I had Teddy and he was amazing. It was my first massage and he made me feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed! Definitely will be coming back and asking for him! The ladies up front were very nice and had amazing customer service!

I have never had a massage by a man. I was nervous and well haven’t had a massage in in 5 years! After my divorce I’ve been so stressed someone gifted me a massage for Mother’s Day and oh my word! Jordan was amazing. I did t want to leave I was like tuck me in and wake me I. The morning. He was a gentleman and probably felt my nerves but I will be back and I will get a membership and I will drive the 25 min to get there for him. Thank you so much I will sleep like a baby!✌🏻🩷

Ive been coming here for 2+ years. I love the staff. They are incredibly supportive, patient, funny, and go out of their way to help. The therapists are top notch, skilled, and knowledgeable. I couldnt be happier.

Wow!!!! Dustin did an amazing job. I literally felt the pain and stress just melt away. I asked for deep tissue. And let me tell you, it hurt so good. It was exactly what I needed. I feel relaxed, mentally, physically and emotionally. I can say a million thank yous and it still wouldnt be enough. Todays session was great.

Dustin gives an exceptional deep tissue. I’ve spent years sitting at a desk all day and am in consistent pain. I’m also a chronic insomniac (stress kills). I had been looking for a good massage therapist and trying different places for months. I had a 90 minute deep tissue with Dustin, and it was the best massage I have have ever had! It was also the first night I have slept the whole night through without numbness and discomfort. I’ll be going back to see Dustin regularly. Highly recommend Dustin!!

My husband and I started going here for a couples massage and had a great experience! I signed up for the membership and have been going to Benito for MONTHS! He is very knowledgeable, kind, respectful and an expert in his trade. Grateful that I can come here and comfortably know he will help me.

My husband and I visited Elements recently for a couples massage and had a great experience. He and I had Jordan and John, respectively, as our therapists and they were of the utmost professional. They listened to what our needs were and provided that focus during the massage which enabled the both of us to relax and enjoy our session. While it was our first time to Elements and there are many therapists, we highly recommend Jordan and John. Looking forward to our next visit in February!

We were in town for the week and stopped by for a massage. I hadnt had one in ~10-11 years. I had Teddy and he was so professional, applied just the right amount of pressure, and was really helpful answering my questions and making me feel welcome and relaxed. I dont live in the area unfortunately but would highly recommend Teddy!

They explained the membership options and you can even share your membership with someone which is nice. Great location next to Target will definitely be back.

Ahhh! I love all Elements in general as they are all run great and I’ve never had a bad massage! This location has extra amazing front staff-always friendly and just chatty enough :) AND then there’s Cristina! She is the most intuitively gifted therapist I have ever had. I am so grateful to have found her!!

My massages are amazing! I have had massages from two different people and both where very knowledgeable, did a good job of checking in with me during the massage and helped me physically feel better. I go back month after month and the quality of care is consistent and outstanding. The front desk staff clearly explains the packages that they offer and always check in with me to see if I would want to add anything to my massage. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. The whole experience is just amazing.

Was my first experience here, and the facilities are nice and clean. Friendly staff, but the massage itself was horrible. Might be the MT, but it was all dragging of sharp elbows and boney forearms over my muscles (I asked for medium pressure) and very, very little use of hands or thumbs... I get 3-4 a year, and will happily NOT RETURN here.

I have some pros and cons. The front desk is always kind and professional, everything is always clean and just overall feels very relaxing.My first complaint is that several therapists I have had talk for the entirety of the massage. I have given multiple tries to these therapists, and I am not even the one to try to initiate a conversation. They just talk about themselves the entire time, and it’s difficult to talk while laying face down on a massage table. I also get massages to relax and unwind, and I don’t want to talk during them. It feels unnatural and awkward to do so.My other complaint is that I have had the receptionist call shortly before my appointment and ask if I can come in 30 minutes later than my appointment, and it kind of seems like a way to get me to upgrade to a longer massage.

I went there late Saturday afternoon. It got a little busy with groups of families coming in. The staff did a great job getting the food out to all of the customers quickly though. The food is always good. It is a good place to bring families because each person gets to choose exactly how they want their individual pizza cooked. The marionberry lemonade is definitely worth trying.

My Fiancée and I flew in from NY for a wedding. The perfect ending to a week filled with love and joy. Mike and Teddy were awesome. They worked out all of our problem areas and were very professional.

Jamie is a phenomenal massage therapist. very professional and knows her stuff very well. Front desk staff especially Lexi are excellent. employees like this are the one u need to keep at front. also very professional. I will keep them because they are an asset to this business.

From the friendly receptionists who will assist in scheduling an appointment, to the peaceful calming atmosphere, to the skilled and knowledgeable massage therapists, you cant go wrong making this your self care, me time destination. My therapist is Amy and she is amazing! She listens to my needs for each session and also recommends things I can do in between sessions, like stretches. I always walk out feeling lighter and more refreshed! I highly recommend you be kind to yourself and schedule an appointment today!

This spa is absolutely incredible! Michael is especially gifted, and seems to intuitively know the exact pressure and movement each muscle needs. I feel younger and healthier after each visit. He is respectful and kind, and did I mention GIFTED!!! Five stars all around.

I took advantage of their couples room on a late Friday evening. My massage therapist was amazing, she dug deep and even though it was her first time working on me, she found my spots. She knew was she was doing! And my friends therapist, he said, was really great too! We both were very pleased. Easy booking process over the phone. Quick paperwork as well. Soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed. The front desk girls were amazing. I went in for my first prenatal massage with Alisha and she was AMAZAING. Her vibe was super calm . I felt super comfortable and she made sure to work on the spots I needed most. Already got my next prenatal visit scheduled.

I just received my first massage at the Elements Chandler South location with Natasha and she was amazing. I visit spas regularly and what I like most about Natasha is that she listened to my health concerns and gave me a massage that exceeded my expectations. The only time she spoke to me was to occasionally check the pressure. Usually when I have a 60 minute massage I am left feeling as if it was not enough time. Natasha gave me a full body massage and worked out every area of concern. I am completely satisfied with the therapist, service, and facility! Thank you!

While I initially had what I felt was a bad customer service experience at Chandler South, the manager (Mariah) quickly reached out to me and we had an honest and healthy discussion regarding the incident. She was very open and transparent with me and that’s very hard to find these days with locally owned businesses. I left the conversation pleased with our talk and want to make sure to provide a review reflective as such and wish her and her staff nothing but the best going forward!!

Place was very clean and smelled relaxing as soon as you walk through the door. Process of check in was very smooth. And Erin was great! She did exactly what I expected, she was very gentle and it was so relaxing. Def recommend the membership if you plan to go a lot. Love it there!

What a great experience! I was able to make a same day appointment and at a time of my choosing. The customer service was great from the moment I walked through the door. My therapist Andrew really listened to my concerns and personalized my massage to fit my needs. I would highly recommend Andrew for trigger point....its not a relaxing experience but is definitely worth long term healing. If youve been on the fence about booking a massage, dont waste anymore time! You deserve it!

My therapist is Paloma and she is amazing! I never feel worse leaving and she makes my back feel wonderful! The staff is very kind, chats with you while you wait, offers additions to the massage, and greet me by name when I walk in. I highly recommend them!

Massage therapist was strong and tried to work out the knots in my back but was not able to. I went for deep tissue with no resolution. I know they tried their best the whole time and sometimes it takes multiple sessions, so that isnt on them. What I dont appreciate is a 60 minute massage turning into a 50 minute massage. Arrived 15 minutes early to go back a little late and get out of the massage early. People are nice there, sure. Dont say its 60 minutes when its definitely not

Everything was perfect from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The receptionist was super friendly. The massage therapist worked out knots I had for weeks, and I tried the Himalayan salt stones which were so worth the cost! It felt so amazing! The therapist was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to work out tense spots. It was so relaxing! Cant wait to go back :)

Updated Review:They have really good service and great therapists on staff!A frustrating billing issue between 2 locations lasted 1 month but the owner and manager were quick to resolve it! Even followed up with me to ensure I knew what was happening and pleased with the service! :)

I LOVE coming to see Natasha monthly, sometimes twice a month! She is attentive to my problem areas and to her own pressure while massaging. She is always giving great advice of to-dos and what NOT to do to benefit my body and massages. Shes an excellent communicator without being pushy. Elements Massage is lucky to have such a talented therapist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It was my first time having services done at elements massage & after my experience I know it won’t be my last! I had an amazing experience from start to finish - from making the appointment same day, accommodating to my prenatal needs, friendly staff, no pressure/hassle to get a membership (problem you have when you have services done at massage envy), and my therapist was amazing! I called same day hoping for an appointment because I had a really bad migraine & my medication wasn’t helping. My therapist Laurel took care of me and made sure I left the clinic feeling rejuvenated and migraine free! My birthday is next week so I plan on asking for a membership just so I can see Laurel on a monthly basis!(: definitely will be recommending this location to all my family & friends !!

I love this place. Everyone at the front desk are always so friendly. I did have to try two different therapists until I found one that I am comfortable with and is able to help my back pain. All the therapists here are great! Definitely recommend this Elements Massage.

The ladies at the reception counter were outstanding! Very personable and professional. Micheal, my massage therapist was great! He made me feel comfortable since it was my first massage, asked the right questions (what areas to focus on/level of intensity) which helped deliver the massage that helped me out the best.

Friendly staff, professional and courteous! Explained thoroughly over the phone their Covid policies, so there was no surprises when I walked in. Michelle was AMAZING!! I arrived with quite a bit of hip and back pain and walked out pain free! At first I thought, the pain will return as always. I woke up this morning feeling fantastic and still pain free!! Its been quite sometime that I havent had pain all day or woken up with pain. She did an awesome deep tissue massage, I prefer A LOT of pressure and she delivered! I have been to this elements location multiple times. It is not the closest to my house but I prefer to drive because of the wonderful experience I have each time that I come into the studio. Not only is it incredibly easy to book an appointment with the front desk, but they always match me with the perfect therapist!Cannot recommend this place enough.Thank you Elements!!

The front staff was super friendly and helpful. The massage was great and Veronica was very knowledgeable and professional.

Went in for a massage they asked for a tip before I even walked in the door, i told them I have never paid a tip before my appointment and will Tip according the the service I received. After waiting in the massage room for 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start, the guy doing the massage told me he is going to be working on my shoulder and neck that hurt and he will use a special technique. The special technique was just rubbing oil on me for 30 minutes, worst massage ever. I will never come back to this establishment ever again, I could not get appointment at my regular stop because of the holidays and ended up here but should have just stayed home. Walked in with pain walked out with pain.

Don’t prepay for a massage here, if you do and say something happens in your life where you aren’t able to go and receive it within that particular month then you have to pay full price again when you return even though you have not received what you paid for. Sometimes people have things happen where they get hurt or are sick and can’t make it in and if they need the massage they have to pay again. Would much rather support a local massage person who will give me the massage I’ve prepaid for even if I was out of commission for a month and had to wait.

She always puts your needs as a customer first, very refreshing experience every time.The massage therapist are always well educated and do what you need and you walk out feeling great! This place definitely deserves 5 stars! The atmosphere is amazing, the front staff has wonderful and welcoming smiles and my massage therapist, Jennifer, did such a fantastic job!! I am currently 32 weeks pregnant so it was nice that they have the accommodations for that. Mariah helped set my appointment this morning (I LOVE that they had same day appts available) and she was so nice on the phone. Jennifer made sure to focus on the areas I was having the most issues with and checked in every now and then to make sure I was doing okay and that the pressure wasnt too much or too little. She even gave me a recommendation card afterwards with things to do to help my sciatic pain. I feel amazing after my 1 hour session. HIGHLY recommend this place and Jennifer!

Very friendly staff. Great availability and flexibility with booking appointments. Massage Therapist Tara is AWESOME. She truly knows her stuff and I always walk out of there feeling so much better. I have also tried other therapist at this location in the past and I have always been very satisfied with the massage.

My wife booked me a massage for my birthday and called ahead to see if they accept Spafinder gift cards, and was told yes. I got there and were very short with me saying they don’t. Don’t go if you have Spafinder gift cards

Great therapists. I pay extra for mine but he’s so good he’s totally worth it. Once a month I book an hour and a half of bliss. Also the environment is very relaxing and the staff is kind.

Great massage! No pain at all for the next few weeks (a rarity for my back, shoulders, and neck), and I was half asleep by the end :). Very good customer service too! They accommodated me on very short notice (my appointment at another place was delayed unexpectedly, so I came here!). The therapist also gave me great advice for stretching out tight muscles!

Jordan, Michael & Dustin are the go-to guys for sports-related stuff; they stretch you into pretzel and work out everything wrong - they’ve saved me from PT and they give great advice for home stretch, when and how to ice/heat. I have been going to that massage location for over 10 years and the girls are great. They always managed to find all my spots that hurt me. I traveled a lot and I’m a small person I carried heavy items on her back. I also worked on the computer for long hours. Go You will not regret it

I have been going to Natasha for years now. Obviously with the current COVID situation I have missed appointments. I just went back this week and I notice such a difference in my body. If you are someone that needs regular massages Natasha is the one to go to. Plus she was extremely careful and great about the new regulations after doors opened again (which I appreciate!)

My massage experience at Elements Massage - Chandler South was nothing short of spectacular. Alisha, my massage therapist, was fantastic. The pressure was amazing. I like more of a deeper massage and she was able to hit some very tight muscles within my neck and shoulders with care and consideration. I left rejuvenated and revived. The hemp oil added an extra relaxation element to an already wonderful massage. I would HIGHLY recommend Alisha as a massage therapist and Elements Massage for your future massage appointment.

Front desk personnel needs customer service training on how not to upset a member prior to a relaxing massage. At check in, the Birthday month promotional email I presented was not for that location. I should have heard “Happy Birthday” and just covered the $20 hot stone add on and checked me in. Because the massage was already an upgrade to a $99 massage. But instead, I received an unprofessional, argumentative, disrespectful encounter. I even had to ask the employee to please let me finish speaking. My therapist, Natasha, is amazing, the only reason why I will continue my membership.

Services are easy to schedule, and there are a lot of options. Front office staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Also, they are not pushy.

My lymphatic massage was amazing. The lady that took care if me was quite skilled and friendly. I will come back to Elements when I return to Arizona.

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST massage I have ever had!!! This person had almost zero knowledge of how to massage and it seemed like they went through 3 weeks of school and started working. There is no way they performed a massage for their interview and the interviewer thought it was good. I had to ask 3 to 4 times for them to lighten up the pressure and they did until they moved onto another muscle group then straight into elbows again. They were sloppy with their elbow and kept falling off the muscle and going over bones or just went directly over bones. They did not warm the muscles up, they just went straight for deep tissue, which is not what I asked for btw. I went through massage therapy school, so Ive had hundreds of massages. This was so bad I had to write a review. I unfortunately paid for a 90 minute massage and regretted it 10 minutes in. They really need to do some secret shopper work on their employees to ensure quality massages because this was disgraceful. And on top of it being a bad massage, I asked for them to spend some extra time on my lower and middle back, that was the area that received the least attention. The therapist missed my entire lower left back and after working on my legs, they realized they missed in and went back to my lower left side and just threw some elbows in it for 1 minute and then moved on.

Very happy with the service. I called around and couldnt get an appt at the elements that was near me so I tried this location and they were able to get myself and friend in at the last minute. The massage was great and staff was very friendly. I have always gone to Elements and really like this brand over other massage companies. I will go back!

Best experience I could ask for ! I hardly ever get massages and when I went I wasn’t sure what to ask for. I had a lot of pain in my back and made it very difficult to sleep. They were so nice and made sure I got the information I needed. My massage here made me so relaxed, the pain is gone and I had the best sleep. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to Natasha since I was in a bad car accident a few years ago. Today I went in because I had one of the worst migraines Ive had in years. I cant tell you how much better I feel. Natasha is not only great to go to twice a month for the normal maintenance massages but she adjusted all her techniques to really focus on the areas I needed most today. I feel like a new person - and scheduled a follow up next week. I cant thank her enough for all her help feeling my best.

Everyone was so friendly. I love that you are always on time. I do not need to sit and wait for my turn, I get right in at my appointed time! I also love that Justin was able to find the places that I didnt even know were hurting me and take the pains away! Havent had a headache since I have been in for my massage! I was excited when this Elements opened up right by my house. I highly recommend scheduling a session with Justin. He has a lot of experience and great stories. The hour just flies by too quickly when you are having fun. The office is clean and the staff at the front desk are always professional and nice.

Had a couples massage and it was really great. It was both our first massage ever and the ladies were so sweet and patient with questions we had. Would definitely go back, but for more than an hour next time (time flies when you’re relaxing lol)

Usually not one to write a bad review, but pretty surprised by the conversation we just had with the manager of this Elements location. Purchased the monthly massage package for my wife for Mothers Day. Terrible service, their staff is not educated on what this includes. The manager literally argued with us saying she is not responsible for her team giving misinformation. Very disappointed.

I am a member and I have booked more than 70+ massages for myself and my family members over the years at Elements. I called this specific location to schedule a SURPRISE birthday massage for a family member. The receptionist that answered on April 8th at 6pm AZ time needs more training, PLEASE! It was such a horrible experience! I finally said im done and hung up. Poor communication! Super unprofessional! Rude and poor attitude! QUESTIONED ME ABOUT THE GENDER of the person getting the massage because as she said you keep referring to the person as a him but the name you gave me is savanah. Please get your staff trained! I have never had such a horrible experience trying to book an appointment with Elements at a dozen locations, this one was totally different. It is not worth it.. there are too many good locations stay away from this one!

I have to say the staff was awesome, it was my very first massage the manager Mariah made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I initially had fear of doing massages due to my fibromyalgia, I actually went for a deep tissue massage and I came out feeling great I will definitely be back.

The message was ok; Amanda was really nice! I was ready to sign up after my trial session but as I was going over the paperwork that is where I didn’t feel comfortable. I actually like to read things before I sign and I did just that. I did not like the no show or cancellation policy so I did not join because it was not convenient for me. The staff was helpful in explaining why their policy is the way it is (and I understand that) but it didn’t work for me. I was given an explanation quite a few times and every time she explained things to me she asked “if that makes sense” as if I didn’t understand the first time she reiterated this policy to me. Yes, I hear you loud and clear but it’s doesn’t work for me. Long story short is was combative and uncomfortable. I said I wanted to ask my boyfriends honest opinion and the front desk woman said I can sign the paper now and if I change my mind she can shred it, no thanks that was it for me right there.

My boyfriend purchased a 2 hour massage for my birthday yesterday. I had Richard, who I heard complaining about giving a massage in the first place, he was nice when I met him overall. But I specifically told him I wanted him to focus more on my neck than anything due to frequent headaches. He spent majority of our session on my shoulders and arms. I told him light pressure which he did not do and many times I told him it hurt and he told me to breathe through it. I wanted it to just be over. It was more painful than anything and a complete waste of $140 plus the $30 tip I gave out of guilt because the front desk asked me what I was leaving him. He didn’t even touch my feet. Not happy overall and will not be returning. Sad when you ask for something specific and don’t receive it. Waste of time and money.

I’m so upset that this company would charge my card I was considered a no show, which was absolutelynot intentional I was sick was with Covid symptoms and forgot to cancel my appointment I guess my health wasn’t that important to Chandler South I was expecting a phone call for a reminder appointment as I had for my previous appointment of course they had saved my number wrong in their system. So basically I was charged $69 consider a no show The manager Mariah was extremely rude and very unprofessional not understanding at all even if she would have offered me to come in at a later date since you guys took a payment and I’m not getting serviced she had the nerve to tell me I would have to pay again Honestly times are hard so who on earth would purposely want to be charged $69 and not receive service. Thankfully I’m disputing this charge and will take my business elsewhere

Natasha has been all the difference in me feeling my best. She is the best I have found for migraines and knots. I am a super tense person in general and Natasha has helped me recover from a car accident years ago that has still been triggering my muscles. I would recommend her to anyone!

Jordan is an awesome masseuse. He applies the right pressure when asked, focuses on the target location, and is very professional. He does a great deep tissue massage. I highly recommend him.

I purchased a gift card from this facility for my boyfriend for Christmas. I called the day prior to schedule him as well as gave the gift card confirmation code in which the lady on the phone confirmed that she would NOT need anything else, and that he could walk in with ease and would be taken care of. Fast forward to the next morning. When he walked in the front desk staff Onica asked for the confirmation email even though I was told it was not needed since the gal the day before had inputted the confirmation code within her system or however she did it. Luckily I was by my phone and could send it to him. Then, he was told that he owed a additional $10 for the buy one get one deal. I purchased 1 - hour massage for $75. The second 1- hour massage was given as a option. In the fine print on the gift card confirmation it reads When you purchase 1-hour massage at 25% off YOULL BE ABLE TO purchase the second option at 25% off adding up to 50% off 1 massage. In no way did it say you needed to purchase both. Now, you have a new customer that might have signed up to be a member that is embarrassed and not understanding why he owes more money. Onica was the front desk informant that told me on the phone when I called that she actually wasnt sure what type of gift card option that he had. Even though this was scheduled and discussed the day prior. So your establishment is up charging new customers when they really have no idea what they are charging for. This type of customer service is disgusting. Keep your employees like Onica educated on customer service and the way you treat people and how you conduct your business. I will never recommend anyone to this establishment. Beware of up upselling and unprofessionalism.To update and comment from the response of the owner below the website offer nor the confirmation email mentioned anything about HAVING to purchase both. The website allows you to purchase a 1 -hour massage with the option for the second. It also gave a option to purchase two 90 minute massages that were combined so why allow a customer to only purchase 1 and then be expected to owe more money once you have a scheduled massage that is nonrefundable ? If this was in the fine print it must have been very very small. To me this sounds like a bate and switch tactic. You guys really need to be more professional and not con customers and then say that they were confused. Again, poor customer service.

My favorite day of the month is my visit here. Staff and ambience is so relaxing and comforting here. I’ve been coming here for almost three years and have never been dissatisfied.

Richard was amazing! I chose deep tissue and told him upfront to not pay attention to me if I whined during it, haha. He was ultra professional and talked me through the rough spots and made sure it was just discomfort and not pain. I left feeling nearly drunk from all the junk he massaged out. These are all GREAT things when you like deep tissue. He was awesome. I can’t wait to go back.

Everett gave me a great massage. He was very aggressive in removing the kinks from my shoulders and neck which is what I need. He wasn’t timid and did just as I asked. If your looking for a deep tissue massage Everett is the man.

Nick was an absolute blessing. Mild soreness today, but that is nothing compared to what I was feel before my session. I can actually sit upright without searing pain along my spine and no pain whatsoever while I am working. Do not use this company. They have refused to credit us back our money due to not being able to use the massages due to health reasons. The manager, Mariah is condescending, rude and completely unprofessional. I explained that we are requesting a huge refund and she merely stated that that is not their policy and I have to forfeit my money????? Filed complaint with BBB! Terrible business.

This was THE WORST experience getting a massage!! NEVER trust the owner, Susann, and the manager, Jessica! Jessica LIED about giving me misinformation regarding the pricing of my massage not once, not twice, but THREE times. She had me leaving the facility believing I had paid the correct price for my massage, then called me 30 MINUTES after my appt to tell me they are charging me $40 more because I used an expired Groupon that I TOLD her was expired and I knew it was only worth what we paid...a groupon that I gave her when checking out! Had Jessica told me that the $99 was a promotional value at check out, not to be combined with a Groupon, I could have done the promotional $99 and saved the groupon for another massage!They tried to commit FRAUD on my credit card! It took me calling over and over to get them to return the money owed to me. They will go back on their word and treat the client like TRASH! I said I was going to involve the police due to fraud and Susann finally decided to return the difference! She had no choice because they were Guilty!! DO NOT TRUST THEM AND NEVER GO TO THIS FACILITY!

Have gone to both locations. One on Ocotillo and Arizona Ave and the other near Chandler Mall. This place is AMAZING! I have been coming for several years and would not go anywhere else and I refer everyone I know here. The staff is OUTSTANDING! Very inviting and relaxing environment. It is always good to do massage in element massage. But now a days very less deep massage therapist I see here. Also if they do better massage then they will change them as premier therapist which is extra charge.
