I recently visited VTSS for the first time. I was really impressed by the wide variety of glass pieces they have available for purchase and the price of their Geek Bars is the lowest I’ve seen anywhere in the valley. My overall experience was 5 stars but then Victor, the store employee, told me about the upcoming 50% off of all glass sale they’ll be running July 10th through the 13th. I have definitely found myself a new smoke shop to frequent. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

Unfortunately this is the only place that carries my juice. The handful of times I’ve gone in I was unassisted in the front for over a minute and the employees know nothing about nicotine vapes, pod systems or knowledge of ohms. I have also been told I’m false about basic pod/salt nic information as I have smoke shop/vape product experience. Please train your employees about product knowledge.This is not a place to get nicotine vapes whereas they have better 420 accessories.

Bro this is the best smoke shop in Az all of their wraps are always fresh. The store always and smell great… i love my boy Kyle he’s always extremely helpful and he goes out of his way to make u don’t leave his store disappointed… Yaw should give my guy a raise cuz he’s definitely worth it!!!

I was visiting the area so I googled a random smoke shop. This place was 5 stars. They were very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, had a great selection of vaping merchandise and kratom. Plus, they gave me a free kava drink, lanyard, car freshener, among other things. As I was walking out the door the employee mentioned leaving them a review. I normally don’t write reviews, but I figured this one was worth it because they went above and beyond.

Excellent smoke shop. I come here nearly 2 times per week. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Kratom is cheap.

I have really enjoyed my experiences with this smoke shop in the past. Unfortunately, I will be unable to shop here after today. I was in the shop yesterday looking for a handheld vaporizer for concentrates, and the salesman directed me to first the Firefly and then eventually the Hera 2. I purchased the Hera 2 at $150 and immediately went to a friends house to test it out and get their input. My friend said that I should immediately take it back and not use it at all. I did not listen to him and decided to give it a chance, after all the guy at the smoke shop highly recommended it for my intended use. I was incredibly disappointed. The battery charged to 100% but then immediately dropped to 80% when unplugged. There was only one temperature setting for extracts, and it would take quite a while to heat up to temp. The heating element is built in to the mouthpiece which turns out to be a huge design flaw because it burns your lips as you inhale. I realized that testing this product was a huge mistake, and I panicked to try and get it clean. I was at with cotton swabs and alcohol for about 30 minutes until I got it as close as I could to the condition in which I purchased it. I immediately returned to Vapor Trails yesterday afternoon to try and return it. I was aware that they could not accept used pieces so I made the big mistake of lying and saying that I hadnt used the vaporizer yet. The salesman said he didnt have the authority himself to do anything but to come back on Saturday and talk to his manager. I returned to the store today, Saturday, and he directed me to the manager. I told her what happened and she seemed understanding and immediately said, Did you use it? To which I lied and said no. She smelled it and immediately accused me of lying and started handing it to her coworkers so they could smell it. I started to get really uncomfortable and after trying to make excuses ended up just admitting to using it and being really dissatisfied with it. I told her I know this looks really bad and I was embarrassed to return a product and say I was dissatisfied because Ive never had to do that before but 150 dollars is a lot of money to someone like me. She said she could give me a discount on another piece but I couldnt afford to buy anything else as this product already broke the bank a little. I just got flustered and embarrassed so I said sorry and just walked out feeling awful. I feel its important to note that If I hadnt lied about using it I honestly doubt it would have changed the outcome. The consensus seemed to be they wouldnt take it used because it becomes garbage that they cant sell. What I learned from this experience is that I clearly need to research and become very knowledgeable about all products before making any purchases. It was a mistake to rely on the person behind your counter. He clearly didnt listen to my needs as a consumer and pushed a product that was wrong for me. All in all, Im giving you 3 stars because of this experience and the fact that I cant shop here anymore. I feel like that takes away from all of my previous 5-star experiences.

Best smoke shop Ive ever been in. The gentlemen who helped me and my friend suggested all of the right products. Its like he knew what we were looking for before we did. He was very knowledgeable about his products and answered all of our questions and we had plenty. He never seemed frustrated by a question or bored. He was engaged the whole time he interacted with us and was very friendly. The prices are beyond reasonable and then on top of that he also gave me a little bit of a discount for paying cash. Great selection of products, but especially of Puff Bar flavors and if he doesnt have something your looking for you can bet itll be there the next time you stop by. He also asked our names and remembered us when we came back about a week later. Would recommend this shop to anyone. And its worth the drive if hes not that close to you.

I had used this local shop prior to my experience today multiple times for equipment and supplies. You guys are priced average compared to other shops around you but customer service is zero point zero. I waited in the store for 10 minutes to get cleaner with ZERO assistance or anyone at the front counter for that matter. Why even leave the door open when no one is even in the store or at the front counter left unattended for 10 minutes? You have not one but two door bells notifying someone has entered!! I am sorry but for a local retail store availability with at least with ONE employee is appreciated. I can say I will never wait 10 minutes without assistance again at this store by simply stop going.

I was in the plaza and popped in to check it out on Monday 6/12/17 around 4:30pm. Ive worked in a few smoke shops; owned a smoke shop and was curious. Its very neat and tidy unlike DJs. The gentleman working there delivered excellent customer service and was knowledgeable of the several products I asked about. They carry an awesome brand of e-juice called Anonymous. Its honestly the smoothest 12mg Ive ever had. It will help me switch from analog to digital for sure. They carry analogs too, if thats your preference. Im glad I stopped in and Ill be back for more juice (and other stuff). \m/

I went in with a certain Price range in mind for a Brand New Piece, Went in looking for a nice dab rig and found a great many pieces there to choose from in the end though I found a piece in there that caught my eye, It is the smoothest and best looking piece I have owned, I ended up walking out only spending and extra 40$ that included a new set rig with a titanium nail and a new titanium Carb Dab tool. But with everything that was included with my piece it too me was worth well over 200$+ and walked out under that price!

When you walk through the door youre hit with a strong oder of insence, and everything smells, and tastes like how the store smells! I bought four packs of rolling papers, and they ALL were contaminated with the taste of insence. I went back the next day, and the associate I dealt with was not there, and the young woman, was of no help, and could care less ,and said she couldnt smell anything wrong with the papers! Warning to anyone who shops there, check your merchandise! Will not be going back, and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I really love this smoke shop!! They have tons cigars and cigar wraps as well as pipes and bongs of all sorts and theyre prices are super cheap. I picked up a torch that I previously paid almost $10 for in the past for only $5.

Theyll overchare you on all juul products. Usually a juul starter pack goes for 50 dollars. However they tried to charge me 75 dollars. So if youd like to save 25 dollars just order from the juul website, their still 50 there and they come with free delivery. They also upcharge juul pods here, i suggest ordering them online in quantities of 3 since you recieve free 2 day shipping. This store is a juul scam artist.

This place is a rip off, they sell broken or used up vape pen batteries and don’t offer a refund when it don’t work. I bought a $70 vape pen and it didn’t work new out the box and couldn’t get a refund when I came back the next day.

Went back for supplies that i was told they had plenty of for the dab pen i was sold....they knew nothing of the mouth piece the manager told me about nor did they have ANY replacemnt cpils....very sad
