A friend of mine got me a massage package as a birthday gift. I was like thanks...and set my expectations very low because Ive not had too many good massages. Isaac changed my opinion. The atmosphere was very nice. The staff was very friendly and the services were great. What a great gift. I decided that I would be coming again. I also enjoy the products that they have for your home. If youre looking for a good place to get massage services ... quality not commercial massage services, the Massage Heights is the place to go!

I had an amazing massage by Danielle. I like the convenience of the location. Customer service was fantastic! The new manager Margaret is so nice and welcoming, its obvious shes trying to turn the place around. Look forward to more massages and the future of this location.

My husband and I called to schedule a couples massage for the same day. Scheduling was convenient and the staff were polite. When we arrived one of the massage therapists did not show up and we were not able to have the massage. They said they would not charge us the cancellation fee since we couldnt wait (um, ok, thanks). They did offer to reschedule and still charge us the same rate, or add on hot stone free, but it was still disappointing that we were not notified of the mix up prior to arriving. Waste of time for us, we wont go back.

My boyfriend got massage from here and he cant stop talking about it. The staff Is amazing and the new manager Margaret Is Absouletly Wonderful!! She was so kind and took the time to make sure we both were comfortable and happy with the service. I will be back very soon!!! Love this place

Wow, what an amazing place. I called yesterday to get my husband in for a last minute massage. Amanda was very accommodating and professional. She made sure he was placed with the best massage therapist for his back pain. When we arrived, Amanda was waiting for us. She was smiling and welcoming. His massage therapist, Sonya, was great. She worked out his knots and recommended stretches. We will be coming back. Kudos Massage Heights Crossroad Blvd!!

EXTREMELY poor management and staff. Front desk and therapist do not communicate with each other or customers. I received a very unpleasant hour and half trigger point massage when I had asked for a relaxing massage. The manager told me she would make it right only to charge me a second time for an hour and half massage for an hour long massage, yes I paid for an 1 1/2 hour massage 2 times and only received a 50 minute massage. They keep your credit card on file even when permission was NEVER given and charge you what ever they feel is right. I have left multiply messages for the owner Mellisa Searis but my calls have gone unanswered for over 2 weeks now. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charges with my credit card company. The 2 different therapist I used seemed to be novice to massage care and not experienced. The second therapist ran out of time and was unable to complete the rest of my massage. I was out of state and just trying to find some down stress free time.

I came in to get an impromptu massage and got one of the BEST massages evwr from Patty!! She ahd perfect pressure and just allowed me to relax. So much so that I joined and became a member. Ive been going since April and LOVE IT!!! The entire staff is welcoming and I walk out feeling rejuvenated every time!

I love going to Massage Heights. The staff is wonderful and the massages are great! Going to get a massage every month is a great for the mind and body. Their packages make great gifts! They get a a gift every month. What is better than that?I highly recommend trying them out!

I have had nothing but a great experience here. My massage therapist Jessica is fantastic! I go monthly and look forward to it! Love the foot scrub and the hot stones... :)

Ive been here three times.I was extremely pleased with the service up until now. I am a member that came for my appointment. I got here on time and the lights are on, the door is locked, but no one is at the front desk. I called there was no answer. I sat and waited. Im extremely pissed for my time being wasted and no one telling me about a cancelation or anything. I will not continue my membership with this lack of communication or consideration. I pay for this service to be relieved from stress, not to go through it after getting off from work. This is just so unprofessional

I have been going here for almost two years. It has become part of my mental wellness program! The front desk staff is always helpful and friendly and the therapists that Ive seen have always done an excellent job. Very affordable and wonderful service!

I LOVE going here. Consuelo is a miracle worker. Ive been out of town and have gotten behind on my regular visits, but thankfully, I can combine some to get a longer catch-up session. Oh wait, I think I need to go ahead and call! My back will thank me, and yours will too!

Great messages but the office manager is over the top with pushing sales. The woman would not take no for an answer. That is the main reason I left. I just got tired of the harassment before and after the massage.

Please do not sign up for this service.The sales pitch is great but you must read the fine print.Should you cancel your account, you must give a signed notice of cancellation. (funny that they provide those as this must happen quite a bit).The notice is a (30) thirty day notice which ensures that you will be charged for one more session whether you use it or not.Also, you may freeze your account which is nice, but that also requires a $10 dollar monthly fee.Should you have some pre paid sessions available, if you freeze your account, you are unable to use the pre paid sessions.I do not recommend this place for your business. Please find somewhere else to go, or please read the fine print when signing their contract.

This place is horrible. Extremely Unprofessional. I arrived at 4:28 for my appts and they asked me to fill in paper work. While I was filling in the form. The young lady tells me at 4:33 that the therapist will only be able to see me for 15 min instead of 30min because he has an Apts at 5pm. I will not be coming back.

They were very friendly compared some of the other chains that are very similar.The start was very welcoming and talked to me about everything- here is the catch they did not seem too pushy. Like they had memorized a speech to tell me. Like the other locations

Ms Lisa is Awsome she with her skill in massage therapy pushes healthy healing energy into your body this can only come from one who has great skill from experience in massage

The staff was very welcoming and we enjoyed a great couples massage for our anniversary.

The staff was very nice, helpful, and they make you feel welcome and at ease. Extremely relaxing and peaceful.
