I love the new crew who took over and are now called Black Rock Vape. Nigel was so incredibly helpful, and I could have talked to him forever! He also wanted to know if I had any feedback on how they could help do things any better. I will definitely be only going to this place from now on.

Great business, I received a lot of friendly help and good recommendations on juices. They have a tablet menu, which makes it so mmucheasier to read about the different flavors. The store was immaculate. The juices are well priced. I will go back again. Cant wait to try the new juices I bought! I was even given a small bottle to mix my flavors in for free.

LOVE this place! Definitely my new go-to for vape juice, Delta 8, and kratom. Super nice guy helped me pick out my stuff and was super helpful with questions! I forgot his name, but I do remember he said that he works weekends! I will BE BACK !

Purchased a ego-c twist 12/10/23 with a charger—was trying to purchase a small one but the guy behind the counter tried 3 and those batteries did not work. He then sold me a large one that worked. I asked “can I bring this back if it messes up?” he said “ sure, bring it back if there’s any issues”, did not mention any type of return policy with any type of receipt.Went back today 12/23/23 because it stopped working around 12/15/23. Did not have my receipt but I had the purchase from my card. The guy behind the counter stated their managers policy is no returns after 1 week of purchase. There are no signs from what I could see around the door or register regarding this policy. The guy mentioned his manager will not do anything but I am “more than happy to come in on Monday to speak with him”. I gave the battery to the guy to give to his manager to let him know that I was unhappy with my purchase and with the customer service.I am aware that they keep track of purchases through phone numbers, however my purchase did not show up under my phone number. Total transaction cost for the ego-c twist with a charger was $17.31.

I love this place so much! The owner, Adam, is incredibly kind, awesome, helpful, and really knowledgeable about different brands and options. The store itself has a wonderful and chill atmosphere and is set up really well. You can sit by the register and try different flavors of vapes, which is really helpful for trying to decide what flavors to get or if youd like to check out a new brand. I really like the Lost Mary brand and others that they offer. There is also a section by the register with a nice variety of vapes on sale.

On a whim I came to this shop last night and I truly believe that I was sent to this store for a reason. This isn’t just about the products sold it’s about the guy you have working there. He is a true asset not only to your shop, but to the world in general.I’ve been having a bit of tough luck lately and without getting to much into it I came to your store for a quick purchase and despite you not having what I was looking for, GOOSE not only found me something great instead, but I spent almost an hour talking to the awesome people that come into the shop to see him! In a crazy world it’s really awesome that there are people like Goose in the world who not only love what they, do but have the ability to change someone’s whole day for the better. . I’ll be back because of him and his friends!

This is by far my favorite vape store. Great atmosphere and the best prices. Even more the staff is always so pleasant and helpful. Tory helped me today, she was upbeat, answered every random question. This place more than earns my business every time.

Ive been coming to artisan vapor for several years now, always a clean store, always professional customer service. Never trying to sell you on things you dont need! They make sure that their juices are made in clean rooms and made with the least ammount of chemicals as possible! I highly recommend artisan to anyone that vapes! I really enjoy the people that work there. Carlye and Lily are amazing but the past couple weeks there has been another guy there and I find him to be rude. I don’t like the way he speaks to customers or the girls. He makes rude comments about whatever they have on TV. I hope he is not a permanent fixture there.......update... the man that was rude is no longer there. The rest of the employees, Carlye, Lily and Erik are really nice and friendly. Great place to hang out with friends get good vape products and shoot some pool.UPDATE..... all the good people are gone. Fine a new place!

The Artisan employees are phenomenal! The place is great, warm, welcoming, everything you look for in a professional environment! I love Artisan Vapor! I mainly go for the Kratom, as a combat veteran, I have found Kratom as a great substitute for the nasty VA meds...which leads me to why Im posting a review. The Kratom that Artisan sells is Naturally Kratom an Austin based business (really awesome, love the local support); however, in the past few months the product from Naturally Kratom is quite substandard. In the past few months they have done something to their formula, where I need to take more to get the same needed effects, from six months ago. The other, larger, issue is the fact of empty caps. I buy quite a bit of Kratom every two weeks or so and I now have found empty caps in every bottle, from my last purchase. While I hate to leave Artisan (Id rather not), I have to as the quality of their only Kratom supplier cannot provide the needed level of quality, for the amount of money spent. Thanks again Artisan for the great support!

I googled local vape shops near me… I’ve been going to the same one for 5 years and they are just not it anymore… I came in angry because the last vape the sold me sucked and I wanted a new one… wow were me and my boyfriend blown away when we went in. Clean. Nice. Pretty. The girl behind the counter knew her stuff and helped me out immediately. We happened to be there while the owner was there. He was so kind as was the girl helping us. We will only be going here from now on. Can’t wait to go back and see them! Such kind and knowledgeable people!

I cant believe I forgot to get the ladys name who helped me, but she went so next level above and beyond. I came in looking for a new juice to try and possibly a glass for a very odd sized tank..... she could not have been more knowledgable, friendly, professional, and was literally the definition of customer service. Seriously, I want to hire her at my store😁.... But I dont have a vape shop lol! I have been to many many many vape stores over the last 8 years that Ive been vaping. This gorgeous, sweet girl is in the top 3 of the most genuine and helpful people who actually knew what they were talking about EVER during that 8 year span.way to go Artisan!

I love this shop. The gm chris is very knowledgeable and helpful and goes out of his way to help. The environment is very laid back and chill. Awesome place to just hang out and kick back.

So Artisan Vapor is awesome and much more than just a place to satisfy your vapor needs. They do that, but are also a lounge, including 3 flat screen TVs, a pool table, and plenty of seating, bar style and otherwise. We were told they are BYOB and people are welcome to go hang out, drink, vape, etc. While sitting at the bar you can test out the different vape juices they have. It does cost a dollar but if you are buying stuff its really nice to able to sample.I went in for one bottle, and left with 3. Granted they were having a Valentines day promo, but still.All in all, great vibes and Christopher was super awesome and helpful!

Very friendly folks willing to answer all my rookie questions, as Im new to vaping. Too many eliquids to count in every flavor imaginable. They have a mod for everyone, inexpensive and simple to extravagant works of art. The prices are competitive to be modest, and theres always deals on their wares; discounts on hardware and sometimes BOGO on liquids. And they carry plenty of coils for many makes and models. Highly recommend and if I lived closer, Id visit more often.

The atmosphere was quite comfortable, and lots if room for all types of vaping needs/accessories. Which there is a wide variety. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. I would recommend anyone that vapes go check it out!
