My deep tissue massage with Dana was absolutely lovely. The ambiance, temperature and comfortability were on point. Dana asked a few good questions in the beginning, and was respectfully quiet other than a couple of check-ins to make sure I was comfortable. She definitely focused on the areas where I carry my stress. Will definitely book again!
This place is very affordable and clean! The staff is also very friendly. Dr. Mike was amazing!! He gave me a full consultation, full adjustment (including the y-strap), and he even gave me instructions on stretching at home for improvement!I also saw Craig who did my massage first and he was fantastic! He made sure to inquire about my target areas and he exceeded my expectations!Both gentlemen were knowledgeable in their expertise and made me feel comfortable. I will be rebooking with them!!
First visit here memorial day 2024! Lane was the absolute best! Definitely felt new! Ive been to several locations and no one has ever completely taken the tension out of my right shoulder/back/wing; for the first time in years I felt normal. I live about 3 hours away but I will DEFINITELY be returning and this will be my sole reason for re-visiting Charlotte. The atmosphere was warm/welcoming/relaxing. Lane made sure to check if the pressure was okay. She made sure to ask about any pressure points/problem areas, I would say that I wish more time was spent on my feet but no complaints at all. I enjoyed every bit of this experience.

Been going to Zen Massage off and on for years. Went back for the first time in 6 months & got scheduled for a Swedish massage with Noah for the first time. He was amazing! He was very attentive and checked in with me to make sure the pressure was perfect. Will definitely start coming again & specifically asking for Noah!
My massage therapist is Michelle and she is amazing, I first started using her a year ago. I was going through a tough breakup from a previous relationship. And I was given the opportunity to receive a free massage from her. I’ve been her client ever since because I always feel relaxed and stress free after I leave. If you want a great massage with a friendly person, I highly recommend you go see Michelle. She does facials as well which are just as relaxing for me.

I’ve been coming to Zen for random massages for around 3 years now and I have always been pleased overall. However , today I had the pleasure of getting worked on by Mell and it was simply amazing. Her energy is excellent and she takes pride in her work. She educated me on stretches to improve some of the problem areas she discovered and walked me through my first “hot stone” experience. The massage was amazing and the perfect representation of what I requested as far as service and pressure level. I 100% recommend Zen and I 1000000% recommend you request Mell - I will be doing so each time I book.
I just had an incredible 90-minute deep tissue massage with Mell. She worked out so many knots that had been bothering me for ages. Mell is super observant and has a really clinical approach, which made a huge difference. I can already tell Im going to feel it tomorrow, but its totally worth it. I’ve gotten 3 massages at this place, ranging from cupping to deep tissue 60-minute and 90-minute. I’ve had different people each time, and haven’t been disappointed with anyone. The parking is a bit tricky, as is the entrance and exit into their property, so I would recommend paying attention to their signs. I would also suggest they make the signs a bit more visible. I will continue going there for massages for sure!
I have been going to Zen for years and have gotten massages from several masseuses here. They’ve all been great, but Kaley is out of the world. So relaxing and attentive to what you need and is very informative. I don’t book with anyone else anymore, Kaley is the best!!
I am not a review person but let me tell yall, Cordell earned every single star twice over. I got a custom focus massage, I have shoulder impingement syndrome which causes frequent inflammation, knots and tension to where I can’t move sometimes from the pain. I had been having a flare the past few days and he worked every inch of the tension out with the perfect pressure and fine attention to the detailed areas that he could tell were built up. It was full body and no other area was anything less than amazing like my shoulders and back. He was sure to listen to my needs and to check in periodically to make sure I was getting what I needed but let me relax as well. I highly recommend him for sure and will be back!Thank you Cordell!
I have always loved this place. I love the vibe and everything about it. I had the privilege of having Mell as my massage therapist recently. She was absolutely amazing! I upgraded to a deep tissue massage last minute due to some issues in my neck and shoulders and after she worked on me I did not feel tense anymore and felt so relaxed. She was thorough in explaining how she would do everything and the steps she would take to make sure my focus areas were treated properly. I highly recommend this place and Mell!
Mell is amazing! I booked a deep tissue massage as I’ve been having some low back pain. She worked on all of the tension in my back and legs. She is so knowledgable and gave me some advice on stretching to prevent problems in the future. Would highly recommend booking a massage with Mell if you want a first class massage.

Horrible experience 6/3/24 Never in my life have I stepped foot at this or any massage parlor and for the first time, I wanted my money back!! I paid $124 for a 2 hr massage from Kari and was absolutely dissatisfied. I asked her multiple times during the massage to please add more pressure she stayed very light. Upon booking, I chose it to be medium pressure. Then insult added to it was that she didnt even get to working on my major and minor pec muscles as well as neck and scalp. I specified those being the area of FOCUS for that day. She instead lightly worked my neck with light effleurage strokes and aggresively defending that technique to me as a way to get me to a state of relaxation first before she would gradually add more pressure later. I laid there, feeling absolutely dismissed, feeling vulnerable and overpowered as I was fully undressed, yet contemplating whether I should just up and end the session right then and there! Thats a horrible feeling to experience!She stayed with the light strokes and MISSED my pecs and scalenes which were the areas of focus I needed.**Called in numerous times to ask about how they will remedy this experience, with options including a possible refund, ZERO response or callbacks.Lets see how this place handles dissatisfied customers, this was hard earned money I paid for!But given what I see on the reviews here, I highly doubt they will choose to take responsibility for their poor service! From the LOOKS of previous reviewers here, they typically respond by character assassinating and BLAMING the CUSTOMER!! Terrible place and deceptive practice. I showed up but was told I can’t get the service and will be charged a late fee. I booked a deep tissue appointment and specified in the form I’m pregnant but have doctor clearance. I showed up to my 3pm appointment 10 minutes early, but was told at 3:15pm I can’t get a service AND will be charged a late fee!!! they said I can’t get the massage because I should have booked a pregnancy massage. They DID NOT say it in the terms and conditions.
Zen massage has some of the most reasonable pricing for excellent quality services. This is the only place I go to get my massage treatments. Most recently, I had Essence who gave me a true medium pressure Swedish massage that relieved muscle tension and provided overall relaxation. Highly recommend Zen Massage.

Michelle is my therapist here at Zen I highly recommend her if you are looking for a really good massage along with a great vibe you want be disappointed she takes pride in massages, I came to her after going to several others wasting my time and my money with muscles spasms in my neck after my first visit with her she had me feeling 100% better. I planned two appointments and both of them were cancelled. The first time, I thought it would be better if I tried a different massage therapist. I thought wrong. My swedish massage felt more like he was trying to kill me. And then this guy dozed off several times while massaging my neck and shoulders. After the second cancellation, I just decided to walk away all together. I have been a client for years... But I think its time for a change. It was nice while it lasted.

First and last time at this location. I was provided with such unprofessional and rude service. My gift card was never lost. I wasnt given one for me to take home, under the pretense that it was saved in the system. And you didnt find it! I have to printed my bank statement and showed you I have paid for it. Thats not going above and beyond. Thats rude and unprofessional. After I complained about it they told me they have applied a partial gift card they found from 2007. When I inquired about this balance, I was told that this old gift card belonged to another customer. And dont think you are hurting my feelings. I am more than happy to bring my business somewhere else.

Been here a handful of times for massages and chiropractic. The chiropractor, Dr. Mike, is friendly and knowledgeable. The massages are great and reasonably priced. Its a welcoming location with plenty of parking. Only downside is the road can be a little noisy during a massage but theres only so much you can do. Highly recommend!
If I could give 10 stars I would. This was my 1st massage in the US. Im visiting my sister here in Charlotte and she treated me to a massage. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and polite. There wasnt a long wait after arrival. My masues was Kaley and she was exceptional!! I got my money worth. She was direct and straight to the point. She applied pressure, but it felt great! My sister had Daniel and unfortunately for her, her experience wasnt so good. She went after me and finished wayyy before I did. He talked a good portion of the time, got missing while she was getting undressed and she felt he fell asleep during the massage. If you go, ask for Kaley, she was awesome!
I’ve been debating between 1 and 2 stars, and finally settled on two. Tonight was anything but perfect. Primarily because I didn’t even get a massage. Arrived 10 minutes early to start the relaxation process and ended up waiting until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment before leaving. At 5 minutes after, the woman at the front desk says my therapist should be arriving shortly. Ok, everyone runs late and I just said thank you. At 15 minutes after, I was less than pleased. I was unable to wait any longer out of frustration and I didn’t want to pay for a service that was already being cut short. I didn’t leave until 20 minutes after and still no sign of my therapist. The only thing offered to me was just to reschedule, not an apology, credit on the account, nothing. Just the line of, she normally isn’t this late. The customer service has been declining the past year. The two stars are for John. I wasn’t able to get on his schedule tonight, but if you have the chance to work with him, you won’t regret it- he’s fabulous and is a great massage therapist. Unfortunately, they have lost my business

I came in the office the day before to set up a appointment for my boyfriend for his birthday. He was suppose to get the Y strap done following up with a deep tissue for a hour ( at least thats what I was told ). NOW its the day of his appointment he goes in gives the lady at the front desk his card and tells him to sit down . A lady came and got him and went to the other house for his deep tissue remind you he was suppose to get the strap done first. He still went with the flow. He said he did not get a deep tissue she was all over his back but he wasnt really feeling any pressure.then she made him turn on his back and put something over his eyes and started rubbing on his neck and told him that it was a little tight and him to open his mouth (which he didnt he told her he didnt feel right doing that). Long story short he is highly upset and I am to. He ended the deep tissue early and didnt even get the Y strap done. I wasted my money and this was my very first time going I would not recommend none of my friends to go. The only reason they get a 1 star is because of the lady at the front desk was nice when I made the appointment for my man. I want to type so much more but iam tired of typing.
So I read the most recent reviews on here and kept hearing mention of Mel a lot. I decided to book my massage with Mel and see what the hype was all about. OMG.....she was amazing!!! She and I never exchanged words in regards to where my problem spots were and she automatically knew by just massaging me and worked on that specific area for a while and loved it. I felt as light as a feather afterwards and would recommend her to everyone!
Love this place! Prices are amazing and you can book same day! I can’t think of any other place that doesn’t make you join some club package and you can’t get in for over a week. Ditch your other massage service this is way better

I really wanted to give this place a 5-star review. I scheduled a Swedish massage for myself and for my parents, each during the same day and time on January 18th at 10am. My massage therapist, Tasha, was amazing and tentative. No complaints with her. My moms therapist, Kelly, was also amazing. Well, when I finished my session, I went ahead and paid for myself and my parents, and included tip for each therapist. My dad was the last to finish his session. When we left, I had asked him how his session went. Apparently, his therapist, Michael, told him not to unclothe himself despite my dad insisting a few times. Michael kept telling him that all he needed to remove was his hoodie. So my dad received a massage with his shirt and jeans on. Weird. I decided to call Zen Massage later and a female receptionist answered the phone. I explained to her what had happened. I wasnt asking for a refund or a credit, I simply wanted to know why my dad did not receive the same experience/service as we did. The receptionist apologized and said she would let their owner know. I asked her to please give me a call back (either she or the owner), as I just needed an explanation. Well, its been more than a week since our session and I never received a call back. So here is my review. One star for Tasha and another star for Kelly.Update: while I appreciate the owner finally returning my call after I left this review, I want to reiterate from our call that, yes, while English is my father’s second language, that doesn’t mean that he cannot speak or communicate in English. Second, while he didn’t get to enjoy the full experience like my mother and I, we refused a free session because that’s not what we are trying to get. We simply just wanted clarification on why my dad didn’t get the same service. Thank you, again, for returning my call.

I had a massage scheduled for 1 pm. I got there at 12:48 and checked in .Around 1:24 no one approached me and I had to cancel the massage because the masseuse was late.
Massage therapist was good but there was a very cold fan blowing right on the table that made it a bit uncomfortable. Also was running late from a Dr apt and they told me no need to reschedule I could just come in for 30 min and still charged me for an hour when it was only 30 min. Honestly I think the massage therapists here are great, but the way they run it is the walmartization of masage.UPDATE: almost a year later, I decided to give Zen another try. After all, I had been in the past and had good service. The owner called me just before my appointment to say I was “flagged” in the system and could not come in for my session until I deleted my negative review. Instead of trying to give a good experience, for which I would have left a positive review, he simply wanted to delete the negative prior experience. Quite disappointing!

First I was called to a room in another house next door that was very dingy by the way 10 minutes After my appointment and timing was not even addressed but they ended on time and charged full price! Worst is I started itching laying on table. Once I got home I saw bites on my stomach! I will never return! Receptionist was nice though!
I was in the area for work and developed sciatica on my right side. I knew I needed a great massage to help with the pain. I called Zen and was given a sane day appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by such a friendly smile from the receptionist. My therapist Mel was awesome. She explained exactly what she was doing and her pressure was perfection. Her hands were like a machine, so precise and perfect. I left feeling like a new person. I rebooked for the next week and received another perfect massage. The pricing cant be beat. I cant wait til Im back in the area so I can get another great massage.

I absolutely love Zen Massage for multiple reasons. It was very easy to schedule online, with a lot of availability and great hours, especially for people who work full time. They offer many services, and you can combine some of them, which I really like. I did a one hour deep tissue massage + cupping, and that’s a perfect combination for releasing toxins, getting my blood flowing, and relaxing at the same time for 60 minutes of my crazy life. Zen has lots of parking, the atmosphere is calm, they provide water, there is a very clean & spacious restroom, the rooms are large and the temperature is perfect in them, the beds they use are so comfortable and the blankets are top tier. With all that being said, today I found the reason I will forever continue coming back to Zen for massages: my massage therapist, Mell. Mell gave me one of the best massages of my life. She uses a mobile cupping method that I really like. She asked me where I feel my pain and tension before we started. She was very patient, answered all of my questions, kindly reminded me to breathe and to relax when I was tensing up. It’s an intimate and sometimes difficult thing to trust someone to touch your body, and I feel like she took that seriously. She made sure that I was comfortable, that I trusted her, and that I was okay with the pressure and the location of the massage and cupping points. She has a very calming voice and a warm personality, which helped me feel even more comfortable. Some extra things that I noticed and really appreciated were that she sprayed Eucalyptus when my nose got a little stuffy, adjusted the head pillow to where I requested, and helped me fix the blanket and fold it over when she noticed I didn’t like it touching my neck. After, she showed me some stretches to release tension in my problem areas and gave me advice on the most effective way to hold a dog leash (I walk dogs as my job) that also prevents me from misaligning my body. I really enjoyed my massage and appreciate Mell for doing such an amazing job. 20/10 would recommend Mell to anyone!

This place is amazing and affordable! I was in a ton of pain and Zen Chiropractic was recommended. I was able to obtain an appointment the same day and the results were wonderful! I was in so much pain when I went there, headaches triggered from neck and upper back pain and upon leaving...the sense of relief. This place will definitely be on my list for monthly adjustments.
Ive been going to Zen since about 2009 and I wont go anywhere else. I just recently visited again and had a girl named Mell who was absolutely fantastic. One of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had bc she knows her stuff. Turnover has always been high but I hope they do what they can to keep her!
Every time I go I ask for Mel because she is the best! She listens to your requests and spends careful time to work out everything that is sore. She fixes things that I didn’t even know I needed fixed! She’s super knowledgeable and will give tips for every day life to keep feeling better. She’s so personable and sweet. I have been coming here for years and I have to say I’ve had some great and some horrible experiences. I have had one person literally fall asleep while they were massaging me, another use one hand to massage and the other to eat starburst. This past trip I paid for a 60min deep tissue massage and I’ve had a Swedish massage with more pressure. He never touched my legs or feet it was only upper body. He asked at the beginning if there are any area he should avoid and I told he no so I’m unsure why he would give me the full body massage I was paying for. There was no spa music playing at all so it was just awkward silence. So 615 he says okay that wraps this up you can get dressed. Normally they wait outside the room with a little water but that also didn’t happen. When I go to the front desk the worker asked how was it and I explained it was horrible she says well I guess I can give you $5 off. Considering I was shorted my math added to about $16 just for the time alone not taking into account he did a horrible job. I don’t think I’ll be back nor do I recommend a visit. I know the price is enticing but trust me you pay for what you get.3/5/23So I just called to book a massage to give this place another try. Instead of reaching out to me about my previous review they decided to not let me come get a massage there again. Seems like instead of dealing with the issues they have in a professional manner they just run from the Situation. So if you have any bad experiences in the place make sure you dont leave an honest review or they wont allow you back. I will ensure I let everyone I possible can know that this place should be avoided.
I had Mell and she was amazing!! She knew my problem areas without me mentioning it. I originally booked a swedish massage but she suggested deep tissue because of how tense I was. So glad I did! Thank you, Mell!!
Do you want to put your customer satisfaction first or your Terms and Conditions first? You say the session charged is per hour. Is the service really offered one hour?. It’s hardly 35-45 minutes. Walking down to the room from reception and coming out is another 5-10 minutes. Robbing customers with your terms and conditions. Shame! Not to mention the tip they forcefully ask you to write when checking out! Poor customer service and they’re existent in this business only to make money. Definitely not going back nor do I recommend anyone.
I scheduled a chiropractic adjustment and a custom massage. I arrive in time for my chiropractic adjustment and massage and I was told that my adjustment would have to be moved to the end of my massage because he just took a walk in at the same time of my scheduled adjustment. Now I do not think I’m better than anyone but I scheduled a time frame for a particular reason. The lady at the front desk made a few excuses but after those excuses I just said cancel the adjustment. No apologies no nothing. So now I’m waiting for my massage I at there for 25-30 minutes my massage was scheduled at 1pm at 1:15 I am still not seen by my massage therapist. Four people have walked in after me and was all seem before me…. So I ask will I been seen today and the lady at the front desk said yes she’s on her way to get you…. That was at 1:05 so at this point I’ve asked politely to cancel all services and their attitude was very nonchalant like oh well …. I’ve been here a few time and each time has gotten worse. Customer service is nonexistent.
I went for a 1 hour Swedish Massage with the hot stones add on. Chell did amazing. She was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to come back!
This past weekend, my wife gifted me a relaxing two hrs (1hr facial and 1hr mas). I had the pleasure of receiving a Swedish massage from Mel @ Zen, and it was truly an incredible experience. From the moment I walked into the spa, I was greeted with a warm smile, which immediately put me at ease. Typically, I would take the time to explain my concerns and preferences but I didnt have to in this case. Once Mel started, my body immediately responded to her touch.The massage itself was simply amazing. Mel has an incredible touch and a deep understanding of the human body. Her technique was both firm and gentle, and she used a variety of techniques to work out my knots and tension. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of the session.Overall, I cant recommend Mel highly enough. Her skill, professionalism, and warmth all combined to create a truly exceptional experience. I had a 1 hour deep tissue and cupping massage with Mell. Words can’t describe how amazing she is. I have a 9 month old and pulled out my back. It was debilitating - I was unable to carry him up the stairs and could only walk a few steps before I felt shooting pain. I quickly booked with my chiropractor thinking it was skeletal and got an adjustment and still didn’t have relief so I booked with Mell the next day. She went above and beyond trying to figure out the source of the pain - she is incredibly knowledgeable and explained exactly what she was doing the entire time. You know she cares and really wants to help you and she also is a problem solver who is very interested in figuring out the root cause or system of muscles that need to release. She had me mobile again within the hour and provided input to what I could do at home to continue the healing process. Mell is a healer - she has the knowledge and experience but she also has intuition and the empathy to do whatever it takes to relieve you. She is amazing!
Very horrible experience the receptionist Lee is extremely rude and has no professionalism. The masseuse….. can’t remember her name, talked throughout my entire session, was playing uncomfortable music making it extremely hard to be comfortable and relax. This was not a great time and a complete waste of money. Especially to be in Dillworth area.
I will tell you why this is 2 stars.The first time I came I had a great massage by a highly skilled masseuse. I paid for an hour and got 50 minutes. My fiance was supposed to have an hour facial and was 45 minutes.We said something to management but nothing was really done.We thought would give this another shot since the quality of massage is quite good.Today I was brought in at 2:05 for a 2pm massage. Masseuse probably gave 5 minutes for a quick blurb and for me to get ready. my “hour massage” ended at 2:50. so thats about 40-45 minutes.I will not be coming back which is unfortunate as I get massages regularly with my active profession. I don’t appreciate feeling cheated out of time and money as no one should.
The massages Ive experienced here have been lovely, this review is specifically about the upstairs bathroom situation in the main building. After my massage I used the restroom. The door doesnt close all the way to the point of there being a one inch gap of space and a weak cabin lock. Other people would not be able to see your business because of the direction the door opens, however, I had a man aggressively try to come in while I was using the facilities. He started rattling and pushing the door to the point where I thought the tiny cabin lock was going to break. In a flustered state, you know sitting there pant-less on the toilet in literally the most vulnerable predicament, I finally found my words to exclaim, Im in here! He stopped, then waited for me outside and had the audacity to tell me in an annoyed tone that I didnt shut the door to which I told him the door doesnt shut all the way. I understand its an old building, but come on, a bathroom door should shut all the way with a secure lock. It made me feel really uncomfortable and undid all the relaxation from my massage.
Anna knew exactly what she was doing. I felt 100% better from her deep tissue massage. The prices and convenience are unbelievable. I also got a last minute adjustment with the chiropractor. He was great. I highly recommend them for yourself and family/friends.
I called and left a message with was returned within hours. They were able to schedule me the same day as my call. Easy parking, check-in and super friendly. Deep tissue massage was fantastic at a very reasonable price. The therapist did a fantastic job. I will be back! 5-star!
I have a great experience each time I go. All the massage therapists provide great quality massages. I love that it’s located in a house! Creates more of a relaxing feel.
This was my first time at Zen, the place was very clean and staff was super friendly! Mel did a fantastic job in my Swedish massage! I highly recommend booking an appointment at Zen with Mel.

My wife and I got a couples massage today by Hailey and Laramie, and they did a fantastic job! Atmosphere is nice and chill. Got the whole asian vibe, music is nice and calm, and the scented oils were very comforting and smelled good. The bathrooms were even fancy and had actual hand towels to dry your hands off. The receptionist, Jade, was also very friendly and was informative on any question we had. The price is the best in town. We will come back for sure. I suggest this place for everybody. After a 1 hr massage, it felt like i napped for 3 hrs. Feeling great!

Went for a massage on Valentine’s Day. Hands-down worst massage I’ve ever received. The one star is for the music, which was the only thing relaxing about this experience.I arrived at 7:05, was given 5 minutes to change/undress and my massage was done by 7:57. Yet, of course, I was still charged for an hour. I wanted a relaxation massage but instead got more stretching than massaging and felt like I had just left the gym afterwards. I have never been given so many instructions to turn, twist and bend during a massage in my life. I didn’t need a personal trainer, I needed a massage. Super disappointed and will be looking for a new massage place.
Third time with my therapist Mel on East Blvd. Best therapist Ive ever had and I have had a lot. Very knowledgeable and thorough , was there on Wednesday with Mel awesome deep tissue as always 👍🏾
My massage therapist was amazing! I met with Leslie, and she was very kind and personable, and she did a great job. I would give her 5 stars! However, the front desk lady is the reason why I’m giving 3 stars. It was very busy today when I walked in, which was already making me nervous (COVID-19 pandemic), and she was NOT wearing her mask most of the time. While talking on the phone, her mask was on her chin. I did not appreciate nor feel safe being there because of that. The rest of my experience was great, but I feel like everyone should be wearing their masks at all time.
First of all, I love the price. All of my massage therapists met my needs. The music was soothing and the atmosphere was so comfortable. One time I was stuck in class and they still accommodated me for 1/2 hr. I was grateful and recommend them.

Completely dissatisfied with my experience at this location. I took a day off from work for self care scheduled my massage 1 week in advance. I received a call 1.5 hours before my scheduled appointment, notifying me that they were canceling my appointment. Of course I was unable to book a massage elsewhere with such short notice. AND the owners did not compensate me for this inconvenience - even though they would have charged me if I canceled short notice. Very unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this location!
I drive (and have driven and will drive) many miles to visit this place. Janice is by far the best therapist Ive had the pleasure of working with and is worth every bit of effort to reach her. I have gotten deep tissue and Nuero Muscular Therapy massages at Zen and have an excellent experience each visit! Reserving an appointment and exchanges with the front desk are always pleasant and things seem to run on time. I dont treat myself too often, so I appreciate the value and quality of services I receive here. So glad to have found this place!
Last minute reservations to celebrate a friends anniversary. Front desk service not as welcoming as the ambience of a spa but not a deal breaker. Massage was good... only 50 minutes if that... worth the visit. They are not doing couples massages at this time so itll be a while before I return unless I want to treat myself.
Whitney is amazing! She made my massage experience so relaxing. Whitney is extremely professional and took time after my massage to explain what my problem areas are. The check in staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend Whitney as your massage therapist!
I really want to like this place because its a good value, but today was the third time I went and had a disappointing experience. I suppose if you find the right masseuse its still a great option, but I havent been able to.
Room was standard, clean. Massage was okay.Mainly giving 3 stars because I paid for a 90 minute massage. I arrived ahead of time to complete paperwork as instructed. After massage, when I was told time was up, checked my phone and it was at least 10 minutes short of the time I paid for.I am seeing now in other reviews that others have had this same experience.
Got a call cancelling my appointment 4 hours before the scheduled massage. This also happened to my friend at this same location, and after reading other reviews, this seems like common practice. Sounds like an unreliable place and with how hard it is to get appointments for massages these days, Id recommend booking somewhere else that doesnt cancel the day of.
Booked a 1hr ‘Focus Massage’, which is intended to target a specific area. For me, my shoulder has felt very tight and I was hoping to work out some knots around the scapula. I have had many deep tissue massages, and I have never had a masseuse be this unqualified. There was absolutely no method to the madness. At one point he spent about 5 minutes just driving his elbow into my ribs for some reason? My shoulder is now in much more pain than when I went in for the appointment. Also, the massage lasted 45 minutes even though I booked an hour long appointment. I would suggest spending more money and going somewhere where the therapist is more qualified.
Kelly was amazing and the deep tissue massage I received was everything!! I will say of you do decide to get a deep tissue massage and it gets to be too much, speak up. I tried to make it through the entire massage but I couldnt lol. I flinched and Kelly noticed. She asked if she needed to lighten up a little and I said yes. I was sore the next day....it wasnt her fault at all. I didnt speak up! I had an amazing experience and will definitely be going back!
Visited Zen Massage for the first time earlier today. Upon calling to make an appointment I experienced friendliness, professionalism and was able to get in for a hot stone massage within my requested time frame. Mike C did an incredible job working out the many knots in my back with the perfect amount of pressure! My body feels completely rejuvenated and I will most definitely be back to Zen Massage. What a hidden gem!!

As someone who struggles with TMJ Disorder, finding a massage therapist who attends my specific needs was very important. I had been wanting to get a massage for forever for my Jaw pain, but with Covid I had to wait a little bit. My parents got be the One Hour Swedish Massage as a gift, and I’ve gone twice to Zen since then. I always see Dana, as she is incredibly kind and makes me feel comfortable throughout the entire massage. I’m now trying to go at least once every 2 months! Although they cannot do under the mask massages (like on my Jaw) because of COVID (which I completely understand) she does the best she can possibly do by going around my neck and head and overall focuses on the areas that truly need it. The price is beyond affordable and you truly get much more than what you pay for. For me, it’s the best form of self care where my mind can shut off and relax. I recommend going on a Sunday, as I see a lot of reviews talking about the noise of the place (which I sort of find relaxing) and each time I have been on a Sunday it has been very quiet. Every time I leave, my body feels 20 times better than before and I feel good knowing I did something relaxing for me. Highly recommend!!!
I had an appointment on my birthday and the massage therapist never showed up to work, they try calling her to let her know she had an appointment and she never picked up the phone. They were book solid and they didnt have another therapist available so i didnt get my massage. The 2 ladies at the front desk told me the owner would call me to make the situation right. I called back a week later to see whats taking so long for the owner to call me back the young lady stated she was not sure but she would have them call me back that day. As of today I still havent received a call from the owner.

My masseuse was Demetria, and she was amazing! She was on time, and I was completely relaxed the entire time. I loved her music choice also. And the lemongrass scented oil made it perfect. This is the best massage Ive ever gotten. I cant believe it was so affordable. Ill definitely be back for all my future massages!
Ive been going to Zen Massage for over 7 years! The staff is always friendly when I arrive. They go out of their way to make each visit a calming experience. My current masseuse is Kelly. She is amazing! Shes been my masseuse for well over a year. Each time I visit she makes sure to ask if I am experiencing a physical problems that I want attention on. Shes super friendly and the consummate professional! Im a school teacher and my mental health is very important to me. My visits to Zen Massage cultivate that mental health and I greatly appreciate that!
I have had great experiences with both the massage therapists and the chiropractor here, however I have had very negative experiences trying to walk in and visit the chiropractor due to some inconsistencies in how they handle walk-ins. If that was adjusted I would visit far more frequently.
My husband & I have been Zen clients for 10 years now. We booked our massages last month, as we have always done & never had a problem. The girl working at the desk assured us that the appointments were booked. We got there this morning only to find out we were not on the schedule & the appointments were never booked. This is not acceptable customer service & no way to treat clients that have been with you for that long. Just a warning, next time you book an appointment with this company, you should maybe call & confirm it yourself :(!!!!!
I booked a couples massage for Fathers Day weekend and I had no idea that we couldnt be in the same room. I wouldve appreciated a phone call letting me know that, i would have cancelled. Staff was very dry and please believe the comments about the front staff. I didnt feel welcome. My partner started his massage first and then had to wait 30 mins for me to finish mine. I wouldnt reccomend this place and will not be returning. Worse professional massage I ever received
I had an appointment at 5, I got there early. All my forms were done before hand and I wasn’t even taken to a room until 510. By the time I undressed and spoke with my massage therapist it was 520… tje massage ended at 552… so I 30 minute massage yet I paid for sixy. My massage was average. Not bad at all but the room was cold and bright. Not worth going . Very disappointed
I must admit that driving up the drive way made me question my wife’s decision to make an appointment at this place. The exterior of the building is a bit run-down.However, I was pleasantly impressed by the interior and the waiting area.The massage was fantastic, relaxing, and well worth the price.I appreciate the customer service from the employees too.
The worst massage I have ever received, and I receive massages quite frequently. First I told her my problem areas were my back and shoulders, she spent more time everywhere else and literally left my back and shoulders last and only dedicated maybe 10 minutes. Other than that I don’t think she ever used her hands, she used her elbows the entire time, it was extremely painful and she wasn’t getting the body language ques I was giving by moving my legs away etc. At one point I started to get up and walk out, unfortunately I’m too polite for that. Worst money I’ve ever spent on a massage.
Made an appointment for a 2 hour massage on my birthday. Day of, I get a call 30 mins before my scheduled appointment informing me that the therapist I was booked with has the flu and my appointment is cancelled. I understand that “things happen” but by the time they notified me I had already 1) taken the day off work, 2) re-adjusted my schedule to allot for the massage and 3) driven across town. No compensation was offered or given beyond an apology. Not a good impression for a first time client and I doubt I will waste my time booking another appointment.
My family and I visited Zen Massage the weekend following Mothers Day. It was our Girls Weekend get together to celebrate motherhood. Overall, the experience could have been much better if the lady at the front desk wasnt badgering my niece for a tip. She was very aggressive, argumentative and the perfect example of what not to do when working with customers. My personal experience with my therapist was good...but when you insult 1 member of the group you insult all of us. All of us are from out of town and chose this place because it seemed like a decent place for a massage. My niece later detailed her experience with her therapist and it didnt meet expectations. The therapist appeared unkempt (dirty shoes & stains on clothing). He also omitted most of the things circled on her sheet that she requested. So, after having that kind of experience and then being badgered at the desk for a tip - is a slap in the face. Tips are earned, not required. Sub-par service doesnt deserve a tip.I spoke to the manager about it and was offered a credit on their books to come back. But, truth be told I likely will not revisit. This experience almost ruined our weekend. I was told the lady a the front desk was moved to a different position as she was tired of working in that role....and they spoke to the massage therapist on his appearance.Compared to the other places Ive visited in CLT, this place and that experience is at the bottom. So, Im giving this 2 stars.
Was not a great experience. Got the couples massage and my girlfriend enjoyed her experience. I on the other hand did not, I told the lady 3 times on way to room that I wanted mostly lower back. After massaging back for ten min of an hour massage I was told to roll over and the rest of my massage focused on shoulders and neck. She completely disregarded my request. Will not be going back

I’ve been utilizing Zen’s services for years now and am usually satisfied with my results. My preferred therapist didn’t come back after covid and i am still searching for someone comparable. My current preference only works on weekends and is generally booked up but most of the technicians are very good. Great place, great prices!
Unfortunately despite looking forward to a great massage, I left disappointed by the therapist and the business.I’ve had many massages all over the world and recently moved to Dilworth and so rather than going to South Park Zen (which is fantastic) I tried this place.The masseuse was fairly new and that was evident during my treatment. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue and couldn’t wait for it to be over. He did not use any pressure seapitenme constantly asking and at times I was u sure as to whether he was done or what exactly he was doing. I was so uncomfortable and kept thinking about asking him to just end it and leave but I hoped it would get better. I asked for my problem areas and he didn’t even do my lower back or neck. He sort of pressed on me with fingertips and then sort of rubbed. It was the worst massage I’ve had.I don’t usually complain about services but I felt like I didn’t get what I paid for or expected and honestly I was in need of a massage for underlying health issues and so I felt disappointed. In addition he ended the massage 15 minutes before time. I was even more disappointed in the business because I expressed my dissatisfaction and concerns and all I was told is that they would make a note on my account not to use that therapist; they also gave me 5 dollars off but I’m yet to get a call from the manager or even an offer to rectify the experience.Sadly I won’t be going to this Zen again. It was my first and only experience and it was horrible.
My husband and I got a couples massage and really enjoyed it. The male therapists that we had applied the right pressure. We would love to visit again and would more regularly if we lived in the Charlotte area. It was well worth the price.
Had a couples massage by Dana and Evan. it was absolutely amazing. Both did superb jobs. Very professional. Very skilled. Pricing is very well set. The only thing that could have made this better would be laying on the beach somewhere with the salt air and waves crashing. You wont be disappointed with Zen Massage
This relates to the Manager and the Owners of Zen Massage Dilworth. They do not believe in customer service, proper scheduling or notifications.First let me say, my wife and I have been going to Zen once a month for 11 years. We travel 25 miles, one way, and we have always preferred a 10 am appointment. Which has never been a major issue with anyone.Second let me say, the Therapists at Zen are fantastic. We have never had issue with them at all, no matter who we were with. We were regulars with Dana and Ritchie, and they are great, we highly recommend them. Now, the Manager, Hope, she does massages, too, and I have seen people give her good ratings on Yelp and Google. I won’t dispute that, she may be good. I have not worked with her. But, as a Manager, that is a completely different story. Also, I will say that Zen is great for one timers or special occasions, but it appears they no longer want to keep long time customers, so beware.We have never had problems in the past, except for this last year. The scheduling techniques are very underwhelming. The manager claims to have staff schedules on hand for 3 months at a time, yet, when you try to make an appointment 30 days, 20 days, even 7 days out, the response is always: I don’t have that person’s schedule.There have been a couple of times this past year that, because of the supposedly having schedules but not having schedules, we could not book our appointments, and the desk staff wrote down the appointment request and ultimately never booked us, thus when we arrived and we did not have any appointment … again, we drove 25 miles into Charlotte. We did complain about that, but the scheduling continued to get worse. Last month was actually the worst. In September we had our massages, and spoke to our respective therapists and found out that Ritchie would not be in at the time for October date we wanted. So, my wife said, put me with another person and we were good with it. Well, they couldn’t book it, because they didn’t have the schedules … hmmm, 3 months out, remember, so we saw them write it down, again. A week before the October appointment, my wife called to confirm and she was told she was on with Ritchie. We found that odd since we heard from him directly, he would be out. She called back to discuss and then was told, no he will be there. Okay fine … She called back two days before and was told no one was available. She worked it out with them and got an appointment made. My appointment was fine the whole time, by the way. She was so upset by the exchange, that she wrote to the owners. The Owners response, to an 11 year customer, was horrifying, He wrote: “We are sorry to hear about your experience with Zen. We appreciate your feedback and will use your input to make our customer service better. Since your experiences at Zen have been less than satisfactory, it sounds like you and your husband may be happier going to another massage center.” Again, we have been going for 11 years and we were totally shocked by his response.Despite, his response, we assumed we still had our appointments for October 13th, and received no other word that we should not go. After all, the email did not fully say, don’t come back. Anyway, we had appointment and figured we may as well go since we had been going for 11 years. Without receiving notification, Hope, the Manager tells us, when we arrived, that she spoke with the owner about leaving us on the schedule and claims he said, “No”. So, we were dropped without notification after traveling 25 miles. The Manager and Owner are dropping long time customers because of their scheduling mishaps!There is so much more I could say, but the lesson here is that there is that there is no more proper customer service or loyalty to long term customers. My husband and I came in today for massages. We had Tabitha Hall and Pam Ward. They were fantastic. We both commented they were the best massages we have had in a long time. Definitely make an appointment for either one of these ladies or Narval. All 3 are terrific.
Excellent!!!!My cousin and I took some time to pamper ourselves while we were in town for CIAA 2017 and I would recommend and go again. The staff was engaging and welcoming. The masseuse knew what he was doing and was very professional and polite. I will definitely return when Im in town. Would give more stars if I could!
My then boyfriend at the time and I went to zen massage twice and received couples massages. The first visit we waited for 20 minutes (we did show up 10 minutes early) but during that 20 minute wait it went into the massage time by 10 minutes. The massage was AMAZING it made me want to make another appointment despite the wait... until I started putting my clothes on and noticed that they ended the massage 10 minutes early... I paid for a 60 minute massage and we received a 40 minute massage... I decided to try them out again with different masseuses and made another couples massage appointment, the same thing happened! It started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. My boyfriend said his massage felt like someone was just lightly rubbing his back and my massage felt so painful. I woke up the next morning with bruising on my back from her pressure! I called zen massage and they offered me a $10.00 credit towards my next massage, but I do not even feel like it is worth the drive down there. I would have loved to make this a regular thing but after spending $120.00 each time $10 off doesnt cut it...
Absolutely horrible!!! I have been to the dilworth location over a dozen times. I’ve noticed in the last several months that the customer service had fallen off a little, but the massages were still very good. The last two times I went my massage therapist was 10 min late taking me back to the room and my 60min massage lasted 42 min. (I always start my timer on my phone when I lay down to see). I understand that a 1hr massage means the time to get undressed and re-dressed so the actual massage lasting around 50 min is understandable. The second time my therapist called in sick and someone else had to rush in to take me. (Again late). However, this last “experience” is in-excusable. . .I would love to comment on the actual experience, but there never was one. I booked a 90 min deep tissue massage for my wife for her 35th birthday. She was REALLY looking forward to having a little down time away from the kids. The massage place called me 22 min before her actual massage and told me that her therapist called in sick and they couldn’t see her. She was already on the way!!! I couldn’t get ahold of her so she walked in for her massage only to be told by them that they had tried calling me all day and left me three messages. A COMPLETE lie. I checked and rechecked my phone and had only missed one call from an unknown number earlier that day. Maybe that was them, but no message.The hilarious part...to “make things up to us” they offered us a $10 credit!!!! Yeah...$10. We won’t be going back and I would suggest nobody else does either. You may have a fantastic massage, but recently I’ve had nothing but problems.
Been going for tears. Have a regular masseuse I prefer to see, but they also have plenty of others and usually can get you in pretty quickly. Chiropractor on site as well, really tops off a good massage.
Booked 2 appointments yesterday and staff was very pleasant. However my friend and I noticed that we would be running late and she and I both called unknowingly that the other already did and staff member states, “this is the third call I got about these appointments I already told y’all that I don’t have anything else for an hour and a half unless you want it for an hour.” Staff member had a very nasty attitude and this was distasteful. We called back to cancel the appointment as we were disgusted with the customer service. If she does not like her job she should definitely look for a new one!
The first truly bad massage experience Ive had. Many other places to chose from in Charlotte. I wont be back.(Follow up response to the business below: no, I wasn’t in my first trimester of pregnancy. As I explained at the time. And my main issue is how extremely rude the staff was. As has been noted in several other reviews.)
My boyfriend and I received a couples massage, his first massage. I was not impressed at all. I guess we were the last appointments so we were rushed in and out is how it felt. I asked for the focuses to be on my lower back and shoulders. My lower back never got touched (which is where I have issues). My boyfriend said it felt like there was no pressure at all. We both walked out with our backs still sore. Ive received multiple massages, never one like this. I felt horrible for my boyfriend because this was his first. Ive been to Zen multiple times before and never felt like this. I was so disappointed when I left. Also I was told when we started its 613 we will stop at 703 to complete the 50 minutes. I paid for an hour. The place was extremely hot as well. I will not return.
We got a couples massage today with Hilary and Michelle. Michelle was amazing!!!!! She was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and was able to target my trouble areas without my assistance. She is small but packs power. My husband on the other hand did not receive the massage we were expecting as he was not pleased with Hilarys technique. We both get deep tissue massages often however, he felt like he didnt receive the full body deep tissue massage we often get. Hillary basically moved oil around on his back with little to no pressure. He did not receive attention to his arms, neck or lower back. In fact, when we got home I applied some of the techniques Michelle used on me and he said I did more than Hilary. Oh and dont expect to get any mimosas or bottle waters here, however, Michelle was amazing and I would definitely go see Michelle again!!!!
I was given gift certificates here. My experience has varied, but it has always been positive. Affordable.Update: I bought some gift cards from I believe a text promotion before Christmas. Online, on the e receipt and on the physical card it says each one is good for a 1 hour swedish massage or a 1 hour deep tissue massage service. There is no fine print or anything indicating the cash value or the price I paid for them. Recently I went for a massage, gave my gift card and tip and was asked for additional money since the price of a massage increased a few days prior to this visit. I could understand if these were labeled as $50 or some cash value gift cards, but they are labeled as 1 hour massage certificates. Buyer beware, if you give these as a gift and the price increases, they may be surprised to find that they have to come out of pocket for the difference. I asked online and among friends if this was a business practice they had heard of and everyone was as surprised as I was. Transparency to the customer is very important to me. The owner called me after I sent an email and although he was nice and offered an aromatherapy add-on for the trouble, his reasoning for the practice didnt fill the gaps for me and even suggested that it was still a good deal even with the price change given that the promo included additional massage(s). The fact is, a promo exists to capture business, you make a promo, include some sort of bonus to grab attention and hope you make additional sales in the exchange to increases profit. I bought 10 or so massages on this promo, there is no way I would have bought this many without the promo offer. To alter the deal after the purchase is questionably a bait and switch tactic and leaves the certificate holder confused . Either the website, receipt and gift cards need to be updated to explain the limitations of the certificates...or the gift certicates need to be honored as they are presented, good for a 1 hour massage whether the price of a massage is $50 or $500. Ill highlight that I have no issue with a business raising prices, but if I have a piece of paper that says I get a free frosty at Wendys and it doesnt expire....and I go into Wendys in the year 2050, I expect that paper to grant me a Frostee at no charge. The fact is, I dont buy the massage the day I render the certificate, I already bought and paid for them back in December, I paid in advance at the price it was at the time. Now each time I come in, Im coming to get MY end of the bargain (a massage) as the company already has my money.

I rarely leave one star reviews, but my entire experience was horrible. I booked what I thought was an appointment online but come to find out you can only request appointments. I did that, and got an email confirmation saying see you then. Welp, I showed up and the front desk woman was completely rude and rubbed in the fact that their website was simply for requests. I wish they would be more explicit, but Im not too worried since I wont be choosing them again. Try someone else if you want a good customer experience.

Great value for the money, my boyfriend and I had a couples massage and it was a very relaxing experience. The place is actually in two old houses - we were in a large room in the second house and it was warm and private, but you can hear occasional road noise from East Blvd. I guess you could probably bring wireless earbuds if thats a dealbreaker. Professional staff, very friendly and definitely the best deal in town. We will for sure be going back!
I had a deep tissue massage last night with Sue at Zen. This morning I woke up feeling so rested. My body has not felt this good in a long time. She really worked on my neck and shoulder. This massage is not relaxing but more medical in nature, the relaxation comes later. I am going back in a week and a half for another and hoping to feel even better. Thx Zen!
After suffering for weeks with upper back & neck pain, and after a visit to my chiropractor, I called to schedule a one hour deep tissue massage. The person who answered the phone was polite and professional and made an appointment for the next day at the time I requested. The facility was tastefully decorated, clean and inviting. I was warmly greeted by the manager immediately upon my arrival. My 2nd floor massage room was facing busy East Blvd, but the room was surprisingly quiet. Ive had several pro massages in the past, but the one I got from Fabuola at Zen Massage in Dilworth was the best ever! She was attractive, friendly, professional and highly skilled masseuse. Not only did she fix me, but offered suggestions (posture change, stretches, etc.) to help me avoid future chronic discomfort/pain. My only regret....I should have scheduled a 1.5 hour massage!
Only reason they get 2 stars is because everyone was nice. Besides that it was the worst massage I ever had. Hardwood floors is massage rooms. Who wants to stand on wood with no socks on. At least put down an area rug. Not very relaxing music either.
First time at Zen Massage, got an hour long Swedish massage with Dana. Overall, the massage was great however it ended 10 minutes before the hour...when I questioned the massage therapist, she said 50 minutes hands-on...when I asked the front desk, she said 1 hour. The front desk response to this was ‘Ok’ and that was it...disappointed with how this was handled 😑😕

I come to Zen Massage every other month if I can. I love how simple it is to book an appointment, theres never a membership fee, and the service is always impeccable. This is my go-to massage spot and I wont be changing that anytime soon! Keep up the good work.
Brian and Ritchie are the best massage therapists Ive ever had. Very professional and knowledgable. 2hr massage is incredible but dont book unless your gonna tip min of $50! This massage would be $300 at a fancy spa....easy.

The massage itself was great but they basically made us pay for a hour when we only got 30 minutes of service because we were late they failed to tell us that before knowing that we would probably leave! regardless of us being late we should have paid for 30 minutes not an hour. I was really upset.
Despite 2 confirmations, Zen did not have our massage scheduled.On Monday June 8, 2015, I booked a couples massage through Yelp for Friday June 12 7p. I received a confirmation email from Yelp. A rep from Zen called later that day to also confirm the appointment.When we arrived at 7p on Friday, they had no record of my appointment (even though I showed them the Yelp confirmation). I left a voice message with the owner requesting a call back to discuss. I have yet to hear from them.
Came in for a deep tissue with some localized trouble areas. A little pain never felt so good. Ill definitely be back soon.

I have been to Zen many times. All the staff are extremely professional. Highly recommend paying a little extra for deep tissue versus regular massage. Knee is an awesome therapist, ask for him and you wont be disappointed!

I visited this place in 2017 when I was visiting in Charlotte. My experience was great. I have since relocated to Charlotte and decided to try it again. My massage was less than I had anticipated. My massage therapist was not what I had experienced before, therefore, I was not pleased. I am not sure if I will go there again. Likely not

Not really sure how they are one of the best in town. The sheets hadn’t been washed, the floor was extremely dirty, the windows didn’t have blinds just see-through curtains, which made it very uncomfortable to undress. The girl played her own music which wasn’t even relaxing and a bit loud. Her attitude was a bit off too and whatever lotion she was using for the massage smelled like saliva.
I went to get a 1hr hot stone massage. The staff was great, price was reasonable. I felt jaded by pulling up to a house. But once you go inside, you feel the energy. Judgement free zone and might I add. Staff was very professional
Relaxing however I did nit receive full hour started 5 mins or more after undress time and stopped 10mins before so a total of approx 20 mins of no massage. Understood of 5 mins before and 5 mins after to undress and dress. Normally no problems here.. Reasonable and great massages. Still a loyal customer will speak up in future

The WORST experience I’ve EVER had! Therapist was extremely weird and exposed too much of my body during session and touched me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable... she applied deep rough pressure and then I asked her to go lighter because how of rough she was. She didn’t listen and when I reported it to the front desk she comes storming down the stairs saying WHAT IS THE PROBLEM! I was so calm and collected but she was extremely combative and the receptionist says ITS BETWEEN YOU GUYS I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT because she’s an independent contractor we just let her use our building ???? Who does that ? Ruined my entire day. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I wish I never came ! I will not be back ever

I went for my first time last week on my birthday Oct 21. I had a good experience...there was a bit of talking in the hall that broke my concentration, but will be back soon. Might have to make this a weekly self care visit as I was so relaxed when I left and I have a very stressful demanding schedule.

We went because my husband needed a massage to help with his sinus congestion. It help him but I guess I was expecting more. BTW, the waiting room has the most uncomfortable chairs! I had to wait for an hour for my husband, not a good experience.

I lost my little brother Sunday and my girlfriend special me with a massage here to ease my mind and heart I guess...I first want to say I understand it’s an old house and it was really loud when people walked etc while we was getting our massages but the talking and laughter while we was trying to relax and enjoy our massages was not called for when I told the lady at the front desk she snapped back with a nasty attitude and said .i know you will not be coming back and thank you for telling her ...she was very rude...you never know what one is going thur ..she basically brush me off...not a good experience for my first time..
