Elements Massage

I have had a membership here for over a year. I can say with confidence that this location of Elements is exceptional. From the moment you walk in you immediately feel the calm & peaceful atmosphere. Every area at this location from waiting area to hallways, restrooms and massage rooms are incredibly clean. The front desk staff is so welcoming and helpful as well as professional. I feel like I can ask any question and they go above and beyond to make me feel heard. They are not pushy or overbearing like most front desk staff I have encountered. It’s not about “making a sale” it’s all about giving the customer the right information to make their own decision. This is a wheelchair accessible location. The massage table can be lowered for an easier transfer from chair to table. Which that alone is amazing!! Now I have had the pleasure of receiving a massage from 5 of the therapists.Robert, is a gentleman and professional. He makes you feel comfortable, answers any questions or concerns . He always checks in to make sure the pressure is comfortable.Haley, is wonderful with such an empathetic posture. She deeply cares about her work and it truly shows during your session. She listens and respects the needs of her clients. I hated foot massages until my very first session with Haley.Samantha, is incredibly compassionate. She took time to really explain the benefits of different add ons available such as Hot stones, cupping & CBD oils. I immediately felt safe when I got on her table. My massage didn’t feel rushed and I left feeling better than I arrived.Bryant, is professional with a genuinely kind soul. He truly cares about each client. He answered all my 100x questions never making me feel bad for asking. He gave me helpful tips for in between appointments to help my posture as well a stretching techniques.Selena, is kind as well as professional. She took time to really hear my concerns and gave good recommendations. If truly deep tissue massage is what you are seeking she is your person!! She checked in on me to make sure the pressure was ok. She took her time on my really tough spots. She is very respectful of your time and makes sure to hit the areas you requested.I would go back and have another session with any one of these amazing humans. I highly recommend any one of them. Now depends on their experience level there can be an additional charge added to the massage fee, but trust me they are all worth itI highly recommend this Elements Massage!!! 10/10!! A+

Let me first say the massage from Robert was good. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Now for the not so good part. I booked over the phone and was asked for a credit card. At that moment I agreed and said I have a Spa Finder gift card will I be able to pay with that instead of my credit card? The response was yes that my credit card was just to hold the appointment. After the appointment I went to pay and was told :we dont accept that card I responded that I asked this before booking. The gentlemen responded this location does not accept that maybe the Chandler Village one does. That put a damper on everything. I wish whoever booked for me was actively listening or had better knowledge. Their error should not have caused me extra expenses as this was a massage paid for by my children for Mothers Day. Make sure you confirm acceptable payment methods in person as I feel this was intentional.

This team is fantastic: they are always well staffed, are very welcoming and greeting when I arrive for my appointment, my appointment is always starting and ending on time, the building is clean and quiet and relaxing. They keep a file of the settings I prefer and it feels very personalized. Could not recommend them more. This business really nails it.

If you have any serious issues or deep knots then I highly suggest you ask for Jerry! I hurt my lower back in the gym on a Monday and was in pain with anything that I did. Walking, sitting, laying down, etc. I was able to get in Wednesday evening and Jerry worked miracles. Instantly 70 - 80% better which allowed me to stretch and ultimately get rid of my issue. Will definitely be going back!

We have been enjoying the service until recently. We had a couple’s massage scheduled for that afternoon, but something my wife ate earlier that day severely upset her stomach. I called the office to let them know and see what we could do. A very pleasant young man answered and after I explained everything he said not to worry, and he would reschedule us for the following weekend. I was delighted with their understanding, but that did not last long. The first problem came the following week when our rescheduled appointment came up. We discovered that whoever we talked to only canceled our appointment and did not reschedule us.That was a bummer, but the appointment was rescheduled for the following week, so we thought we were good then. The second issue came up after we completed our rescheduled messages, and the person checking us out said our account was short one credit. This was when we discovered they had charged our account one credit for the first missed appointment. When I voiced my frustration that this was never mentioned to us, the two employees were sympathetic but still landed on “sucks to be you” as the resolution.I try to judge a company not on if they make a mistake but on how they handle them when they come up and this left a lot to be desired.

This is a great location! The front desk staff are friendly and polite, the lobby is calm and comfortable and Haley is an amazing therapist. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I love coming here and seeing Andrea! Ive been coming to this location for a little over a year now. Andrea is very professional at her work and takes pride in it. She always checking and making sure the pressure is right. I look forward to seeing her every month.

Buyer beware! I was a member for several months and after having to close my account with a few sessions unused it became impossible for me to redeem my last two massage credits after moving to a different city that had a location I could transfer my credits to. Before canceling I confirmed with the Chandler location I could in fact transfer my credits to any Elements Massage specifically the one I was moving closer to. They gave me the run around for two months claiming that the Chandler location had to send clearance to the Miami location to redeem the credits but when I talked with the Miami location they said the Chandler location still hadn’t cleared it and it was just back and forth with the Chandler location not transferring the credits until the credits expired. They then extended the expiration date due to the absurd amount of time it was taking to do a simple transfer and finally at one point the Miami location told me definitively that the Chandler location successfully transferred the credits and I could call to book. However, when I called to book they claimed that the Phoenix location still had a hold on the credits, seemingly taking them back after transferring them. I have never struggled this hard to simply redeem a service I had already paid for after being so incredibly patient with them through my numerous conversations over the phone and in person with the staff at both locations. I have a feeling they were never going to let me redeem my paid for sessions in the first place due to all the running around they made me do and the insane amount of “miscommunication” between branches. It’s such a shame since I thoroughly enjoyed my massages at the Chandler location and the masseuses were amazing, but I will never get their services again and recommend especially staying away from the subscription at all costs.

Kayla is so gifted at lymphatic drainage! I am canceling my ablation appt this works so well, I am painfree in my shoulder for the first time... since I started seeing Kayla, I am so grateful!

Rayna is the very best! She works out my knots and tight spots every month. So worth it for my good health.The staff and friendly. The massage rooms and waiting areas a comfortable and clean.Great place and Rayna is top notch!

Ive been to many massage studios, but I keep coming back to this one. Peaceful, calming environment, kind and friendly staff and Samantha is FANTASTIC! Listened to my concerns and knew exactly how to target them. She helped me work through some chronic pain and continues to help me stay healthy and pain-free. Great at deep tissue and trigger points, and really getting to those knots and working them out.

Bryant is fantastic! I never thought I’d join a massage membership, but after my first massage with him (a gift from a friend) I signed up. Almost 2 years later I still see him and I’m writing this review.He gives an AMAZING prenatal massage. Elements has a proper prenatal table with the belly hole too.The last month of my pregnancy I saw him every week, and it REALLY helped with the general discomfort from growing a human. I honestly think having frequent massages helped me have the natural birth I hoped for.Bryant is very strong and does an amazing deep tissue massage. My husband sees him monthly.Highly recommend!

I enjoy getting my massages here. I can always count on Abel to get in deep and work out the tight muscles I get from working construction. Highly recommend him for any deep pressure. Granted I do leave sore but I feel so much better the next day.

Abel was one of the best masseuses I’ve ever had. He applied the perfect amount of pressure to areas where I had knots and worked several of them out of my back and legs. Highly recommend!

My appointment was at 6 and I arrived exactly on time, my masseuse took me in very quickly but after I changed it was already 6:03 and she did not come back into the room for at least another 5-7 minutes. She then ended the massage at 6:58. Although my masseuse was great I will not be coming back here since I paid for an hour-long massage and only got a 45-50 minute-long one. The headrest was also very uncomfortable.

Abel is absolutely amazing! I have been to him twice and I feel amazing after every session. He incorporates stretching into the massage which helps so much with my hips and joints. I also appreciate that at the beginning right when we go to the room he takes the time to talk with me about what I want worked on and customizes the massage and walks me through everything that we will do during the session. This helps a lot with knowing what’s next and also shows how detailed he is. I will definitely continue booking with him and recommend him to anyone that is coming here! The front staff is also super friendly and welcoming! Great experience all around :)

I love having the membership and knowing that every month I can schedule a massage with my favorite, Victoria. She knows exactly the amount of pressure I like and is always a pleasure. I walk out of there in a trance. I have tried most of the upgrades, hot stone being my favorite. I like that I receive a reminder text and check in is a breeze. So happy I found this place!

I have gone for multiple massages and have tried the new red light therapy. I have always left feeling better than ever. Extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Anthony is awesome when it comes to massages. I just feel the business practice is sub par. Ive had a lot on my plate lately and forgot about my massage appt. especially dealing with my parents estate out of state and buying a home on the other side here. I asked if I can do another appt. I was told that I would be charged for this appt and would be charged a full amount again to re schedule. I feel this is a poor business practice.

We have our favorite massage therapist and she helps with my migraines and overall stress relief. Elements is so easy to work with too, they’re great with communication and schedule changes.

Jackie has done a wonderful job of listening to what my needs are and focusing on specific areas of my shoulder during my massages. She is a warm, friendly person and I’ve had the same experience with the front desk staff as well. Scheduling is easy and there is a good amount of availability whenever I want to schedule.

Elements takes care of their customers, and their employees, and it shows! Ramona is one of the best therapists Ive ever had. Easy membership options, and service suspension if needed. A massage changes your mood, flexibility and pain. Its a must, and you can trust this location to help you live your best life!

My boyfriend always takes me for couples massage with him and the service is great. Ive had different therapists (last two sessions one with Connor and the other with Robert) and they were wonderful. I’ve been a Wellness member off and on for several years now and I love it. I’ve been seeing Katie for about a year and she is incredible at targeting my problem areas and being empathetic to any situation. Front staff is also always so warm and welcoming!

I scheduled with Reyna for the 1st time and have zero regrets!! She is very kind, informative throughout the massage of what she was doing, and she really targeted my problem areas! I was very impressed with her strong but relaxing techniques. I will schedule with her again very soon!

When I was dealing with a freak accident that caused my neck and back to get so stiff I could barely move, Elements was able to get me in—same day. Not only that, but Kaity did an amazing job. I was still stiff and sore, but able to go back to work the next day. All the things I tried at home didn’t work—stretching, ice, heating pad, ibuprofen, massage gun, bio freeze—but Kaity’s knowledge, experience and ability got me to the point that all those things could actually start to help.Hubby and I both joined the Wellness Program on the spot. We had forgotten how much benefit we got from regular massages prior to COVID disrupting everyday life.You won’t regret coming to Elements!

I am a former massage therapist at this location. I couldnt have had a better experience working here. Allison and her management team do an excellent job of taking care of their therapists and creating a safe yet fun environment to work in. You really are family when you work here. You wont find better co-workers with little to no drama. Everyone takes care of each other and helps out. Best of all the therapists are expected to be just that: therapists. We are trusted to do what we are trained to do and to take care of our clients. I loved my time at Elements and was very sad to say goodbye. You couldnt ask for a better work environment nor a better group of people to spend your days with.

Highly suggest vetting your massage therapist beforehand. It was my birthday so I made an appointment for myself for a deep tissue massage for 90 min. I get there and massage starts and I consistently have to ask for more pressure until the masseuse says she only does light level 1 pressure. I cut the session shirt because it felt like my 5 year old son could do better. The manager blamed it on corporates booking system saying they allow all people with time slot to be showin. I waster $150 on something that literally didn’t nothing to help the tension in my back and neck that I took time off work to fix with no recourse. I am not happy at all with the blame game when they messed up and didn’t properly satisfy a customers request when booking.

I prepaid direct from my account and once I stopped they told me I lost the previous credits I had built up. The only way I could get the credits that I had prepaid for was if I started paying in there monthly program again with an auto debit again. Unacceptable, I recommend taking you business elsewhere.I did not received a notice of termination confirmation email. This could all be easily resolved if I could get the credit for the massages I have pre-paid for. I would be happy to change my review if this was taken care of.

Sadly disappointed. Ive had a few massages here and the second one was quite good. Today however, I couldnt wait for it to be over and nearly left early. Its been a long week and I just wanted to relax. Instead the therapist talked about themselves, their children, their grandchildren, previous pets and current pets for a good portion of the session. Any comment Id politely make was ignored and became a spring board for them to talk about themselves. Im sorry if it makes me the bad guy, but I really dont want to pretend to care about your life story during the massage. I just want to feel relaxed, loosened up, and go on my way.

I felt completely comfortable with my massage. Things were explained to me well beforehand and during my session. Friendly therapists and front desk associates. All really made my first visit great.

She listens and makes you feel better.I’m dissatisfied with their staff, I was told I could split my massages so that I could get a 90 min massage and another member said “not so” and wouldn’t honor what I was told. I left feeling not so comfortable after my massage. ☹️

I came across Elements Massage when I was looking for a place to help me with my neck and shoulder. I decided to sign up to try the new client offer. Im so glad I did because my experience was wonderful. My massage therapist was friendly and skilled. She walked me through everything she was going to do and offered helpful ideas to keep me feeling great in the future.The front desk staff was informative and the store itself was clean and nicely decorated. If you are in need of a massage, I highly recommend this location.

The scheduling process was simple and the service was great. Everyone was really courteous. Amid COVID, their masks and socially-distant check-in process was not too daunting while also being thorough. There was no high-pressure sales approach for their wellness program, they let their services do the talking. I appreciated that. I will continue to go here because I see the value in a membership-based program. The discount is substantial and it will motivate me to take my health seriously enough to go monthly. And lets face it, who wouldnt want to get a massage every month?

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I booked an online appt and showed up for them to tell me Im on the waitlist. I said it was confirmed and I have the email that came through today too. The guys response was rudely to the girl checking me in oh Ashley dealt with this yesterday...I said I booked last night and he said yeah we have a system glitch it’s double booking and we are full today. No care or oh shoot I’m sorry you drove here and we can’t get you in. I looked at him and said so that’s it? He said yeah. Super rude and def will not be coming back here.

I think that Elements Massage is wonderful. I think the reception area and front staff are very friendly. Ive gone to a few different massage therapists there, taking whoever was available. They were great. But lately Ive been asking for Suzanne, and I think shes excellent. All ask questions and explain different massage techniques, so I can understand why they do certain things. Elements Massage in Chandler is excellent!

I have been getting massages for a very long time. I have had different numerous experiences with different styles of masseuses. My last session here was the most frustrating and disrespectful experience. I came in on time was sent straight away. Since my regular therapist wasn’t available at the time. I was paired with a different therapist. Things started awkward from the jump. I realized immediately the therapist that was working on me was a newbie who didn’t have a lot of experience. I thought about stopping her and just canceling the appointment but in all honesty I didn’t want to crush her spirits. So I let it continue. I can provide lots of details on things an experienced therapist would know. For example, the therapist wasn’t aware you can adjust the massage table to a higher comfortable level for her. She spent kneeling on the floor to work on my body. Another example is. She wasn’t very knowledgeable in the body itself. She was vigorously rubbing my cervical spine that I had to tell her. That is not a muscle. That’s my spine. I booked for an hour massage. Any experienced therapist k owns how to manage their time to cover the full body. My neck, shoulder were never touched although that was the primary reason I came in for and expressed to her. However she spent half the time rubbing my calves. 🤦🏾‍♂️ My time was cut short as well in the room. When I came out , I tried explaining to the person at the front desk that i believe my time was cut short. The lady I was speaking to kept dismissing what I was trying to tell her. She kept saying we need to review the cameras and wouldn’t use logic. In any case. I asked for a manager and it turns out she was the manager as well. I explained to her my experience in the room and it wasn’t fair that I pay a premium membership fee and I should receive the service that I pay for. If I wanted to have someone casual just rub me down without the knowledge of how to manipulate the body and work tension and kinks out. I would just asked my partner. The manager Darayn was quite rude and very dismissive. She told me that I probably wasn’t aware there are other styles of massage techniques and truly condescending. I am not inexperienced in this field and get massages often. The conversation between Darayn and I was not productive and she had asked me to send an email and they will review my complaint. In the response email I got, she admitted yes, my time was cut short (same thing I tried telling her face to face).In any case. After that experience, I canceled my membership. I am a paying customer and I shouldn’t have been treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about.

Friendly front desk staff & amazing massage therapists in a relaxing atmosphere. I’ve been a customer for over 3 years & love their wellness program. I have a bad back & my monthly massage significantly reduces my pain. If I need more frequent therapy I can get additional treatment at the same price. My husband can also get massages at the same price, but we just signed him up for the wellness program since he wants a monthly massage anyway. You also get perks & upgrades with the program too. Highly recommend!!!!!

Sam is my regular therapist and her work is vital to my overall health. She is knowledgeable, skilled, and has very gentle energy which is imperative for relaxation.The front office staff is always welcoming, fun, kind, and efficient.The studio has always been very clean and now they are very conscious of COVID restrictions to ensure the safety of everyone. I appreciate this mindful care, as Elements is one of the very few public places I visit.

I was massaged by Julee who has decades of experience. I had been having really bad vertigo due to a bad neck adjustment at a chiropractor. She focused on that the first 20min and talked me through what she was doing to correct it and would have me move my head side to side to test the dizziness. I went from having dizzy spells every time I moved my head to almost none by the time I walked out. Im genuinely surprised by the effectiveness and the wealth of knowledge she brings to this location. 15/10 will definitely be coming back.

This was my first experience with Elements Massage and I was very pleased. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I waited only a few minutes then I met Romona. She was quick to make pleasant conversation and wanted to find out which areas were troublesome. Once the massage started she made kind conversation, not prying too much into personal details. Her massage was compromised of a relaxing nature along with her working out knots on my back. I felt refreshed once the massage was over. Once I was dressed I was met with a bottle of water and a looking forward to seeing me next time goodbye. I would highly recommend Elements Massage to anyone.

Over promised under delivered. I had an appointment set up this past Saturday for 845am. I received a call at 822am stating my massage had been canceled due to an emergency that came up. Now I totally understand emergencies happen, its life but as a client we are told to give a 24 hour cancelation notice otherwise we will be fined. I asked to have a manager call me back as there was no Contingency plan in these type of situations and was told I would hear back by latest the next day. I have yet to hear from anyone and its now the second day. so customers are just SOL in these instances. I was on the door step of this location when given this notice. Overall absolutely horrible experience.

A fantastic experience. We came here in the hope of getting a massage as walk in customers. There were no immediate spaces but we were able to be scheduled in a little later on and as we were first timers to Elements, we were given a discount. The reception staff were very efficient and professional. The massage was so good. I felt at ease throughout and the masseuse was great at explaining everything. I felt so relaxed and anew afterwards. It was a shame that it ended! I would 100% recommend.

I canceled my massage after their staff refused to wear a mask when requested while working on a close friend. Regardless of one’s opinions on masks, I can’t fathom why a wellness service would deny taking minor steps to accommodate a client’s valid health concerns.When I called to ask what their policy was, they told me they would wear masks if requested, only to have my friends reach back out and be told otherwise. I don’t know if it was willful lying or just a lack of internal communication and awareness. Either way it’s definitely a problem.I then called back to make the cancellation, and when I went to explain the reasoning the staff cut me off and told me to have a nice day before hanging up.Fortunately I can reschedule at another location in Tempe that seems to have better service.It’s really disappointing as they’re close and I was using this appointment to consider a monthly subscription. My friend has been raving about them to her entire circle up to this point, so I know everyone is now going to be made aware of these issues and told to avoid this problematic location.

Alejandra has been my therapist and I have always got 90 min massage sessions. She is outstanding and the massage is so relaxing that I keep sinking into sleep. I have always come out refreshed and I come home and sleep. Highly recommend getting a massage from Alejandra! Thank you Elements Massage-Chandler for the great service!!! Well worth the money!!! I am so happy I joined their monthly plan. The therapists are wonderful and everyone has been so welcoming. My last massage was with, Stephanie and she put me to sleep. So relaxing!!

If you like your massages to hurt more than relax (which I do, very much so), Bryant is your man. I’m a female MT only type of gal, but Bryant comes at you with these muscly man hands that know exactly where they’re going in order to hurt you the most....I mean to bring you the most healing.When I left I was so conflicted. I never wanted to visit him again, but also couldn’t wait to get a repeat session.He was incredibly professional, and yet personable. He honored my requests of where is okay and not okay. And he was a funny guy to talk to, the flow of conversation was natural and easy.Front desk staff are always kind and professional.My husband, my daughter, and I all go here and we love it!

This is the only chain massage business that I will frequent, I have been to locations in Scottsdale and Ahwatukee and always get great customer service. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I always have a great experience. I never feel like they are overselling. All the therapists are professional and accommodating. 10/10

Elements massage takes your safety seriously, they also have professional staff committed to your overall experience. The most nuance addition to their services would being able to buy packages with member discounts versus having to become a member to enjoy those prices. As we live during pandemic times, not everyone can pay a monthly due for quality massages, but being able to buy packages removes the monthly obligatory hassle of canceling/restarting constantly

AVOID this location, sadly. I am (was?) a member and had booked myself what I thought would be a lovely birthday massage. When I showed up I politely asked my therapist if she would please wear a mask during my session and she refused. The front desk backed her saying that if she doesn’t want to, even by customer request, she doesn’t have to. Even if you excuse the problematic aspect of a health and wellness company refusing to follow CDC guidelines *when requested by the customer* …that tells you a lot about their poor approach to customer service. The manager told me she “doesn’t like to be the one to make decisions”…Huh? That doesn’t bode well for many other concerns if they ever come up! Such a disappointment.

This was my first time at this location. The staff was very friendly and professional. I got a deep tissue massage and it was deep. I need extra pressure because I dont go monthly and nodules tend to build up. My therapist was professional and the facility was clean and comfortable. Elements massage is the best in the valley.

Sarah was AMAZING!! I went to work after my massage and was told I looked so relaxed. Thanks Sarah, you did that for me. I slept like a baby that night. Will be back to see Sarah again. As a Dental Assistant I need frequent massages.

I have been going a few years and never had a bad experience. Ramona is my favorite massage therapist, although I have seen about 5 others and they each have their strengths. Upgrading to the salt stone massage is the best decision I have ever made.

I recently moved from out of state and figured it would take several visits to find the right massage therapist for me. My first visit I had Kayla. I have had so many different massage therapists over the years and she was the best I have ever had!! I feel so lucky to find a great therapist that fits my needs my first visit! Kayla is amazing!!!

The massage was wonderful, but sadly I again had to deal with their poor business practices. I went in with a 90 minute gift card, that I had to book online as a regular appointment and present the gift card at arrival in lieu of payment. Previously they allowed you to use a 90 minute for 60 + an upgrade. So I booked the 60 and added aromatherapy. All was good until the end when they charged me for the upgrade and told me that I lost out on the other 30 minutes and couldnt use it for anything else. Would have been nice to know prior to taking the gift card and not letting me know it would be an issue.This is the second time Ive had an issue with their business practices, and unfortunately I wont be giving them another shot.

The staff is super friendly. We had an amazing experience. The massage was beyond relaxing. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again soon!

Very friendly customer service, and always accommodating with my schedule. Andrea is such a wonderful therapist. She is very caring and knowledgable, and always gives me stretches to do at home to help progress my healing. She listens and has a holistic approach to the healing process which makes me feel like were in it together. I love getting a massage at elements! Abel is amazing! I’ve had several different massages with him as he’s able to personalize your massage but the massage with stretching is amazing!!!

The front desk ladies were very kind and welcoming. My massage therapist, Alejandra, did a great job. She made me feel very comfortable and checked in to see how the pressure level was.

I have been to Elements a few times and I truly enjoy my experience each time. Robert is an amazing masseuse who listens to me and provides great relief to my sore muscles! I wish I could clone him and take him home with me….but I’m sure my husband wouldn’t approve. LOL 😆

Horrible business!!! The manager refuses to take any ownership for the mistakes of the front office staff/receptionists. They lose paperwork, give inaccurate information, etc. Some of the massage therapists (Jessica S. is fantastic) are good, but a few are straight up awful! I had to end a massage early because one lady, despite multiple requests for lighter pressure, left me with bruises all over my back, leaving me fairly unhappy after paying over a hundred dollars for a relaxing massage. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned, but had multiple billing issues they refused to resolve. I would not recommend a membership to anyone!In response to the owner post: The manager did not do anything to make the situation right. She refused to call me back or respond to my email inquiries, I have email and phone call evidence I can show you. I finally had to go into the elements store to get information about my membership, because I never could get a response to my phone calls. I canceled my membership that day and asked yet again for the manager or owner to contact me. I still have not heard from you or from the manager. Regardless of what you say should have happened, it did not and nothing was made right in my situation. And from the yelp reviews you have, this is not the first time either. You may want to retrain your staff and manager if you want your business to succeed.

Worst experience ever. this massage was not relaxing and was very painful. i was in pain for three days after the massage because of it. i also payed for several services and didn’t get them. the whole thing was just terrible. i’ve tried contacting the manger several times and no one gets back to me. worst massage ever.

The massage was not relaxing it hurt so bad I was in pain for 3 days I want my feet massages also my head and I did not get that either. I have had massages done many times this was the worst I have ever received. I will not be coming back. I will go else where. I asked them to focus on my lower back and that did not happen it was just the worst ever Conner did my massage

Simply incredible. Great staff, great availability, great massages. Not overly pricey, especially with the wellness program. Saw Matthew and Christian for deep tissue and both did a fantastic job and listened to my needs. Elements Massage makes me sad I dont live in Phoenix permanently.

Andrea is a fantastic light to mid strength therapist, and Samantha is an exceptional deep pressure therapist! I’ve been to a few Elements and this one seems to stand out above the rest in terms of consistency and quality.

The Himalayan Salt Stones are amazing, seriously theyll change your life. Ive seen like seven different therapists and their all incredible. Ive never had a bad experience and the front desk staff is so friendly and accommodating.

Great deep tissue massage, it was a first time for me getting this type of massage and was curious what it would do for the problems I my back, after a few days I did have an improved range of motion and was a huge help! Samantha was great highly reccomend!

The owner is a thief. The staff is incompetent. I had a family emergency and had to cancel. I was told this would be fine and no fee would be assessed since I was already at the facility when I got the call about said emergency. I find out later, they ran my card without my permission. The owner, Susan, is refusing to give me my money back despite the fact that this was a fraudulent charge. I will be pursuing this with the BBB and local authorities as well as her franchising company. Policy or not, you do not tell someone you are nother charging them and then do it. Bad business.

Element Massage is more like a Doctors Office to me. Session here are therapeutic and relaxing, and its a must I visit monthly. My therapist, Suzanne is well in-tune with my body. She knows just what to do.

Your in-store gift card policy is bad business. You should have gift cards, that you can put money in-store, so the one Im gifting it to can get the 1st visit special. If youre going to sell gift cards in sessions only, then the 1st time client pricing should be available. The way you have it set up is not OK.I would also like to add that your response is unacceptable. Your company need to change the in-store policy. Having that option available online only is unacceptable.

I’ve tried to cancel the wellness package for two months and the manager doesn’t call back. Besides that, the front desk girl doesn’t know anything and gets upset when you ask her to do her job. I am very pregnant and don’t want to go to the establishment to cancel, I want it cancelled conveniently. These are very bad practices.
