First time at this smoke shop and everything was pretty cheap. Matthew helped me and showed me some cool things and when I was being indecisive he was super patient. Madie was extremely nice at check out and super helpful and polite when I was asking questions. Matthew and Madie are definitely the reason I will go back and refer my friends!!

It was an awesome experience the staff there were friendly the young lady and young gentleman were helpful and sincere. The stores lay out is inviting and relaxing. The vape collection is awesome, they also got a great collection of cigars.

Everything you need for smoking, hookah, or vape, you can find it here. The staff is the best, and always willing to help, but if you just want to browse, you can do it without pressure.

This is kinda a brand review. The pink bottle of bong cleaner Bedazzled was the cheapest and looked sketch. You cant tell, but it does have abrasive material and is in fact the best bong cleaner Ive ever used. Couldnt believe it! Bought it cuz it was in the pink bottle, for a laugh.

Nice clean shop, great selection, received smiles and greetings from the employees as I came through the door. I Had an issue with a battery I recently purchased and the nice lady behind the counter fixed me right up. My new neighborhood go-to, thanks DJs!

Its been a staple in the east valley since hevay metal t-shirts and big hair. I was there! Great smoke shop. Id say many smoke shops have their own perks!Shop around, its fun!

Super friendly and chill customer service. Pete the Supervisor is patient, knowledgeable and extremely polite. Didn’t know much but this dude kindly answers all questions asked. Really didn’t talk much with dalton but hey you helped and get included in this review as well. Definitely will be back to buy more products. Thanks for be amazing.

A legendary smoke shop in The Valley. Many years later and the standards are the same. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Should they ever be unsure of a product inquiry or aspects particular to your question they do not hesitate to find the answer. Huge selection of just about every type of item in the store. Prices reflect the market adequately. The environment is 100% positive vibes. TBH the four 1 star reviews by this B R I A N character who created 4 fake accounts 2 months ago leaving only 1 review each, must be due to him failing a job interview or possibly he couldnt function in a public setting. But hey, trolls are everywhere these days.Give this establishment a visit. Youll find everything youre looking for and then some, plus youll find your new forever One Stop Shop for all your smoking needs!

Many thanks to the three gentlemen who, have assisted me on my 3 visits. Each one was helpful, and answered my questions, and as an inexperienced 75 yr old I really did like that. Highly suggest that you shop there.

I wish it was better labeled explaining the different flavors of the cigars. Staff is always helpful helping find a particular cigar as my eyes are bad focusing on the small writing. Walk in humidor is amazing pretty much all the cigars I have purchased here seem fresh!

This place is super close to my house, and always has whatever Im looking for. Nice selection, decent prices, of course.. but the real reason I keep coming back is honestly the staff here. No matter whos working they are always welcoming and helpful, and their product recommendations are actually pretty on point.

Used to be a regular at the Mesa shop, but moved from the area to Tempe 3 years ago. Never had a bad experience there. Im only a cigar smoker, so nothing else appealed to me, but the staff was ALWAYS helpful and if they couldnt answer a question, they just said so and promised to find the answer and always did. That said, Id only been in the Chandler shop once before, but it was convenient and opens earlier than the other lounges do I popped in recently. Well, I gotta tell ya, this was the worst shopping experience for cigars that I can remember. Nothing to do with the staff, they were fine. But the humidor smelled of urine, like its the substitute restroom or the humidification system is in sad shape. I paid $30 for 4 cigars, not a huge sum for quality smokes, but the problem is, each and every one of them sucked. One had a hole, tobacco bug or just a blemish, i dont know. All 4 were like sucking on foam, they were like cheapies, major league bad news. Also, I couldnt count the number of cigars that had been in there so long they were dusty. Bottom line is that humidor needs work and care or you should just close it.

These guys are great. I bought a defective vape but they fixed it right away. No way they could have known and the friendly staff made it right. If youre familiar with smoke shops that dont help when something happens after such a large purchase, this place is a wonderful departure from the normal. These guys care and want you to leave happy. This is my local smoke shop and every time I come here I am greeted and attended to quickly. Ive never had to wait for service. The staff is very knowledgeable of their products and can answer any questions you may have. Highly recommended!

Prices are amazing for the quality. Humidor is huge and the cigars are perfect. They even keep their wraps humidified so they stay fresher longer. Definitely recommend

I got a attachment for my mod. So I could travel and still have my medicine (wax) on me and it broke in two days. Couldnt do a return since it was past the day warranty. Very unhappy about the warranty days but over all there stuff is good.

Came here a couple months ago, service was pretty bad unfortunately even though the store was dead. Definitely not happy with their team. Products are good but Id rather take my business elsewhere.

Not going to specify words, but I asked for something with a particular name, and the worker jumped down my throat saying No, its called.......... you dont call it that , well excuse me. Ive only purchased this at 7 other shops using this terminallogy and they said nothing. Could have just educated me maybe a little bit more at certain smoke shops call certain things by different names but instead it seem like he got a little aggressive, then wants to get me to buy all these extras like nobody not after you just acted that way. Hopefully others have had good experiences here. Not me

Do not go to this smoke shop! They do not know how to treat paying customers, Never have what i need in stock. The so called manager mike is a chump, he yells at his employees which you can feel the tension when you walk into the store. The reviews below about mike are fabricated. He had to make up reviews to make himself look good. I hope the owner of DJs smoke shop will see this review to reconsider who he has managing the store for him.

It is just a smoke shop but they do a great job of providing a variety of cigars in their walk-in humidor.They have many other items I do not buy but their selection would be great for anybody that smokes or vapes.

I just left this place and will absolutely NEVER go back. The worker was super rude and disrespectful. I went there to buy several things but left without buying anything and will never return. This was my 1st time shopping here too. I would give it 0 stars if it were possible.

Well Mr.Fernando there is quite rude! He rushed me while looking at what I wanted to purchase, he kept grunting as if my being there was a inconvenience. He seemed very impatient, weird because I was the only customer there at the time. Then he wouldn’t let me hold the item to look at it... very weird energy in there.

Went in, they were super snobby, were very over priced and completely unfriendly. Go to rj smoke down the street on arizona they have way better prices and they are friendly. I gave one star, I wish it could be lower.

This shop has gotten bad the selection is no longer what it use to be. Mostly a hang out for manager and friends. What happened to this shop they use to have awsome selection plus great customer service, not anymore

The staff picked up immediately I was a unfamiliar with their shop and was very polite and helped me right away. Anytime I’m home visiting from Texas I would definitely come here.

Im more used to a more inviting smoke shop. They just kind of seemed like they didnt care whether we were there or not. But i think the Colorado smoke shop spoiled me.

Awesome walk in humidor with a great selection of cigars, great selection of other tobacco items but I go there for the cigars.

Its close and they have the only e juice I like which I cannot find anywhere else. Very chill and friendly . Regular faces that remember me when I come in ..
