Olive is amazing! She personalizes the massage for your individual needs and is extremely skilled and experienced. Seriously the best massage Ive ever had. She does everything from aromatherapy to hot stones. If you havent tried a traditional Thai massage, I highly recommend it.

D has the hands of an angel!!!! He listens and respects your preference and gives great advice & recommendations about the things he notices. Very personable & friendly. Also super professional. I almost dont want to leave this review (lol) because I dont want him to be too booked up since he is now my go to massage therapist there

First time coming to this beautiful establishment! Very tranquil and peaceful! The staff is very professional and welcoming! Alex was my masseuse. She was amazing! She knew my target areas without me needing to tell her. She made me feel very comfortable. I was able to “escape” the world for a moment! I would highly recommend her! Will be coming again!

Ive been on the lookout for a new massage place as I was disappointed with alot of the big chains around town. I finally scheduled a deep tissue massage with Olive for the first time today. Holy cow! She really gets in deep and hard in your muscles - if youre looking for someone to really give you a proper deep tissue, look no further. Although somewhat painful during (hurts so good) - I feel so relaxed and my muscles feel great afterwards. I scheduled my next appointment and even scheduled one for my husband. This will be my only massage place I visit in the future. Olive is very thorough and I enjoy the different herbal treatments she provides. Love it here!

I am a chiropractor and have been searching for a massage therapist to utilize myself and refer to since I moved here 6 months ago. Olive is incredible and very intuitive with the body. Came to her with a shoulder injury and she went above and beyond to give me treatment today. 5 star 10/10 experience.

I was really excited to try this place out. I had a long eventful week, from traveling, working and being on the go. I thought getting a deep issue massage would be a great way to end the week. I choose this place base on the reviews, but also with the impression I was dealing with experience masseuse.I mean that’s what you would expect for $110! I took the time to explain to Vincent my problem areas and that I wanted to mostly focus on my shoulders, shoulders blades and upper body for the 60 mins. I paid for a deep issue and mostly got a Swedish massage. After the first 15- 20 mins, I had to ask if he would actually go deep into my problem areas. At one point I had to physically point him to my spots while getting the massage. I was told to push my shoulders towards him to help him maneuver. He even mentioned he wasnt experienced enough to help me with my issues. Hands down the worst massage Ive ever gotten. I WONT recommend this place especially for this price! After my massage, I was so disappointed, I actually left angry and felt ripped off. I had planned to call the manger because this was unacceptable and I wanted my refund. Before Ive gotten the chance to speak to anyone I get a text offer 25% off my next service. Why in the world would I ever consider going back there and to pay some more! I tried calling back and got a text that they handle customer service through text messages. Apparently theyre close on the weekends, so Im hoping to speak to the manager about my horrible experience in order to get my money back. They should really take the time to train their employees. I should have just gone to a chain place at least they have set standards.

Raksa Thai Herbal Spa is a very special place. The moment I entered the spa I knew my experience would be special. The people, atmosphere, scent, and herbal tea are all great. This is a jewel in Charlotte, NC. Ive recommended to family and friends from the moment I left.

I’ve been going to Raski for about two years and I haven’t seen another Massage Therapist outside of Olive. I had to schedule with someone else due to scheduling and was very impressed with my massage from Marien. She was awesome and paid attention to detail. My spine felt amazing afterwards. I would book again.

The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The room temperature was just right and the massage table was comfortable. The heated blanket/towels were most welcome. The warm foot bath at the beginning set the stage. I dont know what subtle fragrance was in the water...I could feel the tension from the day (and previous week) going away. I was asked for my input regarding how deep I wanted massaged and areas to concentrate on - not all places ask!

I walk into this place and the calm just envelopes you. A 5 minute salt water soak for the feet helps the busy brain to shut off. The room is dimmed and great care is taken for slow movements and making sure youre bolstered properly. I felt secure and able to give up thinking about what I had to do after the appointment. The Thai massage experience is genuine from the use of hot herbal poultices and activating acupressure meridians. The customer service is gracious and conscientious. I recommend Raksa Thai Wellness

I have experienced many treatments here. The minute you walk in the door, relaxation kicks in. I was greeted well and provided instructions that were clear and made me comfortable. They frequently asked how the pressure was for adjusting, which is much appreciated. I also loved being offered tea post and pre treatment sessions. Great results each time!

What a fantastic experience! This is a relatively new spot on Park Road but its one of the most unique spa experiences youll find in Charlotte. The Thai techniques they use are more like intense yoga coupled with deep tissue massage and its far beyond the typical massage youve probably had in the past. Its super clean and decorated with Asian themes and music that force you to relax. Their therapists are friendly and knowledgeable. Id give this a 6th star if I could.

I went to see Olive here for the first time. Ive seen her elsewhere before and she is AMAZING! So gentle yet effective. I love that its not just about feeling relaxed but actually helping you with any issue(s) you may have. Relaxing AND therapeutic. I am not local to the area but I gladly travel for her services.
