Ive been enjoying Massage Heights for over two years, with excellent and professional treatment from all the massage therapists. Karen has joined the staff lately and is terrific! Cant tell you how good its been for me, especially following a bout with breast cancer. And last Christmas I treated myself to some of the luxurious sheets that they sell in the store. Theyre wonderful!

Opulent Facilities and Superior Service!I called Massage Heights in search of a new therapist. My long time therapist decided to retire and I was in the market to shop around. Glad I tried Massage Heights! I thought I was going to have to try several people before I found a good fit. The receptionist who answered my call asked the right questions and scheduled me on the same day. It could not have been any easier. (90 min Massage with Hot Stone elevation)Facility was extremely nice. Hydraulic tables, crisp clean microfiber sheets, and soft lighting.My therapist Bryan was incredible. After consultation, I felt like he knew exactly what I was looking for. His routine was well balanced, the pressure was spot on, and the rhythm/pace of the massage was just what I was looking for.I thought that I was going to have to shop around, but I found a perfect fit with Massage Heights. The rates are overly reasonable (compared to what I was paying), the facility is fantastic, and the service from the front desk and the therapist were outstanding.Im really looking forward to enjoying my membership this year.

The front desk staff are professional and friendly. If youre looking for a great massage experience, I prefer deep tissue, Chavis does an amazing job of working on my shoulders and lower back.I cant wait to return! Massage Heights Decatur Ga.

So I canceled my account. Got charged the additional month and got my final massage per policy. The following month, I get an unauthorized charge for another month. I called every few days for 2 weeks to get this corrected only to be told a manager will call me back which never does.I finally get a hold of someone and they refund and cancel my account. I ask how they’d like to make up holding on to my money for two weeks and they offer nothing belittling the fact that it’s “just $70 dollars for two weeks...”When I mentioned a free massage didn’t seem unfair I was told “you expect us to give you $70”

I have been a member here for six months now. I look forward to going to my session everyday. I go once a month. I use Amanda; she has been a massage therapist for less than a year. You would think she has been doing this for thirty years. After the massage, I feel the best Ive felt in a entire month. I sleep well and I feel better in the world of health and wellness. Massages are a luxury and it motivates me to work hard so I can afford this luxury. Massage Heights is my favorite massage place in Charlotte!

I love getting massages at Massage Heights. I’m hesitant to recommend Chloe because I still need availability to book with her, but she is absolutely amazing!! I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone! Everyone there is super friendly, but Chloe is an all-star.

Massage Heights is always wonderful! Their massage therapists and office staff are always kind, courteous and professional. Its typically easy to get an appointment thats convenient for me which makes a world of difference with neck and shoulder pain. I always leave feeling better. And, this may be a little thing, but its very memorable - they have cucumber water for all to enjoy!

I come here every month and always have wonderful service! Last week I had dry brushing with my massage, it felt amazing. I would recommend doing it with a longer massage because if you have knots it takes away from the massage a little bit. If you’re looking for a relaxing experience with your massage, this is it!

I love the therapist at Massage Heights. Everyone is very professional, inviting, and friendly. I like getting a deeper tissue massage and am glad they have the knowledge and experience that Ive been looking for. Allison is amazing! She always has a smile for me every time I arrive. I come each month for a facial with Jen. I finally have a regimen I understand and love the products. I have massages with both Chloe and Amanda and love them both because they have different styles. I highly recommend this location!!!

I highly recommend Massage Heights Cotswold - the front staff is warm, efficient and very friendly. I do the 60 minute massage with Daryl , tried the hot stone elevation on my last visit - I always look forward to the next one. Great experience!

I am always most impressed with the level of care/service from the moment entering the lobby as I am greeted with a warm hello/welcome until I exit with a cool drink and friendly enjoy the rest of your day. In between these two exchanges always comes a professional, thorough and relaxing massage by a friendly and attentive staff member. Well into my second year of patronage I can honestly say I would go nowhere else while in Charlotte. The team at Cotswold is the best!

Great experience every time from the minute you walk in the door. All of the massage therapists have been fantastic. I prefer a firm deep tissue and occasionally add on the hot stones. They got me through marathon training last year and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I went to Courtney for a facial - she was awesome! She was very passionate and informative about skin care. It was a positive experience for me, I am definitely going back to see her again! The customer service at this location is amazing, they are always really friendly and helpful.

First time there, so there was the paperwork process, but it was painless (no pun). The masseuse was soft spoken and provided a very comfortable environment. The facilities were also very nice and clean. I signed up for the 1hr with firm pressure. And thats exactly what I got. Atleast I think thats what I got because that hour flew past. Good massage and a good nap to boot. Thats a win win! I will be back.

Agreed with the previous review that this Massage Heights has a serious operations issue. I cancelled my trial membership in writing by going into the location several months ago but continue to have my credit card charged, even after I cancelled the original credit card I signed up with and got a new one! Apparently Massage Heights called Visa and got them to provide them with my new number-incredible! I have left close to 10 messages to speak with the owner/manager about this and have always been told she will call me back-she never has! This is really fraud and is totally unacceptable. I have emailed corporate and they said this individual Massage Heights has to take care of the issue since its an independent franchise. As I have never received a call back (I left my last message yesterday and was told the manager just stepped into a meeting-after I told the girl who answered my name-coincidence???), I feel its necessary to post this review so that others do not spend their money with someone who has very shady business practices. Unbelievable!

I am so fed up with this location that I had to check out the reviews online to see if others were experiencing the same frustrations or if it was just me. Unfortunately for Massage Heights of Cotswold, there are many reviews that sound just like mine. I have been a member for over a year and have had exceptional massage and facial services. It’s Operations that is the issue. I have dealt with a few scheduling and product-ordering glitches that would have been chalked up to an inconvenience if a manager would have just returned my calls. However, no manager returned my calls and this escalated my frustration with the lack of customer service that I decided to cancel my membership and give my business to somewhere else. I have been trying to cancel since May and it is August and I still haven’t gotten anywhere. They don’t have a cancellation form in-house, though I was told that I would need to be there in person to complete the form. They told me a manager has to handle the cancellation. I’ve left so many messages for a manager to call me back so I can take care of this once and for all. It’s been weeks and no returned calls. And I am still getting charged monthly. I am so frustrated. This is ludicrous that I feel like I’m in a strange episode of Seinfeld. I. Just. Want. To. Cancel. My. Membership!!

I have been a member for almost a year now and every massage I have gotten has been perfect. Very professional yet relaxing and I always leave feeling ten times better. The monthly membership cost is also very reasonable!

Staff is always friendly and professional. Selena does an amazing facial and we always have a great laugh. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and my skin looks fantastic thanks to Selena. Highly recommend massage heights!

I have been a customer with Massage Heights-Cotswold for about 4 months now... I have found the staff and therapist(s) to be professional and very courteous. I have been having back problems and have seen dramatic relieve since visiting. I would totally recommend to anyone looking to relieve stressed muscles or for any overall relaxing experience.

I had an amazing experience with Michelle T. She was very intuitive and helped relieve some built up tension and stress. Grace at the front desk was amazing also! I will definitely be back and have already recommended you to friends!

I must say this is the most awesome place ever! The people are wonderful, so friendly and make you feel like a friend the first time you go through the door. I had an appointment with Lawrence yesterday, and let me tell you he is awesome! I was introduced to the hot stones for the first time, and it was the most wonderful experience. I cant believe Ive never had that before, if I had only known. I cant tell you what a wonderful experience that was. Im going back Friday after work. I have always had a hard time staying asleep, but last night I slept through the night. I couldnt believe it when I woke up and the clock said 6:15. I always get up around 3:30 or 4:00. It was wonderful. Please, if youve never tried this wonderful place, do yourself a favor and make an appointment. You will not regret it. I assure you.

I have had massages from a few of the therapist there and have never been disappointed. I always get the hot stones and even tried the foot scrub, which I must say is AMAZING! Marilyn and Amanda are just so tentative to the pains I experience daily and helped to relieve the pain. It is a must to get a massage here, and the facility is just so beautiful!!!

While I didnt have issues with the massages there while I had a membership, I was extremely disappointed with how they handled their cancellation process. You have to actually physically go in and sign a cancellation waiver. When I told them I wanted to cancel while I was there IN PERSON nobody gave me a form to sign, instead their manager called the next day and said I had to go back and sign a cancellation form in person. To me it feels like they are making it extra hard for people to cancel so they can make an extra buck. Very disappointing.

I am really unhappy with Massage Heights. I was hired at $15.00 an hour as an Esthetician and when I received my first paycheck I was paid $7.25. Also, I was hired for two days a week and one weekend a month and after months of dragged out training which was terrible , I was informed I wouldhave to work four nights a week. My daughter signed up for a membership and was told she had 30 days if she wanted to cancel and they refused her.. I would go elsewhere for services.

Recently I have signed up for the monthly massage program at Massage Heights, and have found it most therapeutic. It is something I look forward to after a tough day, week, etc. People at Massage Heights are very professional and it is definitely one of the best places I have been for massages in Charlotte.

The staff here has been so nice, & Michelle has done an amazing job with my hot stone massages. They’re so caring & want you to walk out feeling better. I’m so happy I became a member!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place!! BEST MASSAGE EVER! I am a regular now- and dont know what I would do without it. Best thing I have done for me. I have 2 kids... and Karen, my massage therapist at Massage Heights, has helped me so much- getting rid of knots and tightness. Life changing! I will keep going. Love it! Thank you!

Welcoming and relaxing environment, the front desk staff were very friendly and professional, and answered any questions that I had. Got a facial with Sylina it was amazing! We did microdermabrasion, which was incredible. She recommended some great products, and my skin has never felt better!

I just want to say, I had a great experience with the massage therapist and the esthetician, that I received services from. I learned a lot about my skin ,as well as the importance of stretching everyday, things I took for granted. After almost two and a half years, I decided to not renew my membership due to the unprofessional nature of the management. One of the assistant managers named Lance was openly talking about me at the front desk, in front of other customers ,and staff and wasnt smart enough to realize I was sitting right there waiting to be seen. The manager Allison, outright lied to me. I had previously been told that in spite of me not renewing my membership ,that I still had 30 minutes left of my membership that I could use up. I was told(like im some fool) that the only way my account could be seen to verify the 30 minutes, is that I would have to renew my membership. I no longer wanted to patronize the business and I do not appreciate being strong armed into doing so, using my hard earned money. My membership came to an end over 4 months ago, but the more I think about it and the thousands of dollars I spent on skincare and body products that they feel like they can take a dime from me, makes me very angry. Do not patronize any massage heights that are operated by this franchise, they are liars and will do anything to bind you in a contract. Even LIE!!!

If you want sports massage this is not the place for you. They never keep the same massage therapists and they will not budge on the contract if they do not have a therapist you like. There are enough places out there that dont make you sign a contract. Word to the wise - DONT DO IT!!!!!! The only response from staff is, Your agreement is with Massage Heights not a specific therapist. No option for early termination at all!! No option to even pay the contract in full and cancel. Learn from my mistake on this one......

This is the greatest place! Everyone is wonderful, so friendly and thoughtful. Ive been a member but since Ive been getting massages with Eileen, ive been sleeping better than ever and my migranes have been coming on less and less. It is truly a great experience and I would reccomend it to anyone!

This place is a rip off! I went in to get a massage and after the associate talked me into signing up for a membership. At no time did they tell me I was signing up for 12 months. He told me that I could cancel at anytime as long as I gave them 30 days notice. I called to cancel my membership and the manager told me that I couldnt cancel until my 12 months was up. I would have never signed up for it if I had known I was signing up for 12 months. The manage began to talk to me like a child and then began raising her voice with me towards the end of the conversation. Stay away!

Love this place! Not even the closest to me, but worth the ride. I am uber busy, but this is a must for life! The customer service is AWESOME! And the facials with Sylina are the best! And Daryl is now officially my go to for massage!

Great experience at this location! Ms. Marilyn is a fantastic massage therapist and is very considerate of comfort during the massage (I.e. Temperature and lighting in the room). I highly recommend!

Great Massage but poorly managed. Asked to cancel my membership in March found out in December that they continually charged my credit card throughout the year. When I confronted them they refused to refund anything. Didnt even provide store cred. Bad form and bad business.

I like that the Massage Therapist work with you regarding the activities you have going on in your life. I shared about my favorite craft and the Therapist provide some cool exercises and stretching that would keep my moving right along in my craft. They truly listen, and this is great.

My experience here was great from start to finish. The welcome/admin staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating while the masseuses gave a massage that was soothing and thorough. Definitely going back in the future.

THE WORST AND RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I called this location to inquire about pricing I found the pricing to be extremely high compared to their compatatives . When I asked why are their sevices $80.00 which is $30.00 more than other places Mary couldnt tell me what made them more expensive. I wanted to know what more were they offering that made them more expensive ? Well before I knew it I was hung up on, and when I called back a person by the name of Ann answered the Phone and placed me on hold for about ten minutes before I hung up and called back to ask for the number to their Corperate office only to be told that they didnt have one and not to ever call back. I was completely shocked how I was handled and how rude and unprofessional they were to a potential client. I will never go there and if anyone ever ask me I will tell them the same . The best form of advertisement is word of mouth and this website . My recommendation will be to patronize Massage Envy. Im sure they will never treat a potential client the way I was treated today and their prices are better also. Mary and Ann you both need to be fired!!!

Had scheduled a 2 hour massage with my usual therapist, got the verification call the night before saved in my voicemail. It is raining cats & dogs out the day of and the wind is 21-25 mph. Showed up for my appointment to check in...1. I wasnt in the system scheduled for today, at this location or any other2. Theyd given my time slot away3. The last known time I had been there, according to their systems, was something like July of last year (Ive been going at least once or twice a month for 3 years)4. Rather than give me something for my trouble of bracing the weather to get to my appointment on time, the ONLY thing they did was offer me water, and tried to reschedule me with someone else for less than the amount of time I wanted and at a later date.5. So, essentially, rather than making the customer who did the right thing, showed up early with verification voicemail as evidenced, feel heard and quickly quell any discontentment immediately, they made me feel like I was wrong to show up to my own appointment when their systems werent working correctly and didnt compensate me for my time.

Shout out to the the therapist and management! The level of service here and attention to detail is incredible! I recommend to anyone in the Cotswold area and even if you’re not, come check this place out!! Michelle great! Ask for her :)

The services themselves were great- shout out to Jasmine, but their management of accounts is horrible. I’ve been trying to get a refund for a month Subscription because I moved and can’t use it. It’s taken me three emails, 6 calls, and over a month and a half and I still haven’t received a refund ... ridiculous.

Regular massages at Massage Heights Cotswold helps with my neck pain, shoulder pain, and hip stiffness. I love the atmosphere in the massage rooms. I have been very pleased with the therapists.

My regular therapist was out of town, so I made an appt to work on some neck pain. It’s a lovely space, and Dori was really fabulous. Highly recommend.

So today I had a massage by my favorite, Alan. I elected to upgrade with the dry brush scrub. Simply marvelous. Off with the dry skin so my skin gulpped up the massage lotion. And I got to keep the brush. A great way to smoother skin. Yahoo!!!

This is my go to when buying gifts for friends and family for holidays. Ive been here a few times myself and its a nice place and everyone loves massages so it makes the recipient of the certificate happy at not too terrible of a cost.

Awesome service. Therapist was pleasant and attentive. All team members from beginning to end of my experience were kind and professional with attention to details. The service I received exceeded my expectations.

I noticed I was being charged twice on two different accounts. After repeated calls and repeated excuses that they would call back, absolutely nothing happened. NOT EVEN A CALL BACK! Do not sign up for a package without watching your card statement. If you cancel your package, do it in writing. Otherwise, you might end up like me -- just get BS excuses and pretty talk.

Amanda gave me an amazing massage today. It was very relaxing . She massaged out my knotty shoulders and back with great skill. Thank you very much!

Having a regular massage has helped me with sore muscles and back pain. It offers a much needed break in my busy schedule and is helpful in relieving stress.
