Smokin Joes

Go here weekly and get 2 vapes and stuff, recently got one that stayed on after I hit it. They wouldnt exchange it cause it left the store (barely made it out the front door). Safe to say Ill never come here again!

Since Ive been working for this store, weve come a long way. Yes, Ive seen all kinds & yes some people are just plain rude. But as an Assistant Manager I encourage my employees to not act as some customers do. For the most part, we have a GREAT customer base & I actually look forward to going to work. Im not perfect but hey, who is? 😁

DONT walk into the store if the Open sign isnt turned on. Even if the door is open and its during business hours posted. Youll get hit with a barrage of F bombs by the short tempered clerk. Hope all guests arent treated like this!

This place is actually easy and fast to get in and out. The employees here are very good at knowing their product. If it appears that they are out of something they will go out of their way to find or locate that product for you. That type of service is hard to find these days. Great selection and the cheapest price around.. great personalities of all of the workers here..

On 8/16 at roughly 6:15 pm I called to ask if this store carried Wildberry brand Incense. I was told I dont know, we have a whole incense Aisle, maybe. I asked for her to check and she said we might have it I dont know. When I came in the incense is directly across from the register and store phone, roughly 3-4 feet from the counter. It is clearly labelled with two brand names (which does not include wildberry.)You could not be bothered to look up?My friend who came with me made a small purchase and we received no greeting or interaction between What do you want? and Id?

I will go out of my way to go to this Smokin Joes. They are always very helpful, patient and kind. I am always greeted with a smile and they have actually even brightened a few not so great days. More places should strive to have employees that make you feel welcome and comfortable with asking questions like they do at this Smokin Joes.

I met with the store manager for the first time yesterday and out of the 3 other Smokin Joess in town, this is the best one, in my opinion. Staff is Friendly, they almost always have exactly what I am looking for, and the store generally seems more organized and not grungy and run down (I dont like dirty establishments). This store has my vote!

The woman who was helping me gave me the wrong product and was incredibly rude the entire time she was helping me. Even proceeded to touch inside her mouth because of a tooth ache putting something on it and then touching the pen to the keypad. My dad went back in to get the correct product and she told him to get out after ringing him out. I would not recommend coming here.

Very clean, respectful and helpful employees. Great place to go for your cigarettes and liquor.

This is a large, clean store with great selection and very helpful and polite staff.

Treats there employees like garbage.....
