I came to this shop because it was the closest vape store to my house, I got lucky this place is fantastic. I tried some of the newer model Raz vapes and ended up getting a couple of duds, they had died after a couple days when they were supposed to last quite longer(25,000 puffs!) Not to worry, I returned when the vapes had died and explained what had happened, they pulled up my account to verify when I made the purchase, and the manager Nick has always made it right and hooked me up with a replacement, he explained to me when some of the new models come out there is a phase in which they are still working out the kinks and this is common. Not only did he make it right but he had a good explanation as to what was happening which I really appreciated. This sweet angel named Alyssa suggested to me my new favorite flavor which I will not disclose because I don’t want y’all buying them all up before me, so maybe go in and ask her yourself. I can’t remember the names of the rest of the staff but I will say that every person that works in this shop is kind, knowledgeable and informative. Excellent customer service and selection. Like any business, you gotta find the right people for the job then stick with them. There’s too many crooks out there. I found my vape shop, and this is it. I won’t be going anywhere else. If I could give them 10 stars I’d give them 10.

Original review- 1 starNow- 5 starMy original review was plagued but in my eyes a very poor sense of judgement when it came to a sensitive situation.. a return that in my eyes was impossible to hold store guidelines on. (Was handed the wrong product and returned it new to be be turned down, on a very very cheap product with OUTRAGEOUS margins... As someone with tons of management experience I can assure you it should have just been comped)Went back in a few nights ago. Needed a battery since I ran mine through the wash. Was politely greeted by two people, one long haired gentlemen, who was helpful and polite (he chimed in the incorrect MAH but never went against his co-workers suggestion or said anything contradicting to her, which is great coworker etiquette... But theres a girl who helped with wavy hair and she was a huge help.She immediately shows me the Pulsar and bare in mind Im a guy in my mid 40s so Im lost AF when she shows me this Gravitron-appearing device but she walked me through everything.I at first was super skeptical because this thing screams GIMMICK but its actually well thought out god-send of a device. If theres anyway to thank them for the help, Im hoping it can be achieved through this review. I feel like they did great on this experience and I feel urge to go back and shop so its well worth revising the old review to a 5 star. Great job guys!

Very rude female staff, isn’t the first time I’ve dealt a her & from what I see others have dealt w the same demeanor from her. They unfortunately sell you a product in which they won’t restock of so you’re stuck dealing with other cheaper products or might as well order online for a better price!I’ll no longer be purchasing from this store

Went there today, Christmas of all days. There was an employee behind the counter, female. Very rude!! Now, between myself, my husband and my adult kids we spend better than 300 a month there. (Big bags of Kratom, lots of vaping supplies). This is not the 1st time an employee has been rude, but it is the last. We will be looking for a new store.

I wouldve given one star but the person who works the morning shift was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. Sadly, the night shift crew is rude and unprofessional. Bought defective juice, and they couldnt do anything for me and its not their fault that I dont like the flavorI had 3 other people try it and they couldnt even inhale because it was so harsh.Sadly, I will not be returning. Just know, if you buy something defective here dont even attempt to return, swap, compromise with a discount.

My experience before yesterday was terrible bc of the pink haired girl (Mgr, Brittany)and the blonde girl, the Manger is the worst, not helpful or friendly.When I went in & Rebecca & Josh helped me, they were very helpful. Best vape and smoke shop in the 239! Very knowledgeable staff and a great selection for any of your needs. Glass prices are very reasonable, even before the discounts they very often will run. Vast amounts of pod systems and e juice and a solid number of mods as well. Their staff always greets me when I enter the door with a smile and always has answers to my questions. There is a reason they call themselves the KING of vape and smoke!

Bought a brand new vape mod that ended up having a manufacturer defect. The battery compartment (plastic) was just a millimeter too small not to trap any battery you put in it, rendering it useless. Took it back to request an exchange, only to be told they wouldnt help me. There was no manager in the store, and there was one other person there being turned away for a similar issue (defective vape). Got called some names by the employee in question after I got frustrated by the lack of customer service.Called the Santa Barbara location, and they got me taken care of. The manager there informed me that they do in fact have a 7 day manufacturer defect warranty, and swapped out my $80 defective mod for a working one.Would not recommend the SW Pine Island location if you value your money and high quality customer service. At least not until they figure out how to hire honest staff who dont pull shady stuff like this. Santa Barbara is a much better location. Disappointed in my experience at SW Pine Island. I had spent several hundred there prior this experience. They dont seem to value their customers.

2 Stars because everytime I go there i get Id by only 1 employee the one with the long black hair and very rude. Everyone else sells to me with no problem. It happened twice now

Nice customer service in store. Bought a banger, wasn’t bubble wrapped, got home and opened the bag to see it had broken at the neck. I live right down the street and asked if I could come back for an exchange and was told all they could do was 10%. Not the workers fault, just feel like there should be more the company can do in these situations.

Great store, went in curious about CBD, as I’d never tried it but thought it might help with stress/anxiety. Employees were knowledgeable about the products they had and were very friendly and easy to talk to. All in all had a great experience and will definitely be back in the future.

Based on the sales persons recommendation… I purchased a Space Walker CandyLand vape pen yesterday from this store.I brought it home… and puffed in it a couple times. It stopped working. So I charged it overnight and in the morning it still didn’t work.Anyway, I brought the cape pen back to the store and the shop keeper said “well did you try it in the store yesterday before you went home?” I said no…Then he said “well we don’t do returns and ask everyone to try the vapes before they leave the store… it’s posted all over the walls.”To say the least… I was sold a product that doesn’t work by a store that doesn’t take refunds. It’s seems to be very shady business and I got ripped off.I will never be back.I really wish the store would have done a better job at making it right. They sold me a product that doesn’t function and told me it’s my problem to deal with.

This location has everything to offer. Good kratom, CBD supplies, and everything else you can possibly fathom. They have the best customer experience, Johnathan was Friendly and very knowledgeable on his products.

Totally happy that this is less then 2 miles from my house. Customer service is always top notch. Prices are better then most in the area. Jeff will hook you up and is a fantastic guy.

I love king of vape and all of the employees so when I heard they opened a store within 2 miles from my house I was so happy! They are all so knowledgeable and helpful whenever I have questions. This blonde girl would not sell to me because she “saw” me give what i bought to another car. However, I was giving my sister her wallet back because it was an early present for christmas for me. Although its not healthy I use it for anxiety after the death of my grandpa and ex step dad which happened not too long ago. They sold me a defective vape juice. Wouldnt smoke, no vape clouds!! It was horrible. I bought it and brought it back within 20 minutes. They wouldnt return or exchange the defective juice. Bad customer service!! Will never go back and will tell others not to go there.

The Alfakher Shisha tobacco that they sell here is completely fake! Never close to the original one! I smoke shisha frequently everynight and for some reason decided to get it from them but you can tell is fake Alfakher.
