variety in their retail section & excited their lounge is reopening!

Come here with 3 of my buddies, order a hookah and an hour later they come over and say oh we are going to have to charge you extra , 2 people per hookah. Way to tell us after we already order and get the hookah. Way to sneakily get more money from people.. I recommend you go some where else if you are coming in a group.

We were looking for a good shop nearby and luckily we found this gem. Great selection of typical smokeware that a lot of shops don’t seem to have or are always out of. Great price!! Warm, honest, and quality service. Will be visiting regularly!

Very nice and comfortable place and very friendly staff! Our family has been there a few times, and we plan to continue to visit there. I love the comfortable coutches and decore. A family feels comfortable, and at the same time groups of guys and/or ladies feel at home too. Once you sit down you wouldnt want to leave. Before you know it, five hours have gone by! Thnx guys!

Great service, great hookahs , and really good fruit heads better thn I have ever tried. Good smokes and climate. Try it if you get a chance, you wont be disappointed.

My friend and I have been there twice since they opened!!.. The decor is very nice and most importantly its very clean!!!!..the owner AND employee staff were very nice and accommodating!!.. I think once word gets out it will be a very successful Hookah bar!!JAMILA from Canton...

Hookah was good but if your gonna sit in a place for more than an hour you need to have chairs that are comfortable for that. I could not stand the chairs they have in that place!

They have everythingeverything. I personally bought some 500 or 1000mg CBD lotion here. The staff were very friendly & knowledgeable. Very cool smoke shop

They never answer phone call never know if they are open or not. I come here multiple times and they are not open base on the Google hours.

Service was incredible and the staff was very tentative. They replaced the coal as needed and was always checking up to make sure we are doing good.

Great place to hang out, we had a group of 12. Plush couches with some tea and a hookah, what more can you ask for.
