I stopped in to get what I consider a relatively odd product. A Zero nicotine disposable Vap. Robert at the counter was very helpful, there selection was far superior to any shop I’ve seen in the area and I was grateful for that. Great customer service, great pricing and an easy transaction. Will definitely be back

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW: every Sunday is buy one get one on all their house blends.30ml is $7.99. 60ml is $13.99. 120ml is $18.99.You can pick between glass or plastic when you order the 60 or 120ml bottles.I wish there was a way to give them more than 5 stars. The customer service is beyond amazing. You can sample any flavor before you buy it. The last “name brand” juice I bought was $28.00 for 60mils. Here I bought 2 30mil bottles for a grand total of $15.00 due to Veterans Day sale and I couldn’t be happier. Nearly half the cost and double the taste. There’s a wide selection of flavors he can mix for you or you can ask him to mix a couple to make your own. All of the juices are aged for two weeks before he even puts them out on the shelf so you don’t have to worry about any weird flavors. He can add any amount of nicotine you want. If you’re not happy with how the flavor came out and have at least 3/4 of the bottle left then you can take it in and he’ll add whatever flavor it’s lacking. The mods and starter kits are closer to online prices than any other place I’ve been to. The list of good things goes on and on. If you’re tired of every boring vape shop that’s filled with the same people and overpriced products and want something different then this is the place for you.

I went in the shop about a week ago to purchase a new vape and the gentleman that was helping me was very short with me and was not knowledgeable on what he was selling. He was a heavier guy with a beard and glasses looked to be late 20s/ early 30s. After asking him about 3 questions he started being rude and short tempered. After getting my device he sat down and someone else had to come help me pick out my juice and coils, It was not a good experience and I will not be coming back.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need, even to the point of ordering a mod for me that they no longer carried. This is the only vape shop I go to now!

This place keeps the hobbist part of vaping still alive. Amazing staff huge selection of trust worthy ejuices and equipment. Probably the best vape shop you’ll visit in Arizona. If you haven’t been here before you won’t regret stepping in the door.

Dudes sold me an elf bar knock off that was sitting right next to the real ones and wouldn’t let me even swap it out for a real one. It had been only 30 (ish?) minutes later after realizing it was a knock off that I just wanted to swap it out, and not return it, and they still wouldn’t let me. Overall just disappointed in my interaction with this place.

I have been a regular for awhile, and I have always gotten quick, knowledgeable service. I have purchased several boxed and house juice products without incident. My dearest employees, may I request consideration for a Violet or Earl Grey house juice? I neeeeds it, please.Look, YOU should probably look into inventory options, call ahead to check availability, and stop expecting the employees to act like your best friends, ya Chatties. The same people keep working here, and they are pleasant, so step off.

This is by far the best vape shop in the valley. Not only do they have the best prices but they have the best selection and its not even close. Every juice Ive tried here is amazing and most of these premium juices you cant find anywhere else. I highly recommend Noms Cactus Jackfruit if you like exotic fruity juice. I also want to give a shoutout to Mark. Hes always given me great recommendations while being very personable. Everyone in here is knowledgeable about the products but Mark has always recommended me some of the most delicious juices Ive ever vaped while holding a good conversatio, Ive always appreciated that trait. Red Star is trash compared to the Vape Lab

Bought a pulse squonk kit here, had a hardware issue and they took care of me immediately. New unit works great. Great juice selection as well. You will find your ADV here. Very reasonable prices too. Staff is 5/5 .

They have a good variety of juices. However, I don’t recommend buying hardware from them. Purchased numerous hardware items that you can buy cheaper online, but since they swear they’ll stand behind the warranty I opted to give a local business my support. First time something went wrong, they had excuses. Finding another shop. Just lost a $200.00 a month customer.

Amazing staff who helped an OG vaper get back into the game with one of the nicest mods ive ever had (FOR LESS THAN 140 FULL SETUP TOO!!!!!) definitely has the best selection for experienced vapers and the guys give honest amazing selections! Couldnt say enough great things about this store and their staff!

Staff was very helpful and able to answer all my questions. I cant believe how far this technology has come in the last 5 years. Ive been vaping for several years now and have gone to so many vape shops and I can say without a doubt that The Vape Lab is the absolute best vape shop in the valley. HUGE selection of all types of juice and you will find some of the best juice youll ever have only at the Vape Lab. They always help me find new juices to try and know all of the juice to make sure you get a product that you will love. Their prices are very reasonable and dont overcharge. They also have the most kind, customer-friendly, and knowledgeable staff I have seen. I drive from Buckeye all the way to their south Chandler store, over an hour away, because I know that what I get out of is substantially better than what Ill find at any other vape shop. Never had a bad experience here and want to thank all of the staff here for doing an incredible job.

The first time I went was phenomenal Service. Second time the kid helping me seemed annoyed by taking him away from him precious Nintendo game. What is he an toddler? Playing Mario party at work? Sorry to interrupt your game bud. I made a comment about how pulse AIO’s were cracking and if anyones tried to return them. (He just nonchalantly said Nope) and didn’t care to Carry the conversation just wanted to get back to his precious video games.

Mark and the guys there James and Jacob were super friendly and knowledgable at helping me find a vape that was PERFECT for my specific preferences. I wanted something small and discreet that hit well and they not only found me the perfect product but walked me through all the steps of how to put it together, refilling the tank and the type of juice I would like. Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for a while now. Weve been to quite a few different vape shops, however, this particular one always has us coming back. Theyre extremely knowledgeable in any question you may have, theyre always friendly, and recognize my boyfriend whenever he comes in. Weve had nothing but great experiences here! Its nice to even sit and just vape, which we did for the first time tonight- Never thought we would ever do that in any vape place, and even better they didnt make us feel like we were intruding and came up to check and talk with us, making sure our device was up and running perfectly.Thanks for the amazing customer service! Great prices on everything. A huge selection of juices that were all so good looking i couldnt choose. I ended up with the best juice ive ever had. The owner is super cool and knows his stuff. Poor customer service and poor inventory. Consistently, coming into this store where people forget to place an order for product on their menu long before the excuse of were in difficult times. Inventory has been in low supply for 4 months. They couldnt place a call to their second store and to make the sale they would tweet the recipe. I did once and paid for product and let them keep it because I didnt like it.Mark (owner) states I was rude to see if they can get product from the other store. Instead, they use the excuse saying its 20 miles away. So an owner of a business wont travel between two sites once a week to ensure product availability? Which makes me believe if I was speaking with the owner or a kid. When I got tired of the excuses, I traveled to the 2nd shop myself and got exactly what I wanted before the lockdown.This is poor management/leadership not to mention sets an example for his employees who already work in a relaxed environment. Is this the small business I wish to see continue?Lets see Marks reply after my conversation with him today...

Great bunch of guys to help that are very knowledgeable in what they do. A very good selection in stock. And after they make the sale if anything goes wrong they take care of it. Im from Washington state and the mod I purchased was faulty I called them and they took care of it immediatey. They sent me a new one then I sent the other one back.

Love this place. Great selection of juices, mods and tanks. The guys are always very helpful, patient and truly know their stuff. They also usually get the newest mods and tanks as soon as they drop.

I used to like this store when Mark the owner was here all the time but since he not here and has been opening the Queen Creek store for the last 3 months this store has gone down hill. The prices are outrageous they dont have things in stock such as juices and coils and when they do they try to sell them at prices that are unreasonable. If the owner can not keep this store in stock or have someone who is capable of running it then it should not be open. My friend waited and waited on this store to get her VooPoo and it never came In 2 months and she finally had to go to Mark to get it. Interesting the owners response to this is to place all blame on customer and to say they just received the box an receipt a couple of days ago when in fact it sat at the Vape Shop on Alma School for 2 months waiting for a refund or another voopoo. Shame Shame

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Helped me pick the right hardware and even helped with first time setup. Go here, you wont regret it. My only complaint is that I didnt care for their CBD juice, but Ive been spoiled on that front, so keeping it 5 stars.

I went and bought 2 batteries and when i got home later to open them one of the batteries was not the same band and was quite obviously used i went back to the store to see if they would replace the battery as it is fairly obvious that an employee had stolen one and replaced it with their old battery but they refused to replace it or allow me to return the other battery i had purchused earlier they would only allow me to return for store credit of the battery that was good but after that experience of wasting my time and money having to travel back becuase one of their employees stole the battery originally! i just wanted my money back and get out of there (for the working one that was the correct battery) and they refused. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE.

This is my new favorite vape shop. Great selection of flavors. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. You can try any flavor before you buy. I was told by the staff that if you dont end up liking a flavor, just bring it back for a replacement. Which is cool because I just bought a flavor from another vape shop that I did not end up liking at all.The prices are good, especially on Sundays when they have bogo deals.Im going back.

The owner of the shop is extremely rude. I come here weekly and support his business. One day I came in with no mask, kindly put one on after he asked me to without hesitation. He then told me he is refusing service to me and told me to get the F out and he is calling the cops. Needless to say there are kinder shops that you can spend you money at.

After about two years of exclusively getting my juice, coils and vapes here Ive decided to switch my business elsewhere. Those three soy boys that work there have been kinda rude and have as much charisma as a fart. Didnt feel welcome last time. So long .

Visiting from the Chicago area and happened to stumble across this gem. They have some awesome e juices made in shop. The staff is very informative and eager to help. I hope they sell their products online cause the TSA only allowes me so many liquids on the flight. Thanks guys!

Bought a $250 mod that shorted out. Called to ask about the refund policy and James chose to tell me what he couldn’t do as well as talk over me. Needless to say this did not end well. The crazy thing is the manager called me at home and actually called me an mf’er among other things and then threatened to call the cops on me! Refused to stand by the products he sells and basically said f$&k you. So apparently I’m banned lol. No problem I’ll take my money elsewhere.
